Abstract:
Studies of chromosomes of Cyrtodactylus jarujini Ulber, 1993 and C. doisuthep Kunya et al., 2014 to compare microsatellite and TTAGGG sequences by classical and molecular techniques were conducted in Thailand. Karyological typing from a conventional staining technique of C. jarujini and C. doisuthep showed diploid chromosome numbers of 40 and 34 while the Fundamental Numbers (NF) were 56 in both species. In addition, we created the chromosome formula of the chromosomes of C. jarujini showing that 2n (40) = Lsm1 + Lsm2 + Lt3 + Mm1 + Mt4 + Sm2 + Sa2 + St5 while that of C. doisuthep was 2n (34) =

Abstract:
A new cave-dwelling species of the gekkonid lizard genus Cyrtodactylus Gray, C. auribalteatus sp. nov. is described on the basis of animals collected from a cave in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park, Phitsanulok Province, Thailand, bringing the number of species in this genus in Thailand to 18. The new species shares over all appearances with other cave-dwelling Cyrtodactylus spp. in having large eyes, a long snout, reduced tubercles, absence of caudal tubercles, and slender limbs for climbing. The new species is characterized by its moderate size (snout-vent length to at least 98.07 mm), weak

Abstract:
This study was done in two parts. The first part involved the prevalence, morphology and histopathology of blood parasites in amphibians and reptiles. Blood samples were collected from 161 animals in two locations between 2012 and 2013. Blood specimens were examined using thin-filmed blood smear preparations with Giemsa staining. In location 1, mo ko Surin National Park, Pang Nga province, a total of 60 amphibians (4 species) 5 were positive for blood parasites (prevalence = 8.33%) infecting only Rana erythraea. The observed parasites included Trypanosoma chatonii and Aegyptianella sp.. Of 13
