L'excitation optique a basse temperature du pentacene en site de substitution dans des cristaux d'acide benzoique conduit a l'apparition de nouvelles raies d'absorption correspondant a des sites de defaut (photosites). Ces defauts, qui disparaissent spontanement dans le noir, resultent d'un deplacement des protons acides de la matrice hors de leur position d'equilibre. 碩士<br>國立中正大學<br>化學研究所<br>85<br>(一)利用穩定的鏻偶極體在重水中其α-氫會進行H-D交換的特性，我們可以將穩定的鏻偶極體置於重水-四氫喃的混合溶液中，在室溫下攪拌40 分鐘後加入醛類進行Wittig reaction，就可以合成含氘烯類化合物。使用這個中性溫和的合成方法，我們成功的合成出具多類型官能基的含氘烯類化合物，經由氫核磁共振光譜、質譜、元素分析的測定，其含氘百分比都相當高(>98%)。(二)過去本實驗室曾經使用CH2Br2-Et2NH的混合試劑跟醛類作用，進行α-亞甲基化反應，並得到很好的結果，不過這個試劑與酮類的反應卻需要很長的時間，由於許多類型的反應若使用微波照射可以大大地縮短反應時間，所以我們便將原本使用油浴加熱的反應改為微波照射，使得酮類與CH2Br2-Et2NH作用進行α-亞甲基化反應的速率平均提昇了約300倍，大幅縮短了反應時間。 (一)The α-H of stable Phosphon
