Increasing the number of patients at an ophthalmic appointment with chronic eye diseases requires a more detailed analysis of diagnosis and treatment. When analyzing the incidence of patients with chronic blepharitis, the vast majority with demodecous etiology of ocular lesions were revealed. As a result of studies in the period from 2002–2018 in the Tyumen region it was established that this region is no exception for the spread of demodectic invasion among cattle.
