Actualmente es indudable que la posición que ocupa una empresa o un producto en la mente del consumidor y su comportamiento son factores claves para las ventas de una organización, por ello tenemos como objetivo general una propuesta de plan de marketing en el Restaurante “Los Delfines” con el propósito de incrementar sus ventas y la participación en el mercado y a la vez medir a través de parámetros la percepción que tiene sus consumidores del producto/servicio, los cuales nos darán información relevante para la planificación de estrategias de posicionamiento y de marketing. Como objetivos específicos tenemos: determinar el entorno del marketing actual del restaurante y el mercado objetivo, para ello se aplicó una serie de técnicas, estrategias e instrumentos de recolección de datos, que permitió identificar que existe un porcentaje de clientes fijos, quienes se inclinan por la calidad de los platos y los precios justos que el Restaurante “Los Delfines” ofrece. Con la información se ha logrado encontrar respuesta a los diferentes objetivos específicos planteados y poder proponer diversas estrategias que ayuden al restaurante a cubrir dichas necesidades que aún no están satisfechas por sus clientes, a la vez fidelizarlos a través de la marca, pero sobre todo establecer una estrategia de publicidad que ayude al restaurante a tener una mayor participación en el mercado e incrementar sus ventas.<br>Tesis

Las utilidades son resultados de un proceso que debe estar correctamente planificado, estructurado y ejecutado. La correcta gestión, parte de bases sólidas con respecto a la información contable que la empresa reúne. Entonces, se pueden identificar las falencias y aciertos encontrados en el proceso que permitan la correcta toma de decisiones que consecuentemente señalaran el camino hacia la consecución de los objetivos planteados. El recreo turístico Los Delfines es una empresa familiar que trabaja basada en las costumbres, sin la aplicación de conocimientos empresariales técnicos de vanguardia competitiva. Presenta problemas en la gestión operacional y el ciclo operativo. Esto, se podría traducir en un riesgo de pérdida del valor y calidad de servicio prestado. Este proyecto evidencio los retos que el contador del siglo XXI enfrenta y para los cuales es capaz de dar solución afianzando su formación profesional. Por lo que se buscó determinar la eficacia de los procesos operativos y su efecto en la rentabilidad del recreo turístico Los Delfines – Bagua 2016 2017. Esta investigación es de tipo aplicada - no experimental y diseño descriptivo. Las técnicas empleadas fueron observación directa, rastreo, indagación, encuestas y cuestionarios. Se identificaron problemas inmersos en las empresas familiares permitiendo brindar las sugerencias necesarias para superar la extinción provocada por un deficiente control; en la medida que se indago y proceso la información oportuna y necesaria. Confirmando que la ineficacia de los procesos operativos tuvo un efecto negativo en la rentabilidad.<br>Tesis

El propósito de esta Tesis Doctoral consiste en observación y análisis de la Terapia Asistida por delfines en niños con Síndrome de Down, con el fin de comprobar si hay una mejora en la evolución del lenguaje y la comunicación tanto a nivel mímico, verbal y visual, en las edades comprendidas entre los 5 meses y los 17 años de edad. Dicha práctica esta llevada a cabo a México y Estados Unidos respectivamente. Para poder llevar a cabo la observación se ha partido de la ejecución de unos ítems de observación especificados para cada bloque de edades. Los objetivos generales planteados en esta investigación han sido: * Observar la mejora del lenguaje y la comunicación en niños con Síndrome de Down a través de la terapia asistida por de delfines. * Diseñar un programa de intervención en la Terapia Asistida por delfines en niños con Síndrome de Down. * Describir la formación académica de los delfinoterapeutas. La investigación consta de tres momentos clave. En la primera fase se observaron a los niños antes de realizar la terapia, durante la terapia y después de la terapia. El análisis de la muestra se realizó a través de una encuesta-anamnesis. Durante la segunda fase se procedió a analizar los resultados y estructurarlos por edades según los ítems de observación establecidos anteriormente. Después, se procedió a realizar un diseño de terapia para niños con síndrome de Down, para poder obtener mejoría en los resultados una vez realizada la terapia. Posteriormente se propusieron algunas recomendaciones, orientaciones y propuestas para poder ejecutar en un futuro el uso de la terapia en niños con Síndrome de Down. En los resultados que se obtuvieron hay mejoras en los aspectos de comunicación y lenguaje en las edades comprendidas entre los 5 meses y los 17 años, pero en muchos casos la mejora no es notoria puesto que en algunos ítems de observación no se denota mejoría. Los delfinarios donde se ha realizado el estudio, permiten una variedad de ejercicios y comportamientos beneficiosos para la mejora de los niños con Síndrome de Down, pero los profesionales que trabajan realizando Delfinoterapia, observamos en esta investigación que no obtienen titulación académica al respecto. Se comprobó la falta de formación específica pudiendo ser un indicador en las futuras líneas de investigación. Centrando la atención en los profesionales que atienden a los niños que acuden a terapia con delfines, es de interés recordar que en la mayoría de los delfinarios observados, la experiencia es inferior a los 5 años y no tienen titulación en psicología o en otras ramas de la Educación Especial. Asimismo, estos profesionales conocen muy bien a los delfines y el comportamiento a ejecutar en cada caso, hecho que facilita la terapia en todos los sentidos. Por otro lado, las familias observan en todos los casos una mejoría en la evolución respecto al lenguaje y la comunicación en todas las bastantes tanto del lenguaje mímico, como verbal o bien vidual. Por último, destacar que se han realizado seis sesiones por cada usuario con una duración de cada una de ellas de 30 minutos consecutivos, valorando que son pocas sesiones para obtener una buena evolución así como los minutos dentro del agua los usuarios consideran que también son insuficientes. Sin embargo, la mejora de la práctica en las terapias queda patente en la investigación sobretodo en las primeras edades, considerando dicha terapia como un complemento para la realización de una reeducación para niños con Síndrome de Down. No obstante, debido a las características y la ejecución de los comportamientos de los delfines mulares y de la dificultad de algunos niños en realizar algunos determinados ejercicios, consideramos que el diseño de terapia que se ha elaborado junto con las líneas de investigación descritas al final del capítulo VII, pueden ayudar a contribuir en la mejora de la terapia y en consecuencia de los resultados de mejora una vez realizada la terapia.<br>The purpose of this thesis is the observation and analysis of dolphin-assisted therapy in children with Down syndrome, in order to check if there is an improvement in the evolution of language and communication in mimic, visual and verbal level, in ages between 5 months and 17 years old. This practice is carried out in Mexico and the United States respectively. To develop the observation we had started executing some observation items specified for each range of ages. The general aims in this study were: * To observe the improvement of language and communication in children with Down syndrome through dolphin assisted therapy. * To design an intervention program in dolphin assisted therapy in children with Down syndrome. * To write the academic training of dolphin professional. The research consists in three key moments. In the first phase, children were observed before therapy, during the therapy and after the therapy. Sample analysis was performed using a survey-anamnesis. During the second phase we proceeded to analyze the results according to the age and structure observation items stated above. Then we proceeded to design the therapy for children with Down syndrome, to obtain better results once the therapy had ended. Later we suggest some recommendations, guidelines and proposals to implement in the future to use the therapy in children with Down syndrome. In the results we had obtained there are improvements in the areas of communication and language in ages from 5 months to 17 years, but in many cases the improvement is not noticeable since some items observation indicates no improvement. Dolphinaria, where the study was performed, allows a variety of exercises and beneficial behaviors improving children with Down syndrome, but professionals working with “Delfinoterapia”, we observed in this study that they do not receive academic qualifications. The lack of specific training can be an indicator that future lines of research has been founded. Focusing on the professionals who care for children who attend dolphin therapy, it is interesting to remember that in most of the observed dolphinaries, the experience of the instructors is less than 5 years and have no degree in psychology or other branches of Special Education. Also, these professionals are well aware of the dolphins and behavior carried out in each case, which facilitates therapy in every way. On the other hand, the family observed in all cases an improvement in the evolution towards language and communication in all quite aware of the sign language, and verbal or visual. Finally, we want to highlight that there have been six sessions for user with duration of each of 30 consecutive minutes, valuing that few sessions to get a good performance as well as the minutes in the water users are also considered inadequate. However, improved therapies practice is evident in the research especially in the early ages, considering such therapy as a complement to the completion of a rehabilitation for children with Down Syndrome. However, due to the characteristics and performance of the behavior of this dolphins and the difficulty some children make some certain exercises, consider the design of therapy that has been developed together with the research described at the end of Chapter VII, can help contribute to improve therapy and thus improves the results once the therapy.

Distinguishing population units of small cetaceans continuously distributed in a widespread area is challenging, but critical for their conservation and management. The common dolphin (genus Delphinus) has a wide distribution range that has led to the differentiation of a number of morphotypes which, until today, remain of unclear taxonomic adscription. In many areas, two morphotypes were initially distinguished and later separated into two species: the long-beaked common dolphin, or Delphinus capensis, and the short-beaked common dolphin, or Delphinus delphis. The general aim of the present thesis is to investigate the taxonomy, morphology, distribution, and habitat use of the common dolphins (genus Delphinus) occurring in the eastern sub-tropical Atlantic Ocean (NW Africa). This area is amongst those most productive in the world. It is characterized by a quasi-permanent upwelling zone that promotes high biological productivity and a highly diverse and abundant fauna of marine mammals. It has been proposed that the short- and long-beaked forms of common dolphins occur sympatrically in this area, a scenario that provides a unique opportunity to discriminate between the two morphotypes and investigate whether differences are of taxonomic relevance. For the present thesis we investigated the local marine trophic network and the relationship between apex predators, as well as the distribution (offshore vs. inshore) and niche segregation (trophic level exploited) of the two common dolphin morphotypes. Additionally, differences in morphology and habitat use between NW Africa common dolphins and those from other areas, particularly from the northeastern and southeastern Atlantic Ocean, were investigated. Because research of intra and inter specific population variability requires a multiplicity of approaches, different methods were used, including stable isotope analyses of carbon (δ13C) and nitrogen (δ15N) in bone, and measurement-based and 'landmark'-based (geometric) morphometric analyses of the skull. The results obtained revealed that most of the marine mammal species distribute in the outer continental shelf and the upper slope, and that common dolphins are rarely distributed inshore, displaying a typical oceanic behaviour. With the exception of baleen whales, common dolphins showed the lowest trophic level of all marine mammals analyzed, despite the fact that there was large variability between individuals in the exploitation of food resources, possibly to adapt to local environmental variations. The presence of both short- and long-beaked morphotypes of common dolphins was confirmed off the coast of NW Africa, with the short-beaked form inhabiting waters closer to coast and feeding at a lower trophic level than the long-beaked form. Morphological analysis of the skull revealed that variation in relative beak length in common dolphins from NW Africa was larger than in other Delphinus populations worldwide; as opposed to other regions, relative rostrum size followed a clinal variation and intermediate ratios were found. There were significant differences between common dolphin populations and species analyzed in the size and shape components of the skull. The skull of the short-beaked morphotype from NW Africa was shorter but broader than that of the long-beaked. However, despite the differences, there is a closer morphological similarity between the short-beaked morphotype of NW Africa and Delphinus delphis, and between the long-beaked morphotype of the same region and Delphinus capensis. We conclude that taxonomic splitting of common dolphins in this area into two putative species should be postponed until further research is conducted because skull differentiation could be related to niche segregation and not to speciation. Furthermore, the above results indicate that the taxonomic model described for the Northeast Pacific should not be generally applied to other areas where the sort- and long-beaked morphotypes co-habit.<br>Distinguir unidades poblacionales de pequeños cetáceos distribuidos de forma continua en un área extensa es fundamental para su conservación y gestión. En el amplio rango de distribución de los delfines comunes se han establecido varios morfotipos de adscripción taxonómica incierta, identificados por la longitud relativa de su morro. En muchas áreas, dos morfotipos fueron distinguidos y más tarde separados en dos especies: el delfín común de morro largo, Delphinus capensis, y el delfín común de morro corto, Delphinus delphis. El objetivo general de la presente tesis es investigar la taxonomía, morfología, distribución, y uso del hábitat del delfín común (género Delphinus) en el este del Océano Atlántico Subtropical (NW África). Se ha propuesto que las formas de delfín común de morro corto y largo ocurren en simpatría en esta área, lo que permite una oportunidad única para discriminar entre los dos morfotipos e investigar si las diferencias son de importancia taxonómica. Los resultados han demostrado una gran variabilidad entre los individuos en la explotación de los recursos alimentarios, posiblemente para adaptarse a las variaciones ambientales locales del ecosistema. La presencia de ambos morfotipos de delfines comunes se confirmó en la costa NW de África; la forma de morro corto habita aguas más cercanas a la costa y se alimenta en un nivel trófico inferior a la de morro largo. El análisis morfológico del cráneo reveló que la variación en la longitud del morro es más grande que en otras poblaciones, con el morfotipo de morro corto presentando un cráneo más corto pero más amplio que él de morro largo. Como era previsible, existe una similitud morfológica más cercana entre el morfotipo de morro corto del NW de África y Delphinus delphis, y entre el de morro largo y Delphinus capensis. La división taxonómica de delfines comunes en dos especies, en esta área, debe posponerse hasta que se realicen más investigaciones, ya que la diferenciación craneal puede estar relacionada con la segregación de nicho y no con la especiación. Además, el modelo taxonómico descrito para el Pacífico Nordeste no debe aplicarse indiscriminadamente a otras áreas donde ambos morfotipos cohabitan.

The Mediterranean Sea, the largest and deepest enclosed sea on Earth, is a marine biodiversity hotspot. Its cetacean diversity is also remarkable; although the species with a regular occurrence and resident populations are eleven, a total of twenty-one species of cetaceans occur or have occurred in various degrees. Among the planet’s marine environments, the Mediterranean Sea is one of the most affected by anthropogenic activities. In such a complex scenario of multiple pressures acting simultaneously certain habitats and species face high risk. As very mobile, long-lived vertebrates, situated at the highest levels in the marine trophic webs and with a very low reproductive rate, cetaceans are among them. Human density and intensity of activities are particularly significant in the coastal zone. Pressure is thus most intense on coastal species, such as the common bottlenose dolphin Tursiops truncatus and the short-beaked common dolphin Delphinus Delphis. This thesis focuses in these two species, aims to identify the main threats affecting them and discusses the most adequate conservation measures in order to secure their survival in the increasingly fragile waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The study areas used as case-studies in the present work are the Balearic Islands (Spain) and the coastal waters of the Eastern Ionian Sea (including the Gulf of Ambracia and the Inner Ionian Sea Archipelago, in north-western Greece). These areas are remarkably diverse in terms of environmental features and threats caused by human activities, therefore offering opportunities for understanding their links with dolphin status and conservation needs. The studies included in the present PhD thesis involved different research methods. Line-transect based aerial surveys were exclusively conducted in the Balearic Islands, while in all three study areas extensive effort was dedicated to boat-based surveys and photo-identification. A significant part of the research focused on the study of dolphin-fisheries interactions; the methods used in this part of the study differed between areas and included observers on-board of small-scale fishing boats and bottom-trawlers, direct data collection in fishing ports and landing sites on the activity of the fishing fleet and their captures, ecosystem modelling, and fishermen interviews. As this thesis shows, anthropogenic threats faced by coastal dolphins in the Mediterranean Sea are very diverse and differ quite significantly between areas. Therefore, the strategies and management measures required to trigger some effective conservation results should be tailored on a case-by-case basis. For the conservation of bottlenose dolphin population in the Balearic Islands, high priority should be given to produce ecosystem-based management strategies, including: (a) promotion of sustainable fisheries to ensure stable food resources to dolphins; (b) mitigation of adverse dolphin – fishery interactions, particularly eradication of dolphin kills; (c) prevention of marine pollution; and (d) regulation of tourism, with special attention to boat traffic in areas where bottlenose dolphins aggregate and show a higher site-fidelity and where, ideally, marine protected areas could be implemented. The situation on western Greece is quite different between the two study areas. In the Inner Ionian Sea Archipelago, where short-beaked common dolphins have suffered a dramatic decline in recent times, fishery management measures are urgently needed to reduce current over-exploitation and allow for the recovery of endangered marine megafauna. Contrarily, in the neighbouring waters of the semi-enclosed Gulf of Ambracia, which host one of the highest densities of bottlenose dolphins in the Mediterranean Sea, priority should be paid to improve the rapidly deteriorating water and seafloor quality, while ensuring continued ecosystem services and biodiversity conservation. Meaningful action includes restoring natural hydrology (e.g. freshwater input from rivers), curtailing pollution from various sources, responsible fisheries and aquaculture management, and control of illegal fishing.<br>El Mar Mediterrani es veu altament afectat per activitats antropogèniques. La seva alta densitat de població i la intensitat de les activitats que en resulten són particularment importants a les zones litorals. Espècies de cetacis costaners, com el dofí mular Tursiops truncatus i el dofí comú Delphinus delphis en sufreixen les consecuències. Aquesta tesi té com a finalitat la identificació de les principals amenaces que afecten a aquestes dos espècies i proposa una sèrie de mesures de conservació per tal d'assegurar la seva supervivència en les aigües, cada vegada més fràgils, de la Mediterrània. Les àrees d'estudi utilitzades com a casos pràctics són les Illes Balears i les aigües costaneres del Mar Jònic oriental (incloent-hi el Golf d'Ambracia i l'arxipèlag interior del mar Jònic, al nord-oest de Grècia). Les amenaces antropogèniques a les que s’enfronten els dofins costaners a la Mediterrània són molt diverses i varien de forma significativa entre àrees. En conseqüència, les estratègies i les mesures de gestió necessàries per la seva conservació també ho fan. Per tal de protegir la població dofí mular a les Illes Balears, caldrà donar prioritat a la realització d'estratègies de gestió que tinguin en compte les necessitats dels ecosistemes: (a) promoció de la pesca sostenible; (b) la mitigació d’efectes adversos resultants d’interaccions entre dofins i pesca; (c) la prevenció de la contaminació marina; i (d) la regulació del turisme, amb especial atenció al trànsit d'embarcacions a les zones on els dofins és concentren més sovint i on, idealment, s’hi podrien crear àrees marines protegides. Pel que fa a la Grècia occidental, a l'arxipèlag Interior del Mar Jònic, on la població de dofins comuns ha patit una disminució dramàtica en els últims temps, mesures adequades per la gestió de les activitats pesqueres són necessàries per reduir l'actual sobreexplotació i permetre la recuperació de megafauna marina. D’altra banda, en el Golf d'Ambracia, on trobem una de les majors densitats de dofins mulars del mar Mediterrani, la millora de la qualitat de les seves aigües i el seu fons marí és la principal prioritat per protegir la seva important biodiversitat.

<p>Vår problemprecisering lyder; Hur reagerar barn under deras vilostund på förskolan till olika sorters musik? Finns det någon musik som är mer fördelaktig? Hur används musik under vilostunden på förskolan? Utifrån dessa meningar har vi gjort vår studie för att medvetandegöra musikens användning under vilostunden på en förskola. </p><p>Litteraturen behandlar barns behov av vila och hur musik påverkar människan. Där har vi funnit att musik påverkar människor utifrån deras erfarenheter och känslor, även att harmonisk musik är mer fördelaktig till vila. </p><p>Vi har intervjuat två förskolepedagoger och gjort sex observationer på barns vilostund på förskolan. Utifrån detta kunde vi se många olika faktorers påverkan på vilostunden. Musiken utgör en bra grund för vila men valet av musik är avgörande. Rätt musik till rätt tillfälle är ett måste för att barnen ska kunna få en avkopplande vilostund med hjälp av musiken.</p>

We depend on the ecosystem services that nature provides, such as water and air purification. In cities, ecosystem services are decreasing because of anthropogenic activities. To avoid a further reduction in ecosystem services, it is necessary to start mapping ecosystem services. The aim of this study is to develop a GIS-based mapping methodology for these services and to validate this methodology by applying it to two urban areas in Varberg, Sweden. The urban ecosystem services we selected to map in this study are habitats, biodiversity, food production, freshwater, noise reduction, climate regulation, air filtration, pollination, social interactions and health. This study includes a literature review, a field study and a GIS-based working process containing geographic data in ArcMap 10.5.1. Thirteen different policy options, which increase ecosystem services, are listed in the report. The developed five-step methodology include processing, mapping, visualization and analysis. The results show that being able to map urban ecosystem services is a prerequisite to incorporating ecosystem services into city planning. The developed method can also help to map and protect ecosystem services in cities when new urban areas are developed and to promote a sustainable development.

Delfinai yra jautrūs aplinkos sąlygoms gyvūnai. Norint išlaikyti delfinus, reikia sudaryti kuo geresnes laikymo sąlygas delfinariume, laiku nutatyti susirgimus, išsiaiškinti gaišimo priežastis. Tam reikia nustatyti individualius delfinų kraujo morfologinius ir biocheminius rodiklius bei jų kitimus susirgimų atvejais. Literatūroje daugiausia randami Atlanto (Tursiops truncatus) ir kitų rūšių delfinų įvairūs kraujo tyrimų duomenys. Tačiau nerasta duomenų apie skirtingų lyčių ir skirtingo amžiaus Juodosios jūros delfinų (Tursiops truncatus ponticus) kraujo rodiklius. Darbo tikslas – nustatyti delfinariume laikomų Juodosios jūros delfinų (Tursiops truncatus ponticus) įvairių veiksnių įtaką kraujo rodikliams ir kvėpavimo funkcijai bei atlikti susirgimų ir gaišimų priežasčių analizę. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti delfinariume laikomų sveikų delfinų kraujo fiziologinius morfologinius ir biocheminius parametrus, atsižvelgiant į amžių ir lytį. 2. Nustatyti baseinų dydžių (mažesnis – didesnis) įtaką delfinų patelių ir jų jauniklių kvėpavimo dažniui ir elgsenai postnataliniu periodu. 3. Išanalizuoti delfinų susirgimus ir jų dažnumą. 4. Nustatyti delfinų kraujo morfologinių ir biocheminių parametrų kitimą, atsižvelgiant į susirgimus. 5. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The aim of the thesis is to identify the influence of various factors on blood indices and breathing function of the Black sea dolphins (Tursiops truncatus ponticus) that are kept in dolphinariums and also to do analysis of the reasons of dolphins’ diseases and death. The goals of the thesis: 1. Determine the physiological morphological and biochemical parameters of the dolphins’ blood with regard to their age and sex. 2. Determine the influence of the size of the pools on the respiratory rate of dolphin females and calves during the postnatal period. 3. Analyze the diseases affecting dolphins and the frequency of their occurance. 4. Study morphological and biochemical changes in dolphins blood parameters with regard to the diseases. 5. Identify the causes of death through pathological, anatomical, histopathological and microbiological examinations. The research has broadened the scientific knowledge about the Black sea dolphins’ (Tursiops truncatus ponticus) physiological characteristics and pathological conditions. It has been found out that the size of a pool has influence over the Black sea dolphin females and calves' respiratory rate as well as behaviour. La Bioacustica marina studia gli aspetti “acustici” riguardanti gli animali marini tra cui le capacità uditive, la produzione del suono e la comunicazione attraverso i suoni. Ad oggi, un crescente livello di suoni introdotti negli oceani dalle attività umane sta causando una serie di effetti sull’ecosistema marino ed in particolare su specie che svolgono molteplici funzioni attraverso l’impiego attivo e passivo dei suoni, primi fra tutti i mammiferi marini. Il monitoraggio acustico passivo è uno dei metodi principali e popolari usati per aiutare gli scienziati a indagare e capire i modelli comportamentali degli animali marini. L'area di studio d’interesse si trova nel Canale di Sicilia, nel tratto di mare antistante Capo Granitola (Sicilia sud-occidentale), dove troviamo tra le specie più abbondanti di mammiferi marini: il tursiope, la stenella e il delfino comune. Questo tratto di mare è monitorato acusticamente dal 2012 dal laboratorio di bioacustica dell’IAMC-CNR attraverso un sistema di registrazione subacqueo autonomo. Il lavoro di tesi ha avuto l’obiettivo di analizzare 9 mesi di registrazioni al fine di studiare la presenza di delfinidi. Gli obiettivi specifici di questa tesi sono stati: •La verifica di interazioni tra delfini e attività antropiche attraverso l’analisi della presenza contemporanea di rumori prodotti da imbarcazioni e disegnali sonori prodotti da delfinidi; •Studiare gli andamenti circadiani e stagionali dei vocalizzi dei delfinidi e eventuali variazioni nei principali parametri acustici che caratterizzano i segnali di ecolocalizzazione. Grazie all’analisi dei dati acustici si sono ottenute informazioni sugli andamenti temporali della presenza/vocalizzazioni di delfinidi e sulla possibile interazione con le barche da pesca.

En este trabajo nos centraremos en observar y conocer los mecánismos que los candidatos Delfina Gómez Álvarez y Alfredo del Mazo Masa utilizarón en Twitter para convencer con propuestas a los usuarios de esta plataforma en la campaña a la gobernatura del Estado de México 2017. Las bibliotecas constituyen una importante fuente de recursos informativos para niños, jóvenes y adultos; promueven la lectura y la investigación y sirven de vía de acercamiento a la cultura y el arte a los ciudadanos. Son instituciones culturales claves en el desarrollo y evolución de la sociedad. En la actualidad, las bibliotecas tienen que buscar los medios para expandirse y consolidarse en la comunidad; siendo su función principal la difusión equitativa del conocimiento y la información En un mundo en el que prevalecen y se agudizan las desigualdades económicas y sociales, resultan aún más contradictorias las que se refieren al libre acceso a la información y a la cultura, y afectan a colectivos de grupos vulnerables, como lo son los niños sujetos de maltrato infantil, los pobladores de comunidades nativas, los adultos mayores y las personas con discapacidad. En los países más desarrollados, los grupos organizados de personas con discapacidad han sabido dotarse de magníficas bibliotecas, instrumentos indispensables para su promoción educativa, cultural y laboral, en definitiva, para su inclusión en la comunidad. En el caso específico de las personas con discapacidad visual en nuestro país, son pocas las instituciones que han llevado a cabo acciones con la finalidad de facilitarles el acceso a la información, tales como la Unión Nacional de Ciegos del Perú, la Biblioteca del Centro de Rehabilitación de Ciegos de Lima, la Biblioteca Escolar de la Institución Educativa Especial ‘Luis Braille’ y la Sala para Invidentes ‘Delfina Otero Villarán’ de la Gran Biblioteca Pública de Lima.<br>Trabajo de suficiencia profesional

La presente investigación aborda un problema frecuente en las empresas del país: la operación semi – formal de los procesos comerciales y su impacto en los resultados contables de las mismas. En este caso la empresa bajo estudio se dedica a la comercialización de productos hidrobiológicos en la costa norte y capital del Perú y tiene como uno de sus principales problemas de gestión el desconocer el impacto financiero y tributario de los gastos no documentados en el cálculo de su utilidad. El tipo de estudio es descriptivo y se desarrolló bajo el enfoque sistémico; el diseño de investigación es no experimental. La población y muestra estuvo constituida por los procesos comerciales y la documentación contable de ingresos y egresos y asimismo por los gastos no documentados que se llevan en registros de la empresa. Los procesos de la investigación contaron con el auspicio de la gerencia de la empresa, lo cual permitió la revisión exhaustiva de la documentación, la aplicación de los instrumentos de recopilación de datos, las entrevistas y el arribo a las conclusiones del estudio. Se abordó un diseño metodológico que permitió describir la organización, identificar sus principales procesos comerciales, evaluar los gastos no documentados y su impacto financiero y tributario en el cálculo de la utilidad de la empresa, y finalmente elaborar una propuesta de control interno.<br>Tesis

Cette étude se propose de répondre à la question concernant l'existence, en Italie, d'une littérature surréaliste. En effet, il est indubitable que le surréalisme n’a jamais pris une forme définie en Italie, en se différenciant ainsi de la situation en France; cependant, des influences et la proximité de certains auteurs italiens à la poétique du surréalisme sont évidentes. Dans ma thèse, je démontre qu'à certains moments, il est même possible de parler d'un proto-surréalisme italien, qui anticipe l'explosion française. Nous avons étudié, en particulier, l'oeuvre de Alberto Savinio, Antonio Delfini e Tommaso Landolfi, mai aussi l'expérience artistique et littéraire de l'école métaphysique que joue un rôle important dans la définition des paradigmes théoriques du surréalisme tant pour la France que pour l'Italie. Chez chacun des auteurs qui nous avons étudiés, nous avons cerné et mis en exergue les points de contact et d'adhésion à la littérature surréaliste, notamment en ce qui concerne les travaux du théoricien français André Breton. Il est évident que, pour chacun de ces auteurs, le discours a suivi des lignes autonome et en fait, nous n'avions pas l'intention de théoriser l'appartenance hypothétique de ces écrivains à un groupe soudé et uni comme en France, mais nous avions l'intention d'évaluer l'impact possible de la poétique surréaliste sur les œuvres de ces auteurs. Malgré toutes les différences entre les cas, nous pensons pouvoir affirmer, à la fin de notre travail de recherche, qu'il y a eu, en Italie, un moment où un certain groupe d’auteurs a produit une littérature surréaliste ; ils n'ont peut-être pas repris pleinement les dictées théoriques brétoniennes, mais certainement ils les connaissaient et ils en ont exploité certains éléments<br>In this work, the issue about the existence of Surrealist Literature in Italy will be analysed. It is obvious that, differently from the French environment where it was born and developed following precise theoretical rules, Surrealism has never taken a clear shape in Italy. Having said that, some influences and a certain affinity to Surrealist poetics is evident in some authors. In this work, the possible existence of an Italian Proto-surrealism which anticipates the 'French explosion' is taken into consideration. In particular, the works of Alberto Savinio, Antonio Delfini and Tommaso Landolfi, have been studied together with the artistic and literary experience of the Metaphysical 'School' which plays an important role in the definition of theoretical standards of Surrealism both in France and in Italy. In every author taken into consideration, the contact points and the adherence to Surrealist Literature, specifically in relation with André Breton's theoretical works, have been highlighted. It is clear that, for every author, the study followed autonomous lines. There was no intention, indeed, to theorise a possible belonging of these writers to a close and harmonious groups as in France. There was, instead, the aim of considering the possible impact of Surrealist poetic on the works of these authors. At the end of the work, it might be stated that, despite the several differences, there was a moment in Italy in which a certain group of authors produced a Surrealist Literature. They did not completely follow Breton's theoretical treatise, but they surely knew it and explored some of its elements<br>In questo studio ci siamo proposti di rispondere alla questione concernente l'esistenza, in Italia, di una letteratura surrealista. É fuori di dubbio che il surrealismo in Italia non ha mai preso una forma definita, differenziandosi in questo rispetto alla Francia dove è nato e si è sviluppato seguendo delle regole teoriche precise; nonostante questo, alcune influenze e una certa vicinanza alla poetica surrealista è evidente in alcuni autori. In questa tesi si prova a dimostrare che, in certi momenti, è possibile parlare anche di un protosurrealismo italiano che anticipa l'esplosione francese. Si sono studiate, in particolare, le opere di Alberto Savinio, Antonio Delfini e Tommaso Landolfi, ma anche l'esperienza artistica e letteraria della scuola metafisica che gioca un ruolo importante nella definizione dei paradigmi teorici del surrealismo sia in Francia che in Italia. In ognuno degli autori che si sono studiati, abbiamo messo in luce i punti di contatto e l'adesione alla letteratura surrealista, in particolare in relazione ai lavori teorici di André Breton. È evidente che, per ognuno degli autori, il discorso ha seguito delle linee autonome e, in effetti, non si aveva l'intenzione di teorizzare un'appartenenza ipotetica di questi scrittori a un gruppo unito e affiatato come in Francia, ma di valutare il possibile impatto della poetica surrealista nelle opere di questi autori. Malgrado tutte le differenze, si pensa di poter affermare, alla fine del lavoro, che c'è stato, in Italia, un momento dove un certo gruppo di autori ha prodotto una letteratura surrealista. Lucrèce, la matrone violée par le fils de Tarquin le Superbe, dont le suicide aurait provoqué la rébellion populaire à l'origine de la République romaine, se trouve au centre d'une vaste tradition littéraire et artistique. Modèle de chasteté mais aussi symbole politique : la longévité de cette figure en partie légendaire, dont l'histoire est devenue par la suite stéréotype littéraire, est indissociable de sa polysémie. Comment dire l'indicible? Laissant de côté ses autres implications, c'est essentiellement dans sa fonction de modalité pour dire le viol que ce personnage féminin est ici appréhendé. L'étude de ses multiples occurrences dans la civilisation italienne de la fin du XVIe et du XVIIe siècles permet de mettre en évidence l'émergence d'un discours ambigu sur le viol, qui bien qu'a priori désuet de nos jours, ne laisse d'influencer les représentations culturelles modernes à l'égard de cette forme particulière de violence. Après avoir retracé l'histoire de ce modèle en insistant sur ses moments de crise, la thèse explore, à travers une démarche historiciste et pluridisciplinaire, les finalités et modalités de son utilisation à l'âge baroque au sein des divers genres littéraires. Les hypothèses sont ensuite approfondies à partir d'un corpus théâtral composé de trois tragédies méconnues, issues de contextes spatio-temporels variés. Leur analyse montre les moyens mis en œuvre par leurs auteurs pour contourner l'indicibilité devenue immontrabilité et comment ces trois étapes d'un projet visant à adapter ce modèle païen à la culture de la Contre-Réforme voient néanmoins réaffleurer ses contradictions, indissociables des représentations sociales ambiguës du viol

Orientação: Telma Bonifácio dos Santos Reinaldo ; co-orientação: António Teodoro<br>Partindo dos princípios da Educação Inclusiva propostos na Declaração de Salamanca de 1994 e na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Brasileira (LDB nº. 9.394/96), analisamos a Educação Inclusiva como caminho para a Unidade Integrada Padre Delfino, no Município de Timon/Maranhão, desenvolver a inclusão de Jovens e Adultos em situação de deficiência e/ou Necessidades Educativas Especiais. Conceituamos inclusão e exclusão historicamente presentes na escola em uma abordagem que nos permitiu uma reflexão sobre o cotidiano escolar. Utilizamos os documentos do Ministério da Educação e Cultura referentes à Educação Especial e, principalmente, fundamentamo-nos a partir das concepções de autores como Stainback; Stainback, Mantoan, Aranha, Plestch, Glat, Prieto, Sawaia, Santos, a fim de subsidiar nossas reflexões. A metodologia adotada foi o estudo de caso de caráter qualitativo para compreender a situação vivenciada. Aplicamos questionários para cotejar, na fala dos professores, dos alunos e dos gestores, informações a respeito da Educação Inclusiva na escola. Realizamos observações sobre o cotidiano escolar e análise do Projeto Político- Pedagógico, cruzando-o com a Base Legal juntamente com os teóricos da Educação Inclusiva. Concluímos que a escola inclusiva representa a possibilidade de um trabalho de desconstrução da cultura escolar excludente para em seu lugar promover um ambiente em que a diversidade seja o tônus de toda a educação escolar.<br>Based on the principles of inclusive education proposed in the Salamanca Statement of 1994 and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Brazilian Education (LDB nº. 9.394/96) analyzed the Inclusive Education, as the way to Padre Delfino Integrated Unit in the Municipality of Timon / Maranhão develop inclusion of youth and adults in situations of disability and / or NEE. Conceptualize inclusion and exclusion historically present in the school on an approach that allowed reflection on the school routine. We used the documents relating to MEC, and especially authors like Stainback, Stainback, Mantoan, Spider, Plesch, Glat, Prieto, Sawaia and Santos, to subsidize our reflections. The methodology adopted was case study qualitative, to understand the situation experienced, we applied questionnaires to collate the speech of teachers, students and administrators information about inclusive education in school. Observations were made of everyday school life, analysis of Pedagogical Project crossed with the legal and theorists of inclusive education. We conclude that the inclusive school is the possibility of a work of deconstruction school culture for exclusionary in its place, fostering an environment in which diversity is the tone of the entire school education.

O presente trabalho insere-se na Unidade Curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada e Relatório Final do segundo ano de Mestrado em Ensino de Música. Está dividido em duas partes: a primeira consiste no relatório da prática de ensino supervisionada do ano de estágio, que teve lugar na Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional em Lisboa e teve como orientadora cooperante a Professora Ana Paula Russo. Foram enunciados os objetivos e a estrutura da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, bem como o enquadramento da prática profissional. Após a caracterização da Escola Cooperante, refletiu-se sobre a atividade pedagógica, tendo como base as dimensões do perfil geral de desempenho docente enunciadas pela tutela; a segunda parte integra um trabalho de investigação, intitulado Cinco canções de Delfina Figueiredo como uma proposta didática para o repertório português do programa de canto do 2º ciclo do Ensino Básico. Pretendeu-se averiguar a pertinência destas canções, do livro Cantigas da Minh’Avó da professora e compositora Delfina Figueiredo, para integrarem o programa de canto daquelo ciclo de estudos. Descreveram-se as características vocais e fisiológicas na infância e na adolescência, passando pelo processo de mudança vocal. Refletiu-se sobre a importância da escolha do repertório, bem como o papel do professor e o impacto da pedagogia, referenciando-se importantes pedagogos e investigadores da área. Foram analisadas as cinco canções segundo parâmetros fundamentados e, ao cruzá-las com as características enunciadas, concluiu-se a sua importância na pedagogia vocal.

Tese de mestrado, Estudos Românicos, Universidade de Lisboa, Faculdade de Letras, 2011<br>Esta dissertação teve como principal objectivo encontrar uma escritora que através de suas obras pudesse estabelecer um elo de ligação entre Portugal e o Brasil, para tal e dentre muitas ilustríssimas senhoras destacamos Guiomar Delphina de Noronha Torrezão, uma mulher muito além de seu tempo, que fez e que marcou história. No fim do século XVIII as mulheres foram gradativamente libertando-se das amarras do ideal burguês e começaram elas próprias a construir uma nova identidade, afirmando o seu estatuto e tomando as rédeas do seu próprio destino. Guiomar Torrezão sem sombra de dúvida foi uma destas mulheres, ela empreendeu uma luta contínua a favor da instrução da mulher e da sua afirmação pelo seu valor como indivíduo. Guiomar Torrezão tinha a necessidade de criar um meio de comunicação de largo alcance que pudesse difundir suas ideias sobre a necessidade conduzir as mulheres a sua emancipação. Depois de ter colaborado a partir de 1868 no Almanaque de Lembranças Luso- Brasileiro esta autora decidiu investir num grande projecto semelhante, que foi a criação do Almanach das Senhoras. Nesta dissertação lançamos a hipótese de que a experiencia obtida por Guiomar Torrezão como colaboradora no formato “Almanaque” lhe tenha servido de inspiração e de modelo, para a publicação que fundou.<br>Abstract:This dissertation had as its main goal the study of a woman writer whose work could be considered relevant for both Portugal and Brazil. This is why we chose Guiomar Delphina Torrezão, a woman ahead of her time who had an important historical role. At the end of the 18th century women were able to gradually free themselves of the bourgeois ideal of femininity and started building a new feminine identity. Guiomar Torrezão was one of these women and fought continuous battles in favor of women’s education and the affirmation of women’s value as individuals. She felt the need to create a means of mass communication through which she could communicate her ideas about women’s rights and women’s roles to a large audience. After having collaborated with the Almanaque de Lembranças Luso-Brasileiro, this author decided to invest in a similar project, more specifically directed to women readers: the Almanach das Senhoras. In this dissertation we launch the hipothesis that the previous experienceobtained by Guiomar as a collaborator of almanacs has been used by her as a model and an inspiration for her publication.
