In a fiercely competitive environment, organizations are embracing data-backed approaches as they continue to boost resource allocation and streamline procedures. The important intersection of process optimization approaches with contemporary data analytics tools is examined in this paper. Organizations can find inefficiencies in their operations and processes by using these techniques. One of the most important productivity-boosting tactics is to automate monotonous chores.
