Abstract:
Introduction. The article examines the structure and features of Ganden Phodrang (Tib. dGa’-ldan pho-brang) — Tibetan traditional Government founded by the 5th Dalai Lama Lobsang Gyatso (1617–1682) in 1642 — in the context of interaction with institutions of the Qing administration in the 18th century. Diarchy based on the principles of unity of monastic and secular government (Tib. Сhos-srid) became the basis of the political and legal system of the Tibetan state and was reflected in some specifics of relations with Buddhist countries and peoples. The influence of the Qing Empire in the region by the end of the 18th century increased, and that was traced in formal characteristics but did not affect the functioning laws of Ganden Phodrang. Goals. The paper reviews and analyzes the origins, structure and features of the Dalai Lama’s traditional government Ganden Phodrang (1642–1959); identifies the main changes in the political structure of Tibet during the period of the greatest influence of the Qing government institutions in the 18th century; clarifies the position and role of the Dalai Lama as head of state, as well as the importance of regents and Qing ambans in governing the country. Materials and Methods. In addition to Qing sources, the article uses works by German and French Tibetan scholars (in English), as well as studies by Indian and Chinese Tibetologists. In Russian historiography, special attention is paid to the Dalai Lamas and Panchen Lamas, their relations with the Qing emperors, as well as to such administrative institutions of the Qing as ambans, legislative acts, and the Golden urn lot. Methodologically, the study employs historical and comparative approaches, and the problem-chronological principle. Conclusions. The article concludes that the Dalai Lama’s Government was uniquely independent in the 18th century, and tulku regents possessed special ‘dual’ status and significance. It is necessary to emphasize the importance of studying the topic in the context of international polemics around classification of the socioeconomic structure of Tibet in the Middle Ages, and its status in relation to China.

Abstract:
Chinese historiography, concerning the period of Qing administrations strengthening in the Tibetan region, shows the concept 三足鼎立 (sānz dĭngl), which literally means to establish a bronze tripod or figuratively tripartite balance of power. The Panchen Lama incarnation lineage become one of the three pillars of Qing power in Tibet by the middle of the XVIII century. The 5th Panchen Lama Lobsang Yeshe got many privileges from Kangxi and Yongzheng emperors, was invited to Beijing and even considered to be the regent for the Dalai Lama VII. Lobsang Yeshe played a mediating role in a number of internal and external conflicts, recognized the incarnations of the three Dalai Lamas, enhance the government in Tashilhunpo, and generally played a prominent role in the history of Tibeto-Qing relations.

The author concludes that the events of 1705 became an important historical milestone that had a long-term impact on the formation of a unified multinational state under the Qing rule.

Since the late sixteenth century when Altan Khan of Tumed in Southern Mongolia adopted the Yellow Hat sect of Tibetan Buddhism and sup­ported it as the common faith of the Mongol people, the teaching and discipline of Buddhism greatly influenced the customs, society, and various ac­tivities of the nomadic Mongols. The Mongolian version of Tibetan Buddhism was called Lamaism, and the Buddhist monks were known as lamas. The highest ranking lama of Northern or Khalkha Mongolia was the well-known Jebtsundamba Khutagt. His first and second incarnations were born in the house of Tusheet Khan, the most influential one of four Khans of Khalkha Mongolia. They were recognized as spiritual leaders of Mongolia with high pres­tige in Mongolian politics. Consequently, the Manchu court in Peking became anxious of the prospects of a reunified Mongolia under their leadership. In order to prevent such perspective the Manchu emperor issued the unwritten regulation by which the third and its subsequent incarnations of the Jebtsundamba Khutagt were to be found in Tibet instead of Mongolia.1 The 8th Jebtsundamba Khutagt, who played an important role in the political life of modern Mongolia, was found as a boy in Tibet, and was brought to Mongolia in 1875 as a reincarnation of his predecessor. The authors examine the relationship between Dzungaria and Tibet in the first half of the 18th century. A whole series of events that happened in these countries coincide chronologically in a rather surprising way. The authors highlight the important events of this period: the seizure of Lhasa by the Dzungars in 1717–1720, the uprising of the Kukunor Khoshuts in 1723–1724, the development of Dzungar-Tibetan relations in the second quarter of the 18th century. They stress the Galdan-Tsereng’s embassy to the Dalai-lama in 1742/1743, the event, which was mentioned even in the Russian archival documents. Besides, they pay special attention to the activities of the main leaders, such as Dzungarian hungtaiji: Tsewang-Rabdan, Galdan-Tsereng; Tibetan rulers: rgyal-po Lhawzang, miwang Pholanay, the Dalai-lamas Sixth and Seventh; the Qing emperors: Kangxi, Yongzheng, Qianlong. They quote the letters exchanged between the Qing emperors, on the one hand, and the Dzungar (and Khoshut) leaders, on the other. The authors concluded that the relations between Dzungaria and Tibet during the first half of the 18th century could be subdivided into three stages (1703–1717; 1717–1727; 1727–1745/1750, each with its peaks). These relations, as well as their development, largely depended on the state of the relations between the dynasty of Qing and Tibet, especially the imperial policy towards Dzungaria.

AbstractThis article examines previously unstudied historical sources from seventeenth–twentieth century Khalkha, Mongolia concerning the controversial Dorjé Shukden tradition (Tib. Rdo rje shugs ldan; Kh. Mong. Dorjshüg). In the last quarter-century, the current Dalai Lama has imposed a controversial global ban on the practice that has cleaved Tibetan and Mongolian communities from one another, led to much bloodshed, and the splitting of the institutional base of the transnational Géluk (Tib. Dge lugs) tradition. Anti-Shukden polemicists and the small body of contemporary secondary scholarship on the schism attribute the rise of Shukden traditions to a hyper-conservative faction of monks based in Lhasa during the early twentieth century. They are credited with elevating Shukden, a violent regional spirit, to the high position of an enlightened protector of the Dharma. This article troubles that historical position, showing how developed Shukden traditions existed in Khalkha a century before the Lhasa movement. It then advances a new working hypothesis on the origins and enduring appeal of the Shukden tradition, which is that it is a long-running expression of the trans-Asian (and now, transnational) expansion of Géluk scholasticism far beyond the political dominions of the Dalai Lamas over the course of the Qing and Tsarist empires, the rise of nationalist and socialist government in Inner Asia, the exercise of profound socialist state violence, and the experience of global diaspora.

Introduction. Traditional Buddhist communities are well aware of prominent Buddhist scholars to have further disseminated and developed the Buddha’s Teaching. The most famous are Dalai and Panchen Lamas. Since the beginnings of Buddhism’s prevalence in Mongolia, it is Bogd Gegeen who is revered most of all nationwide. To date, there have been nine reincarnations of Bogd Gegeen that immensely contributed to the development of Buddhism in the country. Goals. The paper seeks to analyze visits of the 9th Bogd Gegeen Jebtsundamba Khutuktu to the Volga Kalmyks (as members of the Mongolian world) and his delivered teachings. Results. The article highlights key points of the Bogd Gegeen’s biography, narrates about his six visits to Kalmykia in the late 1900s and early 2000s. Special focus is laid on that most significant efforts to arrange the visits were undertaken by Kalmykia’s government executives and Shajin Lama Telo Tulku Rinpoche. Those events proved fruitful enough and facilitated further strengthening of Buddhism in the region.

During 1680s-1750s the Qing dynasty in its relations with the Oirats (Jungars and Khoshuts) actively used the potential and significance of Buddhism to achieve its main goal - the subordination of these nomads. At the same time, it had acted as a peacemaker and legislator, seeking to put under dynasty’s control not only the Oirat-Tibetan relations, but also the education of the Oirat lamas, and had tried to get them for their education in the Beijing Buddhist monasteries. In case of overt or covert insubordination, Beijing usually accused Oirat rulers in their rejection of Buddha’s teaching and conversion to Islam, claiming itself to be the only true defender of the teachings of Geluk school and personally the Dalai Lama. Such a policy, along with a complex political process in Tibet, and the Oirat internal strife, had had its impact on the crisis in the Oirat community in the middle of XVIII century.

The article discusses the emergence of Tibetan nationalism in Sino-Tibetan borderland in the period after the fall of the Qing Empire in 1911 and untill the incorporation of Tibet into the PRC in 1951. It argues that the cult of the Bodhisattva of compassion Avalokiteśvara was a key spiritual root of the Tibetan religious nationalism, associating Tibet with the state of the Dalai Lamas. Other kinds of nationalisms emerged on the vast territory of the Tibetan plateau, among which the author distinguishes Tibetan collaborative nationalism and secular autonomist nationalism of Kuomintang or Communist types. The religious factor was central in this competition. Tibetan Buddhism, due to its long tradition of interweaving religion and politics, easily adapted to new conditions and was used by various forms of nationalism for diametrically opposite aims. The article shows how the clash of various national and religious interests finally led to the victory of the Chinese communists and the defeat of the religious nationalism. The author argues that the cult of Avalokiteśvara, despite the defeat of the religious nationalism in 1951, became the “icon” of Tibetan nationalism of the subsequent period associated with the exodus of Tibetans to India in 1959.

Abstract:
The main issues discussed in the article are as follows: 1. identification of the time and place where the envoys of the Tibetan Geluk leaders met with the Oirats; 2. establishing the exact place of gathering and advancing of the Oirat army towards Kukunor lake in the autumn of 1636. The authors suggest that the commander-in-chief of the army was Elet (Dzungarian) Batur-Khuntaiji, who later became the "deputy" of the Khoshut Gushi Khan. The arrival of Lama Tsagan Nomyn Khan to the Oirats from the nomad camps which belonged to the Eastern Mongolian ruler Altyn Khan in 1616 enabled their leaders to send their sons to the Tibetan Geluk school monasteries and consequently to establish close relations with their leaders. The following period of 20 years of the Oirat history (between 1616 and 1636) was filled with vivid and dramatic events. Among them were the war with Altyn Khan and civil strife, during which the Khoshuts, Derbets, and in general the Oirats were significantly splitted. At the same time, the influence of the Elet Khara Khula became more significant, which was reflected in the fact that his son Khotogochin, who succeeded him in 1634, received from the Dalai Lama the title "Batur-khuntaiji". Since the second half of 1634, the leading Oirat rulers and above all the Elets (who later on became Dzungars), were geographically close to their former homeland. At that time they met in the Tarbagatai region with Geluk envoys, who asked for help to fight against their enemies in Tibet. The early connections of the Elets with the lamas, as well as the special attention, that the Geluk lamas paid to Elets' leader, invite a suggestion that he was the addressee of that appeal. However, as a result, the Oirat army was led by Khoshut Gushi Khan. The army was gathered near Alakol lake and in the autumn of 1636, it moved towards the Kukunor lake through the Dzungarian Gate.

Abstract:
Introduction. The Story of Usun Debeskertu Khan is a notable monument of old Oirat literature. Its popularity and wide distribution are evidenced by numerous manuscript copies stored by scientific institutions of Russia, Mongolia and China. It consists of instructions attributed to the Tibetan King Tri Ralpacan referred to as the last ‘Dharma King’ of the ancient royal dynasty of Tibet. During his reign, he was able to strengthen the country’s nationhood, dismiss China’s protectorate, and get Buddhism established as the state religion. Indirectly, these events are reflected in the text of his homilies. However, this work was created not during his lifetime but much later — in the 15th century. Ralpacan’s death marked the end of the era of ‘religious kings’, and the country started disintegrating into a vast number of small principalities. The process of active revival and reformation of Buddhism would begin only in the 15th century directed by Je Tsongkhapa and further sustained by the emerged institution of the Dalai Lamas. And it is during this period that the book of Ralpacan’s homilies was compiled. In the mid-17th century, those were translated into Oirat by the famous Khoshut ruler Güshi Nomin Khan recognized in Tibet as a ‘Dharma King’. This circumstance makes it possible to consider the creation of the Oirat translation from the viewpoint of historical events that were taking place in the mid-17th century in Tibet and Dzungaria, as well as to reveal its actual contents. So, a textual space of one didactic text known in Mongolic literatures as The Story of Usun Debeskertu Khan connects names of two great ‘Dharma Kings’ — and two epochs of ‘religious kings’ of Tibetan Buddhism. Goals. The article seeks to introduce the Oirat text of The Story into scientific circulation, and analyzes its historical contents identifying the historical component of the work. Methods. Comparative historical analysis proves a key research method. Despite repeated publications of the text, the latter was never essentially analyzed for historical aspects. Results. And the analysis conducted shows that 1) Tibetan King Ralpacan’s homilies are based on the ‘two principles (guidelines)’ finally adopted in his era, 2) religious and secular norms proclaimed by the text attest to that Buddhism had been thus established as the state religion of Tibet, 3) the fact the text of Tibetan King Ralpacan’s homilies was translated into Oirat by Güshi Nomin Khan implies the latter should be equally revered as a ‘Dharma King’.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to construct and critique the Dalai Lama’s conception and practices related to dialogue. I shall attempt to construct his ‘theory’ by simultaneously looking at both his practice and his writings. I will then offer a critique of his views. I hope to be able to show that His Holiness offers a profound understanding of dialogue-which, if put into practice, offers a number of fruitful consequences. The central thesis of this paper is that one of the best ways to understand and make sense of the Dalai Lama’s approach to dialogue is to see his beliefs and practices as particular instantiations of broader Buddhist teachings. In other words, one way of thinking about the Dalai Lama’s approach to dialogue is to see his practices as instances of some basic Buddhist beliefs. Without going into an exhaustive account of these various beliefs, I want to suggest that four of them, in particular, are useful for understanding His Holiness’s approach to dialogue. The four are: meditative practice, interdependent arising, compassion, and expedient or skillful means.

Kemajuan teknologi baru telah menyebabkan perbankan dalam talian menjadi saluran pengedaran yang terkenal dan penting dalam industri perbankan bagi kebanyakan negara. Terdapat faktor yang perlu diambil kira untuk mengetahui tentang perspektif pelajar di Malaysia tentang penggunaan perbankan dalam talian. Objektif kajian ini ialah untuk menyiasat sejauh mana kepercayaan pengguna menjadi faktor pengantara bagi tahap keselamatan dan peranan laman web dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian dalam kalangan mahasiswa. Kajian ini dijalankan ke atas sampel yang terdiri daripada 100 orang mahasiswa universiti daripada pelbagai kategori iaitu umur, tahun pengajian, sumber pendapatan dan lain-lain. Hasil analisis menggunakan perisian SPSS menunjukkan: (1) Keselamatan dan risiko berhubung secara positif dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (2) Keselamatan dan risiko berhubung secara positif dengan kepercayaan pengguna; (3) Laman web perbankan berhubung secara positif dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (4) Laman web perbankan berhubung secara positif dengan kepercayaan pengguna; (5) Kepercayaan pengguna berhubung secara positif dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (6) Kepercayaan pengguna mengantara hubungan antara keselamatan dan risiko dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (7) Kepercayaan pengguna mengantara hubungan antara laman web dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian.

Capaian Internet telah meluas dan diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat dunia termasuk di negara-negara Islam. Kebanjiran maklumat Islam yang disediakan melalui Internet tidak menyediakan ciri-ciri khusus bagi memudahkan umat Islam mencari maklumat Islam dengan betul dan sahih. Oleh itu kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai ciri-ciri maklumat Islam di laman web dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gelagat pengguna Muslim dalam pencarian maklumat Islam secara atas talian. Kaedah kualitatif telah digunakan dalam kajian ini di mana survei telah dijalankan terhadap pengguna Muslim yang mencari maklumat Islam di laman-laman web, blog, newsgroup, laman sosial dan lain-lain. Hasil kajian ini mendapati bahawa faktor yang mendorong pengguna Muslim mencari laman maklumat Islam bergantung kepada beberapa ciri-ciri yang terdapat di dalam laman web tersebut seperti kepercayaan agama, etika, perkhidmatan, hukum dan nilai di dalam kandungan sesuatu laman web. Justeru hasil kajian ini sangat penting sebagai satu panduan dalam membina reka bentuk laman web yang lebih berkualiti dan boleh dipercayai.

The background of the problem of this thesis is how the meaning of the word al-Lamam according to wahbah az-Zuhaili, from this background, the aim of the research arises, namely, to find out what the meaning of the word al-Lamam is in al-munir's interpretation. This study is a qualitative research and the interpretation taken is the interpretation of al-Munir's work by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. In this discussion, it focuses on the meaning of al-lamam itself and also a comparison of the meaning of the word al-Lamam from the interpretations of al-munir, ibn katsir and other interpretations. But the main focus is al-Munir's interpretation.

Laman sesawang memainkan peranan penting dalam mempertingkatkan keterlihatan institusi di peringkat lokal dan juga global, selaras dengan hasrat nasional untuk mengantarabangsakan pendidikan tinggi, contohnya pembangunan hab pendidikan tinggi serantau dan global. Komunikasi laman sesawang memainkan peranan yang penting sebagai tapak perhubungan pertama serta sumber maklumat utama bagi khalayak. Kajian ini meneliti penggunaan laman sesawang secara strategik oleh tiga universiti penyelidikan di Malaysia. Kajian ini juga mengkaji strategi komunikasi laman sesawang bagi setiap universiti menerusi analisis kandungan kualitatif dan pemerhatian secara dalam talian terhadap laman sesawang universiti berkaitan. Ini meliputi analisis secara mendalam terhadap kandungan laman sesawang, reka bentuk dan elemen-elemen lain yang menyumbang kepada keterlihatan universiti melalui komunikasi laman sesawang ketiga-tiga institusi ini. Dapatan kajian mendapati kandungan (content) dan kebolehgunaan (usability) dalam reka bentuk laman sesawang serta komunikasi dialogic (dialogic communication) telah digunakan sebagai strategi keterlihatan laman sesawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif atau naturalistik karena dilakukan padakondisiyang alamiah. Prosedur penelitian meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun subjek dari penelitan ini adalah guru yang mengajar di MTsS Batusitanduk Lamasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar dokumentasi dan lembar wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data dimulai denagn mereduksi data, kemudian mengurai hasil penelitian dalam bentuk uraian singkat dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. Supervisi Klinis merupakan suatu pembimbingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru secara sengaja yang dimulai dari pertemuan awal, observasi, dan pertemuan balikan yang di analisis secara cermat, teliti, dan obyektif untuk mendapatkan perubahan perilaku mengajar yang diharapkan. Tahap implementasi pelaksanaan supervisi klinis untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di MTsS Batusitanduk Lamasi meliputi pertemuan awal, observasi, dan pertemuan balikan. Faktor Penghambat dalam Implementasi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Klinis dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di MTsS Batusitanduk Lamasi yaitu tidak semua guru mengikuti dan memahami supervisi klinis dengan baik. Hambatan yang dominan juga terkait masalah waktu karena tidak sesuai dikarenakan banyaknya guru yang harus dibina dalam teknik proses pembelajaran sedangkan waktu yang tersedia terbatas dalam memberikan supervisi klinis yang mengakibatkan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis tidak maksimal, sehingga dalam hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang cukup banyak.

The article is dedicated for the 85th anniversary of His Holiness Dalai Lama the 14th Tenzin Gyatso and considers his contribution to establishing the dialogue between academic research and spirituality. It depicts main points of Dalai Lama’s way in science, the results of which he described in his book ‘The Universe in a Single Atom. How Science and Spirituality Can Serve Our World’. In this book His Holiness tried to explain the possibility of reaching a unified vision of the world, based not only on science but also on spirituality. Dalai Lama is sure of the necessity of the dialogue between science and Buddhism; he believes that there are certain points, where science and Buddhist philosophy come very close to each other, and may form a good base for such a dialogue. It is for example non-theistic character of both science and Buddhism, the similarity of their methods of cognition, along with the common goal of attaining the truth. Dalai Lama raises one important question: Should there be a place for ethics in science? Giving the positive answer, he then proves it expressly. For several decades Dalai Lama has been undertaking active efforts to facilitate the dialogue between science and spirituality. Recently Russian scholars have also joined this process. By Dalai Lama’s initiative two big conferences were held under the aegis of the program “Fundamental knowledge: dialogues of Russian and Buddhist scholars”. As a result of these meetings the joint Russian and Buddhist research center was organized in South India to study the altered states of conciseness, basing on various types of Buddhist meditation.

Ekspansi perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit di Laman Kinipan menyebabkan terjadinya konflik agaria dan perlawanan masyarakat mempertahankan hutan adatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai yang diimplementasikan dalam pengelolaan hutan adat dan sifat gerakan masyarakat dalam mempertahankan hutan hutan adat oleh masyarakat Laman Kinipan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei – Juli 2022, bertempat di Laman Kinipan, Kecamatan Batang Kawa, Kabupaten Lamandau, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjuangan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat adat Laman Kinipan merupakan bentuk perjuangan atas hak-hak adatnya yang memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan isu pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan. Masyarakat adat laman Kinipan memiliki nilai-nilai perlindungan hutan adat yang bersumber dari hubungan yang erat antara hutan dengan aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat yang selaras dengan tata kelola alam yang berkelanjutan. Gerakan yang dibangun oleh masyarakat Laman Kinipan dalam mempertahankan hutan adatnya dari ekspansi perkebunan kelapa sawit merupakan upaya mempertahankan nilai-nilai perlindungan hutan dan keberlanjutan hidup masyarakat Laman Kinipan. Pengakuan dan penetapan Hutan Adat Laman Kinipan dan Masyarakat Laman Kinipan sebagai Masyarakat Hukum Adat merupakan solusi yang penting diwujudkan untuk penyelesaian konflik agraria di Laman Kinipan.

Penggunaan ungkapan insya-Allah dapat dikenal pasti dalam dua objektif utama iaitu penggunaan ejaan dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong penggunaan ungkapan insya-Allah. Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini masih di peringkat awal dan penelitian yang lebih tepat dan menyeluruh mungkin boleh dibuat pada masa akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, dengan tujuan menggambarkan fenomena koeksistensi umat beragama antara masyarakat Islam dan Kristen secara sistematis dari suatu fakta secara faktual dan cermat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya tiga bentuk koeksistensi umat beragama di Kecamatan Lamasi dapat ditinjau dari koeksistensi umat beragama dengan pemerintah, koeksistensi umat beragama melalui budaya, serta koeksistensi umat beragama melalui pendidikan. Koeksistensi umat beragama dengan pemerintah diwujudkan dalam beberapa peran pemerintah Kecamatan Lamasi seperti sosialisasi tentang toleransi, memfasilitasi dialog antaragama, pemerataan pelayanan, filterisasi berita palsu, serta adanya kerjasama dengan umat beragama dalam menjaga keharmonisan. Sedangkan koeksistensi umat beragama melalui budaya diimplementasikan melalui kesenian, adat pernikahan, kegiatan ekonomi, dan sistem kekeluargaan. Dan yang terakhir, bentuk koeksistensi umat beragama melalui pendidikan dilakukan dengan pergaulan antara pendidik dan peserta didik, memberi suri tauladan yang baik serta mengajak dan mengamalkan. Kemudian peran penting pendidikan dalam koeksistensi umat beragama di Kecamatan Lamasi yang diamati melalui pendidikan formal diantaranya sekolah sebagai ajang sosialisasi, sekolah sebagai salah satu wadah untuk memperingati hari raya keagamaan, sekolah sebagai tempat untuk menumbuhkembangkan jiwa toleransi, sekolah sebagai penunjang kegiatan sosial, serta sekolah sebagai upaya prefentif dan kuratif mengenai keharmonisan dalam bermasyarakat. Selain itu peran penting pendidikan dalam koeksistensi umat beragama yang diwujudkan dalam pendidikan informal dilakukan dengan tiga gaya pendisiplinan, diantaranya gaya pendisiplinan autotarif, pendisiplinan autotarian serta gaya pendisiplinan permisif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi penerjemahan pada berita pemerintah yang dimuat dalam laman resmi Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa inggris pada laman yang sama. Peneliti menggunakan teori dari Mona Baker (2001). Data merupakan 152 dari 15 teks berita yang terdiri dari kata, frase, atau kalimat yang mengandung unsur strategi penerjemahan. Sumber data berasal dari laman resmi Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia yaitu www.setkab.go.id dalam rentang waktu 6-10 April 2018 dan 6-12 September 2018. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif komparatif, mengumpulkan data dengan observasi non-partisan dan teknik simak catat. Kemudian dianalisis dengan metode padan translasional. Lalu hasil penyajian data dengan bentuk formal dan informal. Dari hasil analisis terdapat tujuh strategi penerjemahan dan ada satu strategi yang paling banyak digunakan pada berita pemerintah yang dimuat dalam laman resmi Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia. Strategi dengan kata pinjaman dan pinjaman dengan penjelasan yang paling banyak digunakan oleh penerjemah dalam menerjemahkan berita pemerintah pada laman resmi Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan demi kepentingan kejelasan makna. Penerjemah memasukkan informasi tambahan di dalam teks terjemahannya karena pembaca memerlukan informasi tersebut.

Trimega Jaya Medika untuk memperhatikan stok yang mereka simpan di gudang persediaan. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut dibangun aplikasi informasi stock barang pada PT Trimega Jaya Medika menggunakan metode waterfall. Adapun tahapan yang diterapkan pada penelitan ini adalah requirements analysis, design, implementation, verfication, dan maintenance. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah mengetahui fusgsionalitas dari aplikasi yang telah dibangun apakah telah sesaui dan berjalan dengan baik, menggunakan metode blackbox. Uji fungsionalitas dilakukan terhadap form login, dashboard, laman stok barang, laman barang masuk, laman barang keluar, laman supplier dan laman customer dengan total 26 testcase. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap 26 testcase kesemuanya berhasil, sesuai dengan harapan penguji dan tidak ditemukan kesalahan fungsionalitas sehingga aplikasi siap digunakan.

Pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan belum terdapat pilihan kategori berita, belum menampilkan gambar dalam list berita, urutan berita belum teratur, dan beberapa fitur lain yang belum memadai sehingga menu berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana mengevaluasi laman berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan serta bagaimana mengembangakan laman berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan Framework Zachman dan CMS Wordpress. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan strategis laman berita dengan memanfaatkan CMS Wordpress yaitu metode kualitatif. Metode tersebut untuk membuktikan kenyataanya dan mencapai tujuan penelitian yang bersifat objektif. Pada kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa rancangan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelola berdasarkan pada tahap evaluasi akhir, pemanfaatan Zachman Framework dan CMS Wordpress telah membantu peneliti dalam mengevaluasi laman berita berupa rancangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelola, serta penggunaan CMS Wordpress pada pengembangan rancangan laman berita website pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan berita yang ada di seputar kabupaten Magetan, juga dapat mempermudah pengelola untuk menerbitkan berita. Old photos can provide the desired information such as clothing fashion in the past. Historical photographs are important documents for obtaining information about the past. This kind of information is very important in the making of a film or drama that requires historical accuracy from a clothing point of view. This study uses images from the photographic process as a research method. Some old photographs from the collection of photo archiver have been used as research material. As a result, some important information related to fashion at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century for the state of Kedah can be identified. For example, based on the pictures examined, we can see the influence of English, Arabic, and Indian clothing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kualitas pelayanan e-KTP yang akan menjadi pemohon dalam pembuatan e-KTP di Daerah Walenrang Lamasi karena jarak Kecamatan Walenrang Lamasi ke ibukota Kabupaten Luwu yaitu Kecamatan Belopa berjarak 73 km dan terpisah oleh Kota Palopo hal ini menjadi kesenjangan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan permohonan e-KTP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Wilayah Walenrang Lamasi yang tepatnya berada di Desa Lalong Kecamatan Walenrang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan e-KTP yang akan menjadi tolok ukur kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat yang menjadi pemohon dalam pelayanan e-KTP dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif rata-rata persentase. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teori kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan bukti langsung dan empati menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan e-KTP di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Wilayah Walenrang Lamasi adalah rata-ratanya sebesar 4,00 dengan persentasenya sebesar 79,97% yang masuk ke dalam kriteria puas.

<p>Pelaporan Laporan Keuangan Daerah merupakan suatu bentuk pertanggungjawaban Pemerintah Daerah kepada masyarakat. Dalam menginformasikan laporan keuangan, sudah menjadi kewajiban Pemerintah Daerah untuk berpegang pada asas transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transparansi dalam Pelaporan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah selama 5 tahun terakhir, serta peran BPKAD Kota Magelang dalam menyajikan informasi yang transparan. Peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana peran BPKAD dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan pemerintah Kota Magelang, khususnya saat terjadi pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laman resmi BPKAD dan laporan yang terdapat dalam setiap bagian BPKAD di bagian publikasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa BPKAD telah memberikan laporan secara berkala dari 2017 hingga 2020, dari segi transparansi pada laman BPKAD masih ada laporan yang belum dipublikasikan yakni laporan untuk tahun 2021, sedangkan untuk aksesbilitas, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait laporan keuangan melalui laman resmi BPKAD ataupun mendatangi secara langsung ke kantor BPKAD.</p>

Pemilihan laman berita detikcom edisi bulan Desember 2020 yang berjudul “Waduh!!
