Background: CAR T cell therapy uses genetically engineered T cells to express a chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that trigger detection and killing of target tumor cells. It has been previously shown that a functional screen of mouse RNA binding proteins (RBPs) identifies genes that regulate the abundance of activated plasma cells. <strong>ABSTRACT</strong> The aim of this work is to study the effect of a composite endomycorrhizal inoculum on growth of Eucalyptus plants (<em>E. gomphocephala</em>) in the nurseries conditions. Analysis of the results, four months after inoculation, revealed that all roots were mycorrhizal and different structures characterizing arbuscular endomycorrhizal fungi were observed. The mycorrhizal frequency and intensity of Eucalyptus roots are 90 and 25% respectively. This roots endomycorrhization was accompanied by a significant improvement on growth parameters of mycorrhized Eucalyptus plants
