Este trabalho busca construir dedutivamente o sistema temporal que preside ao procedimento de temporalização no cinema. Para isso, estuda, com base na semiótica francesa, a localização temporal, a programação temporal, a programação textual e a aspectualização do tempo. O gênero Croton abriga aproximadamente 1300 espécies, muitas delas reconhecidas pela sua utilização terapêutica, que se deve a presença de grande diversidade de metabólitos secundários. Tais propriedades foram ponto de partida para investigações sobre as propriedades fitoquímicas do gênero. C. vulnerarius e C. echinocarpus são espécies endêmicas do Brasil pertencentes à seção Cyclostigma e até então pouco estudadas. Neste projeto foram extraídos, identificados e isolados componentes químicos destas espécies e analisadas as suas propriedades bioativas (antioxidante, antimicrobiana e anti-HIV).

There is currently no standardized method for testing dentures made of dental ceramic materials. This creates problems for comparisons between studies concerning strength in materials and geometry. The geometry of the maxillary first premolar was used for the analysis. The modeled crown has two underlying layers, a thin cement layer closest to the crown that attaches the crown to dentin. The objective of this project is to use digital imaging devices to monitor a delineated area of the public space and to register statistics about people moving across this area. A feasible detecting approach, which is based on background subtraction, has been developed and has been tested on 39 images. Individual pedestrians in images can be detected and counted. The approach is suitably used to detect and count pedestrians without overlapping. Accuracy rate of detection is higher than 80%.
