Constipation is one of the incoveniences that pregnant women often complain about. If not managed properly constipation can cause serious complication. 40% of pregnant women have experienced constipation. In Pekanbaru constipation is experienced by about 4-30% of pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the causes of constipation in pregnant women in The Payung Sekaki Puskesmas Work Area Pekanbaru. The study was conducted on 96 respondents in the Work Area Payung Sekaki Puskesmas Pekanbaru taken by purposive sampling technique. This research is quantitative with descriptive design. The results showed that constipation in pregnant women in The Payung Sekaki Puskesmas Work Area was caused by consumption of Fe tablets of 71 poeple (74%), risky eating patterns of 71 poeple (74%), squating position when defecating of 40 poeple (42%), physical activity/sports of 46 poeple (48%), and the habit of delaying the desire to defecate of 50 poeple (52%). Suggestions for health workers in the Payung Sekaki Health Center in Pekanbaru to study in full identify the cause of constipation complained in order to provide appropriate education in managing this discomfort.

Diabetes Mellitus is abnormality of insulin hormone that is marked with high blood glucose levels. In indonsia, total of diabetes mellitus sufferer in 2000 is 8,4 million (7,8%) peoples and expected in 2030 will reached untll 21,3 million (9,1%) people. Diabetes mellitus case in work area of Public Health Centre (PHC) Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru City In 2017 is 1.798 (2,3%). This research purpose is to knowing determinants case of diabetes melliitus type 2 in work area PHC Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru City. This research method is quantitative with research type is observational analysis and this design research is case control. Technique Sampling which is used is Non Probability and Quota Sampling technique. Analysis of data what done is univariat and bivariat wit Chi Square test. The result research show that, there are corelation among age, obesity, exercise, eating pattern with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 case, andthere is no corelation between family support with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2case. Suggestion for PHC, to do socialization about managed healthy life pattern, keep the ideal body weight, also helding the healthy gymnastics program in PHC in the morning as 3 times in a week.

This issue of the Journal of Experimental Medicine celebrates and honors the life of Ralph Steinman (1943–2011), winner of the 2011 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Ralph’s science was rooted in fundamental discovery with the goal of translating these findings into clinical medicine. He recognized the power of immunology in treating human disease and passionately championed studies on vaccine design, immune therapy, and human immunology. One particular collaborative effort between the Steinman and Sekaly laboratories resulted in a paper published in this issue of the journal.

Quality healthy elderly refers to the active aging concept, namely the aging process that remains physically, socially and mentally healthy so that they remain prosperous throughout life. Many factors are related to the activity of the elderly such as: sports, income and gender with education as a confounding variable because it has two unique relationships, namely it is positively related to the exposure variable and positively related to the exposed variable (active aging). The purpose of the study was to determine the health factors associated with active aging. This type of quantitative analytic research, using a cross sectional design. The study population was the elderly group registered in each Posyandu in the Payung Sekaki Community Health Center. The sample is 121 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used Chi Square test and multiple logistic regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between exercise, income, gender and education with active aging. It is better for the government to consistently carry out efforts to improve social welfare for the elderly, so as to support healthy aging and active aging.

The period of growth and development in preschoolers is strongly influenced by the provision of nutrition and food intake, but mothers can not always to fulfil these needs, especially in fulfilling the consumption of vegetables and fruit. This study aims to determine the description of maternal efforts in fulfilling the consumption of vegetables and fruit in preschool children. This research was a quantitative study with a descriptive research design. The study population was all mothers who have preschool children in Public Health Centre “Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru”. Total sample 192 people, taken by Proportional Random Sampling technique. The process of collecting data using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by the Chi-square test. The results showed that of the 192 respondents most of which are 169 people (88.0%) have adequate eating habits, parenting eating most obtained good parenting patterns that are 191 people (99.5%), feeding practices of most respondents were correct namely 97 people (50.5%), the majority of respondents provide good food namely 190 people (99.0%), and the method of food processing shows that the majority of respondents have processed food properly, namely 145 people (75.5%). Mother's efforts in fulfilling the consumption of vegetables and fruit in preschool children in the work area of Payung Sekaki Health Center are good. It is expected that the public health centre will always provide counselling to the public on the importance of balanced food consumption, one of which is to consume spinach and spinach as well as papaya and bananas which have many benefits for children's growth and development, as well as educating parents to more routinely provide vegetable and fruit intake in children every meal hour.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh media permainan sirkuit pintar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dalam bentuk Quasi Eksprimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus I Kecamatan Payung Sekaki dengan sampel SDN 06 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan SDN 05 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data melalui hasil belajar matematika dengan motivasi belajar. Hipotesis diajukan dengan menggunakan rumus uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media permainan sirkuit pintar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dalam kelas eksperimen adalah dengan pretest 54,83 dan posttes 83,17 dan rata-rata hasil belajar untuk siswa kelas kontrol adalah dengan pretest 48,43 dan posttest 76,05

ABSTRACT : Obesity is a state of imbalance between incoming energy and energy coming out for a long time. This excess energy will be stored in the form of fat and fat tissue so that it can result in weight gain. Obesity can be prevented by frequent physical activity by exercising regularly, consuming foods that are low in fat and healthy, maintaining weight in a healthy way. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of factors that influence obesity in Fertile Age Women in Payung Sekaki Health Center, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is quantitative with correlational analytic research designs with cross sectional techniques. This research was conducted on October 15 - November 15, 2019. The number of samples was 100 people with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection on knowledge, attitudes and exercise using a questionnaire, fiber intake with FFQ Semi Quantitative interviews. Data analysis was performed with univariate and bivariate data analysis with chi-square test. The results obtained by the incidence of obesity in WUS as much as 60%. Analysis of bivariate data with 95% CI level obtained by factors related to obesity is knowledge factor P value = 0.037 OR 0.405 (0.172 - 0.957, Attitude P value = 0,000, Sports 0.012 OR 3.523 (1,280 - 9,690) .Inrelated factors are intake fiber P value = 0.412. Therefore, prevention and response efforts need to be done by increasing public knowledge and awareness about eating patterns, limiting energy intake in accordance with daily energy needs.

HIV/AIDS menduduki peringkat ke-4 penyebab kematian pada orang dewasa diseluruh dunia.Secara umum jalur transmisi penularan HIV yang paling sering terjadi ialah melalui kontak seksual dengan suami, penularan melalui jarum suntik yang terkontaminasi dan melalui ibu ke janin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku suami dalam upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDS di Kelurahan Labuh Baru Timur Kecamatan Payung Sekaki. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan design deskriptif sederhana. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 responden yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan suami dalam upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDS adalah cukup sebanyak 37 orang (50,7%), sikap suami positif sebanyak 43 orang (58,9%) dan praktik atau tindakan suami adalah baik sebanyak 40 orang (54,8%). Diharapkan para suami untuk dapat berperan aktif dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDS dengan menambah wawasan dan informasi dengan mengikuti penyuluhan dan melakukan upaya pencegahan sesuai dengan program yang sudah ditentukan.

Prehipertensi adalah suatu kondisi menuju hipertensi. Prehipertensi di usia muda ditemukan sekitar 48,4%. Penderita hipertensi usia ≥ 18 tahun ditemukan sekitar 25,8% tahun 2013. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis untuk hipertensi adalah sari kunyit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada usia 20-30 tahun yang mengalami prehipertensi. Metode penelitian ini adalah pra ekperimental (one group pre-post design). Teknik sampling adalah Purposive sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan mengunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui tekanan darah pretest dan postest. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar obeservasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh sari kunyit terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada usia 20-30 yang mengalami prehipertensi dengan hasil p-value tekanan darah sistol yaitu 0.001 (<0.05) dan untuk p-value tekanan darah diastol yaitu 0.002 (<0.05). Sari kunyit efektif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistol dan diastol pada usia 20-30 tahun yang mengalami prehipertensi. Pihak Puskesemas Payung Sekaki dapat menjadikan kunyit sebagai refensi tanaman herbal yang berkhasiat.

Tampan Village had several Joint Business Groups as known as KUBE. Two of them were KUBE Flower Creative and AlifDifa. This KUBE produces various of Malay snacks. The featured products from these KUBE were Bolu Kemojo and Bolu Ubi Pelangi. Some problems that were found from KUBE were: production capability was low due to manual work using simple equipment with own labor, limited capital and access, there was bad financial management, product packaging were simple and not attractive, and management of group organizations in the management of KUBE didn’t run yet. Some activities carried out: Socialization with mothers of KUBE members. From the beginning of two KUBE, 4 KUBE are now being gathered under the auspices of the Dapur AlifDifa. Dapur AlifDifa was built as a place for development and products of KUBE members. Successful activities include mentoring increased knowledge of human resources about the snack food industry, development of attractive logo, packaging designs, and professional business management. Assistance for improving the promotion media process and development in the website www.selerariau.com. With the effort of mentoring and training partners, the results of Bolu Kemojo and Bolu Ubi Pelangi production of partners began to be known, and the profit increased.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of an automatic lawn mower. The design solution is based on innovative concept respecting all technical, ergonomical, aesthetical and ecological demands. A research study, including a historical, technical and design analysis of lawn mower, is preceding the description of main creative part of design process starting from the concept development and ending up with the final solution. A conclusion of the thesis presents an analysis of final solution, its character, contribution to the human society and the particular role of industial design in automatic lawn mower concept.

ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a nutritional problem that affects millions of people in developing countries and remains a significant challenge for human health. This study aimed to determine the effect of giving a combination of tomato juice and red spinach on haemoglobin levels of reproductive age women in Payung Sekaki Community Health Center, Pekanbaru. Subjects and Method: This study was a experimental study with pretest and posttest one group design conducted in the working area of the Umbrella Sekaki Community Health Center Pekanbaru.A sample of 27 people was selected by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was an increase in hemoglobin levels in women of childbearing age. The independent variable was tomato and spinach juice. The data were collected by digital Hb set, a scale, a measuring cup. Results: Hemoglobin of women of reproductive age before being given intervention (Mean= 10.97; SD= 0.563) was higher after giving intervention (Mean = 11.68; SD 0.536) and statistically significant with (p > 0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of giving a combination of tomato juice (Solanu Mlycopersicum L) and red spinach (Amaranthus Tricolor L) on Haemoglobin levels in WUS in the working area of in Payung Sekaki Community Health Center, Pekanbaru.
