This research compiles information on the development of analytical methods for estimating Dapagliflozin, which will be valuable for future research on this drug and its impurities. The literature survey covers various analytical methods such as UV, RP-HPLC, HPTLC, and other techniques reported for Dapagliflozin, both alone and in combination with other drugs. The analysis of published data indicates that only a UV spectroscopic method (calibration curve method) has been reported for estimating Dapagliflozin in fixed-dose combination. Precise optical measurements have so far been conducted mainly in the visible and near-uv part of the spectrum. Extension to the far uv region depends on the development of tunable coherent sources that provide high resolution, accurate wavelength metrology, and a large photon flux. As part of our ongoing effort to measure the ionization energy of atomic helium by two- photon excitation at 120.28 nm, we have developed improved methods for generating vuv radiation in the vicinity of 120 nm, and for accurately measuring the systematic frequency shifts that occur during amplification and nonlinea

Abstract:
In this study, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been synthesized using the aqueous extract of the aerial parts of B. purpurocaerulea, collected in Serbia. B. purpurocaerulea silver nanoparticles (Bp– AgNPs) synthesis was confirmed using UV-Vis spectroscopy and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The biological potential of synthesized Bp-AgNPs was evaluated in vitro using ABTS assay for determining free radical scavenging potential and microdilution method for analysis of antimicrobial properties. Bp-AgNPs showed high antioxidant activity similar to Bp-extract, comparable to BHT.

Schiff bases, or azomethine compounds, are commonly employed in the fields of organic synthesis, metal complexes, materials, and engineering. Especially, they have gained importance in medicinal researches, considering their antimicrobial, anticancer, anti- inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. On the other side, azo dyes are the most significant group of synthetic dyes, utilized in textile fiber dyeing. Conjugation of Schiff bases with azo compounds leads to the class of azo-azomethine dyes, which have numerous applications related to their coloration and biological properties. Viscose is

Abstract:
This one year BARD project was funded to develop methods to monitor promoter activity a gene expression patterns in citrus fruit. To fulfill this goal, we divided the research tasks between both labs so that the Israeli side evaluated the use of microprojectile bombardment ; a tool to evaluate transient gene expression in various citrus fruit tissues, and the US side optimized technical parameters required for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of various citrus cultivars. Microprojectile bombardment appeared to be a very efficient method for transient gene expression analysis in citrus lea

Abstract:
The Cascades frog (Rana cascadae) is one of two frog species known to occur historically in Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) in Northern California. However, no Cascades frogs have been documented in LAVO for several decades, despite repeated surveys. Threats to the species include natural predators, introduction of fish into historically fishless habitats, diseases like fungal pathogens, airborne drift of pesticides from nearby agricultural areas, ultraviolet (UV-B) radiation, wildfires, and habitat loss from human development and climate change. Objectives of this project were to conduct
