The need to create automated methods for extracting knowledge from data arises from the accumulation of a large amount of data. This paper presents a conceptual model for integrating and processing medical data in three layers, comprising a total of six phases: a model for integrating, filtering, sorting and aggregating Covid-19 data. A medical data integration workflow was designed, including steps of data integration, filtering and sorting. The workflow for Covid-19 medical data from clinical records of 20400 potential patients was employed.

Estimating regional integration faces challenges due to incomplete data. This paper addresses this through the dynamic factor model estimated using the Bayesian state-space approach. Bilateral economic integration (BEI) indexes are estimated across four dimensions: trade, foreign direct investments, finance, and migration. The regional integration index (RII) of Asia and the Pacific is calculated by applying network density to the BEI estimates. The RII declined slightly in recent years, with the network centering more around the People’s Republic of China.

This report presents the results of task 7.3 on “Quantification of improvements in carbon flux data for the tropical Atlantic based on the multi-platform and neural network approach”. To better constrain changes in the ocean’s capture and sequestration of CO2 emitted by human activities, in situ measurements are needed.
