The reaction of cyclopentanone with cyanoacetylhydrazine gave 2-cyano-2-cyclopentylideneacetohydrazide (1). Treatment of compound 1 with elemental sulphur in the presence of triethylamine afforded 2-amino-5,6-dihydro- -4H-cyclopenta[b]thiophene-3-carbohydrazide (2), which in-turn formed the corresponding intermediate diazonium salt. Abstract:
Research on light vision mechanisms in biosystems and on the mechanisms of formation of deficits in color discrimination[1] reveals that not only white light is polychromatic but all light waves are. The spectrum of white light is composed of aggregations of only 4 monochromatic waves: magenta UV 384 nm, cyan 432 nm, yellow 576 nm and magenta IR 768 nm, grouped in 5 bi-chromatic waves: cinnabar red (magenta IR + yellow), green (yellow + cyan), indigo (cyan + magenta UV) and also two semi-bright bi-chromatic waves - porphyry IR (semi-infrared wave composed of the magenta IR 768 nm wave and the

Abstract The effectiveness of CO2 oil-based foam in conventional and unconventional oil and gas development, as well as CO2 storage, relies on its stability. This study delves into the gas-liquid surface properties and liquid film behavior of a compound surfactant FS oil-based foam system, with a focus on understanding the mechanisms influencing its stability. The investigation reveals that the viscoelastic modulus of the FS surfactant system initially rises and then stabilizes with increased concentration, reaching a peak of 15.43 mN/m at 1.5 wt%. In the FS oil-based foaming system, the inhib

UV radiation or sunlight can affect the printed sample by fading the ink surface and therefore the product losses it's decorative purpose and becomes less desirable to the customer. To create the efficient protective coating, titanium dioxide (TiO2) will be used as a well-known compound that should lower the effects of UV radiation. TiO2 should lower the colour fade after UV radiation and this will be determined by densitometric and colorimetric (CIE L*a*b*) measurements. In addition, measurement of print gloss will also be conducted to evaluate visual appearance of the sample. Biopolymer Poly
