Abstract:
La película de Yannis Smaragdís Kazantzakis (2017) se analiza en este trabajo como una adaptación de la novela autobiográfica de Nikos Kazantzakis Carta al Greco (1957). Asumiendo que el texto literario debe ser visto como un hipotexto susceptible de alteraciones, el estudio se centra en la comparación entre la versión novelística y la fílmica. Como sugiere el trabajo, Kazantzakis se basa extensamente en la Carta al Greco, y esta cercanía a la novela a menudo resulta en artificiosidad. Estudiar el trasvase de la novela a la película permite, por otra parte, entender mejor los procesos de adaptación, y de alusión y cita cinematográficas, ya que la presencia de las adaptaciones de novelas de Kazantzakis al cine de Jules Dassin, Michael Cacoyannis y Michael Scorsese es prominente en el Kazantzakis de Smaragdís.

A partir da pergunta feita por Virginia Woolf em seu ensaio Como se deve ler um livro? e de seu vivo interesse pela figura do leitor comum, neste artigo deslocamos a análise do campo literário para o teatral de modo a problematizar a figura do espectador. Com o intuito de investigar as singularidades e potencialidades das quais o olhar do espectador comum (propositalmente enfocado aqui como espectador qualquer) estaria investido, o artigo mobiliza dois personagens: um crítico, descrito por Diderot em seu Discurso sobre a poesia dramática como um espectador ideal, e uma prostituta aficionada por tragédias gregas, interpretada pela atriz Melina Mercouri no filme Nunca aos Domingos, de Jules Dassin. Buscando diferir o olhar do espectador comum daquele que seria o seu extremo oposto, o especialista, especificamos dois procedimentos distintos presentes na relação entre o olhar e a obra: o gesto hermenêutico, articulando o saber a partir de um campo transcendental, e o gesto-qualquer, recusando exterioridades e fundando um espaço de imanência.

Abstract:
Through the interpretation of the movie Never on Sunday (1960) by Jules Dassin, this paper opens some important epistemological questions from the feminist perspective. Namely, the film is set in the contemporary Greece, while the main characters are a prostitute Ilia and an American tourist Homer, who is at the same time disappointed in Greece and in the beautiful woman he meets. His inability to understand people and social context in which he finds himself, as well as his effort to educate Ilia and impose her his own values and ideas about ancient Greece reveal much of chauvinism and cultural colonialism, opening questions crucial for feminist and other critical epistemologies which are: who produces knowledge, for whom and how to approach it critically. Finally, through the interpretation of Ilia?s attitude to knowledge, I will turn also to the feminist notion of embodied feminist subject. Apart from that, I will deal with hegemonic attitude of the West towards ancient Greek past.

Abstract:
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo uma análise do filme Nunca aos Domingos (1960), de Jules Dassin. Para a realização deste estudo, foi adotado um esquema de observação atenta de cada uma das cenas do filme, incluindo a análise de diversos fotogramas que revelam elementos interessantes não apenas no conteúdo, como também na forma do objeto. Durante o desenvolvimento do estudo, identificou-se o diálogo da obra em questão com outras obras, tais como a tragédia Medeia (431 a.C.), de Eurípedes; a peça Pigmaleão (1913), de George Bernard Shaw; e o filme Stella (1955), de Michael Cacoyannis, dentre outras. Assim, fez-se necessária a apreciação dessas obras, embora de forma menos detalhada. O intuito deste texto é demonstrar como, através de Nunca aos Domingos, Jules Dassin intencionou promover um debate sobre a arte, mais precisamente, o fazer cinematográfico. Também pretendemos demonstrar que o filme encontra na dialética sua principal força organizadora, sempre oferecendo ao menos duas interpretações para um mesmo objeto ou fenômeno. Além disso, identificaremos no filme algumas peculiaridades da Grécia dos anos 1960, tais como aspectos culturais; sua posição enquanto colônia inglesa/estadunidense; e a relação dialética travada entre o desenvolvimento do capitalismo (impulsionado pela Doutrina Truman) e uma estrutura socioeconômica ainda baseada na ruralidade, no escambo e etc.
The aim of the present work is to analyse the film Never on Sunday (1960), directed by Jules Dassin. The chosen methodology includes the alert observation of each one of the films scenes, including the examination of several frames, which reveal interesting elements concerning not only the content, but also the form of the object. During the development of the study, the dialogue of Never on Sunday with other works of art has been identified. The tragedy Medea (431 b.C.), by Euripides; the play Pygmalion (1913), by Bernard Shaw; and the film Stella (1955), by Michael Cacoyannis, are among these. Therefore, they have also been analysed, even though in a less detailed way. The goal of this text is to show how, through Never on Sunday, Jules Dassin attempted to promote a debate about art, more specifically about cinema. We shall also endeavour to demonstrate that the film is organized dialectically, always offering at least two interpretations to the same object or phenomenon. Finally, we will identify in the movie some particularities of Greece in the 1960s, such as some cultural aspects; its position as an English/American colony; and the dialectic relation established between the development of capitalism (reinforced by the Truman Doctrine) and a socioeconomic structure based on agriculture, bartering, etc

Några byggnader härstammar från 1700 talet och är flyttade till platsen på 1940 talet.Jag har mätt upp på platsen och dokumenterat i ritningar. I have studied local timber traditions in Östergötland, Västra Harg, Spellinge, Nyborg. Some buildings date from the 18th century and were moved to the site in the 1940s.I have measured  and documented in drawings. I have since added three new buildings that create a courtyard along with the old ones.The place I designed will be a school and meeting place for people who want to learn more about small-scale farming and animal husbandry.Tourists and course participants must have a temporary place of residence and a starting point for further travel in work and leisure.Keywords for my project have been Community Local resources Cultural heritage / crafts Learning environment  Sustainability / ecology.

Os argumentos fundamentais dizem respeito à compreensão de que o ser-aí dá-se como totalidade, no âmbito de uma compreensão antecipativa, isto é, o ser-aí dá-se como uma compreensão que, a cada vez, antecipa a si mesma em já sendo. Essa totalidade dá-se simultaneamente como cuidado e poder-ser. Já as questões fundamentais às quais a obra Ser e Tempo dá voz dizem respeito à aproximação dos outros seres a cada vez envolver essa temporalidade antecipativa e à noção de que ao ser o ser-aí responde a um apelo do Ser, transformando-o em destino, a partir da possibilidade que é a dele. Procuraremos, assim, pensar de que forma o conceito de Dasein, o ser-aí, pode ser interpretado.
"The Being-there in the Existential Analytic of Being and Time" is an interpretation of the work of Martin Heidegger, in which we seek to situate the key issues of his work as well as to demonstrate the arguments of the philosopher and the concepts that are born of his argumentation. The arguments concern the fundamental understanding that the being-there gives as totality, in the context of a preemptive understanding, otherwise, the being-there occurs as an understanding that, each time, anticipates itself already in being. This totality takes place simultaneously as caring and power to be. And the key issues to which the work Being and Time voices concern the approximation of other beings in each time also involves this anticipatory temporality and the notion that the being-there responds to a call from the Being, transforming it into a destination , with the possibility that it is his.We seek, therefore, think about how the concept of Dasein, the being-there, can be interpreted.

Abstract:
Diese Studie wendet sich zwei üblichen Verfahren zur Messung von Overconfidence zu und überprüft die Zuverlässigkeit dieser Verfahren. Es zeigt sich, dass die übliche Form der Abfrage der subjektiven Sicherheit bezüglich einer abgegebenen Prognose zu einer systematischen Überschätzung der Overconfidence beitragen kann. Außerdem zeigt sich, dass die übliche Form zur Erfassung der relativen Selbsteinschätzung ebenfalls zu einer Ergebnisverzerrung beitragen kann. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn sich eine Probanden-gruppe nicht paritätisch aus Frauen und Männern zusammensetzt.

Abstract:
In der vorliegenden experimentellen Studie wurden erstmals Probanden mit der Aufgabe konfrontiert, reale Aktienkursverläufe ex ante zu prognostizieren, um den Zusammenhang der Verhaltensanomalien Overcondidence und Correlation Neglect zu analysieren. Es zeigt sich, dass die Teilnehmer der Studie ihre Prognosefähigkeiten in erheblichem Umfang überschätzen (Overconfidence). Ein großer Teil der Probanden (42,2%) vernachlässigt die Korrelationen der Renditeentwicklung verschiedener Anlageinstrumente (Correlation Neglect). Ferner zeigt sich, dass sich die Correlation Neglect bei der Kursprognose von diversifizierten Anlageinstrumenten (Fonds) dämpfend auf die Overconfidence auswirkt.

Abstract:
Diese experimentelle Untersuchung wendet sich der Frage zu, ob positive und negative Affekte einen Einfluss auf das Diversifikationsverhalten haben. Dabei zeigt sich, dass nur ein kleiner Teil der Probanden dem Rationalkalkül folgt und stets das optimale Portfolio wählt. Ferner zeigt sich, dass die Stimmungs-lage der Wirtschaftssubjekte einen Einfluss auf ihre Portfolioentscheidungen und somit auch auf ihre Risikoexponierung hat. Das durchschnittliche Risiko der Portfolios – gemessen an der Standardabweichung der Renditen – fällt im Treatment „Neutral“ deutlich niedriger aus als im Treatment „Positiv“ und im Treatment „Negativ“.

Abstract:
In dieser experimentellen Studie wird betrachtet, welchen Einfluss Herdenverhalten (Orientierung an der Mehrheit der Mitspieler oder Orientierung am erfolgreichsten Mitspieler (Guru), die Status-quo-Verzerrung und der Spielerirrtum auf das Diversifikationsverhalten haben. Dabei zeigt sich, dass weder Herdenverhalten noch Status-quo-Verzerrungen einen nennenswerten Beitrag zur Erklärung von nicht-optimalen Portfolioentscheidungen liefern. Der Spielerirrtum hingegen wird bei Portfolioentscheidungen wirksam. Viele Probanden bemühen sich, in der Historie von Zufallsereignissen Muster zu erkennen und Rückschlüsse auf künftige Zufallsereignisse zu ziehen. Der Spielerirrtum trägt wesentlich dazu bei, dass die optimale Portfoliozusammensetzung nur in 37,7% aller Entscheidungen Berücksichtigung findet.

Abstract:
Schon früh stand die Erforschung des Arbeitsmarktes und sein Versagen im Zentrum des Forschungsinteresses von Edmund Phelps. So kritisierte er bereits in den späten 1960er Jahren die damals weit verbreitete Ansicht keynesianisch ausgerichteter Ökonomen, dass die Zentralbank mittels Inflation Arbeitslosigkeit bekämpfen könne. Demgegenüber argumentierte Phelps (1967) und (1968), dass dieser auch als Phillips-Kurve bekannte Zusammenhang zwischen Inflation und Arbeitslosigkeit lediglich kurzfristig gelte. Ein dauerhafter Abbau dessen, was Phelps als „natürliche Arbeitslosenrate“ bezeichnet und vor allem die Beschäftigten im Niedriglohnsektor besonders stark betrifft, sei auf diesem Wege, d.h. unter Einsatz der herkömmlichen finanz- und geldpolitischen Instrumente, nicht möglich. Mit den nachfolgenden Überlegungen sollen sowohl die ökonomischen Rechtfertigungsargumente für entsprechende Lohnsubventionen als auch deren Wirkungsweise und sonstige Effekte – theoretisch wie empirisch – einer kritischen Betrachtung unterzogen werden. Zudem wird danach gefragt, durch welche Bestimmungsfaktoren erfolgreiche Arbeitsmarktreformen in verschiedenen Industrieländern in den zurückliegenden Jahren gekennzeichnet waren bzw. sind. Dabei soll gezeigt werden, dass zum einen die Phelps´schen Überlegungen als nicht hinreichend differenziert zu bewerten sind und daher einer Reihe von Ergänzungen bzw. Korrekturen bedürfen.

Abstract:
Aus Sicht der Theorie des Fiskalföderalismus folgt die Ausgestaltung der Finanzausgleichsbeziehungen –verstanden als die Gesamtheit der Regelungen, welche die Zuordnung von Aufgaben, Ausgaben und Einnahmen zwischen den Ebenen (Bund, Länder und Kommunen) eines föderativen Staates betreffen –traditionell sowohl Allokations- als auch Verteilungsüberlegungen. Unter dem Allokationsziel steht dabei die Effizienz des staatlichen Leistungsangebots mittels Dezentralisierung der öffentlichen Aufgabenerfüllung im Vordergrund. Dem liegt die Annahme zugrunde, dass die teilweise Aufgabenwahrnehmung durch dezentrale Staatseinheiten (Länder und Kommunen) in der Summe ebenso wie im Zusammenspiel (dezentraler Wettbewerb) zu einer Wohlfahrtssteigerung innerhalb einer Volkswirtschaft führt. Die partielle Dezentralisierung staatlicher Hoheitsgewalt beeinflusst dabei die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung insofern, als sie zu einer verbesserten Ressourcenallokation und damit zu einer Begrenzung der Staatsquote beiträgt. Unter dem Verteilungsziel dient das Finanzausgleichssystem demgegenüber der Realisierung räumlicher Ausgleichsziele. Neben der vertikalen Finanzmittelverteilung zwischen den Staatsebenen (Bund, Länder, Kommunen) steht hierbei vor allem der horizontale Finanzausgleich zwischen einzelnen Ländern und Kommunen im Mittelpunkt der Ausgestaltung der föderalen Finanzbeziehungen. Aus gesamtwirtschaftlicher Sicht dient der Fiskalföderalismus hierbei der Realisierung einer gleichmäßigeren Wohlstandsverteilung zwischen den Regionen einer Volkswirtschaft. Zusätzlich zum Allokations-und Verteilungsziel sehen Föderalismus und Finanzausgleich sich aktuell zudem mit neuen Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Dies betrifft beispielsweise die Probleme der zukünftigen demographischen Entwicklung mit ihren Auswirkungen auf die Bereitstellung und Finanzierung öffentlicher (Infrastruktur-)Leistungen insbesondere im ländlichen Raum. Dies betrifft vor allem jedoch die Veränderung ökonomischer Wachstumsprozesse aufgrund einer zunehmenden wirtschaftlichen Integration auf europäischer wie auf globaler Ebene, was eine Umorientierung in Richtung der Schaffung eines föderalen Handlungsrahmens zur Unterstützung einer dynamischen Wirtschaftsentwicklung im Raum erforderlich macht. Dem liegt die Annahme zugrunde, dass die Sicherung gesamtwirtschaftlichen Wachstums vor allem im Wecken und Unterstützen regionaler wie lokaler Entwicklungspotenziale besteht, dem auch die Gestaltung der föderalen Finanzbeziehungen Rechnung zu tragen hat. Mit Blick auf das bestehende Finanzausgleichssystem in Österreich ist dabei festzustellen, dass es in allen drei genannten Zieldimensionen (Allokation, Verteilung, Wachstum) über mehr oder weniger große Defizite verfügt. So gilt die föderale Aufgaben-, Ausgaben-und Einnahmenverteilung aufgrund ihrer ausgeprägten Zentralisierung und Aufgabenverflechtung nicht nur als vergleichsweise ineffizient. Zudem steht zu befürchten, dass die vorrangig am Ziel der „Herstellung gleichwertiger Lebensverhältnisse“ ausgerichtete Gestaltung der Finanzausgleichsbeziehungen dazu geführt hat, dass lokale und regionale Wachstumspotentiale, die für die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung Österreichs bedeutsam sind, nicht in hinreichendem Maße ausgeschöpft werden.
