Full textThis paper discusses progress and erosion aspects of c1inical psychology and behavior therapy in Germany from three interrelated perspectives: (a) the relationship of behavior therapy and c1inical psychology to other basic and applied psychological disciplines as weIl as neighboring disciplines, (b) the transfer problems from the scientific fields to practice, and (c) the problem of quality assurance in practice and postgraduate education. Specific emphasis is laid on a discussion of the field of behavioral medicine, as an example for well-integrated and coordinated research and practice activities; health psychology as an example for deficient communication patterns with clinical psychology and behavior therapy, and psychotherapy as an example for erosion in research, education and practice. The paper strongly recommends a more dominant steering role of clinical psychology as the most comprehensive scientific discipline. This steering role, however, would also require a considerably expanded infrastructure of clinical psychology departments in universities together with several mechanisms (competence enhancement, consensus conferences, development of postgraduate education guidelines, quality assurance activities, coordination) to be able to fulfill this mission. The paper also suggests the more frequent use of standardized treatment manuals in postgraduate courses

Full textAquesta tesi doctoral pretén trobar resposta a aquest conflicte, partint de l'observació de quina és la realitat d'un institut concret i realitzant una intervenció a nivell emocional en els joves que estiguin etiquetats de conflictius al seu centre escolar, des d'un model de Diagnòstic-intervenció concret, el model Humanista-Estratègic.
A partir d'aquesta experiència, s'ha elaborat una proposta amb l'objectiu de millorar l'atenció psicopedagògica que reben aquests estudiants. L'objectiu general, per tant, és aportar noves vies d'intervenció, i alhora millorar la qualitat de vida d'aquests nois i noies, que en definitiva és l'objectiu principal i últim de qualsevol psicopedagog.
En el primer capítol exposo la Base teòrica del Model de Diagnòstic-Intervenció Humanista-Estratègic, de la qual parteixo per explicar els comportaments agressius en els alumnes. També explico la concepció que adopten altres models respecte de l'agressivitat humana; i finalment exposo els objectius.
En el segon capítol descric la metodologia emprada en la recerca per tal d'assolir els objectius plantejats.
El capítol tercer correspon a la presentació dels resultats. A la primera part presento els resultats obtinguts en l'estudi de casos, i a la segona els resultats de la valoració que fan diferents professionals del món de l'educació de l'atenció que es dóna en l'Educació Secundària Obligatòria als nois i noies que presenten problemes d'agressivitat.
En el capítol quart duc a terme la discussió centrada en els resultats obtinguts i en la comparació amb els resultats de les investigacions exposades en el primer capítol. També hi aporto una proposta de millora per a l'atenció i la prevenció de l'agressivitat dins els centres educatius.
En el capítol cinquè presento les conclusions de la nostra recerca.

Full textThe right to health is a universal right of peoples, internationally acknowledged by the World Health Organization and , in France, by the Code of Public Health. But, the evolution of demography and epidemiology explains the will to rationalize public policies and to master the costs of health systems. Hospitals, centuries old institutions, have always tried to adapt their organizations to meet the health needs of populations ; they occupy central places in health systems and their pharmacies play key roles in the good management of medicines, in partnership with clinical services.The literature of management sciences provides precious reading grids to shed light on the running of hospitals. The socio-economic theory provides a way of dealing with organization misgovernments and an integrated management approach. The theories of cooperation and legitimacy in organizations supplement the academic concepts summoned up in favour of the recognition and the efficiency of pharmacies inside hospitals.The research of fields of observation was guided by an epistemiological posture and a methodogical choice; intervention-research favoured a global approach of those fields, made the integration of other management tools easier and took part in the strengthening of the medico-pharmarceutic process via various actions taken with pharmacy service actors aimed at medicine users.This work provided help to bring to the fore “cooperation-legitimacy” couples and to make possible a better identification of zones of cooperation and legitimacy at the same time traditional, functional, relational and involving decisions as well , in hospital pharmacies with the interested parties
