In our proposal, we pay attention to redundant DOF in a grasping pose. Using redundant DOF in a grasping pose, a manipulator can avoid obstacles and grasp a target object. This paper researched the coordination degree of higher education in Yunnan Province. Firstly, the coefficients of weight index were derived from the available value of data reflecting the information entropy. The results show that the index with the highest weight of higher education is the ratio of teachers to students, and the lowest weight is the number of annual core articles. The weight value of each index is between 0.0793 and 0.3964; secondly, the index of higher education was cauculated in 2010-2021, and compared the index differences among different cities. Automatic control of under-actuated ships is a challenging task due to the external factors and limited actuators onboard a ship. It is even more so when the controller needs to seamlessly integrate with a guidance system and obstacle avoidance for the purpose of autonimity. In this paper, line of sight guidance system for marine surface vessels is augmented to include obstacle avoidance. The process of directing the ship movement to avoid a stationary and moving obstacles is tackled by introducing an iterative mathematical formulation for the circle of avoidance algorithm. The turbulent nature of the wind above the earth’s surface depends on both the topology of the terrain and the presence of natural obstacles along the way such as low grasses and shrubs, as well as medium-tall trees. When the wind passes through the indicated obstacles, detachment is observed i.e. formation of large eddies, which are carried away by the main flow, after which they dissipate. The size of the vortices, as well as the period of dissipation, depends on the wind speed, as well as the type of obstacle.
