Abstract:
This is a study of the ex-dividend day. The study covers six years (2007-2012) and studies the shares included in the OMXS30 on the Stockholm stock exchange. OMXS30 is a share index of the 30 most actively traded stocks on the exchange. The study comprised a total of 145 observations. The purpose of this study is to investigate if the stock price on the ex-dividend day unfolds as the efficient market hypothesis teach or if there exists room for speculation, and thus earn a return higher than the market.The ex-dividend day effect has been studied previously, both on the Swedish market but also abroad. The results of previous researchers are different but they all have one thing in common, namely that there is a certain ex-dividend day effect.When calculating the ex-dividend day effect, the stock prices had to be adjusted for the normal return that occurs during the ex-dividend day. The normal return is not something that is universally known, but must be estimated by the author. In this study, it was estimated using the OMXS30 index movements relative to each company's beta. After that price drop ratio is calculated. The authors found that the share price on average fell by about 90 % of the dividend amount, with the possibility of an excess return of approximately 0.37 %. This was according to statistical tests significantly different from one, indicating that the ex-dividend day effect exists. By studying each year the authors found significant discrepancies between the years that cannot be explained, the authors themselves could conclude that the price drop ratio exists in symbiosis with the current economic situation.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka hur synen på kvinnors rätt till högre studier framställs i den äldre svenska flickboken med bakgrund mot 1927 års skolreform och skolkommissionerna från 1918 och 1923, samt om den bild som förmedlas är av det äldre, patriarkala slaget eller mer modern och självständig i sin utformning. Vidare ämnar jag redogöra för dåtidens samhälleliga debatt rörande vidarestuderande kvinnor samt huruvida flickböckerna presenterar en realistisk bild av sin samtid. För att kunna göra detta analyseras

åtta svenska flickböcker från den första hälften av 1900-talet enligt den hermeneutiska metoden och den narratologiska analysen. De böcker som behandlas är Barbro Betings ungflicksår (1917) och Studentklassen (1925) av Elisabeth Kuylenstierna-Wenster, Ullabella (1922) av Marika Stiernstedt, Vårdträdet (1938) av Jeanna Oterdahl, I livets vår (1939) och

Ing-Britt och hennes friare (1941) av Maja Jäderin-Hagfors, Anne Vildkatts barn (1948) av Gerda Ghobé och Ingen oro för Sonja (1949) av Irma S:t Cyr Jonsson. Resultaten av analysen sätts sedan i relation till forskningsläget rörande den äldre svenska flickboken och dåtidens samhällsdebatt angående kvinnors utbildningsmöjligheter, för att se om dessa faktorer går att

härleda till varandra. Resultatet visar att både den konservativa och den mer moderna synen på kvinnors rätt till högre utbildning existerar i de utvalda flickböckerna. De teman som förekommer i böckerna kan relativt enkelt kopplas till ett aktuellt forskningsläge, vilket gör att flickböckerna får en mer verklighetsförankrad status samt kan anses influerade av dåtidens samhällsdebatt. Att böckerna är skrivna i en tid av förändring, då flera olika samhällssyner rådde, märks tydligt.

Abstract:
En oro för svenska elevers sjunkande skolresultat har gjorts gällande. Då grunden för läsning läggs i förskolan har förtydliganden av mål och riktlinjer för barns språkliga utveckling gjorts i den nyligen reviderade läroplanen för förskolan. Förskolans uppdrag är att varje barns språkutveckling skall stimuleras i verksamheten utifrån deras olika förutsättningar och behov. Mot bakgrund av detta har jag genomfört en kvalitativ studie kring hur den sociala och fysiska språkmiljön kan se ut kring ett enskilt barn under en dag i förskolan verksamhet, samt hur och när dennes språkutveckling då stimuleras. Empirin har samlats in via observationer och har sedan analyserats utifrån aktuell forskning på området med avstamp i Vygotskijs sociokulturella teori kring barns kognitiva utveckling. Någon konkret språklig stimulans utifrån den fysiska språkmiljön går av resultatet inte att påvisa. Den sociala språkmiljön kring barnet har under dagen för studien utgjorts av samtal, fri lek, högläsning och TAKK (tecken som alternativ och kompletterande kommunikation). Stimulans av så väl fonologiska, semantiska, grammatiska som pragmatiska aspekter av barnets språkutveckling går under dagen att utläsa. Undersökningens resultat visar på att enskilda barns språkliga stimulans till stor del är beroende av kompetenta och engagerade vuxna med förmåga att tillsammans med barnen skapa lustfyllda och kreativa miljöer.

From the identification of important moments in the personal life story and professional about dance teachers as dancers, teachers and academics from dance course or physical education, this research presents the objective understand through reports of teachers how those moments influence their teaching constitution in view of its entirety. It brings in its theoretical framework relevant authors on subject: Catanante (2000), Dantas (1999), Freire (2013), Josso (2004), Marques (2010), N?voa (1992), Palmer (2012), Strazzacappa and Morandi (2012), Tardif (2002). Through methodological qualitative approach, was used as information collection instrument the semi interview structured that was performed individually with nine teachers belonging to two dance schools. The analysis and interpretation of information were made through by Discursive Textual Analysis proposed by Moraes and Galiazzi (2011). The results of this research pointed out as moments of the trajectory of the interviewed as dancers and teachers. Become more present influences in their speeches: the marks left by teachers who passed through the lives of the interviewees who have become references in make in their teaching, both in teaching and in established relationships, as well as "put themselves" in place of the students because they have gone through similar situations.Entry into the teaching took intrinsically related to their career in the dance, and the taste for teaching the subject narrated more strongly about that choice. The meaning of teaching is linked to the passion for this profession, as well as the "matter" taught: the dance. The academic backgrounds, although different, have become important in the lives of teachers, providing moments of reflections about the body, dance, their students and their own teaching, bringing singularities as the courses offered in each course. With the teaching practice, knowledge were built: by validating their knowledge by "trial and error", managing to deal with the unexpected; improvement of interpersonal relations as well as characteristics considered important for teaching; handling facilities and difficulties encountered in dance education. Over the reports, it became clear that, while the teacher of dance is constituted teacher, denounces its constitution as a person from the perspective of a whole (dimensions: social, emotional, spiritual and rational) identifying the I that Being who teaches dance.
A partir da identifica??o de momentos marcantes na trajet?ria de vida pessoal e profissional de professores de dan?a enquanto dan?arinos, professores e acad?micos do curso de Dan?a ou de Educa??o F?sica, esta pesquisa apresenta, como objetivo, compreender por meio de relatos dos professores de que forma esses momentos influenciam na sua constitui??o docente na perspectiva de sua integralidade. Traz, em seu referencial te?rico, relevantes autores sobre a tem?tica: Catanante (2000), Dantas (1999), Freire (2013), Josso (2004), Marques (2010), N?voa (1992), Palmer (2012), Strazzacappa e Morandi (2012). Por meio da abordagem metodol?gica qualitativa, utilizou-se como instrumento de coleta de informa??es a entrevista semiestruturada, realizada individualmente com nove professoras pertencentes a duas escolas de dan?a. A an?lise e a interpreta??o das informa??es foram realizadas por meio da An?lise Textual Discursiva proposta por Moraes e Galiazzi (2011). Os resultados dessa investiga??o apontaram momentos significativos da trajet?ria das entrevistadas como dan?arinas e professoras. Tornam-se influ?ncias mais presentes em suas falas: as marcas deixadas por professores que passaram pelas vidas das entrevistadas que se tornaram refer?ncias no fazer em suas doc?ncias, tanto no ensino como nas rela??es estabelecidas, assim como o ?se colocarem? no lugar dos alunos por terem passado por situa??es semelhantes.A entrada na doc?ncia se deu relacionada de forma intr?nseca a sua trajet?ria na dan?a, sendo o gosto por ensinar o motivo narrado de forma mais acentuada quanto a essa escolha. O significado da doc?ncia se vincula ? paix?o por essa profiss?o, assim como pela ?mat?ria? ensinada: a dan?a. As forma??es acad?micas, apesar de diferentes, tornaram-se importantes na vida das professoras, proporcionando momentos de reflex?es sobre o corpo, a dan?a, seus alunos e a pr?pria profiss?o, trazendo singularidades conforme as disciplinas oferecidas em cada curso. Com a pr?tica docente, saberes foram constru?dos: por meio da valida??o de seus conhecimentos por ?tentativa e erro?, conseguindo lidar com o imprevisto; melhora das rela??es interpessoais assim como de caracter?sticas consideradas importantes para a doc?ncia; lidando com facilidades e dificuldades encontradas no ensino da dan?a. Ao longo dos relatos, evidenciou-se que, ao mesmo tempo em que o professor de dan?a se constitui professor, denuncia sua constitui??o enquanto pessoa na perspectiva de sua integralidade (dimens?es: social, emocional, espiritual e racional) identificando o Eu desse Ser que ensina a dan?a.

Les difficultes de la royaute par les querelles de succession au trone, depuis la mort du roi pengla (1789), sixieme roi de la dynastie des aja-allada-sadonoun qui ont fonde le royaume de dan-ho-min, prefigurent l'emiettement du pouvoir centralise. La nomination des princes comme ministres essentiels et comme chefs de regions et cantons a partir du regne de guezo, renforcee sous les regnes de behanzin et de ago-li-abo est porteuse d'une reaction aristocratique ou chaque prince voudra etre roi en lieu ou place qu'il administre. L'organisation politico-administrative faite par dodds et plus tard par ballot a suivi cette ligne : la division du royaume en cantons a la tete desquels furent places des princes; lesquels se sont consideres comme rois dans leurs cantons. L'economie basee essentiellement sur la traite des captifs de guerre a connu des crises cycliques jusqu'a l'introduction du commerce de l'huile de palme. Les dahomeens n'ont jamais ete une race guerriere qui a su s'adapter apres la conquete et "tout d'un coup" aux activites artisanales, commerciales et agricoles comme le disent certains auteurs (brunet et giethlen dahomey et dependances paris challamel 1900 page 530 et ss). Ils ont toujours ete des artisans, des commercants, des agriculteurs. Du point de vue social on passait progressivement de la societe en "ordres" a la societe en classes. Enfin les valeurs traditionnelles sont remises en question par le comportement des "bresiliens" et ou d'anciens esclaves de retour, mais convertis aux differentes religions revelees. Les nouvelles structures sont le reflet de cette mutation que la conquete n'a fait que reveler : on allait du dan-ho-min aux dan-ho-min
It is evident, since the death of king pengla : 1789 sixth king of aja-allada-sadonoun dynasty who are founded dan-ho-min kingdom, that ceaseless contestations for the succession at the throne were the serious difficulties for the crown and indicates that this centralized kingdom didn't be continued. To give state powers like ministers, chiefs of regions or cantons at princes as king guezo had did but continued by his successors more particularly kings behanzin and ago-li-abo, is basis of aristocratic reaction. For such a princes considered themselves kings in the cantons that they had governed. So that the politico-administrative organization of the kingdom traced by dodds and continued by ballot indicated that we are coming to this decentralized power, since at the head of each canton we notice a prince. On other hand the economical politic line based on slave trade known many cyclic crises till to the introduction of palm oil's trade. So, dahomeans didn't never been a warrior race becoming "immediatly" after the conquest artisans, traders, farmers seeing that some authors like (brunet and giethlen in dahomey et dependances paris challamel 1900 page 530. . . . ). They had been always artisans, traders, farmers. As for the society we have noticed the progressive evolution from society in "ordres" to society in classes. We also noticed disrupting of traditional value of kingdom by the coming back of "bresiliens" and ancient slaves liberated but all converted in the christianism or islamism. All these thinks considered, we can say that the new structure of the kingdom is the mirror of that mutation what reveled by the conquest : we were going from kingdom of dan-ho-min to the kingships of dan-ho-min

Dans la récente théorie des grounds, Prawitz développe ses investigations sémantiques dans la direction d’une analyse de l’origine et de la nature du pouvoir que les inférences valides exercent sur des agents engagés dans l’activité déductive ; à savoir, le pouvoir d’obliger épistémiquement à accepter les conclusions, si l’on en a accepté les prémisses. Les grounds peuvent être construits en accomplissant des opérations qui permettent le passage d’un état de justification à un autre. In his recent theory of grounds, Prawitz develops his semantic investigations towards an analysis of the epistemic power which valid inferences are endowed with to compel one to accept the conclusion, provided one is justified in holding the premises true. A ground is what one is in possession of when one is justified in asserting a sentence. Grounds are built by performing operations that allow to pass from an evidence state to another evidence state. An inferential act consists of an application of an operation on grounds. The theory of grounds allows for undoubted advancements with respect to Prawitz's previous proof-theoretic semantics. In particular, it provides a definition of the notion of valid inference which makes the epistemic power of proofs depend on the epistemic power of the valid inferences of which proofs are built up. But the two semantics also share a problem; in both of them, valid inferences and proofs might be such that it is impossible, for agents who perform them, to recognize that they justify their conclusions. We develop the formal framework of Prawitz's proposal, by introducing a "universe" of grounds and operations on grounds, as well as some formal languages and systems of grounds. Then, we focus on two issues: the completeness of intuitionistic logic, and the aforementioned recognizability problem

Abstract:
Dan Kiley (American, 1912-2004) is one of the most highly regarded modernist landscape architects of the 20th century. As described in Kiley scholarship to-date, his decades-long practice exhibits a commitment to modernism inspired by classical landscape elements and modernist spatial techniques as a means of recreating the experience of a “walk in nature”. An unexamined aspect of Kiley scholarship is his consistent references to infinity in published writing and interviews, references which date as far back as the 1960s and continue into the 1990s, and therefore span much of his professional career. These references to infinity are often used to describe a personal appreciation of nature as well as an intentional approach to design. Through an analysis of these references, literature review of Kiley scholarship, interviews with selected Kiley colleagues, and archival research and site visits of five case studies (Miller Garden, North Christian Church, Fountain Place, Kiley Garden, and Donald J. Hall Sculpture Garden), this thesis examines the way in which Kiley referred to infinity and how he may have expressed infinity in his designed landscapes. This examination is contextualised within the histories of the ideas of infinity and artificial infinity in mathematics, theology, cosmology, art, and design. The history of the artificial infinite is synthesised into an updated taxonomy of expressions of the artificial infinite which is applied for an analysis of the case studies. The five case studies illustrate varying levels of richness and clarity, where expressions of the artificial infinite are spatially distributed and/or layered, connective and/or isolated (horizontally and/or vertically), and clearly expressed and/or interrupted. This analysis of the artificial infinite in the landscape architecture of Dan Kiley deepens our understanding of his design approach, connects Kiley to a longer and broader history of cultural ideas and expression, leads to a more nuanced understanding of modernist landscape architecture in the USA, broadens our understanding of the expression of infinity in landscape architecture, and demonstrates the applicability of an interpretive technique grounded in aesthetic analysis that could be applied to both art and design.

Förändringskrafter såsom klimatförändringar, ny teknik, globalisering, demografi och värderingar skapar utmaningar för den kommunala verksamheten i Sverige. Krav på förbättring och effektivisering av offentlig verksamhet ökar ständigt och kvalitetsfokus blir allt viktigare. Offensiv kvalitetsutveckling med principer, arbetssätt och verktyg som hjälper organisationer att ge kundtillfredsställelse i en snabbt föränderlig värld behöver genomföras. Syftet med arbetet har varit att undersöka hur ett kvalitetsledningsarbete i en offentlig förvaltning kan utföras och Samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen i Kinda kommun i södra Östergötland har varit föremål för fallstudien. I januari 2018 införde kommunen en ny organisation och Samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen var den förvaltning som genomgick störst förändring då flera förvaltningar slogs samman till en gemensam. När verksamheten drog igång uppdagades brister och behov och det blev tydligt att rutiner som behövdes för den nya organisationen saknades. Det ansågs prioriterat att börja arbetet med att införa ett kvalitetsledningssystem som främjar utveckling inom områdena struktur, kultur och systematik och som dessutom integrerar hållbar utveckling. Uppsatsarbetet inleddes med en teoristudie och skapande av ett teoretiskt ramverk som bygger på en generell förbättringsprocess med input, förändringsprocess och output. Ramverket innehåller bland annat teorier om modellen PESTLE, Maslows behovstrappa, hållbar utveckling, Hörnstensmodellen, Total Quality Management/Offensiv kvalitetsutveckling, transaktionellt och situationsanpassat ledarskap, PAV-modellen, förändringsprocesser enligt Janssen, Lewin, Kotter, med flera samt organisationskultur och lärande organisation. Fallstudien genomfördes med hjälp av intervjuer, observationer, enkät och work-shops. Djupintervjuer genomfördes för att erhålla kunskap om hållbar förändringsledning och teleintervjuer och internetsökningar gav tips om arbetssätt, verktyg och införande. Analysen gjordes genom att resultatet applicerades och sorterades med utgångspunkt från indelningen i det teoretiska ramverket. Resultatet visar att vikten av ett engagerat ledarskap inte nog kan poängteras och behov av att skapa en känsla av angelägenhet, genom att säkerställa en tydlig bild över förbättringsbehov, är stor. Införandet av ett kvalitetsledningssystem är en förändringsprocess där nuläget och förbättringsbehov behöver kartläggas för att därefter ta fram en förändringsstrategi. Verksamheten behöver bestämma sig för vilka principer som ska ingå i deras ledningssystem och vilka arbetssätt och verktyg som ska stödja principerna. Hållbarhetsprinciperna bör integreras i kvalitetsledningssystemet för att säkerställa en hållbar kvalitetsutveckling. Det finns ett värde i att ha en n-stegsmodell att hålla sig till och få stöd av genom förändringsarbetet. En införandemodell föreslås där det inledningsvis handlar om att skapa strukturer och system. För att underlätta benchmarking och kunskapsuppbyggnad är det en fördel att bli medlem i SIQ (Swedish Institute for Quality) och delta i deras nätverk för att få stöd och hjälp. Att skapa en kvalitetskultur tar tid och det krävs uthållighet, ständigt lärande av misstag och ett kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.
Drivers for change like climate change, new technology, globalisation, demographyand values create challenges for public sector and municipalities in Sweden. Demandsfor improvement and making the public sector more efficient increase. Focus onquality becomes more and more important. Total Quality Management (TQM) withvalues, techniques and tools need to be implemented to support organisations withcustomer satisfaction in a fast changing world. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore how a quality management system inpublic sector can be designed. The Civil Services Department (Samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen) in Kinda Municipality in Sweden has been in focus inthis case study. In January 2018 a new organisation was introduced, and the Civil Services Department was the department that was subject to the biggest changes when several departments were merged. When the work started in the new form several deficiencies and needs became apparent and it became clear that the new organisation lacked necessary routines. Introducing TQM became a priority in orderto promote development in structure, culture and systematics as well as integrating sustainable development. The research was initiated by conducting a theory study and creating a theoretical framework based on a general improvement process with input, change process andoutput. The framework contains theories of the PESTLE model, Maslows, sustainable development, The cornerstone model, TQM, transactional and situation based leadership, The PAV-model, change processes according to Janssen, Lewin, Kotter amongst others, as well as culture of organisations and learning organisations. The case study was carried out through interviews, observations, a survey and workshops. In depth interviews were conducted in order to obtain knowledge ofsustainable change management and telephone interviews as well as internet researchsuggested techniques, tools and implementation. The analysis was made by applying the result and sorted based on the theoretical framework. The result from the case study shows that the importance of management commitment cannot be stressed enough. It is necessary to create a sense of urgency by ensuring there is a clear picture of the need for change. The introduction of a quality management system is a change process where the present situation and the need for change need to be mapped out followed by the creation of a change strategy. It is necessary for the organisation to determine which principles to include in its management system and which techniques and tools to use to support the principles.The principles for sustainability should be integrated into the quality management system to ensure a sustainable quality development. There is a value to employ a n-step model for support and guidance throughout the change process. Anintroduction model is suggested in which the initial phase requires the creation ofstructure and systems. Membership in SIQ makes it easier to benchmark and shareknowledge and to participate in their network to receive support and aid. Creating aculture of quality takes time and requires perseverance, constant learning from mistakes and continuous improvement.

The aim of this study is to show how the former secretary general for the United Nations, Dag Hammarskjöld, has been portrayed by Swedish media during the 21th century. The analyzed newspapers are Svenska Dagbladet, Expressen and Jönköpings-Posten, two nationwide newspapers and one local. This is done through a content analysis and the theory used for this study is a memory-cultural perspective, in order to show how media has shaped Hammarskjöld’s memory. The content analysis is structured with a code scheme consisting of nine different code units representing different themes; three themes of symbolism, three themes of characteristic, and three themes of qualification. The result of the analysis shows that the newspapers mainly focus on portraying Hammarskjöld as a symbol for the United Nations and moral values, as a person representing determination, and as a qualified politician and diplomat. There are also no visible patterns in the content analysis that would imply differences between how the nationwide and local newspapers portray Hammarskjöld.

Este estudo buscou analisar a produção do artista norte-americano Dan Graham, enfocando a estreita relação que manteve com a arquitetura e a cidade ao longo de sua trajetória. Realizada em meios e suportes bastante diversiicados, a produção deste artista é bastante representativa do desenvolvimento da arte contemporânea a partir da década de 1960, marcado pela superação de códigos artísticos que culminaram com o rompimento dos limites ísicos dos museus e galerias. Através de intervenções em revistas, de suas performances e instalações, de seus recentes pavilhões de aço e vidro e de uma extensa produção de textos, Graham mobilizou conteúdos distintos provindos de campos como os da psicologia, do cinema e também da arquitetura para investigar a condição da arte, da cultura e das espacialidades na sociedade contemporânea. Por meio da justaposição entre suas obras e seus textos, onde lida mais explicitamente com questões exteriores à arte, torna-se possível identiicar a articulação entre a prática e o pensamento do artista, percorrendo de maneira mais aprofundada suas relexões sobre as estruturas sociais ou culturais operantes em contextos espaciais especíicos, seja dentro da galeria ou fora dela. Ao inal, espera-se que a síntese dessas questões permitam revelar os novos olhares construídos por Dan Graham sobre o campo da Arquitetura e Urbanismo, a partir de questionamentos que lhe são exteriores e que apresentam natureza distinta: suas propostas estéticas indagam as formas de produção da cidade contemporânea, sobretudo em relação à natureza cultural e social de seus espaços.
This study investigates the production of the American artist Dan Graham, focusing on the close relationship he mantained with the architecture and the city throughout his carrer. Held in very diverse mean and supports, the production of this artist is quite representative of the contemporary art development from the 1960s, marked by overcoming artistic codes that culminated in the disruption of physical boundaries behind museums and galleries. Through the interventons in magazines, performances and installations, his recent steel and glass pavilion and the extensive production of texts, Graham mobilized different contents stemmed from ields such as psychology, cinema and also the architecture to investigate the condition of art, culture and spatiality in contemporary society. By the juxtaposition of his works and his writings, which most explicity the deals with external issues to the art, it is possible to identify the articulation of Graham´s practice and thought, observing more deeply his relections on the social and cultural structures operating in speciic spatial contexts, either inside the art gallery or outside of it. At the end, it is expected that the synthesis of these isseus allow us to reveal the new perspectives built by Dan Graham on the ield of Architecture and Urbanism, pointing questions from a external and different nature: his aesthetical proposals inquire the contemporary city forms of production,especially in relation to cultural and social nature of their spaces.

Le dan bâu est un monocorde à tension variable spécifiquement vietnamien. Il est cité par les chroniques chinoises du Xe siècle parmi les instruments du Funan, du Champâ et du pays de Pyû, soit l’Indochine. Les sources vietnamiennes les plus anciennes remontent à 1777 (Lê Qui Dôn), suivies par les récits, dessins, croquis et photographies des voyageurs, explorateurs puis ethnologues. Il apparaît que l’instrument au début du XXe siècle était l’apanage des mendiants aveugles. Au cours du siècle, il est cependant devenu un des emblèmes de la musique vietnamienne, objet d’améliorations dans la facture, et surtout d’une modification du jeu instrumental avec l’usage systématique du jeu en harmoniques qui lui permet de jouer tous les modes et toutes les nuances, et des ornements aussi subtils que variés. Actuellement, l’incorporation à l’ensemble caisse-corde-résonateur-levier d’une chaîne microphone-amplificateur-haut-parleur lui permet d’être entendu parmi d’autres instruments et dans la situation du concert. Il présente ainsi le cas d’un instrument resté traditionnel et vietnamien et ayant totalement intégré la modernité.L’étude organologique, comprenant description et facture, se prolonge avec un aperçu général qui situe le dan bâu au sein des monocordes asiatiques. L’étude musicologique présente les modes de jeu, le système modal des pièces de son vaste répertoire ; elle est complétée par un description des techniques de jeu et une étude d’acoustique musicale. L’enseignement au sein des conservatoires est exposé avec la publication d’un manuscrit inédit d’un maître. Le travail s’ouvre en fin sur une proposition de l’utilisation du dan bâu dans le cadre de la musicothérapie
The dan bâu is a variable tension, monochord chordophone, specific to Vietnam. Chinese historical records from the Xth Century describe the baoqin among instruments from Funan, Champâ, and Pyû, which means present days Indochina, while Vietnamese records only start from 1777 (Lê Qui Dôn), followed by descriptions, sketches, and photographs by travellers and ethnographers. It appears that at the turn of XXth century the instrument was played by blind street musicians. During this century, it has become one of the characteristic sounds of Vietnamese musical culture, through modifications in its building, the materials used, and in its playing, which now incorporates the systematic use of controlled harmonics. The addition of an electro acoustic chain of amplification has been an important contribution to its integration as a concert instrument. It can be taken as a perfect example of a traditional instrument integrated into modernity.The organological study, including a description of the instrument, its variants and techniques of building, opens to an overview of the various monochords in Asia. The musicological study presents the modal system with its idiomatic ornaments, the large repertoire. It is completed by a study of the playing techniques and an acoustic analysis. The teaching of the instrument and its music inside of the conservatories is exposed through the publication of a manuscript by a Master. The work ends with a proposition about the use of the dan bâu in the context of music therapy

Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur formen visstidsanställning samspelar med ensamstående föräldrars privatliv och yrkesliv samt om och i så fall hur det kan bidra till någon form av upplevd ohälsa. Första teorin som vi har valt att använda oss av är Robert Karaseks Krav-kontrollmodell. De centrala begreppen i denna teori är lågt- och högt handlingsutrymme och stress. Den andra teorin är intersektionalitet, där vi exemplifierar begreppen makt och ojämlikhet och hur det samverkar med under- och överordning i relation till två grupper det vill säga visstidsanställda och tillsvidareanställda och hur de i sin tur ställs mot varandra. Vi kommer att stärka begreppet handlingsutrymme med Max Webers förklaring till det. För att få svar på vårt syfte och frågeställningar har vi valt att genomföra en analys av datamaterial från tio kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med ensamstående föräldrar som har en visstidsanställning. Resultatet av vår studie visar att en visstidsanställning kan ge konsekvenser i privatlivet såsom dåligt samvete, instabil ekonomi och minskad tid tillsammans med familjen, på grund av att de “måste” ta de arbetspassen som de blir tilldelade som ofta är de obekväma arbetstiderna som blir “över”. Vårt material kan påvisa att konsekvenserna i arbetslivet kan vara utanförskap, minskad kontroll över arbetet samt att de blir tillfrågade de obekväma arbetstiderna som blir “över” efter att tillsvidareanställa har blivit tilldelade sitt schema. Resultatet visar också att upplevelserna skiljer sig åt något mellan kvinnor och män i meningen att kvinnor verkar uppleva större ohälsa än män.

Mitt valg om å gjøre en forskningstudie rundt viktigheten av temaene omsorg og berøring av rusmiddelbrukere som benytter seg av et lavterskeltiltak er todelt. For det første er det gjennom mitt flerårige arbeid med denne brukergruppen, blitt veldig klart for meg hvor avgjørende og viktig vårt møte med den enkelte bruker er, og for det andre ser det ut for meg som det er gjort veldig lite forskning rundt dette viktige temaet. Det at jeg velger rusmiddelbrukere som benytter seg av et lavterskeltiltak, er at det er en spesielt sårbar og stigmatisert gruppe i samfunnet vårt og absolutt en gruppe mennesker som trenger å bli satt mer fokus på når det gjelder omsorg og berøring. Resultatet av min forskning har ført til dette studiet som jeg har valgt å gi navnet: NOEN HAR SETT MEG I DAG Dette er en kvalitativ studie som er bygget opp på bakgrunn av semistrukturerte forskningsintervjuer, og som forsøker å få frem hjelpernes syn på viktigheten av god omsorg og forskjellig type berøring i lys av dette.

We study final-state automata that work on directed acyclic graphs (DAGs). We consider ordered and unordered DAGs and show that they can be simulated by each other. Then we show that deterministic DAG automata are weaker then nondeterministic automata. Some properties of recognizable DAG languages are presented and the decidability of the finiteness problem is shown. Finally we compare tree and DAG automata and show that the path language of a DAG language is regular by proving that the tree unfolding of a DAG language preserves recognizability.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to create an understanding of nurses' information practices. To be able to search, find, use and critically evaluate information is important, not just during studies, but also in professional life. This study is intended to deepen our understanding of nurses ' information literacy in a workplace context.The main questions are: What information do nurses need on a daily basis and how do they experience information activities? What factors determine the sources they use? Do information practices vary in the workplace? Do nurses‟ professional experiences impact on their information practices? Nine nurses were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. The interviews have been analysed through a hermeneutic approach. I use a model of the information seeking of professionals created by Leckie, Pettigrew and Sylvain as well as the concept of cognitive authority as developed by Wilson in the analysis. I reach the conclusion that information practices differ within the same context and occupational group. Differences in information needs and information seeking practices emerged between the different groups who were identified during the interviews. Professional experience proved to be important in information activities. It also became clear that oral sources had a dominant role as a source of information and that different sources are given different authority. An experienced colleague is seen as a cognitive authority as well as established textual sources. There was often an interaction between written and oral information. It was found that there were shortcomings in the system that makes information available.

We describe a DNA computing system called programmed mutagenesis. prove that it is universal, and present experimental results from a prototype computation. DNA is a material with important characteristics, such as possessing all the information necessary for self-reproduction in the presence of appropriate enzymes and components, simple natural evolution mechanism, and miniature scale, all of which make it an attractive substrate for computation. For computer science, using single DNA molecules to represent the state of a computation holds the promise of a new paradigm of composable molecular computing. For biology, the demonstration that DNA sequences could guide their own evolution under computational rules may have implications as we begin to unravel the mysteries of genome encoding. Programmed mutagenesis is a DNA computing system that uses cycles of DNA annealing, ligation, and polymerization to implement programmatic rewriting of DNA sequences. We report that programmed mutagenesis is theoretically universal by showing how Minsky's 4-symbol 7-state Universal Turing Machine can be implemented using a programmed mutagenesis system. Each step of the Universal Turing Machine is implemented by four cycles of programmed mutagenesis, and progress is guaranteed by the use of alternate sense strands for each rewriting cycle. We constructed a unary counter, an example programmed mutagenesis system, and operated it through three cycles of mutagenesis to gather efficiency data. We showed that the counter operates with increasing efficiency, but decreasing overall yield.

The measured efficiency of an in vitro programmed mutagenesis system suggests that the segregation of the products of DNA replication into separate compartments would be an efficient way to implement molecular computation. Naturally occurring phenomena such as gene conversion events and RNA editing processes are also discussed as possible manifestations of programmed mutagenesis-like systems.

Detta examensarbete handlar om synen på barn som fyra pedagoger från två olika förskolor förmedlar i samband med samtal kring videoobservationer från de båda verksamheterna. Syftet med studien var att ta del av våra informanters tankegångar och resonemang kring de av oss utvalda konfliktsituationer som ägde rum mellan barnen samt synliggöra vilka bilder av barn lärarna ger uttryck för i dessa diskussioner. Undersökningens frågeställningar var följande: Hur resonerar pedagoger på två olika förskolor kring de av oss utvalda konfliktsituationer som utspelar sig mellan barnen på respektive förskola? Vilken barnsyn återspeglas i pedagogernas utsagor i samband med de specifika situationerna? De metoder som vi valde var videoobservationer av barnen i deras dagliga miljö. Observationerna utgjorde sedan grunden för diskussionsmötena, där vi samtalade med pedagogerna kring de av oss utvalda konfliktsituationerna. Vårt teoretiska ramverk består av Merleau-Pontys livsvärldsperspektiv och teori om den levda kroppen samt Dion Sommers resonemang om den senmoderna barndomen. Ur vår empiri kan man utläsa att våra informanter återger en bild av barnet som rikt och kompetent med inneboende möjligheter att söka och erövra nya kunskaper. Trots det pekar en del inslag både vid observationer samt intervjuer fortfarande på en bild av det inkompetenta barnet.

This essay is an attempt to describe the process and practice I work within, and its development in relation to material and my personal reflections. It is an attempt to describe my five years at The Royal Institute of Art divided into 6 chapters. Chapter 1-3 describes my process and thoughts about my work and its development. Chapter 4 is a brief summary of affect theory and how it relates to my practice. Chapter 5 is a short description of my understanding of what an ekphrasis is and a personal attempt of what it could be. The last chapter is a short text about what my work is about in relation to myself.

Diploma thesis is concerned about personal income tax allowance, especially focused on child tax credit. Purpose if this diploma thesis is to analyze legislation of tax allowances in the Czech Republic and analyze the possible impacts of increasing tax allowance in the Czech Republic as well. First part of this thesis is concerned about tax legislation with regards to child tax credit within OECD countries. Second part of this thesis is concerned about tax allowance legislation in the Czech Republic and its changes for the year 2015. Third part of this thesis is focused on practical calculation in case of increasing child tax credit for the year 2015 and in case of intended increase of child tax credit for year 2016 within employees of a small company.
