Abstract:
Three new species of the genus Pedicia, subgenus Crunobia (Diptera: Pediciidae) belonging to the staryi group are described on the basis of a combination of molecular and morphology datasets, and a key to discriminate between species of the subgenus Crunobia is added. Geographic projection of the identified taxa suggests insular-like distribution and shows the importance of the Carpathians as a genetic center which is home to an exceptionally high aquatic diversity in Europe.

This paper we present the results of the study of various samples of Limoniidae and Pediciidae (Insecta: Diptera) captured during the years 1993 and 2009 in some locations in the Principality of Asturias (Spain). Of all the species that occurs, Molophilus (Molophilus) undulatus Tonnoir, 1920, Dicranomyia (Dicranomyia) lutea (Meigen, 1804) and Pedicia (Crunobia) zernyi (Lackschewitz, 1940) are cited for the first time in the Iberian Peninsula and Gonomyia (Gonomyia) dentata de Meijere, 1920 for the first time in Spain. In addition, 33 new records for Asturias are included along with observation

Abstract:
An unusual larval case of Crunoecia irrorata (Curtis, 1834) (Trichoptera, Lepidostomatidae) was collected in a small stream in Ukrainian Transcarpathia. This larval case consisted mainly of living snails of extremely rare endemic gastropod mollusk of the genus Terrestribythinella Sitnikova, Starobogatov & Anistratenko, 1992 (Gastropoda: Terrestribythinellidae). The larval case, distinguishing characters of C. irrorata larva and its habitat are illustrated. Ecological relations between shell-utilizing caddisfly larvae and mollusks used as material for larval cases are discussed.

Abstract:
In this paper we discuss the presence of three rare caddisfly species on the Macedonian part of Shar Mountain. Crunoecia bosniaca (Lepidostomatidae) and Drusus sharrensis, (Limnephilidae), are recorded for the first time in the country, while Tinodes kimminsi (Psychomyiidae) is reported for the first time on Shar Mountain. Detailed information about the ecology and distribution of these species is also provided. This study is an important contribution to the knowledge of the caddisfly fauna, not only for R. North Macedonia, but for the whole Balkan Peninsula.

In this research 55 species of caddisflies belonging to 33 genera and 13 families were identified in 23 springs in the Dinaric area of Croatia. The Dinaric karst region is recognized as an area of exceptional biodiversity and endemism. The species Crunoecia irrorata (Curtis, 1834) was found in the spring in Kamensko, in the area of Lička Plješevica, and that is the first finding of this species in Croatia. The largest number of species was determined at the spring Keljevac (14 species) and the spring in Rudanovac village (14 species). The species Drusus croaticus Marinkovic-Gospodnetic, 1971 w

The sum of Trichoptera found in Finland is 208 species, after we here report both Crunoecia irrorata (Curtis, 1834) and Apatania stylata Navas, 1916 as new for the country. Out of the 21 biogeographical provinces there is now altogether 2520 finds, an increase of + 40.1% since the earlier paper dealing with the subject (Nybom 1960). Putting into a graph the latitude of the weighted geographical centre of a biogeographical province, and the sum of Trichopteran species found in it, and calculating a regression line, it comes up that in the north of Finland about 50 species less are found than in

Species richness and the total abundance of macroinvertebrates and trout returned to pre-disturbance levels after three years. However, some species showed slow recolonization and the proportion of holoaquatic
