Abstract:
Antinksčų dariniai yra gana dažnas radinys, nustatomas atliekant radiologinius vidaus organų tyrimus. Siekiant nustatyti darinio aktyvumą, reikalingas hormoninis ištyrimas. Šio tyrimo tikslas buvo įvertinti pacientų, kuriems pirmą kartą nustatytas antinksčių darinys 2010 arba 2014 metais, hormoninio ištyrimo taktiką. Šiais laikotarpiais nustatyti 383 dariniai, į galutinę analizę atrinkti 195 pacientai. Dauguma darinių rasti atsitiktinai ir beveik pusė jų nesukėlė jokių simptomų. Didžiausią pacientų dalį sudarė moterys, dariniai dažniausiai nustatyti atliekant kompiuterinės tomografijos (KT) tyrimą, dauguma jų – kairiajame antinkstyje. Palyginus hormoninių tyrimų (kortizolio, aldosterono, metanefrino, normetanefrino, dopamino, adrenalino ir noradrenalino kraujyje ar šlapime) atlikimo dažnį 2010 ir 2014 metų pacientų grupėse stebėta, kad šie tyrimai 2014 metais buvo atlikti dažniau. Pagerėjus hormoniniam ištyrimui, 2014 metais nustatyta dvigubai daugiau aldosteromų, tačiau kitų hormoniškai aktyvių darinių dažniai nesiskyrė.

Abstract:
Darbo tikslas. Išsiaiškinti pagrindinius cistinių kasos darinių diagnostinius kompiuterinės tomografijos požymius diferencijuojant šiuos darinius tarpusavyje; nustatyti kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimo diagnostines vertes diagnozuojant cistinius kasos darinius. Metodika. Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universiteto Kauno klinikų Radiologijos klinikoje atlikta retrospektyvinė studija analizuojant pacientus, kurie buvo operuoti dėl įtariamų piktybinių ar ribinių cistinių kasos navikų. Pacientams buvo atlikta pankreatoduodenalinė rezekcija arba kasos distalinė rezekcija, priklausomai nuo darinio lokalizacijos. Prieš operaciją visiems pacientams buvo atlikta kompiuterinė tomografija. Galutinė diagnozė buvo patvirtinta morfologinio tyrimo duomenimis. Rezultatai. Tyrimo metu išanalizuoti 46 pacientai: 25 moterys (54,3 proc.) ir 21 vyras (45,7 proc.), tiriamųjų amžius svyravo nuo 24 iki 90 m. (amžiaus vidurkis 64 ± 12,955 m.). Nustatėme, jog visi cistiniai kasos dariniai, išskyrus cistadenokarcinomas, dažniau pasitaikė moterims (p = 0,0005). Piktybiniai ar linkę piktybėti dariniai dažniau lokalizavosi kasos kūno srityse, o serozinė mikrocistinė adenoma – kasos galvos srityje (p = 0,003). Piktybiniai dariniai linkę labiau plėsti kasos lataką (p = 0,0005). Nustatytos kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimo diagnostinės vertės: jautrumas – 62,8 proc., specifiškumas – 66,7 proc., teigiama prognostinė vertė – 96,4 proc., neigiama prognostinė vertė – 11,1 proc. Išvados. Piktybiniai ar linkę piktybėti dariniai dažniau lokalizavosi kasos kūno srityje; jie labiau linkę plėsti kasos lataką. Kasos serozinė oligocistinė adenoma turi būdingus kompiuterinės tomografijos požymius, skiriančius ją nuo kitų makrocistinių kasos darinių: darinys – multicistinis arba skiltėtas cistinis su pertvaromis. Esant išplitusiam pagrindiniam kasos latakui, serozinės oligocistinės adenomos atveju kompiuterinės tomografijos vaizduose dažniau bus plėsta proksimalinė latako dalis, o intraduktalinės papilinės mucininės neoplazijos atveju – distalinė latako dalis ar latakas per visą ilgį. Kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimo jautrumas ir specifiškumas cistinių kasos darinių diagnostikoje yra vidutinis, teigiama prognostinė vertė aukšta.

Abstract:
Kasos vėžys yra viena dažniausių mirties nuo vėžio priežasčių išsivysčiusiose šalyse, tačiau yra ne viena nenavikinės kilmės būklė, kurios metu gali formuotis kasos dariniai, imituojantys šio organo vėžį. Viena jų – uždegiminis pseudotumoras. Jo dažnai nepavyksta diferencijuoti nuo kitų agresyvesnių neneoplastinės kilmės darinių, remiantis vien klinikiniais ir radio­loginiais tyrimais – diagnozei patikslinti reikalingas histologinis tyrimas. Šiame straipsnyje pristatomas uždegiminio pseudotumoro klinikinis atvejis, kai šis darinys imitavo kasos vėžį, o tiksli diagnozė buvo nustatyta tik atlikus išsamesnius radiologinius ir his­tologinį tyrimus.

Šeimos narių laikina emigracija iš Lietuvos nėra naujas reiškinys, tačiau jo mastai tampa iššūkiu šeimos institutui. Susiduriama su naujais reiškiniais: vienas arba abu tėvai išvyksta į užsienį, o vaikai gyvena Lietuvoje vieni, globojami giminių, valstybės. Kaip vertinti šiuos šeiminio gyvenimo pokyčius? Ar šie transnacionaliniai šeiminiai dariniai taps alternatyva branduolinei šeimai, kaip kadaise ja tapo sugyvenimas, švytuoklinės šeimos, sambūvis pavieniui? Akistata su nauju šeiminiu dariniu skatina klausti: kas yra atotolio šeima, atotolio vaikai? Koks kognityvinis ir emocinis krūvis slypi atotolio šeimų viešame diskurse ir kaip šis naujas šeiminis darinys gali būti konceptualizuojamas akademiniame lygmenyje? Straipsnyje aptariami trijų sociologinių tyrimų, atliktų 2004-2006 metais rezultatai. Dviejuose tyrimuose analizuojamas atotolio šeimų problematikos pateikimas Lietuvos spaudoje ir internetiniame portale DELFI, trečiame – aptariami I. Levin metodu nustatyti atotolio vaikų stigmatizavimo būdai ir stigmos valdymo strategijos. Remiantis tyrimo metu atskleistais atotolio šeimų ypatumais siūloma naujo šeiminio darinio teorinė refleksija „šeiminio streso“, „socialinių mainų“ teorijų požiūriu. Svarstomos socialinių tinklų, šeiminių problemų prieigų taikymo bei rizikos tezės eksplikacijos galimybės. Apibendrinimai pateikiami tyrimo gairių pavidalu.

Abstract:
Endometriozė − tai liga, kuri apibūdinama kaip funcinių endometrinių liaukų ir stromos egzistavimas už gimdos ribų. Šios patologijos paplitimas tarp vaisingo amžiaus moterų yra apie 10 – 20 proc., dažniausiai pasireiškiantis dubens organuose, ypač kiaušidėse ir dubens pilvaplėvėje. Iš visų endometrioze sergančių moterų tik apie 0,6 proc. pasireiškia ši patologija kirkšnies srityje, dar rečiau ji būna ant gimdos apvaliojo raiščio. Dėl tokio mažo paplitimo, kirkšnies endometriozė dažnai esti nepastebėta arba painiojama su kita patologija. Būdingiausi simptomai yra palpuojamas darinys kirkšnies srityje, skausmas jo vietoje, sustiprėjantis menstruacijų metu. Šiame darbe aprašomas šios retos endometriozės formos klinikinis atvejis ir pateikiama susijusios literatūros apžvalga, norint atkreipti dėmesį, jog atliekant diferencinę diagnostiką, esant dariniui kirkšnyje, reiktų nepamiršti ir kirkšninės endometriozės. Pristatomas 31 metų moters, kuri skundėsi stipriu skausmu dešinės kirkšnies srityje, klinikinis atvejis. Skausmas sustiprėdavo menstruacijų metu. Moters teigimu, skausmas kirkšnyje truko apie 5 mėnesius. Pajutusi šį simptomą, pati atliko dešinės kirkšnies apčiuopą ir užčiuopė darinį. Iš pradžių skausmas buvo epizodinis, tačiau pastarąjį mėnesį tapo nuolatiniu. Prieš metus šalinta kiaušidės cista. Moteris negimdžiusi. Buvo atliktas ultragarsinis tyrimas. Gaktinės srities pilvo sienoje rastas 9x26x21 mm dydžio hipogeniškas, nehomogeniškas, vaskuliarizuotas darinys. Padaryta išvada, jog tai dešinės kirkšnies endometrioma. Atlikta endometriomos ekscizija ir biopsija. Nustatyta, jog endometrioma išplitusi ant gimdos apvaliojo raiščio. Histopatologinis tyrimas patvirtino endometriozės diagnozę. Endometriozė dažnai painiojama su kitomis patologijomis, pavyzdžiui, kirkšnies išvarža, todėl neretai nediagnozuojama. Jeigu vaisingo amžiaus moteriai apčiuopiamas darinys kirkšnyje, net jeigu pacientė ir nejaučia tokių simptomų, kaip skausmas kirkšnies srityje, reikia atkreipti dėmesį, jog tai gali būti endometrioma ir atlikti reikiamus tyrimus. Tai gali būti ultragarsinis ar magnetinio rezonanso tyrimas, tačiau patvirtinimui būtinas histologinis ištyrimas. Gali būti skiriamas medikamentinis, konservatyvusis gydymas arba radikali operacija.

Abstract:
Pristatome klinikinį atvejį – 32 metų vyras kreipėsi į gydytojus dėl kosulio ir karščiavimo. Įtariant pneumoniją buvo atlikta tiesinė ir šoninė rentgenogramos, rastas inkapsuliuotas skystis arba darinys. Tikslesnei radinio diagnozei patvirtinti atlikta kompiuterinė tomografija su kontrastine medžiaga. Krūtinės ląstoje rastas aiškių ribų kepenų audinio tankio darinys, įsiterpęs per diafragmos defektą į dešiniojo plaučio didįjį tarpskiltinį tarpą apatinėje dalyje. Pateikiame literatūros apžvalgą apie dažniausiai su ektopininėmis pridėtinėmis viršdiafragminėmis kepenimis asocijuotus simptomus, anomalijas, patologinio audinio išsidėstymo lokalizacijas bei šios patologijos priežastis. Tai unikalus atvejis, nes tiksli diagnozė nustatyta kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimo metu išvengiant intervencijų.

Abstract:
Pirminiai širdies navikai yra reti, daugiausia gerybiniai. Didžiąją jų dalį sudaro miksomos, kurios dažniausiai aptinkamos kairiajame prieširdyje. Neretai širdies miksomos ilgą laiką išlieka besimptomės ir aptinkamos atsitiktinių širdies vaizdinių tyrimų metu. Tačiau gali atsirasti simptomų, imituojančių dviburio vožtuvo stenozę. Aprašomas 37 metų paciento, patekusio į ligoninę dėl įtariamos bronchopneumonijos, atsiradusio stipraus dusulio, priverstinės sėdimosios padėties, karščiavimo ir bendro silpnumo, klinikinis atvejis. Atlikus dvimatį echokardiografinį tyrimą, aptiktas judrus darinys kairiajame prieširdyje, diastolės metu ženkliai stenozuojantis dviburį vožtuvą. Sumažėjus uždegiminiams rodikliams, pacientui buvo atlikta darinio rezekcija dirbtinės kraujo apytakos sąlygomis. Histologiškai patvirtinta širdies miksomos diagnozė. Paciento pooperacinis laikotarpis sklandus.

Abstract:
Straipsnyje aprašomas retas klinikinis atvejis, kai 34 metų moteriai atsitiktinai nustatytas endometriomos ir bran­džios cistinės teratomos kompleksinis darinys iki 12 cm kairiojoje kiaušidėje. Be gausesnių mėnesinių, pacientei nepasireiškė jokių tipinių gimdos priedų auglių simp­tomų. Atlikta laparoskopinė cistektomija, o histologinis tyrimas patvirtino diagnozę. Nors endometriomų ir der­moidų paplitimas ikimenopauzinio amžiaus moterų po­puliacijoje didelis, kompleksinis šių cistų darinys vienoje kiaušidėje susiformuoja retai. Pubmed duomenų bazėje buvo rasta 11 panašių atvejų aprašymų. Dauguma nekom­plikuotų dermoidų nesukelia simptomų, tačiau tik trečda­lis endometriozės atvejų yra besimptomiai. Diagnostikai pasitelkiami ultragarso bei magnetinio rezonanso tomo­grafijos tyrimai. Gydymo taktikos pasirinkimas priklauso nuo amžiaus, simptomų išreikštumo bei kiaušidės cistos matmenų. Vaisingo amžiaus pacientėms rekomenduojama laparoskopinė cistektomija, stengiantis išsaugoti lieka­mąjį kiaušidės rezervą ir reprodukcinę funkciją.

Abstract:
Reikšminiai žodžiai: blužnies cista, neparazitinė blužnies cista, blužnies pseudocista, splenektomija. Blužnies cistos – reta liga. Jos klasifikuojamos į tikrąsias, kurios išklotos epiteliu, ir pseudocistas. Pastarosios dažniausiai nesukelia simptomų ir sietinos su buvusia blužnies trauma, infekcija ar infarktu. Šiame straipsnyje pateikiame retą gigantinės simptominės blužnies pseudocistos klinikinį atvejį. Pacientė hospitalizuota į Vilniaus miesto klinikinės ligoninės (VMKL) Abdominalinės chirurgijos skyrių dėl kliniškai ir ultragarsu diagnozuoto lėtinio kalkuliozinio cholecistito. Iš anamnezės prieš 2 metus pilvo organų kompiuterinės tomografijos metu buvo nustatytas 10 x 8 x 9 cm dydžio blužnies cistinis darinys apkalkėjusia kapsule. Stebint ambulatoriškai, darinys nedidėjo. Pacientė buvusias pilvo traumas neigė. Echinoccocus gr. IgG antikūnų titras buvo neigiamas. Pacientė operuota, atlikta laparoskopinė cholecistektomija su simultanine totaline splenektomija atviru būdu per pjūvį kairėje pošonkaulinėje srityje. Pathistologinis tyrimas patvirtino neparazitinės blužnies pseudocistos diagnozę. Dalinė splenektomija, tausojanti blužnies parenchimą, yra „auksinis standartas“ gydant simptomines ar dideles blužnies pseudocistas. Totalinė splenektomija, laparoskopiniu arba atviru būdu, turėtų būti atliekama, kai blužnies cistos lokalizacija ar dydis neleidžia jos saugiai pašalinti.

Reikšmingi žodžiai: inksto cista, inksto rezekcija, Bosniak klasifikacija, papilinė inksto ląstelių karcinoma. Tikslas. Pristatyti paciento atvejį, kai, įvertinus klinikinius simptomus, laboratorinių ir radiologinius tyrimų rezultatus, nustatyta inksto cista su malignizacijos požymiais (Bosniak IV), o vėliau histologiškai patvirtinta papilinės inksto ląstelių karcinomos, esančios cistos viduje, klinikinė diagnozė. Supažindinti su rizikos veiksniais, ligos eiga, diagnostikos ir gydymo taktika. Medžiaga ir metodai. Pristatomas klinikinis atvejis – 57 metų vyras be gretutinės patologijos hospitalizuotas į VšĮ Vilniaus miesto klinikinės ligoninės Urologijos skyrių dėl ženkliai padidėjusios pilvo apimties ir echoskopiškai pastebimo gigantiško darinio neskaidriu turiniu retroperitoniniame tarpe, besiliečiančio su kairiuoju inkstu. Rezultatai. Remiantis klinikiniais simptomais, laboratorinių ir instrumentinių tyrimų rezultatais nustatytas kairiojo inksto 24,5 x 17,3x 26,3 cm dydžio cistinis darinys neskaidriu turiniu su supiktybėjimo požymiais (Bosniak IV). Pacientui atlikta kairiojo inksto rezekcija. Histologiškai patvirtinta papiliarinės inksto ląstelių karcinomos diagnozė. Pooperacinė eiga sklandi. Išvados. Remiantis Bosniak klasifikacijos IV tipo cistos diagnoze, gydymas turi būti toks, kaip inksto karcinomos atveju – inksto rezekcija arba nefrektomija.

Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Das Objekt der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Vögelnamen, die in den Zoologie– und Volkswerken von J. Elisonas (1889 – 1946) gefunden wurden, aber auch Namen der Vögelunterklassen, Gruppen, Scharen, Familien, Unferfamilien und Arten. In der Arbeit werden insgesamt 862 Titel, ihre Varianten sowie Synonyme (von denen sind 10 Vögelunterklassen, 4 Gruppen, 36 Scharen, 73 Familien und Unterfamilien und 739 Artennamen) analysiert. Die Namen der Vögel wurden aus den zoologischen Lekrbüchern von J. Elisonas, aus dem Wörterbuch, aus den Volkswerken und Artikeln, die in verschiedenen Zeitschriften der damaligen Zeit veröffentlicht wurden. Das Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist die Forschung der Bestandteile von gesammelten Vögelnamen. Das Ziel wird mit Hiefe der folgenden Aufgaben erreicht: 1. Es wird geprüft, ob die von J. Elisonas benutzten lateinischen und litauischen Vögelnamen der Regeln des „Internationalen zoologischen Kodex der Nomenklatur” nicht widersprechen. 2. Es wird besprochen, wie die Tendenz des Gebrauchs der Vögelnamen und ihrer Arten im Litauischen ist. Die in den Literaturquellen angegebenen Varianten und Synonyme werden erörtet. 3. Es wird analysiert, wie die aus einem Wort bestehenden Vögelnamen sowie wie die Attribute der Arten gebildet werden. Ihre semantischen Gruppen werden besprochen. 4. Abstract:
Milimetrinių bangų sritis yra perspektyvi daugelyje sričių, nuo kasdienio vartojimo įtaisų tokių, kaip telekomunikacijų tinklų įranga iki specifinių taikymų kariuomenėje, bei diagnostinėje medicinoje. Milimetrinių bangų imtuvuose dažniausiai naudojamas netiesinis elementas yra Šotkio (Schottky) diodas. Nors jo veikimo dažnių ruožas yra iki terahercų srities, tokie trūkumai kaip jautrio priklausomybė nuo temperatūros, neatsparumas elektrinėms perkrovoms, bei jo parametrų blogėjimas laikui bėgant verčia ieškoti naujų alternatyvų. Disertacijoje pristatomi dviejų tipų mikrobangų diodai, pagaminti naudojant įvairiatarpius GaAs/AlGaAs darinius. Puslaidininkinių darinių sluoksnių kokybė buvo eksperimentiškai įvertinta naudojant nuostoviosios fotoliuminescencijos ir laike koreliuoto fotonų skaičiavimo metodus. Aprašytas mikrobangų diodų gamybos procesas. Elektrinės savybės buvo įvertintos išmatavus mikrobangų diodų voltamperines charakteristikas, o detekcinės jų savybės ištirtos plačiame dažnių ruože.

Milimetrinių bangų sritis yra perspektyvi daugelyje sričių, nuo kasdienio vartojimo įtaisų tokių, kaip telekomunikacijų tinklų įranga iki specifinių taikymų kariuomenėje, bei diagnostinėje medicinoje. Milimetrinių bangų imtuvuose dažniausiai naudojamas netiesinis elementas yra Šotkio (Schottky) diodas. Derivative synonyms of the names of places Summary Master‘s work object: derivative synonyms of the names of places, their rows formed from derivatives from the Dictionary of Modern Lithuanian published in 2000. Derivative synonyms of the names of places are the kind of synonyms which have the same root, different derivational affixes and very similar or identical lexical meaning (524 derivatives, 220 rows). The place is named according its things, qualities or actions. The theme is relevant because derivative synonyms had not been explored in Lithuania so far. In this work theoretical aspects of derivative synonyms are discussed on the basis of concreat material – derivative synonyms of the names of places: concept of derivative synonyms, the relation of variants of derivative synonyms and words, derivative synonyms and style. Also synonymical derivatives of the names of places are analysed (ways of derivation, means and various combinations, synonymical derivatives of different suffixes, inflections, prefixes and compound words). Leksiniai sinonimai – skirtingai skambantys, tos pačios ar artimos reikšmės žodžiai, kurie skiriasi semantinėmis, emocinėmis, stilistinėmis ypatybėmis. Darybiniais sinonimais laikomi skirtingų darybos afiksų bendrašakniai dariniai, turintys tapačią arba artimą leksinę ir darybinę reikšmę. Į leksinių sinonimų eiles dažnai įeina ir darybinių sinonimų eilės. Antano Lyberio Sinonimų žodyne (2002) pateiktose leksinių sinonimų eilėse rastas 4471 daiktavardžių, būdvardžių, veiksmažodžių darinys, iš kurių sudarytos 1836 darybinių sinonimų eilės. Bendrašakniai dariniai, kaip ir leksiniai sinonimai, gali sutapti ar skirtis stilistinėmis ypatybėmis. Daugumas sinonimiškai santykiaujančių darinių yra artimos semantikos žodžiai. Analizuojant darybinius sinonimus leksinių sinonimų eilėse pastebėta, kad ne visi žodžiai, esantys Lietuvių kalbos žodyne ir Dabartinės lietuvių kalbos žodyne, yra įtraukti į A. Lyberio Sinonimų žodyną. Remiantis šių žodynų medžiaga, į Sinonimų žodyną siūloma įtraukti 800 žodžių ir pratęsti 82 leksinių sinonimų eiles. Iš į Sinonimų žodyną neįtrauktų darinių sudarytos 123 naujos darybinių sinonimų eilės: į 94 eilių sudėtį įeina Sinonimų žodyne fiksuotas darinys, 29 darybinių sinonimų eilės sudarytos vien iš naujų darinių. Sinonimų žodyne rasta žodžių, kurie nefiksuojami nei Lietuvių kalbos žodyne, nei Dabartinės lietuvių kalbos žodyne, todėl nėra aišku, kokiu kriterijumi remiantis jie buvo įtraukti į žodyną.
Lexical synonyms are differently sounding words of the same or close meaning that are different by semantic, emotional or stylistic features. Derivative synonyms are structures of different affix with identical or close lexical and derivation meaning. Lexical synonyms rows often included derivative synonyms rows. Dictionary of Synonyms (Sinonimų žodynas, 2002) by Antanas Lyberis submitted lexical synonyms rows were found 4471 noun, adjective and verb derivatives, which were made 1836 derivative synonyms rows. Conjugate structures, as well as lexical synonyms, may be the same or vary by stylistic features. Most of the derivatives, having synonymous relationships, are close semantic words. Analysis of derivative synonyms in lexical synonym rows noted that not all the words in Lithuanian Language Dictionary (Lietuvių kalbos žodynas), Current Lithuanian Dictionary (Dabartinės lietuvių kalbos žodynas) are included in Dictionary of Synonyms by Antanas Lyberis. According to these dictionaries material, it is proposed to include 800 words extend 82 lexical synonym rows in Dictionary of Synonyms. As representações eróticas são o foco principal deste estudo. Mais especificamente, esta pesquisa tem por interesse a análise de representações eróticas que desafiem imagens patriarcais que advoguem a dominação e a hierarquia como atributos naturais das relações amorosas. Para tanto, este trabalho propõe uma investigação das obras "Calamus," de Walt Whitman, e "Twenty-One Love Poems," de Adrienne Rich, como uma maneira de interrogar as limitações do erotismo dito "mainstream." O corpus desta pesquisa é formado por obras de poetas e filósofos renomados como Platão, Octavio Paz e Georges Bataille - teóricos que discutiram extensivamente a questão do erótico - e por estudiosos de destaque nas áreas de feminismo, "gay and lesbian studies" e "queer studies", tais como Teresa de Lauretis, Ellen Greene, Catherine Belsey, Liz Yorke, Audre Lorde, Robert K. Martin, Jay Grossman e Greg Woods, entre outros. Este estudo demonstra que Whitman e Rich não apenas questionaram todo um sistema de representações eróticas patriarcais e excludentes, mas também propuseram uma estratégia política que é fruto de um erotismo desafiador e democrático.

Abstract:
In this work the alkylation of 2-ethylsulfanyl -5-methoxy-4(3H)-pyrimidinone with 4-substituted ω-bromoacetophenones, ethyl 2-bromoalkanoates and 1-bromomethyl-o-carborane was investigated. It was found that reaction of title compounds in the presence of potassium carbonate in boiling acetonitrile yielded O-alkylated derivatives with small amount of N3- and N1-alkylation products. The proportion of O- and N-alkylated products varied depending on the nature of substituent in the 4th position of benzene ring. Alkylation of title compound with ethyl bromoethanoate led to mixture of O-, N3- and N1 alkylated derivatives, while the reaction with ethyl 2-bromopropanoate yielded only O-alkylated isomer. 2-Substituted 4-pyrimidinols with nido-carborane at the side chain were synthesized. The structure of synthesized compounds was confirmed by the data of IR, UV and 1H NMR spectra.

Disertacijoje nagrinėjama, kaip padidinti susiaurintų spinduliuotės jutiklių jautrį. Taip pat disertacijoje siekiama ištirti mikrobangų spinduliuotės poveikį susiaurintiems puslaidininkiniams dariniams ir atskleisti stebimų efektų fizinę prigimtį bei nustatyti bandinių struktūros įtaką detektuojamo signalo dydžiui. Darbe sprendžiami tokie pagrindiniai uždaviniai: tiriamos įvairialyčių susiaurintų puslaidininkinių darinių savybės, priklausančios nuo darinių sluoksnių kokybės ir puslaidininkinių medžiagų parametrų bei analizuojamos savybės, priklausančios nuo stipriai legiruoto puslaidininkinio sluoksnio laidumo, nuo skiriamojo sluoksnio storio ir nuo sklendės pobūdžio metalizacijos. Siekiant užsibrėžto tikslo, buvo gaminami ir tiriami susiaurinti skirtingi įvairialyčiai dariniai (AlGaAs/GaAs, AlGaAs/InGaAs/GaAs) ir n-GaAs dariniai. Disertaciją sudaro penki skyriai, kurių paskutinis – rezultatų apibendrinimas. Pirmajame (įvadiniame) skyriuje nagrinėjamas problemos aktualumas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas bei uždaviniai, aprašomas mokslinis darbo naujumas, pristatomi autoriaus pranešimai, disertacijos struktūra. The thesis presents the investigation on how to increase the sensitivity of the narrowed sensors of radiation. Also the thesis also deals with the attempts to analyze the influence of the microwave radiation on to the narrowed semiconductor formations and to reveal the physical nature of the observed effects as well as to determine the influence of structure of the samples on the detected signal magnitude. The work solves the following major tasks: the characteristics of the narrowed semiconductor heterostructures depending on the quality of the modulation layers and on the parameters of the semiconductor materials as well as the characteristics, depending on the selectively doped structure, on the conductivity of the highly doped semiconductor layer, and on the thickness of the separating layer, and the type of metallization of the gate. In order to achieve the goal there were produced and investigated narrowed different heterostructures (AlGaAs/GaAs, AlGaAs/InGaAs/GaAs) and n-GaAs structures. The thesis consists of four chapters, the final one is the generalization of the results. Darius Milhaud a nourri son œuvre de poésie. À partir d'une conférence inédite, il a été possible de caractériser la façon dont le compositeur a intégré des univers poétiques variés. En comparant la démarche de Milhaud avec d'autres pratiques artistiques, l'étude porte d'abord sur les rencontres avec le Romantisme où ont été privilégiés Maurice de Guérin et son univers ainsi que des poètes féminins du début du XIX° siècle. Un accent particulier a été porté sur trois figures de "sœurs" d'écrivains du XIX° siècle : Lucile de Chateaubriand, Eugénie de Guérin et Christina Rossetti. Sans abandonner cette source d'inspiration, l'irruption de trois auteurs majeurs a bouleversé l'univers esthétique du musicien : Gide, Jammes et Claudel ont en effet contribué à renouveler ses moyens d'expression et à bouleverser les rapports entre le monde des sons et le monde des mots. Milhaud justifie la diversité des démarches suivies en revendiquant le droit pour sa création de suivre des "voies parallèles". C'est ici l'occasion d'apprécier la portée de la lecture de Rimbaud et de Mallarmé. Les amitiés jumelles de Léo Latil et Armand Lunel révèlent l'intimité d'une sensibilité propre aux jeunes gens formés avant la guerre de 1914. L'enracinement provençal et judéocontadin trouve dans les textes de ces deux condisciples aixois matière à développement. La blessure occasionnée par la mort de Léo Latil au combat lors de la première guerre mondiale laisse une trace profonde parfois simplement suggérée. Par ailleurs l'humanisme du compositeur est l'occasion de la rencontre avec Jean Cassou après la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. Cette collaboration prolonge les engagements de Milhaud pendant la période de l'Entre-Deux Guerres. Enfin l'amitié constante avec Jean Cocteau permet d'apprécier l'inventivité d'une œuvre qui ne s'est jamais contentée des solutions convenues et qui a eu le mérite d'expérimenter sans relâche.

Abstract:
Present paper describes performance on the small Darius wind turbine installed at the Duckjeok island in Korea. The turbine performance is evaluated using experimental measurements and numerical simulation. To determine the energy production of the turbine using experimental measurement, the wind turbine has been designed and installed at the Duckjeok island located in Korea. Local real-time wind conditions, local wind velocity, wind direction, ambient air temperature and atmospheric pressure are stored in a computer by data acquisition system with the turbine performance in real time. Numerical simulation using commercial code of SC/Tetra is employed in the present study. SST turbulence model is introduced to estimate the eddy viscosity. The reliability and efficiency of the numerical model have been confirmed through the grid dependency test and comparisons with the results of experimental measurement. Throughout the experiments and numerical simulation on the energy production of the turbine, relatively good agreement on the turbine performance is obtained. The detailed flow field inside the turbine blades is analyzed and discussed.

Mit w-fFORTE Innovatorinnen strebt das Bundesministerium für Digitalisierung und Wirtschaftsstandort (BMDW) an, Frauen in standortrelevanter Forschung und Innovation (F&I) gezielt zu unterstützen und sichtbar zu machen. Hochqualifizierte Frauen werden darin bestärkt, ihre Ideen zu entfalten, neue Netzwerk-Kontakte aufzubauen und zu mehr Gestaltungsspielräumen und beruflicher Weiterentwicklung zu gelangen. Die FFG hat dafür im Zeitraum 2018-2019 in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem BMDW ein innovatives Leadership- & Empowerment-Programm entwickelt. Der erste Durchgang fand als Pilot von Juni 2020 bis April 2021 mit insgesamt 21 Innovatorinnen statt, die von einer Jury aus einer Vielzahl von Bewerberinnen ausgewählt wurden. Während der Pilot-Laufzeit wurde eine begleitende Erhebung durch WPZ Research durchgeführt. Ziel war es, die Wirksamkeit des Pilots zu prüfen und Evidenzen für eine mögliche Weiterführung der Aktivitäten zu erhalten.

Obwohl Algorithmen in vielen Anwendungsgebieten präzisere Prognosen abgeben als Menschen, weigern sich Entscheidungsträger häufig, auf Algorithmen zurückzugreifen. In einem ökonomischen Experiment untersuchen wir, ob das Ausmaß dieses als „Algorithm Aversion“ bekannten Phänomens reduziert werden kann, indem Entscheidungsträgern eine Einflussmöglichkeit auf die Ausgestaltung des Algorithmus eingeräumt wird (Einflussmöglichkeit auf den algorithmischen Input). Zusätzlich replizieren wir die Studie von Dietvorst, Simmons & Massey (2018). Darin zeigt sich, dass die Algorithm Aversion deutlich zurückgeht, sofern die Subjekte am Ende die Ergebnisse des Algorithmus – und sei es nur um wenige Prozent – verändern können (Einflussmöglichkeit auf den algorithmischen Output). In der vorliegenden Studie bestätigt sich, dass die Algorithm Aversion bei einer Einflussmöglichkeit auf den algorithmischen Output signifikant zurückgeht. Eine Einflussmöglichkeit auf den algorithmischen Input scheint allerdings nur bedingt geeignet, die Algorithm Aversion zu reduzieren. Die begrenzte Möglichkeit zur Modifikation des algorithmischen Outputs reduziert die Algorithm Aversion effektiver als die Möglichkeit, Einfluss auf den algorithmischen Input zu nehmen.

Dieser Bericht dokumentiert die Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekts „Marktchancen für ‚nachhaltigere Chemie‘ durch die REACH-Verordnung [Sustainable Sporting Goods - SuSport]“. Ziel des im Jahr 2018 abgeschlossenen Projektes ist es, eine „nachhaltigere Chemie“ in der textilen Lieferkette zu unterstützen und dabei den Blick von der „reaktiven“ Compliance Position auf eine „proaktive“ Beyond Compliance Perspektive zu erweitern. Strategisch stützt sich dieser Ansatz auf folgende Überlegung: Wer morgen noch „Compliant“ sein will, muss heute bereits „Beyond Compliance“ agieren. Mit einer solchen Strategie ist nicht nur die Rechtskonformität gewährleistet, es lassen sich viel-mehr auch neue Marktchancen erschließen.4 Die Notwendigkeit für diesen Perspektivenwechsel ergibt sich bereits aus der normativen Ausgangssituation Ein solcher Perspektivenwechsel und die damit verbundenen Veränderungen bedeuten für die Akteure der Textilbranche eine große Herausforderung Denn letztlich führt dies zu der Frage, wie man ein Chemikalienmanagement in der globalen Lieferkette organisiert Aus diesem Kontext ergeben sich die Empfehlungen für die Akteure der textilen Lieferkette Methodisch bestand die Herausforderung darin, die vorherrschenden Denk- und Argumentationsmuster der beteiligten Akteure der textilen Kette für die Ziele dieses Vorhabens zu öffnen Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob der entstandene Prozess ein Momentum erzeugt, der zu den gewünschten Veränderungen in der textilen Lieferkette führt erste Schritte in diese Richtung sind aber bereits erkennbar.

Abstract:
Im Abfall steckt sowohl direkt wie auch indirekt viel Energie. So werden in der Schweiz pro Jahr Siedlungsabfälle mit einem Energiegehalt von rund 60 Petajoule verbrannt. Die daraus direkt zurückgewonnene Energie deckt etwa 4 Prozent des Endenergiebedarfs. Das grösste Potenzial der Abfallwirtschaft liegt aber meist darin, beim Recycling sekundäre Rohstoffe zu gewinnen und so indirekt die energieintensive Produktion von primären Rohstoffen zu verhindern. Um den Beitrag der Abfallwirtschaft zur Energiewende zu optimieren, braucht es in einem ersten Schritt vor allem Verbesserungen hinsichtlich einer transparenten Dokumentation der Material- und Geldflüsse und darauf aufbauend eine energetische Priorisierung der verschiedenen Verwertungs- und Entsorgungswege. Als diejenigen Abfallfraktionen mit dem grössten Verbesserungspotenzial wurden Papier und Karton sowie Plastik identifiziert. Bei Papier und Karton lassen sich aufgrund der sehr grossen Mengen bedeutende Effekte erzielen. Gebrauchte Kunststoffe werden mit Ausnahme der PET-Getränkeflaschen bisher erst wenig getrennt gesammelt. Ein grosses Optimierungspotenzial wurde auch bei der Energieeffizienz der Verbrennungsanlagen identifiziert. Damit KVAs die entstehende Wärme wirkungsvoller nutzen können, müssen aber Abnehmer für Dampf und Wärmeenergie in ihrer Nähe angesiedelt sein. Ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor für einen Wandel hin zu einer energieeffizienten Abfallwirtschaft ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den vielen Akteuren der föderalistisch organisierten Branche. Diese muss sich zum einen vermehrt entlang der Wertschöpfungsketten organisieren. Zum anderen gilt es dabei aber auch, die Freiräume der föderalen Vielfalt zu nutzen, um unterschiedliche Lösungswege zu testen.

Abstract:
As artistic research work in various disciplines and national contexts continues to develop, the diversity of approaches to the field becomes ever more apparent. This is to be welcomed, because it keeps alive ideas of plurality and complexity at a particular time in history when the gross oversimplifications and obfuscations of political discourses are compromising the nature of language itself, leading to what several commentators have already called ‘a post-truth’ world. In this brutal environment where ‘information’ is uncoupled from reality and validated only by how loudly and often it is voiced, the artist researcher has a responsibility that goes beyond the confines of our discipline to articulate the truth-content of his or her artistic practice. To do this, they must embrace daring and risk-taking, finding ways of communicating that flow against the current norms. In artistic research, the empathic communication of information and experience – and not merely the ‘verbally empathic’ – is a sign of research transferability, a marker for research content. But this, in some circles, is still a heretical point of view. Research, in its more traditional manifestations mistrusts empathy and individually-incarnated human experience; the researcher, although a sentient being in the world, is expected to behave dispassionately in their professional discourse, and with a distrust for insights that come primarily from instinct. For the construction of empathic systems in which to study and research, our structures still need to change. So, we need to work toward a new world (one that is still not our idea), a world that is symptomatic of what we might like artistic research to be. Risk is one of the elements that helps us to make the conceptual twist that turns subjective, reflexive experience into transpersonal, empathic communication and/or scientifically-viable modes of exchange. It gives us something to work with in engaging with debates because it means that something is at stake. To propose a space where such risks may be taken, I shall revisit Gillian Rose’s metaphor of ‘the fold’ that I analysed in the first Symposium presented by the Arne Nordheim Centre for Artistic Research (NordART) at the Norwegian Academy of Music in November 2015. I shall deepen the exploration of the process of ‘unfolding’, elaborating on my belief in its appropriateness for artistic research work; I shall further suggest that Rose’s metaphor provides a way to bridge some of the gaps of understanding that have already developed between those undertaking artistic research and those working in the more established music disciplines.
