Abstract:
Sylviane Vayaboury nasceu em Caiena, na Guiana Francesa, em 20 de abril de 1960. Ela é filha de um pai indo-guadalupense e de uma mãe guianense, tendo vivido, em função disso, tanto nas Antilhas (Guadalupe e Martinica), quanto na Guiana Francesa, onde mora atualmente. Foi professora do magistério em Caiena e lecionou também durante os anos em que morou em Paris, onde passou por uma formação complementar no Institut Universitaire de Formation de Maîtres (IUFM), em uma classe infantil de um hospital da capital francesa. De volta ao “país natal”, em 2007 ela assume o posto de encarregada de missão documentária do Centre Régional de Documentation Pédagogique em Caiena.

ResumenEn los bosques riparios de la Sabana de Pino en la Moskitia hondureña realizamos un muestreo con cámaras-trampa para registrar a los mamíferos terrestres medianos y grandes de la región. Los resultados indican que estos ecosistemas son de suma relevancia, ya que se encuentran 17 especies de mamíferos medianos y grandes, agrupados en 7 órdenes, 10 familias, con un número de registro total de 595 eventos. En el estudio se reportaron especies de importancia para su conservación como el el jaguar (Panthera onca), el oso hormiguero gigante (Myrmecophaga tridactyla), la jagüilla (Tayassu pecari) y el danto (Tapirus bairdii). Los bosques riparios en la Sabana de Pino cumplen la función de enlace para muchas especies asociadas a los bosques de hoja ancha, permitiendo el intercambio y flujo genético entre poblaciones. Las Sabanas de la Moskitia hondureña cuentan con un área aproximada de 6,000 km2 e incluyen 19 ecosistemas; su geografía contiene cursos de agua acompañados por bosque ripario que se extienden a lo largo y ancho de esta región. Estos bosques, llamados también criques, conforman una inmensa red hídrica de aproximadamente 4,771 km lineales. Se tiene poco conocimiento de la biodiversidad en estos bosques y cómo funcionan ecológicamente. Por lo tanto, es necesario continuar monitoreando y establecer estrategias para conservar estos ecosistemas, así como mantener los beneficios que ofrecen a las comunidades indígenas Miskitas.Palabras clave: crique, Ripario, Moskitia hondureña, Sabana de Pino.AbstractWe sampled the riparian forest in the Pine Savanna of Hondurans Moskitia using camera traps to register medium and large mammals in the region. The results indicate that these ecosystems are of great importance, being 17 species of medium and large mammals, grouped in 7 orders, 10 families, with a total registration number of 595 events. Species of importance for conservation are reported such as the jaguar (Panthera onca), the giant anteater (Myrmecophaga tridactyla), the jagüilla (Tayassu pecari), and the tapir (Tapirus bairdii). These forest works as corridor for many species associated with broadleaf forests, allowing the exchange and genetic flow between populations. The pine savannas of the Honduran Moskitia have an approximate area of 6,000 km2, includes 19 ecosystems; their geography contains small streams accompanied by riparian forest that extend throughout this region. These riparian forest also called creeks, make up an immense water network of approximately 4,771 linear km. There is few information of biodiversity in these ecosystems and how they work ecologically. It is necessary to continue monitoring and establishing strategies to conserve the pine savannas and riparian forests in order to maintain its benefits for the Miskito indigenous communities.Key words: creek, riparian, Moskitia hondureña, Pine Savanna.

RESUMO Este artigo analisa a relação entre criminalidade e arte contemporânea a partir do realismo traumático mobilizado na obra do artista visual guatemalteco Aníbal López durante os anos 2000. Para tanto, considera-se a ideia-limite do “crime como obra de arte” como um dos modos de elaboração poética do trauma na cultura contemporânea. A hipótese de fundo consiste em ressaltar a dimensão institucional dessa elaboração, ali incluída a crítica aos sistemas de produção e circulação da arte. Como se verá, parte da potência discursiva das obras de Aníbal López advém do choque deliberado entre dois contextos díspares: de um lado, o ambiente traumático de violência, criminalidade e pobreza da Guatemala dos anos 1990 e 2000; de outro, o contexto institucional do mundo da arte contemporânea globalizada, com seus ritos sofisticados, sua fauna exótica e culta, seus lugares próprios de exposição e legitimação.

This article comments on Asger Sørensen’s stimulating book “Capitalism, Alienation and Critique”. The article argues that Sørensen overlooks an important methodological contiunuity between Max Horkheimer’s and Axel Honneth’s work: namely, the model of immanent critique, to which both remain committed. Moreover, through a critical discussion of Honneth’s method of normative reconstruction, the article argues that globalized capitalism represents a serious methodological challenge not only to Honneth’s work, but to the Frankfurt School model of immanent crituque as such.

Abstract:
L’un des enjeux actuels de la sidérurgie concerne l'enfournement à chaud des produits de coulée continue avant laminage. Il devient donc primordial d'éviter l'apparition de criques d'origine thermique ou mécanique. Un essai de traction à chaud après refusion, sans phase de retour à la température ambiante, a été développé de façon à reproduire la microstructure des produits de coulée continue. Les résultats obtenus sur différentes nuances d'aciers ont permis de mettre en évidence des écarts significatifs de ductilité et de sensibilité à la crique, dans les gammes de températures concernées, entre les essais conventionnels par reausténisation et les essais après fusion in situ. Ces écarts se justifient par la taille des grains austénitiques, la répartition des ségrégations, la cinétique de formation de la ferrite ou encore l'aptitude à la recristallisation dynamique de l'austénite. L’influence du mode de solidification, de la teneur en carbone et de la présence d'éléments de microalliage tels le niobium et le vanadium a été étudiée. Les modes de rupture ont été analysés pour différentes conditions de déformation. Il a été montré que l'évaluation objective de la forgeabilité et de la criquabilité, nécessitait le recours à des essais prenant en compte l'histoire thermique du métal, en particulier pour les aciers présentant une réaction péritectique durant la solidification.

Ce travail a pour ambition de forger un outil conceptuel - l'allégorie critique - qui rendrait compte de la dynamique propre à l'écriture des quatre romances majeurs de Nathaniel Hawthorne. En ayant recours à l'allégorie à une époque où le romantisme - qui, dans l'Amérique du dix-neuvième siècle, trouve avec le transcendantalisme son expression la plus marquante - avait voué cette figure à l'obolescence, Hawthorne s'expose à être relégué hors du jeu littéraire. Pourtant, il paraît légitime d'interroger l'inclination allégorique de notre auteur. Cette thèse avance que l'allégorie hawthornienne ne postule pas un rapport figé entre le signe et sa signification, selon la définition romantique de l'allégorie. Au contraire, elle fait vaciller ce postulat et, de fait, recèle un potientel critique qui confronte le lecteur à l'expérience inquiétante de l'insensé et de l'infondé<br>This work posits critical allegory as a conceptual tool for thinking Nathaniel Hawthorne's mode of writing in his four major romances. Resorting to allegory at a time when romanticism (finding in Trancendentalism its most potent expression in nineteenth-century America) had declared the figure obsolete, the author risks marginalization in the realm of literature. What, then, accounts for Hawthorne's allegorical inclination ? This dissertation argues that Hawthorne's allegorical practice does not imply the stable correspondence between the sign and the signified that the detractors of allegory condemned. SUMMARY: ALIENATION, IDEOLOGY AND SOCIAL CRITIQUE IN THE BRITISH CRIME THRILLER PHD THESIS BY ROGER COTIRELL ! An interdisciplinary PHD on the ventilation of radical social and political themes in British crime fiction since the Second World War. The composite parts of this thesis look at the role played by crime fiction in establishing a consensus around policing with consent and what happened to it in the 1970s. A core theme here involves the manner by which policing with consent was integral to postwar conditions of social democracy and how this was eroded by open class warfare and the consolidation of a new state form. I particularly examine this process from the .vantage point of British crime writers who engaged with this phenomenon. A second strand of my PHD deals with the core theme of alienation as a factor in a deepening social crisis in British society and how this too was mapped by crime fiction. In particular, I am concerned to show how the engagement with alienation as a theme enabled a cultural crossover between the kitchen sink narrative tradition and underworld crime fiction. I also look at how this development was undermined by trends in cultural criticism that I describe as Stalinist. The third component of the thesis demonstrates how critiques of Thatcherism and of the new state form, in gangster movies and political conspiracy thrillers of the 1980s, was undermined by the prevalent trends in cultural criticism since Althusser. Les aciers inoxydables austéno-ferritiques présentent une microstructure biphasée dans laquelle se mêlent austénite et ferrite. Leurs caractéristiques mécaniques élevées ainsi que leur bonne tenue en corrosion en font un candidat sérieux pour remplacer les aciers inoxydables austénitiques. Malheureusement, la faible forgeabilité de ces alliages rend la fabrication de tôles particulièrement critique. En effet, le phénomène de " crique de rive " est fréquemment rencontré au cours des étapes du laminage à chaud. Par conséquent, cela nécessite des opérations supplémentaires comme le découpage des rives, ce qui aboutit à une augmentation des coûts de production. Les différents facteurs influençant la ductilité à chaud de ces aciers sont passés en revue afin d'identifier quels sont les zones d'ombres. La synthèse bibliographique révèle deux zones d'ombres : d'une part, le manque d'un essai de ductilité à chaud permettant de discriminer différentes microstructures en terme de résistance à la propagation de fissure à haute température ; et d'autre part l'absence de données quantitative concernant la partition de la déformation entre la ferrite et l'austénite lors des étapes de mise en forme à chaud. Le concept de travail essentiel de rupture a été appliqué à hautes températures. Il a été démontré que cette méthode est fiable et discriminante pour quantifier la résistance à la propagation de fissure à haute température. Elle permet également de générer un paramètre physique pertinent pour optimiser les microstructures par rapport à un mode de mise en forme donné. La technique conventionnelle de micro-grilles a été adaptée de manière à cartographier à haute température les déformations à l'échelle de la microstructure. Cette technique fournit en plus des résultats qualitatifs concernant les mécanismes de déformations, des données quantitatives à propos de la partition de la déformation entre la ferrite et l'austénite. Ces données peuvent être utilisées afin de valider les modèles qui prédisent le comportement à chaud des aciers duplex pendant les premières étapes du laminage à chaud. Les deux outils developpés au cours de cette étude permettent de donner des solutions pour éviter le phénomène de " crique de rives ".

Nesta dissertação procuramos evidenciar a crise do dever moral em Crime e Castigo, de Dostoiévski, exemplo da nossa própria crise contemporânea, ao mesmo tempo em que buscamos investigar os contornos de um princípio de justiça derivado do dever kantiano. A partir daí, pretendemos evidenciar como este princípio de justiça pode ser partilhado por Dostoiévski, uma vez que o romancista, no seu ideal de comunidade moral, dá continuidade ao sentido ético proposto no dever kantiano, por meio do qual supera a crise que o próprio romance lança.<br>In this dissertation we seeks to show the crisis of moral duty in Crime and Punishment, Dostoevsky, example of our own contemporary crisis, while we seek to investigate the outlines of a principle of justice brought by Kantian duty. Thereafter, we intend to show how this principle of justice can be shared by Dostoevsky, as the novelist, in his ideal of moral community, continues the ethical sense proposed in the Kantian duty, through which overcomes the crisis that spear the novel.

Na primeira parte, analisaremos os elementos fundamentais que definem a estrutura social e o sistema de justiça penal. A partir de uma visão crítica da realidade, a dissertação buscará definir as relações que se estabelecem entre as circunstâncias econômicas e sociais e o sistema de justiça penal, colocando em evidência o sistema penal. A preocupação empírica de nosso estudo com as condições sociais brasileiras demonstra o impacto das desigualdades e da profunda estratificação das relações sociais sobre o sistema penal. Na segunda parte da pesquisa, examinaremos os mecanismos adotados pela teoria do direito, buscando oferecer soluções para o problema do controle social do crime e sua relação com a realidade social. A falta de adequação de uma boa parte desses instrumentos é analisada a luz da noção de crise dos paradigmas jurídicos atuais e de crise da justiça. Os limites desta crise são de finidos pela descontinuidade lógica da estrutura jurídica de tratamento das demandas. Na terceira parte do trabalho, procuraremos delimitar os contornos de uma justiça distributiva. Nesta perspectiva, o estudo discute as noções de justiça punitiva, justiça reabilitadora e justiça restauradora com ênfase na participação da comunidade (vítimas e ofensores) e do Estado. A participação na tomada de decisão de todos aqueles que foram afetados a luz da teoria da justiça social. Finalmente, os reflexos do impasse epistemológico da crise do sistema de justiça penal sobre a legitimação dos mecanismos de controle social serão igualmente objeto de nossa análise, através de um diálogo entre o sistema de justiça penal tradicional, os novos modelos de justiça (mediação, justiça restauradora, penas alternativas, desencarceramento, etc.), as condições sociais brasileiras e a idéia de justiça

En partant de la « crise environnementale », ce travail empirique et théorique interroge deux notions qui structurent les études environnementales et la philosophie de la technique : la « conscience écologique » et la « rationalité instrumentale ». Il met en œuvre une réflexion sur les rapports entre philosophie et sciences sociales et sur l’interdisciplinarité qui caractériseraient tant la « postmodernité » que le « règne de la technique ». Pour ce faire, il s’appuie sur des sources diverses (juridiques, politiques, médiatiques et académiques) et plusieurs expériences d’observation participante de dispositifs de démocratie participative (notamment au Haut Conseil des Biotechnologies).En prolongeant la critique du paradigme d’une « Modernité réflexive », la première partie analyse la problématisation de l’ « environnement » en France (1870-1945) et en Allemagne (1900-1945). Cette généalogie de la gouvernementalité environnementale et de l’expertise conduit à interroger l’opposition entre « anthropocentrisme » et « biocentrisme » et à reconceptualiser l’idée d’une « prise de conscience environnementale ». Nous concevrons plutôt l’ « environnement » comme un agencement composite, variable, hétérogène et potentiellement contradictoire.Dès lors, nous substituons au triangle conceptuel « technique-environnement-Modernité » un losange « technique-environnement-Modernité-nazisme ». Outre le rôle de la technique dans l’Holocauste et le statut d’Heidegger, le nazisme conduit en effet à s’interroger sur l’équivocité des appels à vivre « en harmonie » avec la nature et à « maîtriser la technique » et sur l’idée qu’on pourrait déterminer un « rapport occidental à la nature ».Dans notre seconde partie, le commentaire d’Heidegger puis de l’école de Francfort permet d’analyser la notion de « rationalité instrumentale » et l’idée selon laquelle l’anthropocentrisme serait la cause de la crise environnementale. En faisant appel tant à l’histoire de la philosophie qu’à la problématisation de cas historiques et juridiques, nous analysons ainsi des problèmes communs à la critique de la technique et à l’éthique environnementale, dont celui de « conversion écologique » ou d’indétermination des techniques. Nous y traiterons en particulier du projet de démocratie technique et environnementale et de ses limites. Il s’agit de penser autrement notre rapport à l’environnement, aux techniques et aux sciences, mais aussi la manière dont le droit et la politique les régulent et peuvent faire face à la crise environnementale<br>This theoretical and empirical work aims to question two concepts which structure environmental studies and philosophy of technology: “ecological consciousness” (or “environmental awareness”) and “instrumental rationality”. In itself, it is also a reflexion on the relations between philosophy and social sciences and on transdisciplinarity, often considered as a central trait of “postmodernity” and of the “rule of technology”. In order to do so, il uses various sources (legal, political, mediatics and academics) and several experiences of participant observation to participative democracy apparatuses (in particular at the French High Council of Biotechnologies).By furthering the criticism of the “reflexive Modernity” paradigm, the first part analyzes the problematization of the “environment” in France (1870-1945) and in Germany (1900-1945). The genealogy of environmental governability and of expertise leads to question the opposition between “anthropocentrism” and “biocentrism” and to reconceptualize the idea of a sudden “environmental awareness”. We will rather conceptualize the “environment” as a composite, variable, heterogene and potentially contradictory agencement.This will also lead us to substitue to the conceptual triangle “Technology-Environment-Modernity” a four terms diamond, “Technology-Environment-Modernity-Nazism”. Notwithstanding the role of technology in the Holocaust and Heidegger’s particular status, the analysis of nazism leads us to question the equivocity of calls to live “in harmony with nature” and to “control technology” as well as the idea that we could identify an “occidental relation to nature”.In our second part, the commentary of Heidegger and of the Frankfurt School allows us to analyze the notion of “instrumental rationality” and the idea that anthrpocentrism would be the cause of the environmental crisis. Abstract:
L'estuaire du Mono est établi dans la partie occidentale du littoral béninois. C'est un estuaire microtidal à dominance de houle qui assure les échanges avec la mer par le biais d'une embouchure tidal connue sous le nom de "Bouche du Roi". Il forme un système hydrosédimentaire côtier associé à trois générations de cordons de barrières témoins des dernières oscillations marines du Quaternaire récent. Ce travail de thèse a permis d'étudier la dynamique des cordons de barrières de l'estuaire du Mono à diverses échelles temporelles et suivant une approche résolument pluridisciplinaire et instrumentale. Les résultats montrent que les deux anciens cordons barrières de l'estuaire se sont construits et détruits au rythme des variations du niveau marin du Quaternaire récent. Par contre, la dynamique contemporaine des cordons barrières actuels (plage actuelle) se traduit par la morphogénèse d'un système de flèche-crique, sous le contrôle du régime de houle et des conditions de marée d'une part, puis des saisons hyrdologiques du fleuve d'autre part. Avant la mise en service du barrage de Nangbéto, du fait du caractère temporaire des écoulements du Mono, la morphodynamique du couple flèche-crique était limitée dans l'espace et dans le temps. Mais depuis la mise en eau du barrage en 1987, cette morphodynamique est devenue persistante, en raison de la consistance et de la permanence des écoulements du Mono désormais régulés par le barrage. Les conséquences de cette morphodynamique anthropique sur l'environnement physique et humain sont incommensurables : pertes des plages à très hautes renommée touristique, engloutissement des terres et des cultures (salicultures, cultures agraires, aquacultures,...) par la mer, destruction d'habitations et autres infrastructures socio-communautaires (écoles, routes,...), déplacements de populations, exhumation des dépouilles de parents défunts,...La solution de mitigation proposée est le déplacement des populations de Hokoué et de Docloboé et la pratique périodiques (tous les 7 ans) des ouvertures mécaniques au niveau de la plage d'Avlo<br>The Mono river estuary is established in the Western part of the Benin coastal zone. It's a microtidal estuary with predominance of swell. It ensures the exchanges with the sea by means of a tidal inlet named "Bouche du Roi". It forms a coastal hydro-sedimentary system associated with three generations of sand barrier which attest the last marine oscillations of the recent Quaternary. This thesis work studies the dynamics of these barriers-inlets on various temporal scales and according to a multi-field approach. The results show that the two old sand barriers are built and destroyed at the rhythm of marine level variations of recent Quaternary. On the other hand, the contemporary dynamics of the current barrier results in the morphogenesis of a spit-creek system, under control of littoral drift, tide conditions and hydrological seasons of the Mono river. Before the startup of Nangbeto dam, because of the temporary character of the Mono flows, the spit-creek morphodynamic was limited in space and time. But since the operating of the dam in 1987, the spit-creek morphodynamic became persistent, owing to consistency and permanence of Mono flows from now on controlled by the dam. The effects of this anthropic morphodynamics on the physical and human environment are immeasurable : loss of touristic beach, swallowing up of grounds and cultures (salt productions, agrarian cultures, aquacultures,...), destruction of dwellings and other socio-community infrastructures (schools, roads,...), populations displacements, exhumation of late parents remains,... The migration solution proposed consists in displacement of Hokoue and Docloboe populations and in periodical practice (every 7 years) of mechanical breaches on the level of Avlo beach

Introdução: A pandemia da COVID-19 impactou profundamente os sistemas de saúde de inúmeros países. No Brasil, o Estado do Amazonas foi um dos estados mais afetados, e o modelo de hospital de campanha foi uma das estratégias implementadas a fim de se reduzir a sobrecarga sobre o sistema de saúde do estado. Objetivo: Relatar ações desenvolvidas pelo Gabinete de Crise Hospitalar para atuação dos profissionais em casos de enfrentamento do covid-19 em um Hospital de Campanha no Amazonas de fevereiro à julho de 2021. Material e métodos: Pesquisa quantitativo de método descritivo. O Gabinete de Crise do Hospital de Campanha junto à gestão da unidade buscou ofertar o máximo em qualidade da assistência e segurança do paciente priorizando as ações de trabalho com equipe multiprofissional, a educação permanente e o atendimento humanizado. Resultados: No período de fevereiro à julho de 2021, foram admitidos 825 pacientes com síndrome respiratória aguda grave em leitos de média e alta complexidade. Foram ofertados 122 leitos, assim criou-se Gabinete de Crise Hospitalar para desenvolver ações para melhorar assistência direta ou indireta do paciente, através de reuniões com equipe multiprofissional diárias, semanais para obter resultados gerando protocolos, Procedimento Operacional Padrão, fluxos de atendimento, dentre outros chegando nos resultados esperados na execução do serviço através de gestão estratégica em monitoramento e controle dos serviços estabelecidos. A interação de equipe de médicos assistenciais, direção geral, diretor clínico, assistentes sociais, psicólogos, fisioterapeutas, enfermeiros assistenciais e coordenadores, nutricionistas, gestão administrativa e gestora do hospital além do corpo de enfermagem envolveram-se no em ações para a resultado da eficácia do tratamento do paciente, através de educação, assistência e tomada de decisão. Conclusões: Consideram-se o Comitê de crise Hospitalar realiza ações em caráter emergencial através de gestão estratégica levando o envolvimento da equipe multidisciplinar auxiliando no cuidado do paciente, é possível ofertar ações para dar assistência em saúde com qualidade, segurança e humanização.

Apesar do impacto econômico negativo, a crise também criou oportunidades para o surgimento de tecnologias intangíveis assim como novas condutas para o comércio. Neste contexto, o trabalho apresenta uma plataforma web colaborativa e uma rede social chamada CONECTAR que visa auxiliar empreendedores a impulsionarem seus negócios por meio de soluções digitais e usuários a se conectarem com projetos baseado nas suas formações profissionais e acadêmicas, e habilidades. A qualidade dos times recomendados pela plataforma foi avaliada manualmente a fim de verificar se as habilidades dos usuários eram condizentes com as necessidades registradas nos projetos. Os resultados indicaram que a plataforma facilita a conexão de um time com projetos e é útil para os idealizadores transformarem seus projetos em produtos reais.

Cet article étudie la notion de transition en relation aux concepts de devenir (Zilberberg et Fontanille), de parcours/passage (Basso Fossali) et de concept (Bergson). Après une lecture critique de la littérature existante, nous définissons les phénomènes de transition sur les plans figuratif, narratif, énonciatif, axiologique et praxéologique. Nous étudions ensuite un ensemble de textes mythiques puis de discours contemporains sur la transition écologique dans le but de mieux comprendre la tension inhérente aux institutions symboliques entre l’être et le devenir, le transitif et l’intransitif, l’abstraction fixiste de l’être et du concept dans le logos, et la réalité du devenir donnée à voir par le mythe. Notre article est guidé par la problématique suivante : en quoi l’étude de la transition dans les textes mythiques peut-elle nous permettre d’avancer sur certaines problématiques sémiotiques actuelles et nous aider à mieux analyser les discours contemporains sur la transition et en relation à la crise environnementale ?
