Resumen: El objetivo de este artículo es conocer el panorama historiográfico de la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares a través del estudio de las monografías que existen al respecto. Desde el siglo XVI hasta la actualidad se han publicado numerosas obras y la mayoría de ellas se han tenido en cuenta en este trabajo. No obstante, la atención se ha focalizado en el estudio de los principales temas que han sido abordados a lo largo del tiempo. Asimismo, se pretende detectar y desarrollar nuevos enfoques y perspectivas, por tanto, se reflexiona también sobre aspectos potenciales en la investigación sobre esta Universidad.Palabras clave: Alcalá de Henares, historia de las universidades, historiografía, bibliografía, monografías.Abstract: The aim of this paper is to know the historiographical overview of the University of Alcalá de Henares through the study of the monographs which exist about it. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar os debates sobre a criação da disciplina escolar de educação física no Brasil, fomentada publicamente e com caráter obrigatório. O estudo deteve-se em obras produzidas entre 1880 e 1915. Tendo como pressuposto a íntima relação entre as especificidades do debate brasileiro com as questões mais amplas do capitalismo mundial, buscou-se entender como elas condicionaram e foram condicionadas pelos debates educativos em relação à educação física. Essa dialética relação entre geral e específico foi posta neste estudo para tematizar o pensamento educacional referente a dois aspectos: a consideração da educação física em sua relevância social e as preocupações metodológicas que a possibilitassem exercer esse papel. Pôde-se notar como a educação física fora debatida enquanto um dos pontos principais para a solvência das crises oriundas das reordenações da sociedade brasileira no período. Verificou-se, também, uma intensa preocupação dos professores e defensores dessa modalidade educativa em atribuir às suas atividades um caráter educativo bem mais amplo do que o mero corolário anátomo-fisiológico. Por fim, foi interessante observar que, apesar dessas idéias terem sua base na realidade histórica brasileira e mundial do século XIX e XX, elas não tiveram os mesmos resultados que as realidades européia e americana vivenciaram. No Brasil, as idéias sobre a educação física e sua importância social tiveram que esperar os acontecimentos de 1930 para deixar de serem tidas apenas como nobre ideal e tornarem-se uma realidade educativa.

En la obra novelística y ensayística de Juan Benet se puede detectar numerosas intertextualidades del filósofo alemán Friedrich Nietzsche que no han sido todavía adecuadamente investigadas. Entre los temas nietzscheanos que penetran la obra de Benet, los más importantes son la defensa del irracionalismo como vía de conocimiento que ayuda a explicar mejor la naturaleza de lo real, la oposición a sistemas epistemológicos cerrados, la defensa del fragmentarismo, del nihilismo, del fatalismo, el sentido de lo trágico que está presente en sus obras y en sus personajes, la dialéctica entre apolíneos y dionisiacos, el eterno retorno, la parodia del superhombre, la presencia de un sujeto descentrado por la fatalidad y por la ruina, la voluntad de poder durante la Guerra Civil española, y la preponderancia del estilo sobre el argumento. Se ofrecerán numerosos ejemplos desde su obra regionata y desde su ensayo. In the novelistic and essayistic works of Juan Benet, one can detect numerous intertextualities of the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche that have not yet been adequately researched. Among the Nietzschean themes in Benet, the most important are the defence of irrationalism as a way of knowledge that better explains the real, the opposition to closed epistemological systems, the defence of fragmentarism, nihilism, fatalism, the sense of tragedy that is present in his works and in his characters, the dialectic of the Apollonian and the Dionysian, the eternal return, the parody of the Superman, the presence of a subject decentered by fatality and ruin, the will to power during the Spanish Civil War, and the preponderance of style over plot. I will give many examples from Benet’s novels, above all those about Región, and from his essays.

RESUMOObjetivo: refletir acerca do emprego do Itinerário de pesquisa à luz das obras de Paulo Freire, com foco no Círculo de Cultura para a pesquisa em enfermagem. Método: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, de análise reflexiva. Serviram de base, as publicações de Paulo Freire e um levantamento bibliográfico na biblioteca virtual Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), sem recorte temporal especificado. A partir da leitura do material que convergia com o objeto proposto nesta reflexão, realizou-se a análise de conteúdo a partir de uma caracterização cromática entre os semelhantes. Resultados: destaca-se a dialogicidade que se qualifica por meio da atenção e da intencionalidade das pessoas envolvidas nos encontros dos Círculos de Cultura que possibilita problematizar as diversas situações vivenciadas buscando soluções. Considerando que a essência da enfermagem é o cuidar, as pesquisas nessa área necessitam detectar e desvelar as necessidades da população. Conclusão: o caminho metodológico do Círculo de Cultura, proposto por Freire, parece ser uma alternativa viável e eficaz na construção do conhecimento e no campo de investigação em enfermagem, buscando perspectiva da participação das políticas públicas de saúde e soluções para problemas da sociedade. Paulo Freire's publications and a bibliographic survey were used in the virtual library Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), without any specifications of time frames. From the reading of the material that converged with the object proposed in this reflection, content analysis was carried out from a chromatic characterization between the similar ones. Results: the dialogicity that qualifies by means of the attention and intentionality of the people involved in the meetings of the Culture Circles stands out, which contributes to the possibility of problematizing different experienced situations in order to find solutions. Considering that the essence of nursing is caring, research in this area needs to detect and unveil the needs of the population. Conclusion: the methodological path of the Culture Circle proposed by Freire seems to be a viable and effective alternative in the construction of knowledge and in the field of investigation in Nursing, seeking perspective of the participation of public health policies and solutions to problems of society. Estadunidense radicado na França há 20 anos, o professor de Literatura Americana na Universidade de Lorraine (FR) integra o grupo de pesquisadores do Centro de Pesquisas Interdisciplinares de Estudos Ingleses (I.D.E.A), tem pós-doutorado pela Universidade de Sorborne (FR), é doutor e mestre pela Ball State University (EUA) e bacharel em Literatura Americana, Britânica, Retórica e Escrita pela Universidade de Illinois (EUA). Estudioso de literatura, drama e teatro americanos, tem como principal foco de pesquisa a vida e as obras de Tennessee Williams. Há 13 anos retomou sua paixão pelo Jornalismo Literário ao fundar a Associação Internacional de Estudos em Jornalismo Literário (IALJS), por onde vem desenvolvendo inúmeros projetos. Mas Bak também é amigo e pai. E estes últimos talvez sejam os títulos que mais lhe deem orgulho. As três autoras deste texto não pouparam esforços para traduzi-lo em linhas digitais. ABSTRACT
Outlining one of the most expressive contemporary scholars of Literary Journalism Studies is the perfect match between responsibility and professional challenge. John Steven Bak is a complex man, as every human being, but has an intriguing and unique personality. An American settled in France for the last 20 years, the professor of Literature at the University of Lorraine (FR) is a researcher at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in English Studies (IDEA), has a postdoctoral degree from the University of Sorborne (FR), holds a PhD and a master degree from Ball State University (USA) and is graduated in American, British, Rhetoric and Written Literature from the University of Illinois (USA). A scholar of American literature, drama, and theater, his main focus is research on the life and works of Tennessee Williams. Thirteen years ago he returned to his passion for Literary Journalism by founding the International Association of Studies in Literary Journalism (IALJS), where he has been developing many projects. But Bak is also a friend and father. And the latter may be the proudest titles he holds. The three authors of this text spared no efforts to translate all his talents into this text. An literary journalism adventure marked by encounters, researches and chats, but despite not fully accomplished detect who he is – if any work will do – this life story promises, at least, to bring to the mundane light a piece of the human magic, life and work of this inspired social scientist.

Perfilar uno de los estudiosos contemporáneos más expresivos del periodismo literario mundial es el matrimonio perfecto entre la responsabilidad y el desafío profesional. John Steven Bak es un hombre complejo, como todo ser humano, pero de intrigante y singular personalidad. El profesor de Literatura en la Universidad de Lorraine (FR), que se encuentra en Francia desde hace 20 años, ha participado en el grupo de investigadores del Centro de Investigaciones Interdisciplinarias de Estudios Británicos (IDEA), posdoctorado por la Universidad de Sorborne (FR) y maestro por la Ball State University (EE.UU.) y bachiller en Literatura Americana, Británica, Retórica y escrita por la Universidad de Illinois (EE.UU.). Estudiante de literatura, drama y teatro estadounidenses, tiene como principal foco de investigación la vida y las obras de Tennessee Williams. Hace 13 años retomó su pasión por el Periodismo Literario al fundar la Asociación Internacional de Estudios en Periodismo Literario (IALJS), por donde viene desarrollando innumerables proyectos. Alúdese á importancia dos valores na formación dos máis novos e expóñense as bases teóricas das que se parte neste traballo, entre as que sobresaen as achegas de Shalom Schwartz, ademais de referirse á idoneidade da literatura para a transmisión de valores. Sinálase que Agustín Fernández Paz sempre apreciou as potencialidades da literatura neste sentido e anúnciase que se vai abordar como este docente de profesión introduciu e enfocou os valores nas súas obras infantís máis representativas. A selección de obras proposta responde á calidade literaria e é analizada ao redor de dous valores moi latentes na súa produción: a protección do medio ambiente e a xustiza social. Detense en como estes valores son tratados ao fío das historias e en como se plasman a partir de unidades perceptivas presentes no texto e de unidades semánticas abstraíbles a partir dos feitos narrados e a intervención dos personaxes. Finalízase cunha serie de conclusións que sintetizan as ideas principais desta aproximación á narrativa infantil de Fernández Paz desde a perspectiva dos valores.

Resumo: Este artigo traça uma analogia entre a alma tripartite da teoria platônica e as três instâncias do aparelho psíquico freudiano. Compara também as proximidades entre o eros e a libido, ressaltando, assim, as influências do pensamento de Platão sobre a teoria de Freud. Embora Freud tenha citado as obras de Platão e seja possível detectar a semelhança entre as duas teorias da personalidade, o primeiro restringe a sua teoria ao âmbito das ciências naturais, enquanto o segundo a situa em altíssimos cumes metafísicos.

Theoretical influences of Platonism on the psychoanalysis
Abstract: This article draws an analogy between the tripartite soul of Platonic theory and the three instances of the Freudian psychic apparatus. He also compares the proximity between eros and libido, thus highlighting the influences of Plato's thinking on Freud's theory. Although Freud has quoted Plato's works and its possible detect the similarity between the two theories of personality, the first restricts it to the scope of the natural sciences, while the second places it in very high metaphysical summits.

Doctoral thesis is focused on a design of a new original image transition edge physical modeling method for exact object shape position determination. Automatic Optical Inspection systems for the high accuracy optical measurements is main application area for designed method. The new method design is based on precise physical analysis of a defined imaging system. Object side telecentric lens, telecentric backlight source and CCD video camera are main parts of the analyzed imaging system. New image transition edge physical model and method for accurate shape position detection within the model are derived by geometrical and Fourier optics imaging system analysis. Possible influences of the model parameters changes to the accuracy of shape position detection are studied precisely. A new modeling function suitable for implementation in a new optimal approximation method is derived from the physical transition edge model. The modeling function optimal approximation method is implemented in to a Tester2D measuring system and verified by length etalon measurements. The Tester2D measuring system was successfully accredited for dimensions measurement in range with accuracy up to . Documentation of results of the accreditation process with the record of obtained results from measurement system in scope of preformed interlaboratory comparison tests are appended to the doctoral thesis.

This work is devoted to problem of detection of cardiac cells in microscopic picture. All possible means of preprocessing and segmentation were considered with the aim to choose the most suitable method for further classification. Different methods of classification were be testing: method of objects attributes and classifier based on neural network. As a result was obtained the number of living and dead cardiac cells and percentage of them. The electivity of classification methods was calculated by sensitivity and specificity. The user’s interface was created for improvement of clearness classification in MATLAB environment.

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the road detection in the outdoor environment using image processing. It is highly required that the methods selected are robust to sudden light changes within the image and effective in detection of wide variety of road surfaces possibly comprising certain kinds of pollution. Two methods have been used in order to reach the desired goal. The initial method uses standard algorithms of the image processing. Main outcome of this method are highlighted road boundaries. The following methodisbasedonconvolutionalneuralnetworks.Inthiscasewehaveclassificationtask. The result of this method is the estimation of the road direction. In the whole process, severalneuralnetworkstructureshavebeendesigned.Afterthenetworktrainingthemost suitable one was selected. Eventually, the results have been retested using newly created test set. Both of these methods are implemented in programming language Python.

This thesis deals with the automatic detection of elevator controls in personal elevators through digital imaging using computer vision. The theoretical part of the thesis goes through methods of image processing with regards to object detection in image and research of previous solutions. This leads to investigation into the field of convolutional neural networks. The practical part covers the creation of elevator controls image dataset, selection, training and evaluation of the used models and the implementation of a robust algorithm utilizing the detection of elevator controls. The conclussion of the work discusses the suitability of the detection on given task.

This master’s Thesis focuses on image processing on Android platform and development of an application, that is able to do face detection and recognition in real scene. Thesis gives highlight of modern algorithms of face detection. It first examines and compares the standard features of Android platform (FaceDetector a FaceDetectionListener) and JJIL, OpenIMAJ, OpenCV libraries experiment, and presents the results. For purposes of face recognition was selected OpenCV library. Three different algorithms of identification were tested: FisherFaces, EigenFaces a Local Binary Patterns Histograms. Based on performance comparison best methods were implemented in developed application.

The second part is an analysis of selected computer vision methods that were used during developing application. Libraries OpenCV and Tessaract OCR are described in this part. The main part describes the development of the application with conditions and limitations for the proper function of the application. The final part is an evaluation of the success and recognition of importing contact information from business cards.

The thesis deals with digital image processing, from the initial acquisition of digital picture frames, subsequent processing segmentation and algorithms to detect visual shapes on the scene. Image processing is a very broad topic, so here are analyzed for more understanding of the fundamental principles of perception and processing of video signals, image representation, his starting shooting through filters governing digital image processing methods to detect the objects in an image. It is also demonstrated by the size dependence of the object in the image on the distance from the camera, whereby we can determine the speed of approaching or moving away from the object. We will show you the specific determination of the distance we need to know the actual result size of the object. This is because the ratio between the size of the object depending on the distance is the same for each object. Finally, this work presents the resulting image frames for implementation using OpenCV library.

En una necesidad por repensar nuestros pasados recientes y su resignidicación en el presente, comencé a trabajar con la memoria del exilio republicano español en México focalizada en la tercera generación. El propósito de Recuerdos del futuro es reflexionar, a partir de la producción visual, acerca de las posibilidades del recuerdo por medio de acciones que activan la performatividad de la memoria. Estas memorias se movilizan a través de mecanismos que cobran cuerpo en acciones-performance colectivas. De este modo, el trabajo que estoy desarrollando ha tomado forma en distintos dispositivos como un ensayo visual, una coreografia desarrollada a partir de entrevistas o un coro, elaborado con nietos del exilio a partir de fragmentos de las canciones que cantaban en sus familias. Sin embargo, ha sido con mis ultimas obras las que me gustaría determe brevemente, una playlist elaborada colectivamente y un taller, han servido para reubicar mi práctica artística desde nuevos formatos que entienden como indispensable la discusión colectiva, el trabajo colaborativo y compartir las experiencias que generar una memoria común y un entendido por venir. Todas las canciones son nuestras, es un cancionero construido de forma colectiva a través de la difusión y participación en redes sociales. El playlist se basa en canciones que hayan sido emblemáticas para el reconociemiento de los participantes como sujetos políticos en algún momento de su vida. Esto va ligado, en principio, a las canciones de los contextos históricos a los que cada uno pertenece o heredó. El taller esta enfocado en generar un relato paralelo por medio de las narraciones y vivencias transmitidas en el ámbito familiar referentes a eventos históricos, como un ejercicio de ampliación de la “historia oficial”. Es un taller práctico que consiste en trabajar con los recuerdos familiares dándoles forma por medio de la creación de un fanzine como un posible nuevo libro de historia compuesto por collages, texto, dibujos y fotografías. En definitiva la investigación que estoy llevando acabo pasa por crear dispositivos que puedan generar un entendido común, con una memoria compartida, catártica y performativa como activadora de estos recuerdos que reverberan en el presente. http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/ANIAV.2017.5793

Resumen: Las publicaciones especializadas de arquitectura facilitan la difusión de ideas, métodos y técnicas del período concreto de su existencia. Sus contenidos, analizados al cabo del tiempo, conforman un atlas de pensamiento capaz de enmarcar la interpretación social de un contexto espacio-temporal bajo el prisma de lo constructivo. Jean Badovici funda en 1923, junto al periodista Christian Zervos, la revista L’Architecture Vivante (1923-1933) editada por Albert Morancé. La aparición en sus páginas de una arquitectura técnicamente bien definida, acompañada de reseñas redactadas con rigor crítico por su director, o por los propios autores de las obras, hicieron de ella un instrumento prestigioso de propagación de las nuevas ideas entre el público profesional. Una relectura contemporánea de los textos y proyectos publicados, permite detectar el itinerario intelectual llevado a cabo por sus responsables respecto al convulso y cambiante entorno arquitectónico europeo en el que fijaron su mirada. En esa evolución, manifestada en apenas el período de una década, hay que subrayar el protagonismo adquirido por la obra de Le Corbusier que, a partir del cierre de L’Esprit Nouveau en 1925, no dudó en considerarla una excelente herramienta de exposición al debate de sus ideas, incluyendo en ella los proyectos y escritos realizados en pro de una arquitectura moderna. Abstract: The specialized publications in architecture facilitate the diffusion of ideas, methods and techniques of the particular period of its existence. Its contents, analyzed over time, make up an atlas of thought capable of framing the social interpretation of a spatial-temporal context under the prism of the constructive. Jean Badovici founded in 1923, together with the journalist Christian Zervos, the magazine L'Architecture Vivante (1923-1933), edited by Albert Morancé. The appearance on its pages of an architecture technically well- defined, accompanied by critiques written with critical rigor by its director, or for the authors of the works, they did of her a prestigious instrument of spread of the new ideas among the professional public. A contemporary revisiting of the texts and published projects, allows to detect the intellectual itinerary carried out by its persons in charge with regard to the convulsed and changeable European architectural environment in which they fixed its look. In this evolution manifested, in just the period of a decade, we must emphasize the prominence given to the work of Le Corbusier who, from the closure of L'Esprit Nouveau in 1925, did not hesitate in considering it as an excellent tool for exposure to the discussion of his ideas, including in it projects and writings made for a modern architecture.
