Abstract:
As a permanent storage for business process transaction, database is a crucial and the needed for the system. Using database often does not match with the ability and functionality and even is it possible as theory said about using transaction database and beyond the advantages and disadvantages, separating using between transactional database and database for decision making will mine the ability and the powerful database as much as possible. Beside that daily transaction will increase the database capacity month by month and year by year and will decrease the performance, especially for customer daily services. Separating between database transaction and database for decision making will decrease connection to daily database transaction and increase daily database transaction as which is run by application and will implicate the increasing customer satisfaction. Moreover making the strategic reports for decision making never ever become a nightmare and unimportant thing. Differentiation efficiency for saving the amount of data byte and effectiveness the query speed in sql statement in order to make the decision making reports will be used as an approach for justification.

Abstract:
Internet technology is developing very rapidly especially on the database system. Today's database has led to data that cannot be processed into the traditional way that we call big data. Some data stored on the server requires a way for the data to be valid and intact for that transaction mechanism appears on RDBMS which ensures that the data stored will become a unified whole as in customer account data, withdrawal of money at ATMs, e-transactions -commerce and so on.
Of course the use of transactions in a database by not using Atomic transactions has a difference in terms of traffic on the network. This research appears by analyzing network traffic or density from a database that uses transactions and not to users who access them. This research method uses a questionnaire method by distributing questionnaires quantitatively to 300 respondents. The results of the study of approximately 300 respondents, researchers get the results that the use of transactions in databases and databases without transactions after being accessed by 300 people, the densest network is a network owned by a system that uses transaction features, this is because there is a slight increase of about 13% of traffic when compared to a network without transactions. This statement shows that two-way communication from a database that has the transaction provides feedback to the user so that the data is reliable as an indicator that the data has been stored safely. Further research can be done by finding other information or a study of big data using the atomic transaction model.

Abstract:
Customer knowledge is an important asset, in gathering, and managing from sharing customer knowledge into valuable capital for the company. This causes the company to continue to innovate in producing products and serving according to customer needs. To find out the needs of each customer, the company needs to make customer segmentation. Customer segmentation is defined as the division into different groups with similar characteristics to develop marketing strategies that are tailored to customer characteristics. The easiest, simplest, well-known and commonly used model of customer characteristics is the model of the recency, frequency, monetary (RFM) criteria. The RFM model still has weaknesses in low customer segmentation capacity and does not provide information on the continuity of customer transactions in understanding customer loyalty. The research method used is the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method. The data is transformed into another format that suits the needs of analysis and then the customer is segmented using clustering data mining techniques with the K-Means algorithm. From the experiments, the RFM model guesses loyal customers when reviews, frequency and monetary are high. In reality, the recency only provides information on the customer making the last transaction and the high number of transaction frequencies can be done without the customer's stability in making transactions each period. Implementing multi-criteria in customer segmentation can be better than just RFM criteria. So it will not be wrong to treat customers according to the groups that have been formed.

In this modern era, doing business requires a marketing strategy to market a product. One good marketing method is to utilize a customer database. A database is a collection of data or information stored systematically. Meanwhile, the customer database is data that contains customer personal information, such as name, email, telephone number, age, gender, product search history, transaction history and other demographic and psychographic data. This database can be used to build and maintain a business, as well as establishing good relationships with customers. As Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the hope is that they can keep up with developments by becoming familiar with data. When you are data literate, it will make it easier for MSMEs to develop their business in this digital era. The customer database will help MSMEs reach more consumers. Utilizing data coupled with knowledge in processing customer databases is one of the keys to successfully managing a business. As an MSME actor, you must also be able to use data optimally. Abstract:
This paper utilizes customer transaction data to segment customers based on their purchase recency, frequency, and monetary amount. By employing an empirical approach, a stochastic model is proposed to predict customer segmentation into categories such as new, active, potential, and lost. The model also constructs indices for customer equity and loyalty. This approach allows companies to practically analyze and categorize their customers, calculating the probability of segment characteristics. The study highlights the importance of customer segmentation in strategic planning, emphasizing the role of RFM (recency, frequency, monetary amount) analysis in identifying high-value customers and optimizing marketing strategies. The proposed model integrates customer equity and loyalty metrics, providing a comprehensive framework for businesses to enhance customer relationship management and targeted marketing efforts. The empirical data from a credit card customer database in Taiwan demonstrates the model's effectiveness in segmenting customers and predicting their behavior, offering valuable insights for businesses to allocate resources strategically and maximize revenue potential. This research contributes to the field by presenting a robust method for dynamic customer segmentation, applicable across various industries.

Abstract:
Purpose This paper aims to examine the impact of the customer’s previous transaction behaviour (represented by loyalty and general cross-buying) on his/her choice of specific services offered by the same financial services provider. Design/methodology/approach This study uses a set of logistic regression models by incorporating panel data from a large bank. The database consists of 2,187 randomly selected customers, and it includes features related to individual loyalty and cross-buying behaviours, as well as demographic indicators, i.e. individual measures related to each customer and each service. Findings From the results obtained, a large variation in customer choice behaviour with regard to the studied banking services was observed. These results reveal which customer transactional behaviours drive cross-category financial services purchases. Originality/value In academic literature, little progress has been made in the study of individual and behavioural factors that affect customer choices by service category, especially within the banking sector. By understanding customer choices, the company will be able to meet customer needs in a more appropriate way, thereby increasing its competitiveness. Hence, the results from this study have both managerial and research implications, improving the strategy formulation of financial services companies.

Mining association rules is an essential task for knowledge discovery. From a large amount of data, potentially useful information may be discovered. Association rules are used to discover the relationships of items or attributes among huge data. These rules can be effective in uncovering unknown relationships, providing results that can be the basis of forecast and decision. The effective management of business is significantly dependent on the quality of its decision making. Past transaction data can be analyzed to discover customer behaviors such that the quality of business decision can be improved. The approach of mining association rules focuses on discovering large itemsets, which are groups of items that appear together in an adequate number of transactions. The proposed method focuses on a combined approach to generate association rules from a large database of customer transactions. This approach scans the database once to construct an association graph and clustering tables and then traverses the graph to generate all large itemsets. The proposed algorithm will outperforms other algorithms which need to make multiple passes over the database.

AbstractThe paper focuses on modeling longitudinal customer behavior and develops a dynamic programming (DP) to show how customer transaction database may be used to guide marketing decisions such as pricing and the design of customer reward programs. Dynamic programming is not as a tool to marketing decisions making in this research but rather as a description of consumer behavior. The results show that the method provides a means for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategy, for example, customer reward programs. Moreover, the findings from the model estimation indicate that reward program can actually increase the customer’s purchase level and stimulate the repeat purchase behavior.

Abstract:
Purpose In the initial stage of product design, product portfolio identification (PPI) aims to translate customer needs (CNs) into product specifications (PSs). This is an essential task, since understanding what customers really want is at the center of product design. However, design information is incomplete and design knowledge is minimal during this stage. Furthermore, PPI is often a confusing and frustrating task, especially when customer preferences are changing rapidly. To facilitate the task, the purpose of this paper is to capture the time-sensitive mapping relationship between CNs and PSs. Design/methodology/approach This paper proposes a design sequential pattern mining model to uncover implicit but valuable knowledge from chronological transaction records. First, CNs and PSs from these records are transformed and connected according to the transaction time. Second, procedures such as litemset generation, data transformation and pattern mining are conducted based on the AprioriAll algorithm. Third, the uncovered patterns are modified and applied by engineers. Findings Using the retrieved patterns, engineers can keep up with the dynamics of customer preferences with regard to different PSs. Research limitations/implications Computational experiments on a case study of customization of desktop computers show that the proposed method is capable of extracting useful sequential patterns from a design database. Originality/value Considering the times tamps of the transactions, a sequential pattern mining-based method is proposed to extract valuable patterns. These patterns can help engineers identify market trends and the correlation among PSs.

Abstract:
Data mining is a method used to obtain valuable information contained in data banks. The information obtained can be used as input for determining the business strategy for the head of the company's agency. One of the most widely used data mining techniques is clustering using the K-Means method. Print on Demand (PoD) is one of the printing business units of PT. Gramedia which specifically provides printing services for various types of products, including: books, magazines, calendars, posters, promo materials such as product catalogs and brochures, as well as small-sized products such as business cards, tickets, coupons or vouchers and stickers. Currently every sales transaction data is stored in a SQL Server database, but until now the data processing is still done manually for reporting needs for company management. The purpose of this research is to perform K-Means Clustering analysis of the transaction data of sales of print services using the RapidMiner application to classify routine customer data based on the number of transactions made for each type of print product. The results of the application of the K-Means Clustering method resulted in 8 groups of customer data where the largest group consisted of 92.89% of the number of customers. The results of the analysis can be used by the company's management to determine various business strategies to increase the company's competitiveness.

Abstract:
Loyal customers at a restaurant definitely want a reward for their loyalty to the restaurant, Moshi-Moshi Ramen created the Loyal Customers program as an appreciation for loyal customers. The program is made using a paper card with 10 empty boxes which is stamped by the cashier when the customer pays for food. The current era of globalization allows all areas of life to be assisted by the presence of technology. One of the technologies developed in the culinary field is the design of a digital loyal customer card system based on Radio Frequency Identifier (RFID) which has been linked to the Firebase web database as a medium for storing data. It was found that there were deficiencies in the loyalty program, namely the card that was not safe to hold, especially if the card was lost, the customer could not claim the number of stamps So, to solve this problem, RFID and pin numbers are used as a safer system of loyal customer cards and the database for storing registered customer data to transform the existing loyalty customer program into a smarter system. Making a digital loyal customer card system using an RFID tag can be done using the Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller which has a reading sensitivity of up to a distance of 4.5 cm and an android application for ordering food. As well as all functions that can run well, including comparison of transaction times using manual and digital systems with a time difference of 10 seconds.

Abstract:
With the increase in intelligent voice phishing and the increasing reliance on open banking systems, there has been a rise in cases where individuals’ personal information has been exposed, resulting in significant financial losses for the victims. Non-face-to-face transactions in the financial sector face challenges such as customer identification, ensuring transaction integrity and preventing transaction rejection. Blockchain-based distributed ledgers have been proposed as a solution but their adoption is limited due to the difficulty of managing private keys and the burden of gas fees management. This paper proposes a non-face-to-face P2P real-time token payment system that minimizes the risk of key loss by storing private keys in a keystore file and database through a server-based key management module. The proposed system simplifies token creation and management through a server-based token management module and implements an automatic gas-charging function for smooth token transactions. Transaction integrity and non-repudiation are ensured through a transaction confirmation module that uses transaction IDs without exposing personal information. Furthermore, advanced security measures such as blocking foreign IP access and DDoS defense are implemented to securely protect user data. The proposed system aims to provide a convenient, secure and accessible online payment solution to the public by implementing a self-authentication function using a web application that is not limited to smartphones or application platforms.

Abstract:
Online banking has become an essential part of modern banking. Many attacks are successful in accessing social network accounts since the current password-based authentication paradigms are not efficient and robust enough as well as vulnerable to automated attacks. The simplest alternative is complementing the single factor (password-based) authentication process with additional identification elements, such as one-time PIN codes, generated by the user’s own device (e.g., the smartphone) or received via SMS. To improve the security of online banking transactions, real-time face recognition technology can be used as a biometric authentication technique. This technology provides a reliable and convenient way of verifying the identity of customers in real-time. The aim of this project is to develop an online banking system that uses real-time face recognition technology for customer authentication. The system will be designed to provide a secure and user-friendly interface that allows customers to carry out banking transactions such as funds transfer, bill payments, and balance inquiries. The system will incorporate a Grassmann Learning algorithm that is capable of capturing and analyzing a customer's facial features in real-time. The algorithm will compare the facial features of the customer with those in the bank's database to verify the customer's identity. Second level verification based on OTP verification in reverse order. The system will provide a secure and user-friendly interface for customers to carry out banking transactions in real-time. In this proposed net banking application notifications are sending to the user regarding banking interface access and amount transaction.

The level of service provided by disseminating industrial management was difficult to match by the customer or multivalent based on embedded data stores now in usage. An Embedded Cloud Database Service (ECDT) approach is proposed as a solution to the problems. To enhance the actual-time performance and dependability to transaction processing, ECDT architecture should be first built, and a Dual-Timing Transaction Control (DTC) mechanism was proposed. Then, a different network sniff-timing calculation method was presented to increase the effectiveness of the ECDT method, and a cloud services middleware component was built to carry out dynamic access control and real-time DB search. In comparison to MySQL and Berkeley DB, the total transaction processing time could be slashed by 45.5% and 36.7%, correspondingly. The DNS2 algorithm could also function with average demand and time change and use less energy. Finally, the results of the numerical and commercial experiments show that the DTC technique could improve the real period precision of transmission operations in a condition where reading consistency was guaranteed, and the data transfer speed could be 20 MB/s.

Abstract:
Today, it is typical to need to identify and validate a person in order to use a safe box, operate a vehicle, access a bank account via an ATM, or carry out other operations that call for the protection of personal information. The accuracy and dependability of traditional methods, such as ID card verification or signature, are lacking. The systems in use at these places must be rapid and dependable. The usage of ATMs, which allow users to conveniently exchange banknotes, is now met with a new challenge: guaranteeing that users can maintain a valid identification. Customers are experiencing financial losses as a result of the increase in criminal cases brought about by antiquated ATM identification procedures. Our system’s main objective is to improve the usability and security of online transactions. Today, the application of biometric technologies is expanding swiftly. Biometrics is used for personal identification. Here, we are allowing user’s access to an ATM by means of a biometric fingerprint scanner. The Bank enters a fingerprint’s information into a database during the enrolment procedure. The bank provides authentication to the customer, which they can use to conduct transactions. If a fingerprint match in the database occurs, transactions take place. The transaction will be cancelled if, following verification, the fingerprint does not match. The user of a fingerprint-based ATM machine can conduct secure transactions.

Abstract:
Paying mobile bills has now become simple with the help of Internet banking and credit cards, Customer adapted to prepaying and get credited by buying them online or at the store nearby. Whereas the post-pay adapted customer pays his bills by end of his service session through online money transfer or paying bills at the store. These payment processes are hard to make sometimes, considering the resources available in underdeveloped countries or in a place where the Internet is difficult to find. Unstructured Supplementary Service Data payments (USSD) also come in handy when a customer runs out of Internet credits or uses a phone which does not provide him internet on the go. With limited resources, USSD payment provides clients the advantage of getting a phone card credited on tap. To make this happen, network providers and banks must work together. The network provider creates a database to save bank card details and accesses them when required with permission of the respective customer whenever a transition is made through USSD. For every payment, an authentication protocol is performed to avoid hackers and make secured money transfer. This Journal highlights the downsides of financial exclusion in modern societies and how we can leverage the technology of mobile money to drive financial inclusion in our society with a particular interest in unbanked areas in Nigeria. The financial sector is a heavily regulated sector in Nigeria, so it will be essential to see what it takes to set up mobile money operations in Nigeria and make it accessible to people who actually need it and the availability of the technology needed to make that happen. Even though mobile money operation is not so new, adoption has been very slow and this study is going to primarily highlight how adoption can be improved and the infrastructure needed to drive that adoption. The result of this study shows that the adoption of Mobile money can increase financial inclusion in Nigeria to 95% and as well connect over 99% of the adult population to easy credit facilities and financial services.  In conclusion, the study recommends the quick adoption of mobile money wallets for personal finance considering the literacy landscape of Nigeria and the ease with which it provides credits and financial services to people in remote areas of the country, improving the ease of doing business, and bringing much-needed financial literacy to the people.

Abstract:
The proliferation of retail companies in Indonesia makes competition quite fierce in this business. The availability of detailed information on products purchased from each customer transaction in the database will become data garbage, which continues to grow every day. Company managers will certainly be interested in knowing whether certain groups of products are consistently purchased together. They can use this data for optimal grouping and placement of products, and managers can also use this information for cross-selling, for promotions, for catalog design and to identify customer segments based on purchasing patterns. In this study, data mining with Association rule techniques was used to explore patterns of attribute relationships and frequent itemsets in the Retail database. The a priori paradigm is used to find large itemsets in the determination of association rules. The integration of association rules with the a priori paradigm has managed to find a number of patterns of relationships between attributes in retail databases.
