The share of seats that was reserved ranged from a 2 percent reserved seats arrangement for a small ethnic minority, to a 100 percent reserved seats power-sharing arrangement between two or more ethnic groups. Abstract:
The aim of this research is to explore how NGOs can become more effective in combating public sector corruption in Cambodia. In doing so, this study adopted a phenomenological approach of inquiry. As a result, it contributes to theory through the development of two different but interrelated conceptual frameworks. Also, it informs policy and practice by providing a conceptual roadmap for designing strategic directions and action for enhancing resistance to corruption in public sector organization.

Abstract:
Ship-mounted boom cranes play an important role in the ship-to-ship offshore cargo transport process. In recent years, there has been significant need to increase stability of the payload during the cargo transport process for both safety and efficiency reasons. However, the stability of the payload during the transport process directly correlates to the ship's pitch and roll motion that in turn relates to the current particular sea-state. In this study, we analyze an existing Pendulation Control System (PCS) developed by Sandia National Laboratories that reduces the payload's pendulatio

Doctor Legum - LLD<br>The objective of this study was to expose how the ineffectiveness of the anti-corruption measures contributed in delaying the right to housing, as proffered by the Constitution of South Africa, to the impoverished population at large.
