Abstract:
Evaluation of graduates’ employment of Courses and Vocational Training Institutions (LKP) is very important to conduct, as a step to obtain feedback on programs or policies that have been implemented by vocational LKP in Indonesia. However, the absorption data for vocational LKP graduates has not been properly recorded at the present. Therefore the aims of this study is to analyze achievement of performance targets at the Directorate of Courses and Training (Dit-Suslat), Ministry of Education and Culture. This study using the Goal-Oriented Evaluation of program evaluation model from Ralp W Tyler. The results of the analysis point out that the target percentage of courses and trainings graduates in one year who get a job or become an entrepreneur has not reached the set target. Most LKP graduates are absorbed in the trading sector, manufacturing industry, as well as health services & social activities. Future needed labor are massively from the sectors of healthcare, construction, manufacturing and retail. Clerical, routine and repetitive jobs start to be replaced by robots and intelligent machines. The implementation of vocational LKP must be transformed in carrying out link and match as a whole.

Abstract:
Course and Training Institute is a training institution that belongs to the type of non-formal education. The course is a teaching and learning activity just like a school. Many courses and training are held by the community in order to serve students who are unskilled, unemployed or out of work. The current era of disruption has encouraged and even "forced" the digitalization of the education system. In this case, educational institutions are required to immediately innovate from conventional learning models (face to face) to online learning models. Currently, there are many online course and training services that can be accessed via the service provider's web/page. This service provider is not an educational unit. This is a challenge as well as a threat for Course and Training Institutions that do not immediately innovate both in program services and learning patterns. The end result of developing this application, students can register online via smart phones to view the LKP profile which contains addresses, telephone numbers, distance from home to location points, types of programs offered along with the costs of each type of course. LAO-Kursus is one of the registration system innovations that integrates educational services with information and communication technology. The results of this innovation have been validated by the validation team, practical according to the instructor, and effectively used by students. LAO-Course can be downloaded on google playstore.

Abstract:
This article aims to discuss the Arabic language learning system at the Nurul Iman Parung Arabic Course and Training Institute (LKP), Bogor. Today, many people are interested in studying Arabic, seeing the urgency of Arabic as a solution to various complex problems in modern times. Many educational institutions participate in developing and implementing Arabic language learning, both formal and non-formal. One of these educational institutions is the Al-Ashriyyah Islamic Boarding School Nurul Iman Parung Bogor, which established an Arabic language LKP in Parung Bogor. This research is a field research (field research) in the form of qualitative research using a multidisciplinary approach which includes, among others: pedagogical, normative theological, juridical, sociological, and psychological approaches. The results of this study suggest that LKP Nurul Iman Arabic conducts Arabic courses for students who wish to deepen and further develop their Arabic language skills through non-formal institutions specifically established for the development of Arabic. The Arabic language learning system at LKP Nurul Iman Arabic is a non-credit Arabic learning program run by the Language Development Institute for all students who are interested in learning Arabic further. LKP Arabic Nurul Iman has not been equipped with standard curriculum references, syllabi, and manuals, teaching materials are tentative/change according to management policies every year. The learning model is designed simultaneously on the same day and hour in each class, it is not allowed to shift teaching hours or days by the teacher, this course program also does not make the class the only learning center. LKP Arabic Nurul Iman has succeeded in improving students' Arabic language skills, and has also succeeded in producing sufficiently qualified Arabic language experts. The increased achievement of Arabic competitions at the Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, such as Arabic speech contests, Arabic debate competitions, Taqdimul Qisshoh and others, both at the district and national levels, is evidence of the increased students' Arabic language skills

Abstract:
In the digital era, information and communication technology plays a crucial role in supporting the educational process. One of the widely used technological innovations is the use of LMS (Learning Management System). This article discusses the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS)-based curriculum at Tegal's Vocational Training Institutes (LKP). LMS is expected to enhance the effectiveness of nonformal education by providing flexibility, efficiency, and relevance to workforce needs. Using a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this study identifies the benefits, challenges, and recommendations for LMS implementation. Findings indicate that LMS supports project-based learning and the Merdeka Curriculum but faces obstacles such as limited technological access, low digital literacy, resistance to change, and implementation costs. Addressing these challenges requires improving technological infrastructure, training educators, providing technical support, developing interactive content, and strengthening funding policies. These measures aim to optimize LMS in fostering inclusive, effective, and relevant education aligned with workforce demands.
