Analyzing the work of the most influential architects of the middle of the 20th century, including the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, it is possible to declare the presence of ideas at that time, which were later designed and prescribed by trendy deconstructivist architects in the nineties and early 2000s. In the middle of the 20th century, F. Wright continued to develop the principles of organicity in architecture, supplementing them with avant-garde aesthetics. The article elevates the problem of studying ornamental forms in architecture. Ornament in the context of deconstructivism seems to be a paradoxical phenomenon, but, nevertheless, its presence is marked by the conceptual texts of deconstructivist architects. The ornament is studied as a formal aspect, the structure of which is able to involve, link and produce a number of essential characteristics that determine architectural shaping. Ornament is interconnected with form, semantic, communicative, and formal aspects that are integrated and localized in the concepts, form, and space of architect

The multi-semantic perspective is a model used as an analysis framework for deconstructivist architecture in space philosophy. Moreover, Gehry has a strong inspiration for everything that happens horizontally, which is a perfect illustration of Zaha and deconstructivism. The first part states the reasons for the disappearance of the body: the influence of modern technology, effects on self-perception and on the perception of reality. It questions how to deal with the shift from physical reality as reference of existence toward an infinite spectrum of virtual realities. The second part concerns a way of thinking - a fiction to explain the phenomena of disappearance - in drawing a parallel to recent thinking models in physics formulating the disappearance of matter. This shift of thinking is so fundamental that it literally reverses our notion of body and materi

Tenstagången ligger överst och är en väg som fungerar som passage till centrum och torg. Abstract ALTHOUGH A COLLECTION of essays cannot hope to duplicate the experience of the actual symposium “Postmodernism and Beyond,” the selection and organization of these essays attempt to preserve the intellectual underpinnings that brought together architects, architectural historians, journalists, literary theorists, and a variety of humanists. A connection between architecture and literary theory had been heralded by the “Deconstructivist Architecture” exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1988; however, the exhibition catalogue offered a disclaimer: deconstructive architecture was seen as having emerged from an architectural tradition rather than from a philosophical or literary one. According to Mark Wigley, deconstructive buildings do not derive “from the mode of contemporary philosophy known as ‘ deconstruction.’ They are not an application of deconstructive theory.”1

Abstract:
A significant Danish documentary genre has been the Danmarksfilm (Denmark-film), short or feature-length films which attempt to portray the nation. The most notorious film in the tradition, simply entitled Danmark (Denmark) and directed by the lamp designer and cultural critic Poul Henningsen, is a national classic today. But its release in 1935 unleashed a storm of disapproval, due to its use of jazz music, montage, and an irreverent approach to royalty and Danish culture. State support for artistic films from the mid-1960s prompted new iterations of the Danmarksfilm: this chapter examines examples from the 1970s to the present day, including veteran documentarist Jørgen Leth’s Livet i Danmark (Life in Denmark, 1972) and Max Kestner’s Verden i Danmark (The World in Denmark, 2007). While gesturing to the older genre markers of Danish landscapes, architecture and industry, these experimental films focus on ‘types’ of Danes, feature writing by modern authors such as Klaus Rifbjerg, and take a self-reflexive, deconstructivist and even globalist approach to the concept of the ‘nation’.
