En conclusión, se determinó que la inexistencia de herramientas técnicas para el control y gestión de costos en las operaciones fabriles de la empresa “Danna Textil” no permite un adecuado control y movimiento de las mercaderías en función de las necesidades y pedidos, que rotan en el negocio.

Abstract:

Among numerous books of poetry for children written by Danuta Wawiłow – famous XXth century Polish poet and writer – one book is special: Poems for Naughty Children [Wiersze dla niegrzecznych dzieci] published in 1987. The book is unique not only because of the poetical qualities it represents – rhythmicity, melodiousness, catchiness, melancholy and lyricism equally with pure nonsense, absurdity, grotesque, (black) humour and numerous equivoques and puns, which are characteristic for Wawiłow’s poetical works; above all else Poems for Naughty Children is a collection of translations of the traditional English nursery rhymes, made by Danuta Wawiłow, who claimed more than once that she was a translator long before she had become a writer. The article aims to explore Wawiłow’s translation work which (up to now) remains almost unknown and un-described in Polish theoretical discourse. Moreover, the author presents the outcome of her research conducted to find “missing originals” of translated nursery rhymes, offers the classification of them and undertakes critical reflection over translation strategy adopted by Danuta Wawiłow.

Abstract:

The History of Education, one of the courses offered at teacher education studies at the University of Szczecin, has been taught since the 1960’s. It was then when Teacher Education College in Szczecin was set up as a branch of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań. In 1973 Teacher Education College was transformed into an independent unit – Pedagogy Academy. The establishment of the University of Szczecin in 1985 marked a new chapter in the process of the development of the history of education as a course offered at pedagogical studies. History of Education Department was set up in 1992 and professor Danuta Koźmian was chair of the department throughout its existence. Scientific and didactic work of professor Danuta Koźmian first at Teacher Education College, through Pedagogy Academy and the University of Szczecin has been crucial for the development of the history of education as a course taught at teacher education studies in Szczecin. In 2008 professor Danuta Koźmian retired and the Council of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Szczecin established the Chair for the History of Education appointing professor Wiesław Andrukowicz, Ph.D its head.

Abstract:

Aim. To conduct immunological monitoring of collection spring barley varieties against pathogens of the most common diseases. To select starting material with a set of valuable features for in breeding for pathogen resistance and productivity in the central forest-steppe of Ukraine. Results and Discussion. The Erysiphe graminis f. sp. hordei, Bipolaris sorokiniana and Drechslera teres populations were found to be the most widespread in the Central Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Drechslera graminea, Pyrenophora tritici-repentis Drechsler and Puccinia hordei were not common, and in only waterlogged years their damage intensity amounted to 10-15%. Complex resistance (damage 10.0 %) to three diseases – E. graminis f. sp. hordei, B. sorokiniana and D. teres was identified in the following varieties: Dokaz, Aspekt, Kuburas, Hanka, and STN 115. The recessive genes mlo were shown to be extensively and highly effective against E. graminis f. sp. hordei. Varieties Adonis, Bojos, Aspen, Barke, Class, Eunova, Josefin, Danuta, Breemar, and Madeira were resistant to these genes. Structural analysis performed with varieties of spring barley, which were resistant to disease. The following varieties were superior to the check variety in terms of length, grain number and weight from the main ear: Kuburas, Troychan, Sanktrum, and Yevroprestyzh. Conclusions. We selected sources of complex resistance to diseases (damage  10.0%): Aspekt, Dokaz, Hanka, Kuburas, and STN 115. The donors of resistance to E. graminis f. sp. hordei (damage  3.5%) are Adonis, Barke, Bojos, Aspen, Сlass, Danuta, Eunova, Josefin, Breemar, and Madeira. The sources of valuable economic features are: by the ear length (9.7-10.2 cm) - varieties Kuburas, Vivaldi, Troychan, Sanktrum, Yevroprestyzh; by the grain number from the main ear (25.5-27.8) - varieties Kuburas, Troychan, Sanktrum, Koloryt, Yevroprestyzh, Danuta, and Eunova; by grain weight from the main ear (1.5-2.0 g) - varieties Kuburas, Vivaldi, Troychan, Sanktrum, Hanka, Koloryt, Yevroprestyzh, Barke, Danuta, Pivdennyi,and Eunova.

Abstract:

An electrochemical voltammogram recording method for plant variety identification is proposed. Electrochemical voltammograms of Vistula, Andromeda, Danuta, Armandii ‘Apple Blossom,’ Proteus, Hagley Hybrid, Violet Elizabeth, Kiri Te Kanawa, Regina, and Veronica’s Choice were recorded using leaf extracts with two solvents under buffer solutions. The voltametric data recorded under different conditions were derived as scatter plots, 2D density patterns, and hot maps for variety identification. In addition, the voltametric data were further used for genetic relationship studies. The dendrogram deduced from the voltammograms was used as evidence for relationship study. The dendrogram deduced from voltametric data suggested the Andromeda, Danuta, Proteus, Regina, and Hagley Hybrid were closely related, while Violet Elizabeth and Veronica’s Choice were closely related. In addition, Vistula and Armandii ‘Apple Blossom’ could be considered outliers among the varieties.

Pertanyaan penelitian ini berkisar pada proses produksi atau pengembangan konten yang dilakukan Channel Youtube Danang Giri Sadewa. Penelitian ini mengacu pada metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara umum manajerial dalam proses produksi konten dengan sumber data wawancara. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu adanya proses yang cukup panjang untuk memproduksi konten Youtube dari mulai pra produksi, produksi, hingga post produksi. The goal of the study was to assess parental attitudes and the model of parents’ responses to a social conflict situation in generating an avoidance coping strategy by adolescents. The Parental Attitudes Scale (SPR) by Mieczysław Plopa, the Questionnaire on parents’ strategies for coping with a social conflict situation (KSRwSK) by Danuta Borecka-Biernat, and the Questionnaire to study adolescents’ strategies for coping with a social conflict situation (KSMK) by Danuta Borecka-Biernat were used. The study was carried out in junior high schools. It covered 893 adolescents (468 girls and 425 boys) at the of age of 13–15. Data analysis showed that among family conditions of the adolescents’ avoidant reacting to the emotional tension arising in a conflict situation, incorrect upbringing attitudes of parents towards adolescent children and providing a parental model of avoidance coping with a social conflict situation had a significant influence.

Danuta Mostwin jest znana w świecie akademickim i literackim jako propagatorka swojej autorskiej koncepcji trzeciej wartości, czyli idealnego modelu tożsamości emigranta. Jedną z przeszkód na drodze ku temu stanowi równowagi jest pokusa odrzucenia i zapomnienia swojego dziedzictwa i pierwotnych ideałów wyniesionych z ojczyzny, przedstawionych przez Mostwin w Cieniu księdza Piotra. Przez kreowanie bohaterów, którzy są literackim odzwierciedleniem historii jej pacjentów, Mostwin ostrzega przed tym zagrożeniem, które w krańcowych przypadkach prowadzi do całkowitej dezintegracji osobowości, depresji i innych chorób psychicznych. Skutki wypływające z przyzwolenia jednostki na zapomnienie autorka artykułu próbuje zobrazować na przykładzie bohaterów Mostwin z powieści Ja za wodą, ty za wodą. Oblivion as a Loss of Identity in the Light of Danuta Mostwin’s Novels: “Father Peter’s Shadow” and “You and on the Other Side of the Water” Danuta Mostwin is known in the academic and literary world for promoting her original concept of third value, i.e. the ideal model of the migrant’s identity. One of the obstacles on the way to reach this equilibrium is the temptation to reject the migrant’s heritage and the original values embraced in one’s homeland, depicted by Mostwin in Father Peter’s Shadow, and to let them fade into oblivion. By creating protagonists who reflect the life stories of her patients, Mostwin warns against this hazard, which in extreme cases leads to complete personality disintegration, depression and other mental illnesses. The author of the article tries to illustrate the consequences arising from the individual’s consent to oblivion, using as an example Mostwin’s characters from the novel You and I on the Other Side of the Water.

ABSTRAK Buku ceita bergambar merupakan salah satu media yang tepat sebagai pelestarian sejarah. Konsep dalam buku cerita bergambar yaitu mengusung edukasi sejarah dan teciptanya suatu daerah desa-desa kuno,pada buku cerita bergambar agar dapat tersampaikan yang menarik minat baca dari target audiences. Maya Danawa Antaka menceritakan tentang perjalanan Raja Maya Danawa hingga beliau meninggal yang melawan Dewa Indra hingga melewati wilayah hingga saat ini masih dinamai menurut kejadian yang bliau alami pada saat perjalaan melarikan diri dari kejaran Dewa Indra cakupan wilayah dilewati terbentuk menjadi kesatuan wilayah Tampaksiring. Adapun tokoh yang terdapat dalam buku cerita bergambar Maya Danawa Antaka yaitu sebagai berikut : Maya Danawa, Dewa Indra, Para Dewa dan Prajurit, perubahan (pemurtian) Maya Danawa. Metode perancangan melalui metode observasi, kepustakaan dan wawancara . Perancangan komunikasi visual buku cerita bergambar Maya Danawa Antaka menggunakan konsep Rwa Bhineda atau keseimbangan dari dua kutub yang berbeda menjadi satu kesatuan yang selalu berdampingan satu sama lain di gambarkan dengan menggunakan gaya visual surealisme dikombinasikan dengan tradisi Bali, Beberapa bagian cerita akan menggunakan ilustrasi surealisme dimana di kombinasikan dengan usnsur tradisi Penggambaran kombinasi ini akan disesuaikan bertujuan agar tetap memiliki kesatuan serta keunikan dalam keseluruhan ceritanya. Selain perancangan buku cerita bergambar yang berjudul “Maya Danawa Antaka” penulis juga merancang media pendukung yang diantaranya Tote bag, Akun Instagram, T-shirt, Peta Desa Kuno dan Katalog Karya. Perancnagan media tersebut bukan hanya sebagai media pendukung dari media utama yaitu buku cerita bergambar tetapi juga sebagai peranan memberikan informasi salah satu since yang berada di media utama.
