Abstract:
Die empirische Ethikforschung wird aus der klassischen Moralforschung herausgelöst und in Verbindung mit anderen Schwerpunkten aus der Sozialpsychologie und Soziologie gebracht: Werte, Kultur, Gerechtigkeit, Attribution. Ferner wird auf weit zurückliegende Studien aufmerksam gemacht. Als Ergebnis dieser Überlegungen wird eine präskriptive Attributionsforschung vorgeschlagen, die die Rechtfertigung von Handlungen mit Hilfe der Angabe von Bedeutungsgewichten der klassischen vier ethischen Grundpositionen: Hedonismus, Intuitionismus, Utilitarismus und Deontologie, erfaβt. Mit Hilfe dieser vier ethischen Grundpositionen, die einmal über eine Fragebogentechnik und zum anderen über eine inhaltsanalytische Kategorisierung erfasst werden, wird das zugrundeliegende Motivmodell erfasst, das das Denkmodell der ursprünglichen Attributionsforschung ergänzt. Bei der Untersuchung der Rechtfertigung der eigenen Arbeitsleistung erkennt man deutlich einen Unterschied zwischen ost- und westdeutschen Arbeitnehmern. Die ostdeutschen Arbeitnehmer rechtfertigen ihre Leistungen stärker kollektivistisch über die Betonung von Utilitarismus und Deontologie. Ostdeutsche Pendler haben keine Rechtfertigungsmöglichkeiten mehr. Die westdeutschen Pendler bleiben dagegen stabil. Beim Vergleich der Rechtfertigung der Keimbahntherapie von drei unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen aus der Wirtschaft, der Medizin und der Rechtsprechung zeigt sich eine Bevorzugung hedonistischer Positionen durch die Wirtschaftler und die Bevorzugung von Utilitarismus und Deontologie durch die Juristen und Mediziner. Das tiefere Verständnis von Erklärungen führt zur ursprünglichen, deskriptiven Attributionsforschung und das bessere Verständnis von Motivationen führt zur präskriptiven Attributionsforschung in Form der hier vorgeschlagen empirischen Ethikforschung.

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag setzt sich mit den aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen zur Sittenlehre (1798) von Fichte auseinander, wie sie von Michelle Kosch, Allen Wood und Owen Ware interpretiert wurden. Ziel ist es, ihre jeweiligen Lesarten der Sittenlehre aus der Jenaer Zeit systematisch zu rezensieren und eine revidierte Interpretation vorzuschlagen. Kosch argumentiert, dass die Sittenlehre de facto einen Konsequentialismus darstellt, bei dem der Endzweck der Freiheit durch moderne Technologie realisiert wird. Wood hingegen betrachtet Fichte als einen radikalen Kantianer, dessen Konzept der sittlichen Bestimmung eine akzeptable Modifikation von Kants Theorie darstellt, wobei die sittliche Handlung durch das subjektive Gewissen gewährleistet wird. Ich teile Owen Wares Auffassung, dass die Sittenlehre als Perfektionismus verstanden werden sollte, der in einem teleologischen Rahmen zu betrachten ist. Ich interpretiere jedoch die Sittenlehre dahingehend, dass das handelnde Subjekt stets danach strebt, den Endzweck der absoluten Selbständigkeit zu erreichen. Dabei bleibt die Selbständigkeit jedoch nur eine praktische und unerreichbare Idee; dennoch hat der Akteur die Pflicht, sich ihr anzunähern. Auf diese Weise kann das Handeln bzw. Streben als ein unendlicher Prozess verstanden werden, und die absolute Selbständigkeit stellt die konstitutive Aufgabe allen Daseins dar.

Societatea informațională și globalizarea aduc, precum orice tendință și schimbare majoră în istoria umană, avantaje și dezavantaje pentru individ și pentru întreaga societate. Odată cu circulația extrem de rapidă a informației, cu creșterea accesului la baze de date uriașe, cu apariția mijloacelor de comunicare la distanță care permit părților implicate să interacționeze în timp real, să transfere volume mari de date, au apărut și situații în care persoane individuale sau grupuri, au abuzat de aceste facilități și le-au exploatat în scopuri lipsite de responsabilitate etică, afectând instituții, specialiști din mediul academic, indivizi din diverse zone profesionale, atât din punct de vedere al imaginii, cât și patrimonial. Formarea și integrarea viitorilor specialiști pe piața muncii, în economie, în educație, în sănătate sau în administrație, necesită nu doar bagajul de cunoștințe aferent domeniului de studiu. Este nevoie de formarea unor comportamente, caractere și atitudini adecvate privitoare la integritate, etică, deontologie profesională. Acest lucru se obține prin educarea, conștientizarea și stimularea tinerilor, în vederea construirii valorilor morale până la virtuți, astfel încât să aibă un aport crescut la performanța unității în care își desfășoară activitatea, concomitent cu îmbunătățirea culturii organizaționale din care fac parte. Nu toți studenții vor activa în cercetare sau în educație. Acest lucru nu este relevant atunci când vorbim de necesitatea formării unor comportamente etice pe termen lung. Studentul de azi, viitorul profesionist, poate fi un serios element de influență pozitivă și formare adecvată a generațiilor următoare, de la catedră, din mediul de afaceri, dintr-o întreprindere sau dintr-o instituție publică.

Negli ultimi anni è divenuto sempre più evidente il legame tra la deontologia medica e la bioetica. La deontologia ha recepito i messaggi della bioetica ed ha abbandonato la funzione di puntuale inventario delle leggi e delle regole attinenti la professione, mentre essa ha acquisito dignità di sostegno e di guida ad una buona pratica medica. Ma questa attenzione è recente, oppure è rintracciabile anche nei vari codici di deontologia medica pubblicati in Italia nel corso del XX secolo?
 L’analisi dei Codici di Deontologia medica italiani ha messo in evidenza uno specifico interesse per i temi propri della bioetica a partire dal Codice del 1978. Non si tratta, però, solo della scelta dei temi. La riflessione deontologica ha fatto propria anche la metodologia bioetica. Per cui i Codici danno indicazioni sull’agire del medico partendo da un ben preciso riferimento antropologico: il rispetto della persona umana e dei suoi diritti. Ciò nonostante, la soggettività dei diritti non è riconosciuta prima della nascita, quindi sono giustificati sia l’aborto sia le tecniche di fecondazione artificiale. Inoltre, la dignità professionale del medico non è sempre salvaguardata, infatti, in nome del rispetto dell’autonomia, essa viene subordinata alle decisioni del paziente. Questo rappresenta un paradosso dei Codici deontologici, i quali hanno come scopo principale quello di vietare i comportamenti dannosi per il “buon nome” della categoria.

Des lors, la deontologie, de morale professionnelle, s'est muee en droit professionnel et l'on a assiste a l'emergence d'un ordre deontologique au sein de l'ordre juridique. Les deux ordres ont longtemps coexiste en parfaite independance. Mais les professionnels entretiennent entre eux ou avec les tiers des rapports de droit prive. Il est donc probable que sur la confrontation de la deontologie et du droit prive s'avere plus complexe que la simple opposition des deux matieres. Des lors, le juge ne sera-t-il pas amene a creer de nouvelles normes juridiques d'inspiration deontologiques ? dans cette perspective, la deontologie s'affirmerait comme source de droit. Cette question revet a l'heure actuelle un interet d'autant plus grand que l'on se trouve en pleine crise deontologique<br>The ethic from association organized in order answers to the criteria of judicite coming from the doctrine. Therefore, the ethic became from the professional spirit the professional law and we noticed the birth of an ethic order besides the juridic order. The two orders had coexisted for a long time in a real independence. But the professional keep with others private legal links. It's so possible that the confrontation between the ethic and private law becomes more complex than the simple opposition of the subjects. Therefore, the judge will not start to create new legal norms coming from ethic inspiration. From this point of view, the ethic should assert as a source of law. This question becomes today a real interest, so much than we are in a real ethic crisis

Abstract:
The handling of patient confidentiality in the medical, and more specifically as dealt with in this article, the pharmaceutical profession, is accepted as a given. Confidentiality cannot, however, always be guaranteed. The reason is that, amongst other things, the utilitarian principle of the ‘greatest good for the greatest number of people’ determines that certain exceptions have to be made in order to protect the health of the nation as a whole. Provision is made for exceptions in the Pharmacy Act where confidentiality may be breached. However, there are certain cases which are not provided for in the Act (and Acts change from time to time). This situation makes it necessary for the pharmacist to make moral judgements in specific instances related to specific patients. The objective of this article is to investigate these exceptions within a philosophical framework and to determine what the philosophical basis of such decisions would entail. This article initially will examine the current Pharmacy Act and the exceptions will be discussed that allow for the breaching of patient confidentiality. This will be followed by a brief exposition of modernist ethics and the issue of confidentiality under the headings of the idea of duty as moral imperative, as well as the utility idea. Pluralistic alternatives such as the ethics of virtue, postmodern ethics, and anti-moralism, will be explored as possible solutions to the pharmacist’s dilemma in this regard.<br>Thesis (MPhil)--North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2013

Abstract:
Esta es una investigación acerca de la deontología periodística, que surgió con un propósito específico: elaborar un código deontológico para el ejercicio de la profesión periodística en la Argentina. La necesidad de este trabajo está justificada en la ausencia de herramientas deontológicas de autorregulación para un periodismo profesional que transita en la Argentina por un escenario de crisis integral. Las consecuencias más visibles de esta crisis se observan en la pérdida de credibilidad de los periodistas y en el estado de precariedad en que los profesionales desarrollan cotidianamente su tarea. La inexistencia de instituciones que agrupen y representen a los periodistas, la falta de colegiación, el bajo nivel de formación universitaria y los efectos de una disputa de naturaleza política que, en la última década, involucró a los trabajadores de la prensa en el país, llevaron a la profesión a perder prestigio e identidad. Como queda demostrado en esta tesis, los periodistas argentinos señalan a la falta de ética como la principal causa del deterioro. La ausencia de un código deontológico que cuente con el reconocimiento de los profesionales da cuenta de esa situación. Esta tesis doctoral apuesta a corregir ese déficit. Por otro lado, esta investigación aporta también un análisis general sobre la codificación deontológica en Latinoamérica, en donde predomina la presencia de instrumentos anticuados y que no responden a las necesidades ni a las problemáticas actuales del ejercicio del periodismo profesional. A la par, este trabajo presenta un estado actual de las principales discusiones en torno de la deontología periodística, realiza un análisis crítico sobre la naturaleza y la utilidad de los códigos deontológicos para el ejercicio del periodismo profesional e incorpora al debate un conjunto de temáticas vinculadas a los procesos de digitalización y al tratamiento periodístico de problemáticas sociales aún no abordadas por los instrumentos de autorregulación en Latinoamérica. De esta forma, el código deontológico para el ejercicio de la actividad periodística en la Argentina que se presenta en esta tesis es el resultado de un recorrido conceptual, analítico y empírico que configura un aporte tanto para el caso argentino como para el universo teórico y aplicado de la deontología periodística.<br>This is a research work on journalism deontology, which was developed with a specific aim: producing a deontological code for journalists in Argentina. The need to create this work lies in the absence of self-regulatory, deontological tools for professional journalism in Argentina, currently struggling amidst a critical context. The most apparent consequences of this crisis are found in the journalists’ lack of credibility and in the poor working conditions in which professionals execute their daily tasks. The absence of institutions representing journalists, the lack of professional associations, the low level of academic standards and the effects of a political dispute which, during the last decade, has involved press workers in the country, have all undermined the prestige and identity of such profession. As proved in this thesis, Argentinean journalists identify the loss of work ethics as the main reason for professional decay. This is accounted for by the absence of a deontological code recognized by professionals: this doctoral thesis aims at fulfilling that need. Additionally, this research work also delivers a general analysis on deontological coding in Latin America, where obsolete tools failing at responding to current needs or problems of professional journalism prevail. This work presents the current status of discussions around journalistic deontology while it develops a critical analysis on the nature and purpose of deontological codes for professional journalism. Adding to the debate, this work also revisits a set of topics related to digitalization processes and the journalistic approach to social issues not yet addressed by self-regulatory mechanisms in Latin America. Thus, the deontological code for journalistic activity in Argentina presented at the end of this thesis is the result of a conceptual, analytical and empirical approach contributing to the Argentinean case, as well as to the theoretical universe applied to journalistic deontology.

В моей молодости отечественные психотерапевты называли деонтологию (науку о должном поведении помогающего с теми, кому помогает) «общей» (не «специальной»), или «малой», психотерапией (В.Е. Рожнов 1974). Специалисты, изучающие сегодня пандемию, сообщают, что коронавирус останется с нами надолго, если не навсегда. Профессор-эпидемиолог И.А. Гундаров полагает, что «нужна рациональная психотерапия человечества», поскольку «иммунная система сильнейшим образом зависит от нашего психического состояния» («Московский комсомолец», 6.09, 2021). Может ли психотерапевт с этим не согласиться? Один из основоположников российской клинической классической психотерапии терапевт Александр Иванович Яроцкий (1908) был убеждён в том, что душевный, духовный свет («охваченность идеалами») защищает, лечит нас и от серьёзной соматической беды (М.Е. Бурно, 2012; И.П Маркова, 2019). Яроцкий (1913) полагал целительную силу духа в нравственных переживаниях. Как клиницист, одухотворённый материалист, он объяснял этот свет «альтруистической морали» (выражение Яроцкого) человеческим усложнением «унаследованного нами» нравственного инстинкта. Инстинкта «взаимной помощи среди животных», способствующего выживанию, благополучию всего вида.

Information Systems professionals deal daily with ethical dilemmas, which are most notorious when making decisions. Due to the importance of ethical behavior and to prevent unethical situations without full awareness of them, the development of codes of ethics and conduct for companies and communities of professionals has been fundamental. Since the creation of the first code of ethics in computing in 1972, many codes of ethics and conduct have emerged from the initiative of various societies, organizations, and associations all over the world. This article identifies and describes the structural evolution of the main codes in the Information Systems area, from the original to the most recent versions. From analyzing the codes, the following results were obtained: (1) codes of ethics and codes of conduct are the most common code types; (2) the codes are directed mainly at all members of the entities (without differentiation); (3) the evolution of codes is related to the changing of descriptions of conducts, the changing of the structure of documents, and in many cases there is an increase of the number of conducts of ethical behavior in the newer versions of the codes.

Abstract:
La enseñanza de la ética es una prioridad que va más allá de la deontología y que alcanza a la educación superior como una competencia del siglo XXI, la corrupción ha permeado los distintos estamentos de la sociedad del conocimiento, no conoce fronteras geopolíticas y ha estado afectando los derechos humanos de gran parte de la sociedad. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar cómo puede la universidad contribuir a mejorar las competencias en la ética de los futuros profesionales y el impacto de la pandemia en el proceso. La metodología utilizada, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño de investigación de campo, longitudinal, no experimental, en el que se midió, con un mismo instrumento, la opinión de docentes universitarios, en dos periodos de tiempo (2019 y 2020) para determinar si el docente considera que la ética y la deontología deben enseñarse durante toda la carrera, y cuáles técnica o actividad hace en clase presencial para enseñar la ética en el ejercicio de la profesión, entre otras. Los resultados alcanzados permitieron concluir que la ética y la deontología son competencias que deben ser enseñadas en la universidad, no sólo como una asignatura, sino, en todos y cada uno de los cursos de la malla curricular. Para ello se debe recurrir a un portafolio de estrategias, que debe incluir: Casos de estudio, Trabajos en equipo y Debates, entre otras. Se recomienda profundizar el estudio, considerando el punto de vista de los estudiantes y también los escenarios de otros países.
