Abstract:
AbstractWith the vigorous development of sports, people’s awareness of engaging in sports has gradually increased, and the requirements for a sports culture center have been higher. However, the service system of traditional sports cultures center is single, which cannot meet people’s growing experience needs. Therefore, it is urgent for the service system of sports culture centers to move towards intellectualization. Firstly, this paper discusses the service system of traditional sports culture centers and finds that there are some problems, such as slow transmission of information, poor sharing of resources, and weak flexibility of response, which seriously affect the consumer experience of users and restrict the development of sports culture centers. Then, with the help of computer network technology, the design of intelligent system architecture of sports culture centers is completed, which makes many intelligent subsystems interconnected and interoperable, integrates information, realizes the integration of data application network, and achieves the goal of resource sharing and function upgrading. Then, based on the intelligent system, the big data platform is built with the help of big data technology, and the support vector machine-back propagation (SVM-BP) neural network composite model is used to realize the prediction of the passenger flow in the cultural center, which provides guidance for adjusting the service plan in advance, effectively coping with the peak passenger flow and improving the user experience. Finally, through empirical analysis, we know that the design of an intelligent system greatly improves the service quality of cultural centers. The research results not only achieve a significant increase in passenger flow but also provide an effective way for the service of sports culture centers to move towards intellectualization.

Introduction. Architectural quality is required at all design stages: from the layout to its implementation, but in particular cases it (high quality) becomes a primary objective. That is why in this article we emphasize the idea of architectural quality and its particular importance in the strategy of sports facilities design in Aleppo, which, in their turn, will help the population get back into physical shape and resume peaceful life. Materials and methods. The study has been conducted on the basis of analysis of published sources that have been studied theoretically. The following materials have been studied: Aleppo aerial photography based on published survey, conducted by the organization UN-HABITAT as an addition to the information from Syrian Statistical Office, Ministry of Local Administration and Environment and Local Decision Support Center from 2011 till 2019. Results. Current condition of sports facilities in Aleppo has been studied for the following criteria: number, quality and technical condition. Because of use of such architectural quality criteria as context, experience and scale in the design strategy, mentioned in study, the optimal model of sports facility has been reached from the point of view of architectural form and its social-sport role for the environment. Conclusions. In all times, sport played and still plays an essential role in successful social life. That is why sports facilities are the first step that becomes a necessary condition for fulfilling that role. Currently, Syria experiences the reconstruction stage in all types of construction, and the most important now is to restore the society, and this is why at this stage the idea of architectural quality is essential for getting a model of ideal sports facility.

The sports and recreation industry is emerging in Taiwan. Few related studies have used it as a sample. This study has been designed to explore the notion of personality traits based on fitness center members in Taiwan. Because of its validity and wide use (Furnham, Moutafi, & Crump, 2003), the Five Factor Model (FFM) developed by McCrae and John (1992) is adopted in this study to assess the personality of fitness center members. The measurement scale of personality traits is cited from Saucier's (1994) Mini-Markers. The empirical findings reveal that those people with low tendency to experience negative emotions, i.e., neuroticism, and high tendency to experience positive emotions, i.e., extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness, will join the fitness center. Sports and recreation industry managers can design strategy to satisfy their customer needs based on these findings.

Abstract:
Density of Surabaya city affects the physical and psychological health of the people. Productive activities accompanied by a dense environment mean that people rarely have time to exercise. To increase the awareness and interest of the people of the city of Surabaya to exercise, it is necessary to have a sports facility with a special approach. Biophilic theory, especially the natural shapes and form approach, can be a solution to these problems. The return of nature's essence into the building can provide positive benefits for human physical and physical health. Previous research has discussed the determination of fitness center design criteria with the natural shapes and forms approach in Surabaya. In this follow-up journal, we will discuss the final result or application of the design criteria into an architectural work. The design method used is the force based framework method. The force in the design of this building in addition to the surrounding natural environment is the natural perception of the community which is transformed into architectural forms. It aims to increase interest in training and restoring the user's physical and psychological health without having to go far out of town to look for nature.

Abstract:
The increase in population and economic development in Pontianak City has increased every year, and it is also in one of the districts in Pontianak City, namely West Pontianak District, which has a fairly high level of trade and services. To follow up on this, we need a container or Modern Shopping Center in West Pontianak District by providing open spaces or (open malls) so that it can accommodate consumer needs as well as enjoy open spaces. There are secondary data that provide discussion of malls, mall classification, and theories related to modern centers. The Modern Shopping Center in West Pontianak District provides an attractive design by providing a solid facade with two masses of buildings served by a sky bridge. This Modern Shopping Center in West Pontianak District is located in a trade and service location. The design method is a systematic stage, the design method used is the J.C Jones method in the Architectural Design Methods book. The stages used are the stages of ideas, information, analysis, synthesis, evaluation, and optimization. The purpose of the design is to produce a design for a Modern Shopping Center in West Pontianak District, which is able to accommodate the community in West Pontianak District by providing recreational and entertainment areas with the concept of Open Mall and providing spaces for mall visitors such as clothing and accessories retail, culinary retail, educational retail, toy retail, plant retail, sports retail, indoor activities, and outdoor activities and other supporting functions.

The Islamic Sports Tourism Area is quoted from a hadith which reads from Amir al-mu'minin, Umar Al-Faruq Ibn Al-Khattab, Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam said: "Teach your children to ride, swim and archery". (HR. Shahih Bukhari / Muslim). From the hadith, 3 sports can be taken clearly from the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely horse riding, swimming and archery. These three sports will be the main function in the Islamic sports tourism area. The design method used is a field survey and documentation as well as analyzing data. The results of the design take the formation of nature in general, namely leaves. The shape of nature is in line with the theme of this design, which is biomimetic architecture. In addition to the three main functions there are also supporting functions in the form of airsoft gun, all terrain vehicles, mosques, food courts, clinics, and retail. The Islamic sports tourism area aims to accommodate community activities and is the center of activities of Islamic Sports in Pekanbaru.).

Abstract:
Architecture represents the synthesis of form, function and construction. In the works of the architect Ivan Antic this can be read at the first view of the building. A master in designing movement through an object, Antic constantly developed the relationship between function and form, as well as between function and construction. A detailed analysis of his work, projects and drawings, gives insight to these relations, making them clear. The observer can see the architect?s logic and simplicity in designing even the most complex buildings. The relationship between the design concept and the way the structure manifests itself in his projects will be presented in this paper. The logic behind the design of Pinki Cultural Sports Center, with emphasis on structure, as well as the relationship between the architect and the engineer can be seen throughout this paper.

Abstract:
Background: Recent studies have associated sport-related concussion with depression and impaired cognitive ability later in life in former professional football players. However, population studies with two 1950s-era cohorts did not find an association between high school football participation and impaired cognition or depressive symptoms in late adulthood. Purpose/Hypothesis: This study assessed whether actual/intended participation in contact sports during adolescence had an adverse effect on participants’ cognition or depressive symptoms in early adulthood. We hypothesized that there would not be an association. Study Design: Cohort study; Level of evidence, 2. Methods: This study used a subsample (n = 10,951) from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (Add Health), a nationally (United States) representative prospective cohort study following participants through 4 waves of data collection from 1994 through 2008. Participants were categorized as actual/intended participation in no sports, noncontact sports only, and contact sports. We constructed 6 multivariate and logistic regression models predicting word recall, number recall, modified Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, depression diagnosis, suicide ideation, and suicide attempts at wave IV as a function of sport participation during wave I. Sport participation was treated as a factor with the referent category noncontact sports. This analysis was repeated on a males-only sample (n = 5008). In the males-only analysis, participants were classified as actual/intended participation in no sports, noncontact sports, contact sports other than American football, and American football. The referent category remained noncontact sports. Results: Intention to participate in contact sports was not significantly associated with any of the outcomes in the full-sample analysis. Intention to participate in football was significantly associated with a reduced odds of depression diagnosis in adulthood (odds ratio, 0.70; P = .02) when compared with noncontact sports participation in the males-only sample. Football was not significantly associated with impaired cognitive ability, increased depressive symptoms, or increased suicide ideation. Conclusion: Actual/intended participation in contact sports during adolescence did not adversely affect Add Health participants’ cognition or depressive symptoms in young adulthood.

Abstract:
Barrel vaults are effective semi-cylindrical forms of roof systems that are widespread for multipurpose facilities including warehouse, rail station, pools, sports center, airplane hungers, and community centers because of providing long-span and economical roof with significant amount of space underneath. In the present study, size optimization of double-layer barrel vaults with different configurations is studied. Four recently developed algorithms consisting of the CBO, ECBO, VPS, and MDVC-UVPS are employed and their performances are compared. The structures are subjected to stress, stability, and displacement limitations according to the provisions of AISC-ASD. The design variables are the cross-sectional areas of the bar elements which are selected from steel pipe sections. The numerical results indicate that the MDVC-UVPS outperforms the other algorithms in finding optimal design in all examples.

Abstract:
Position deviation of joints is a primary initial geometrical imperfection that affects the stability of long-span spatial structures. It makes field measurement of joint coordinate for the shell and roof initial shape of Nantong Sports Exhibition Center upon its completion. This paper researches the stochastic distribution feature and statistical parameter of geometrical imperfections for the data sources of above position deviation of joints by “abnormal data test method”. The results indicate that the distribution of abnormal data is concentrated, which is related to the difficulty of construction and condition of measurement; the distribution of joint position deviation can be assumed by normal distribution, and its mean μ=0 and mean square deviation σ=R/2 of statistical parameter are tenable. Meanwhile, It also puts forward a stochastic imperfection method based on measured imperfections and ANSYS-PDS platform, establishes a measured model to make nonlinear stability analysis, and respectively compares this critical load with that obtained by the perfect structure of ideal shape and the consistent imperfection method, so as to evaluate the stability and reliability of practical project in an objective manner, and provide reference for project design.

Abstract:
Background: Consistent radiographic guidelines for tunnel placement in single- or double-bundle posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstructions are not well defined. Quantitative guidelines reporting the location of the individual PCL bundle attachments would aid in intraoperative tunnel placement and postoperative assessment of a PCL reconstruction. Hypothesis: Consistent and reproducible measurements in relation to radiographic landmarks for the entire PCL and its individual bundle attachments are achievable. Study Design: Controlled laboratory study. Methods: The femoral and tibial PCL bundle attachment centers of 20 nonpaired fresh-frozen cadaveric knees were labeled using radio-opaque spheres and the attachment areas were labeled using barium sulfate. Anteroposterior (AP) and lateral radiographs of the femur and tibia were obtained, and measurements of the distances between the PCL bundle centers and landmarks were acquired. Results: On the AP femur view, the anterolateral bundle (ALB) and posteromedial bundle (PMB) centers were 34.1 ± 3.0 mm and 29.2 ± 3.0 mm lateral to the most medial border of the medial femoral condyle, respectively. The lateral femur images revealed that the ALB center was 17.4 ± 1.7 mm and the PMB center was 23.9 ± 2.7 mm posteroproximal to a line perpendicular to the Blumensaat line that intersected the anterior margin of the medial femoral condyle cortex. Anteroposterior tibia images revealed that the ALB and PMB centers were located 0.2 ± 2.1 mm proximal and 4.9 ± 2.9 mm distal to the proximal joint line, respectively. The PCL attachment center was 1.6 ± 2.5 mm distal to the proximal joint line. On the lateral tibia view, the ALB center was 8.4 ± 1.8 mm, the PCL attachment center was 5.5 ± 1.7 mm, and the PMB center was 2.5 ± 1.5 mm superior to the champagne glass drop-off of the posterior tibia. Conclusion: Radiographic measurements from several clinically relevant views of the femur and tibia were reproducible with regard to the anatomic locations of the ALB and PMB centers. The measurements from the lateral femur and tibia views provided the most clinically pertinent radiographic measurements intraoperatively. Clinical Relevance: This study established a set of clinically relevant radiographic guidelines for anatomic reconstruction of the PCL. The parameters set forth in this study can be used in both the intraoperative and postoperative settings for both single- and double-bundle PCL reconstructions.

Abstract:
Context Although sport-related internal organ injuries among athletes are relatively infrequent, combining data sources enables a more comprehensive examination of their incidence. Objective To describe the incidence and characteristics of sport-related internal organ injuries due to direct-contact mechanisms among high school (HS) and collegiate athletes from 2005–2006 through 2014–2015. Design Descriptive epidemiology study. Setting United States HS and collegiate sports data from 3 national sports injury-surveillance systems: High School Reporting Information Online (HS RIO), the National Collegiate Athletic Association Injury Surveillance Program (ISP), and the National Center for Catastrophic Sport Injury Research. Patients or Other Participants High school and collegiate athletes in organized sports. Main Outcome Measure(s) Characteristics of the athlete, event, and injury were examined and stratified by data source and sport. Descriptive statistics of internal organ injuries via direct-contact mechanisms consisted of frequencies and incidence rates (IRs) per 1 000 000 athlete-exposures and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results During the 10-year period, 174 internal organ injuries were captured: 124 in HS RIO and 41 in the ISP; 9 were catastrophic. Most noncatastrophic injuries occurred among males (RIO = 85%, ISP = 89%), in football (RIO = 65%, ISP = 58%), and during competitions (RIO = 67%, ISP = 49%) and were due to player-player contact (RIO = 78%, ISP = 68%). The highest injury rates were in male contact sports: RIO football (IR = 11.7; 95% CI = 9.1, 14.2) and lacrosse (IR = 10.0; 95% CI = 3.1, 16.9); ISP: football (IR = 8.3; 95% CI = 5.0, 11.6) and ice hockey (IR = 7.9; 95% CI = 1.0, 14.7). A quarter of noncatastrophic injuries were season ending (RIO = 25%, ISP = 23%). Of the 9 catastrophic injuries, most occurred in HS (7/9) and football (7/9) and were due to player-player contact (6/9). Four resulted in death. Conclusions Direct-contact internal organ injuries occur infrequently; yet when they do occur, they may result in severe outcomes. These findings suggest that early recognition and a better understanding of the activities associated with the event and use or nonuse of protective equipment are needed.

Abstract:
The article focuses on the increased interest in the sport among professionals and others engaged in fitness. It is obvious that major international sports events and support by state programs have given impetus to the construction of new sports complexes in Russia. Requirements for the design and construction of sports facilities are changing; attention is paid to the application of environmentally innovative solutions and meeting the requirements of modern consumers. However, in Russia there is no document that meets the modern requirements of designing fitness centers. The authors of the study analyze the international experience in designing fitness facilities. As a result, the developed composition of the functional zones is revealed, with the development of additional related services, the use of the adjacent territory, taking into account the requirements of MGN and compliance with "green" standards. It has been determined that in fitness facilities the main functional zones, additional functional zones, auxiliary, public, commercial and service zones are distinguished. A generalization of various factors made it possible to formulate the basic architectural and planning principles for organizing fitness centers: this is the principle of accessibility, the principle of social targeting, the principle of multifunctionality, the principle of transformation, the principle of ergonomics, the principle of natural integration, the principle of manufacturability and the principle of environmental safety. In the result, the conclusion about the necessity of developing a new typology of fitness centers that meet the needs of the modern consumer is made to meet the principles of sustainable development, the principles of energy efficiency and progressive change in the architecture of cities with new sports facilities. In addition, the advanced principles can be used for drawing up of normative base and to be applied in course and real design.

Inclusion criteria included preoperative and minimum 2-year follow-up scores for the modified Harris Hip Score, Non-arthritic Hip Score, Hip Outcome Score–Sport Specific Subscale, and visual analog scale for pain. Athletes with BD were matched to a control group of athletes with normal acetabular coverage (lateral center-edge angle, 25°-40°). Results: A total of 65 patients with BD were included in the study with a mean ± standard deviation follow-up of 47.5 ± 20.4 months. Athletes with BD showed significant improvement in all outcome measures recorded, demonstrated high RTS rates (80.7%), and achieved the minimal clinically important difference (MCID) and Patient Acceptable Symptom State (PASS) for the Hip Outcome Score–Sport Specific Subscale at high rates (MCID, 90.8%; PASS, 75.4%). When compared with a propensity-matched control group with normal acetabular coverage, capsular plication was performed more commonly in the BD group (93.8% vs 82.7%; P = .037). PROs and RTS, PASS, and MCID rates were similar between the BD and control groups ( P > .05). Conclusion: High-level athletes with BD who undergo primary hip arthroscopy for labral pathology in the setting of microinstability may expect favorable PROs and RTS rates at minimum 2-year follow-up. These results were comparable with those of a control group of athletes with normal coverage.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the Sex differences in Sport-related Concussion in Japan.BackgroundWe dont't have the knowledge about the sex differences in SRC in Japan.Design/MethodsThe study design was retrospective study. Facility is Toho University Ohashi Medical Center Neurosurgery Sports-related head injury clinic. The search period is April 2017 to February 2018. Inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) Sports-related head injury cases, 2) Physician-diagnosed Sports-related concussion, 3) Underwent evaluation by the same neurosurgeon, 4) More than 28 days continued follow-up. The following items were compared male and female. The examination items were as follows: 1) Age/sex, 2) competition item, 3) prior concussion, 4) Migraine history, 5) persistent post concussive symptoms. Statistical analysis used t test.ResultsThe 140 selected cases were 114 male (Group M: GM) and 26 female (Group F: GF). The mean Age of both GM and GF was 20 years. The most majority competition item of GM was Rugby football. On the other hand, GF was lacrosse. 42 cases of GM and 9 cases of GF suffered prior concussion (p > 0.05, no significant). 19 cases of GM and 6 cases of GF had migraine history (p > 0.05, no significant). 37 cases of GM and 16 cases of GF had PPCS (p < 0.05).ConclusionsOur result suggests that female players explain the significant difference in the prevalence of PPCS in Japan.
