Abstract:

The article deals with some issues of the development of the historical and cultural situation in the forest-steppe zone of the Middle Irtysh region in the middle - second half of the 1st millennium AD. The authors systematized archaeological data indicating the penetration of the population of archaeological cultures of the taiga into the forest-steppe zone of the Irtysh region.
