This research project investigated both time and cost overruns on high-rise building projects in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Due to the lower structural frequencies, flexible structures are more likely to be resonated with dynamic wind loads that exerted on tall buildings, and resulted in an even higher buildings’ design wind load.
