Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar protein daging dan bobot karkas puyuh jepang (Coturnix coturnix japonica) setelah diberi suplemen kurkumin serta serbuk kunyit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL).
