Se registró la clorofila-a in situ superficial (0-0,5 m) por la técnica fluorométrica durante el crucero 2018-0204 a lo largo de la costa peruana y, se estimó el mismo parámetro a través del modelo OC3M usando imágenes de nivel 0 del sensor MODIS, del satélite Aqua de 250 m de resolución espacial, con el programa SeaDAS 7.4. The diploma thesis deals with metamaterial structures. Metamaterials are periodic structures, which have got permittivity or permeability, eventually both parameters, negative. Test is applied on three basic structures: Split Loop Array; Spiral Array a Double Spiral Array. For each structure is made dispersion diagram and are monitored S – parameters. Test is run in Ansoft High Frequency Structure Simulator and CST Microwave Studio software. Are monitored bandgaps and when structure is as left – handed medium or right – handed medium. Fatigue failure of containment will have serious consequences.In order to research the fatigue life analysis method of steel containment of the first FNPP in China, the paper adopts miner linear cumulative damage theory and spectral analysis method, based on the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards and relevant standards of China Classification Society (CCS), and uses AQWA to analyze Wave load of FNPP. The hydrodynamic calculation results are imported into finite element model to analyze the structural response of each point of containment, and calibrate the transfer function data of each key point by using the linear system theory and regular wave periodic evaluation method. The fatigue analysis of each point is carried out according to the transfer function and the wave dispersion diagram drawn by the forty years monitoring sea conditions of the working sea area of the FNPP. The result shows that the fatigue life of steel containment is superior and meets the service requirements.

El presente trabajo evaluó el potencial biotecnológico del hongo Penicillium sclerotiorum UCP 1040, aislado del suelo del Estado de Pernambuco, para la produción de biosurfactante usando residuos agroindustriales como fuentes alternativas de carbono y nirógen. Las fermentaciones se realizaon durante 144 h, 28ºC y 150 rpm, en medios consistos por diferentes concentraciones de aceite post fritura y licor de lavado de maíz, de acuerdo a un diseño factorial 2 2. Los efectos de los sustratos en la producción del surfactante se evaluaron mediante análisis estadístico, utilizando la tensión superficial como variable de respuesta. Las propiedades emulsionantes y dispersantes del biosurfactante se investigaron mediante el índice de emulsificación (IE24) y el ensayo de dispersión, respectivamente. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que P. sclerotiorum fue capaz de producir un compuesto surfactativo en presencia de sustratos renovables, observándose la mayor reducción de la tensión superficial (de 72,0 a 42,77 mN/m) en la condición 2 del diseño (medium compuesto por 3% aceite post fritura y 5% liquor de lavado de maíz). Aunque el biosurfactante producido en esta condición no mostró buenas propiedades emulsantes, demostró excelentes propiedades dispersantes, con un área de dispersión de aceite (ADA) de 44,18 cm2. El diagrama de Pareto demostró la influencia significativa de la interacción de los residuos en la producción del biossurfactante, constituyendo sustratos alternativos y de bajo costo, que hacen que el bioproceso sea económico y, por lo tanto, atractivo para diferentes industrias.
