Abstract:
The Daoura watershed (35,000 km2) is part of the great southern pre-Saharan Moroccan half, where aridity is the major handicap and water availability is a precious resource for development. This water constraint is particularly acute in the context of global warming and its impact on regional water resources. Rainfall, as a key climatic element of the water resource, requires a more detailed and precise study in order to identify the possible beginning of such a change and the current rainfall trends. Such an objective required monthly rainfall data recorded on a dozen climate stations and for a period of more than half a century (1957-2018). After a Wong homogeneity test, a Principal Component Analysis, performed on the monthly rainfall variables, is used for the reconstruction of the missing data and for a spatial-temporal regionalization. The scores thus deduced from this regionalization will be used for an analysis of rainfall trends, according to the Man Kendall test, and for an analysis of the beginning of a change according to the Pettitt and Hubert stationarity tests. The results obtained contribute to the implementation of a sustainable management of water resources in a pre-Saharan environment where the oasis resources represent a major issue, strongly threatened by global warming.

Abstract:
Desalination of seawater is an alternative solution in arid zones to provide potable water. In south Morocco, the National Office of Electricity and Water (ONEE) has built many desalination factories. However, the osmosis water (permeate) is unbalanced and has a corrosive character. Therefore, a post-treatment of remineralization is necessary to return to water its calcio-carbonic equilibrium and to protect the distribution pipelines from corrosion degradation. Following the performance on limestone bed remineralization in Daoura plant in comparison with other methods, this article evaluates this technique, by checking the effect of parameters on water quality on the laboratory scale using a calcite bed pilot. We tested E.B.C.T (Empty Bed Contact Time), the upward speed, the bed length, the effect of water debit and the residence time on the treated water quality. Monitoring these parameters on the laboratory scale is indeed essential for optimal remineralization process. With the results of this study as well as economic consideration, it is possible to optimize the choice of the conditions needed for remineralization operation through limestone bed to minimize its costs with sizing and extrapolating to the industrial scale.

Le réservoir du barrage Daourat a fait l'objet, au cour du cycle hydrologique 1996-1997, d'une étude pour comprendre le fonctionnement hydrogéochimique du réservoir. Le régime hydrologique du réservoir Daourat (9,5 Mm3) résulte des apports externes et de la gestion propre du réservoir. La colonne d'eau ne présente aucune période de stratification (lac polymictique chaud) ni d'anoxie. L'influence des réservoirs situés en amont (Al Massira 2 800 Mm3 et Imfout 18 Mm3) ne permet pas d'expliquer le fonctionnement biogéochimique du réservoir Daourat. Cette retenue semble être beaucoup plus contrôlée par les apports du bassin versant local et par la charge interne du réservoir.

Abstract:
Les Accidents Vasculaires Cérébraux (AVC) sont une urgence de santé publique. Le présent travail vise à évaluer, dans la pharmacopée ivoirienne, les connaissances des phytothérapeutes puis à identifier les préparations médicamenteuses utilisées dans le traitement des séquelles des AVC, à déterminer leurs caractéristiques ethnopharmacologiques, phytochimiques, leur potentiel antioxydant et leur toxicité pour une meilleure prise en charge des malades. Les résultats des enquêtes réalisées auprès de 20 phytothérapeutes du Programme National de Promotion de la Médecine Traditionnelle (PNPMT) ont montré que l’hypertension artérielle est la principale cause des AVC et l’hémiplégie, la séquelle majeure. Parmi les 36 préparations collectées, 10 parmi les extraits aqueux ont fait l’objet de tests. Les résultats indiquent la présence de polyphénols, de flavonoïdes, de tanins, de stérols et de saponosides dans toutes les préparations. Daoutra Fort et Daoutra 3 sont celles qui ont présenté les teneurs les plus élevées en polyphénols (173913,8 et 151456,9 µg EAG/g MS) et en flavonoïdes (77,13 %et 75,07 %). Les résultats indiquent également que Ballo (CI50 = 0,0280 mg/mL), Daoutra Fort (0,0409 mg/mL) et Daoutra 3 (0,0593 mg/mL) présentent d’importants potentiels antioxydants. Les tests de toxicité aigüe ont indiqué que, pour les préparations, la DL50 est supérieure à 5000 mg/kg de pc. Elles peuvent être considérées comme non toxiques par voie orale. ABSTRACT Stroke are a public health emergency. The present work aims to evaluate, in the Ivorian pharmacopoeia, the knowledge of phytotherapists then to identify the medicinal preparations used in the treatment of the sequelae of stroke, to determine their ethnopharmacological and phytochemical characteristics, their antioxidant potential and their toxicity for a better taking in charge of the sick. The results of surveys carried out with 20 phytotherapists from the National Program for the Promotion of Traditional Medicine (PNPMT) showed that high blood pressure is the main cause of stroke and hemiplegia, the major sequel. The results indicate the presence of polyphenols, flavonoids, tannins, sterols and saponosides in all preparations. Daoutra Fort and Daoutra 3 are those which presented the highest contents of polyphenols (173,913.8 and 151,456.9 µg EAG / g DM) and of flavonoids (77.13% and 75.07%). The results also indicate that Ballo (IC50 = 0.0280 mg / mL), Daoutra Fort (0.0409 mg / mL) and Daoutra 3 (0.0593 mg / mL) exhibit significant antioxidant potential. Acute toxicity testing indicated that for preparations the DL50 is greater than 5000 mg / kg bw. They can be considered nontoxic by the oral route.

Abstract:
Cette thèse explore la sédimentologie de l'Ordovicien de la plateforme saharienne dans la Daoura, au SW de l'Algérie. Les derniers travaux dans ce secteur, ayant conduit à la cartographie grande échelle, au découpage des formations, et à leur attribution stratigraphique au niveau des systèmes, datent des années 60. Pourtant, cette région, au sud de l'Ougarta mieux connu, est un relais essentiel entre l'intérieur du Craton Ouest Africain et la marge préservée au niveau de l'Anti-Atlas. L'objectif de ce travail est de documenter les environnements de dépôt et la stratigraphie séquentielle, et leurs relations avec l'apparition et le développement des biota fossilifères. En particulier, l'accent est mis sur les passages des environnements littoraux dominés par les tempêtes à des secteurs dominés par les marées, sans que des vallées incisées aient pu être mises en évidence jusque là. Deux coupes à haute résolution ont été réalisées dans les chaînons de Tabelbala et du Djebel Ben Tadjine, recoupant la limite Cambrien-Ordovicien et la limite entre l'Ordovicien supérieur marin et glaciaire. Ces coupes montrent une bonne corrélation entre elles et avec la Saoura et confirment l'absence de vallées incisées au moins jusque dans l'Ordovicien moyen. Les faciès indiquent un profil de dépôt de type rampe dominée par les vagues, essentiellement préservés sous forme de paraséquences. Sur une coupe détaillée du Darriwillien, des niveaux à lumachelles riches en Brachiopodes et Cornulites sont plus particulièrement étudiés. Ils sont préservés dans des tempestites localisées au-dessus des surfaces de ravinement transgressif qui coiffent les paraséquences. L'architecture de ces tempestites suggère une influence indirecte de la marée, qui se traduit, d'une part, par des interstratifications de lits plans supérieurs et d'HCS anisotropiques et, d'autre part, par des rythmes haute fréquence dans le litage des lumachelles. L'augmentation du marnage que cette évolution implique sur un profil de rampe serait favorisée par l'augmentation d'accommodation générée dans le shoreface au début des transgressions. Cette modification de la dynamique côtière et l'extension associée du shoreface serait favorable aux biota, qui étaient absents dans les intervalles régressifs sous-jacents et qui pourraient alors proliférer jusque dans l'offshore supérieur. Les mécanismes de cette adaptation restent à élucider mais l'étude tomographique des lumachelles montre que les Cornulites, lophophoriens sessiles, résistent étonnament à la dynamique des vagues et peuvent rapidement recoloniser le shoreface après les tempêtes
This thesis explores the Ordovician sedimentology of the Saharan platform in the Daoura, SW Algeria. The latest work in this sector, leading to large-scale mapping, the division of formations, and their stratigraphic attribution at the system level, dates from the 1960s. However, this region, south to the better known Ougarta Range, is a bridge between the interior of the West African Craton and the Anti-Atlas basin. The objective of this work is to document depositional environments and sequence stratigraphy, and their relationship with the development of fossiliferous biota. In particular, attention is paid on the transitions from coastal environments dominated by storms to those dominated by tides, in the absence of evidence of incised valleys. Two high-resolution sections were made in the Tabelbala and Djebel Ben Tadjine ranges, crossing the Cambrian-Ordovician limit and the limit between the marine and glacial Upper Ordovician. These sections show a good correlation between them and with the Saoura and confirm the absence of incised valleys at least until the Middle Ordovician. The facies indicate a wave-dominated ramp-type depositional profile, mainly preserved as parasequences. On a detailed section of the Darriwillian, shell beds rich in Brachiopods and Cornulites are more particularly studied. They are preserved in tempestites located above the transgressive ravinement surfaces which cap the parasequences. The architecture of these tempestites suggests an indirect influence of the tide, which results, on the one hand, in interstratifications of upper plane beds and anisotropic HCS and, on the other hand, in rhythmic bedding of the shell beds. The increase in tidal range that this evolution implies on a ramp profile would be favored by the increase in accommodation generated in the shoreface at the start of the transgressions. This modification of coastal dynamics and the associated shoreface extension would be favorable to biota, which were absent in the underlying regressive intervals and which could then proliferate into the upper offshore. The mechanisms of this adaptation remain to be elucidated but the tomographic study of shell beds shows that Cornulites, sessile lophophorians, are surprisingly resistant to wave dynamics and can quickly recolonize the shoreface after storms

Cette monographie est une étude des mutations que vit Plougastel, commune rurale et maritime de la Communauté urbaine de Brest, depuis la dernière guerre jusqu'à nos jours. Un des axes d'étude porte sur les différenciations et les identités que mettent en place ou s'octroient les différents groupes qui y habitent, nouveaux résidents et autochtones. Un second axe vise à percevoir les solidarités qui se sont maintenues au sein des groupes autochtones, solidarités familiales, de voisinage, de comunauté. Ainsi l'organisation communautaire du breuriez, organisation propre à Plougastel est évoquée. C'est par la description de faits, d'objets et le recueil de données que permet l'observation participante que les conservations et les changements de traits culturels et des relations sociales sont perceptibles. Ainsi on voit dans un premier temps l'étude du paysage, de l'occupation des sols, de la maison et de ses alentours, depuis la ferme de type traditionnel jusu'aux constructions récentes. Les activités de travail, de loisir, les stratifications sociales sont ensuite abordées. Enfin, les pratiques quotidiennes alimentaires et vestimentaires, puis les pratiques religieuses et les rites funéraires viennent clore cette étude
The @thesis is a study of the changes observable in Plougastel, a rural and maritime township in the Brest urban district, from the Second World War until the present day. One of the main themes dealt with is the identitary differences that the inhabitants -be they " natives " or " newcommers " - tend to claim or create. The second theme examines the cohesive relations maintained within the native groupes on the family, neighbourhood, and community levels. In this respect the particular Plougastel community tradition known as the breuriez will be closely studied. Observation through participation in local life permits a detailed description of the collected phenomena, thus bringing into focus the continuity or evolution of cultural practices and social relations. Thus we begin by studying the lay of the land and its use, the house and its surroundings from the traditionnal farm style down to recent sturctures. Secondly we examine work, leisure, and social stratification. Finally, a description of everyday nutritive practices, clothing, religious and funerary rites will bring the study to a close

Uppsatsen jämför Kamel Daouds Fallet Meursault och Albert Camus Främlingen ur de tre perspektiven berättarteknik, postkolonialt tänkande och livsåskådning. Syftet med jämförelsen är att se vilka likheter och skillnader som finns mellan verken, och då i första hand hur Fallet Meursault förhåller sig till Främlingen. Uppsatsen utgår från en komparativ metod utefter de aspekter som anges i syftet. Resultatet visar att Daouds Fallet Meursault i hög grad anspelar på CamusFrämlingen och kan ur ett postkolonialt perspektiv beskrivas som en form av writing back samtidigt som Daoud livsåskådningsmässigt kommer att ligga mycket nära Camus.

O presente trabalho consta de uma apresentação da análise cartográfica e estrutural dos afloramentos Carbónicos da região de Ait Daoud. O estudo tectánico permitiu distinguir três fases de deformação pós Viseanas: Fase ante-xistosa - caracterizada por falhas normais submeridianas pendentes para oriente, organizadas em hemi-grabens e ligadas aos desligamentos N70 direitos, herdados de fases anteriores. Fase sin-xistosa - ligada a um encurtamneto WNW-ESE onde distinguem-se dois episódios contínuos: Um episódio precoce sin-xistoso, materializado por uma estruturação submeridiana, gerando uma xistosidade regional S1 de plano axial, reutilização das falhas normais da fase anterior em cavalgamentos para Oeste acompanhadas de dobras com a mesma vergência. Um episódio tardi-sin xistoso, caracterizado pela predominância de cisalhamentos conjugados N70 direitos e N120 esquerdos. Fase pós-xistosa - materializada pela reactivação das estruturas ante-xistosas N70 em movimentação esquerda em "book shelf' sob o mesmo campo de tensões da fase anterior. Após a orogenia hercínica e tardi-hercínica, a região sofreu uma reestruturação devido á tectónica Atlásica, materializada por uma compressão N-S que mais uma vez vem reactivar as esturutras anteriores N70 em desligamentos esquerdos. Todos estes resultados permitiram reconstituir a história estrutural da região de Ait Daoud e propor um modelo de evolução cinemática da bacia mesetiana no decurso da orogenia Hercínica. /***Résumer - Le présent travail est une présentation de l'analyse cartographique et structurale des affleurements hercyniens de la région d'Aït Daoud. L'étude tectonique a permis de distinguer trois phases post-viséennes: Phase anté-schisteuse caractérisée par des failles normale subméridienne à effondrement vers l'Est , s'organisant en champ d'hémi-grabens, liée aux jeux décrochants des failles N70 dextres. Phase syn-schisteuse sous l'effet d'un raccourcissement WNW-ESE. On n'aura deux épisodes syn-schisteuse, dont le passage entre les deux est continu: Un épisode précoce syn-schisteuse, matérialisée par une structuration subméridienne, dont nous avons une schistosité régionale Si de plan axial, réutilisation des failles normales en chevauchement vers l'Ouest, accompagnées d'un plissement a déversement vers l'Ouest. Un épisode tardi-syn-schisteux, caractérisé par la prédominance cisaillante conjuguée N70 dextres avec des accidents N120 senestres. Phase tadi-hercynienne, dont nous avons la réutilisation des structures anté-schistérieures, tels que les décrochements N70 en senestres, qui s'organisent sous forme de "book shelf sous l'effet de la même contrainte. En plus des mouvements hercyniens et tardi-hercyniens Ia tectonique atlasique a aussi contribué à la structuration actuelle des affleuremen d'Aït Daoud, cette phase est matérialisée par un serrage NS qui a mis en conséquence la réutilisation des structures antérieures telles que la N70 en senestres. L'ensemble de ces résultats nous a permis de reconstituer l'histoire structurale de la région et en proposer un modèle d'évolution cinématique du bassin mesetien au cours de l'orogenèse hercynienne

Abstract:
Après la publication de Meursault, contre-enquête en France en 2014, Kamel Daoud, écrivain algérien d’expression française, s’est vu propulsé sur la scène littéraire internationale. Son roman, qui se veut à la fois une réponse et un hommage à L’Étranger d’Albert Camus, sera traduit en plus de vingt-cinq langues. Dans le roman de Camus, Meursault abat sans états d’âme un Arabe dont on ne connaîtra jamais l’identité. Non seulement l’Arabe sera-t-il mort dans l’anonymat le plus total, mais le roman de Camus donne l’impression que Meursault sera davantage condamné pour ce qu’il est plutôt que pour ce qu’il a fait. Le point de départ de Meursault, contre-enquête naît de cette injustice flagrante contre laquelle se révoltera Haroun, frère de l’Arabe assassiné et narrateur du récit. Dans cette thèse, nous examinons les procédés littéraires – soit l’intertextualité, l’hypertextualité et la transfictionnalité – utilisés par Kamel Daoud pour mettre en scène la quête de son héros. En outre, nous analysons comment se manifestent l’absurde et la révolte chez le narrateur du roman de Daoud. Enfin, nous voyons par quels moyens Haroun reconstruit l’ethos préalable de l’Arabe et parvient, au-delà du récit premier de Camus, à donner une identité à l’Arabe de L’Étranger, entreprise transfictionnelle vers laquelle tend tout le roman, même si dans la foulée, Haroun se plaît à mettre à l’avant-scène sa propre image de soi.

Abstract:
L’épidémie de sida touche en Afrique une population de plus en plus jeune et féminine. Les rapports hétérosexuels demeurant le mode de transmission dominant, la lutte contre la maladie repose avant tout sur une action de prévention visant à modifier les conduites sexuelles. Si le niveau de connaissance concernant la maladie s'est, de façon générale, très nettement amélioré, les conduites se modifient, en revanche, beaucoup plus lentement, recherche vise à analyser, chez de jeunes citadins ivoiriens, la manière dont se construisent les conduites sexuelles et le rapport au risque sida, en les restituant dans un contexte élargi de construction de vie quotidienne, de projet de vie et de mobilité. La méthode employée repose sur une démarche par paliers successifs. Elle part d'une approche d'ensemble de la ville pour se concentrer progressivement sur les formes de sociabilité des jeunes urbains, puis sur les conditions concrètes dans lesquelles ils gèrent individuellement les multiples risques auxquels ils sont confrontés au jour le jour. La notion de situation de vie est ici centrale : combinant les conditions de vie matérielle et sociale dans lesquelles se trouve le sujet avec l’interprétation et la réappropriation qu'il en fait en fonction de son projet de vie. La seconde partie traite de la façon dont les conduites sexuelles des jeunes, leur perception et leur gestion du risque sida s'inscrivent dans un processus de construction de rapports entre sexes, c'est-à-dire dans celui, plus large de la formation des rapports sociaux. La troisième partie analyse, à partir de l’étude de cas individuels, la manière dont s'articulent, en fonction de situations de vie particulières, la gestion des risques généraux et la conduite des relations entre les sexes. On constate que la perception et la prise en compte du risque de contamination par le VIH/sida ne peuvent être isolées de ce contexte élargi, au sein duquel ce risque est généralement loin d’apparaître comme prioritaire.

A partir de l'ethnographie d'une secte minoritaire de l'islam indien, les ismaéliens daoudi bohras, cette thèse explore les processus menant à la construction identitaire en tant que communauté religieuse distincte. Les daoudi bohras, dont une large majorité vit entre Mumbai, le Gujarat et le Sind, forment à la fois une caste commerçante et une secte ismaélienne chiite avec ses propres rites. Dès l'époque coloniale, et ce jusqu'à aujourd'hui, des conflits internes ont porté sur les modalités de l'autorité suprême, celle du guide religieux le d'ai et de l'organisation par laquelle il gouverne, la dawat. Cette thèse, à travers un travail monographique, explore les différents aspects d'un conflit qui a abouti au relatif échec des réformes religieuses demandées par une branche 'progressiste'. Une première partie historique revient sur la genèse de ce communautarisme durant la période coloniale puis dans le contexte de l'émergence des nationalismes religieux en Asie du sud. Une deuxième partie explore les composantes de l'identité communautaire. Quelle est la nature de la « dawat », l'institution religieuse représentative de l'ensemble des membres? La réorganisation de cette institution s'est opérée dans la concurrence avec d'autres organisations prosélytes (hindouisme militant, islam réformé, sécularisme ressenti). Progressivement, l'association fonctionnelle de la caste, dont l'objectif premier était de représenter les intérêts du réseau mercantile, s'est affirmée comme la résurgence d'un modèle de gouvernance idéal. Tandis que les relations politiques se teintent de clientélisme, la communauté est sacralisée autour de sa puissante institution centrale
This thesis explores the processes which frame the identity construction as a distinctive Ismaili religious community. The research is based on a detailed ethnography study of this minority of Indian Muslims. The Dawoodi Bohras are largely settled in the region of Mumbai, Gujarat and Sind. They represent both a business caste as well as an Ismaili shia sect which nurtures its own rites. Since the colonial time, internal conflicts have confrontated the supreme authority and the “dawat” central organization. This thesis explores the various aspects of the conflict which have resulted in a relative failure of the religious reforms which were requested by a progressive branch of the community. The first part of the thesis examines the genesis of this communalism within the context of the emerging religious nationalisms in South Asia.The second part investigates the different aspects of the community identity. What is the nature of the “dawat”, the religious institution representing the dawoodi bohras? The reorganization of this institution occurred in the confrontation with the political environment (Hindutva, reformed Islam, secularism). The association of the mercantile caste, promoting the interests of the membres of the network, has gradually become sacralized and emerged like « a religious ideal society ». While the political relations of the dawat are based on clientelism, the power of this central institution is sacralized within the community
