Abstract:

The Centre allemande d’histoire de l’art/Deutsches Forum für Kunstgeschichte in Paris (DFK), founded in 1997, is a research institute dedicated to German research on French art and culture. Located in the historic centre of Paris on the place des Victoires, near to the Louvre and the recently founded French Institut national d’histoire de l’art (INHA), its further task is to promote interest among French scholars in research on German art and cultural history. To support its major fields of activity, the DFK is creating a library devoted to German art and cultural history, which now comprises some 60,000 items.

Abstract:

Der passionierte Journalist und Manager Steul ist seit 1970 mit vielfältigen Aufgaben im Mediengeschäft. Sein Weg führte ihn schließlich 2009 in die oberste Ebene von Deutschlandradio. Dr. Steul hat ein breites Studium der Ethnologie, Philosophie, Katholischen Theologie und Geschichte an den Universitäten Oxford, Paris, Frankfurt am Main, Kabul absolviert und wurde in Heidelberg zum Dr. phil. promoviert. Verbunden mit paralleler journalistischer Arbeit unternahm er in den 70er Jahren ethnologische Feldforschungen in Afghanistan, war Dozent an der Universität Kabul und stellvertretender Leiter der Außenstelle Kabul des Südasien-Instituts der Universität Heidelberg. Ehrenamtlich engagiert sich Dr. Willi Steul insbesondere im Musikbereich. So ist er Vorsitzender des „Deutschen Freundeskreises europäischer Jugendorchester e.V.“ sowie Präsident und Gründer des Orchester-Festivals „young.euro.classic“ in Berlin. Sein Hintergrund macht ihn auch zum gesuchten Berater des Auswärtigen Amtes, von NGOs, insbesondere in Fragen zu Afghanistan und islamischen Ländern generell. 2003 wurde Dr. Steul, der die deutsche und die französische Staatsangehörigkeit besitzt, mit dem Bundesverdienstkreuz ausgezeichnet und 2012 im Rang eines Commandeur mit dem französischen Ordre national du Mérite.

Abstract:

Wie in vergleichbaren Ländern hat auch in Frankreich die Rolle des Menschen in der zukünftigen industriellen Produktions- und Dienstleistungsgesellschaft in den letzten Jahren große Aufmerksamkeit auf sich gezogen. Dies hat sich sowohl in bemerkenswerten Änderungen in der Praxis als auch in der begleitenden wissenschaftlichen Diskussion niedergeschlagen. In der Praxis, besonders der Großbetriebe und des staatlichen Sektors, hat dies zu einer Reihe von Modernisierungsvorhaben geführt, die die Änderung überkommener hierarchischer Formen und mangelnder Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz zum Ziel haben. Die Gesetzgebung von 1982 (les lois Auroux) mit ihrer Tendenz zur direkten Partizipation zielte darauf ab, sowohl die Erwartungen der Arbeitnehmer zu schüren als auch zu einem sorgsameren Umgang mit dem Personal durch die Arbeitgeber zu gelangen. Selbst wenn man heute die praktische Bedeutung der durch diese Gesetze eingeführten Partizipationsstrukturen gering einstuften muß, so geben sie doch eine Richtung zu mehr direkter Beteiligung an. In Forschung und Lehre hat die von der amerikanischen Literatur (Canada und U.S.A) angestoßene “Gestion des Ressources Humaines” die Diskussion dominiert. Dies hat u. a. auch zu einer erheblichen Aufwertung dieses Gebietes als Studienrichtung in den “Grandes Ecoles” wie auch den universitären Aufbaustudiengängen geführt. Sichtbarer Ausdruck dieser Entwicklung ist auch die Gründung der “Association Française de Gestion des Ressources Humaines (AGRH)” im Jahre 1989, die in bi-annualen Konferenzen jeweils zu aktuellen Fragen die Fachleute aus Wissenschaft und Praxis zusammenbringt und auch eine eigene Zeitschrift (Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines) herausgibt. Im Unterschied zur deutschen Szene versucht die AGRH, alle relvanten Sozialwissenschaften (nicht nur die BWL) zu integrieren, und sie ist ein gemeinsames Forum von Wissenschaftlern und wisssenschaftlich orientierten Praktikern, die - im übrigen - auch einen erheblichen Teil der akademischen Lehre in Frankreich bestreiten. Der in diesen Entwicklungen zum Ausdruck kommende Modernisierungs- und Professionalisierungsschub ist auch als Ausdruck tieferliegender Wandlungen in der französischen Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft zu verstehen. Der folgende Beitrag gibt einen Einblick in die aktuelle Diskussion in Frankreich. Er zeigt an neueren Entwicklungen der Projektorganisation, des TQM, des re-engineering etc. den Wandel in der Personalfunktion konkret nach und erläutert einige typische Entwicklungen der Zusammenarbeit in den teamartigen Strukturen. Der Verfasser, Dimitri Weiss, ist der wohl bekannteste Scholar auf dem Gebiet “GRH”. Er hat die erwähnten Entwicklungen kritisch begleitet und der gegenwärtigen Diskussion wesentliche Anstöße vermittelt. Er ist Professor an der Universität Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne und Direktor der Bereiche HRM und Arbeitsbeziehungen am Institut d'Administration des Entreprises und u. a. Verfasser des einflußreichsten Lehrbuches in Frankreich (La Fonction Ressources Humaines, Paris 1988, letzte Auflage 1993).

ZusammenfassungDas Robert Koch-Institut (RKI) als deutsches Public Health-Institut zählt zu seinen vornehmlichen Aufgaben das Monitoring der Gesundheit der in Deutschland lebenden Bevölkerung. Kinder und Jugendliche stellen dabei als vulnerable Gruppe einen besonderen Schwerpunkt dar. Die Arbeit beschreibt die Konzepte und Strategien des Instituts, um durch das Gesundheitsmonitoring für Kinder und Jugendliche Informationen zur gesundheitlichen Versorgung, zum Gesundheitsverhalten und dem Gesundheitszustand der jungen Generation in Deutschland zu sammeln. Ziel ist die Identifizierung von Handlungsbedarfen und die Evaluation Public Health-relevanter Maßnahmen. Dem Ganzen liegt der Gedanke der Vernetzung mit allen auf dem Gebiet der Kindergesundheit tätigen Akteuren zugrunde und manifestiert sich in der adressatengerechten Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung der erhobenen Daten.

Abstract:

Since its foundation by Frits Lugt the Fondation Custodia/Institut Néerlandais has been a well-known institution on the Paris scene. It is one of many foreign cultural institutes in Paris, some of which - and specifically their libraries - are described in this article. The unique character of the Dutch library is highlighted, as well as the way in which it is adapting to new techniques. Of particular interest are the plans for the development of special links with other art libraries, such as the Institut national d’histoire de l’art (INHA) in Paris and the Rijksbureau voor Kunsthistorische Documentatie (RKD) in the Hague.

Abstract:

The monotypic Melambyrsus Breddin was described as related to Ochlerus Spinola and Melanodermus Stål, but its identity remained uncertain since the holotype had been considered probably lost. We located in the Senckenberg Deutsches Entomologisches Institut at Müncheberg a female that we believe is the type specimen of Melambyrsus hoplita Breddin, and concluded that both the species and the genus were valid based on somatic and genital characteristics. Here Melambyrsus and its type species M. hoplita are redescribed.

For this study, 24 holotypes and 2 paratypes of the genus Mesochorus Gravenhorst described by W. Schwenke and deposited in the Senckenberg Deutsches Entomologisches Institut/Müncheberg were re-described in detail and illustrated.
