Abstract:
A nivel mundial se sabe que, con el transcurrir de los años la industria del sector plástico se mueve en un nivel de crecimiento que está relacionado principalmente a su amplia capacidad de transformación, combinación, durabilidad y otras aplicaciones que si son correctamente empleados contribuyen a mejorar la capacidad de competitividad de las organizaciones haciendo frente a otros convertidores. Sin embargo, esta situación creciente genera que los procesos productivos se encuentren más saturado generando mayores registros de pérdidas en tiempo que impacta en el incumplimiento de la demanda, y ya que las fábricas de producción plástica venden tiempo de máquina esta situación afecta la rentabilidad de la misma. Para poder mitigar estas situaciones se han realizado diversos esfuerzos surgiendo filosofías y metodologías que permitan encontrar la solución a estos problemas, debido a la gran importancia que tiene para las empresas trabajar con la mayor eficiencia en sus procesos y con ello buscar incrementar su disponibilidad productiva para incrementar el volumen de ventas. En tal sentido, se aborda la implementación de la metodología Lean Manufacturing aplicada bajo el soporte del ciclo Deming y cuyo objetivo principal será desarrollar una estrategia en base al ciclo PHVA que permitirá incrementar la eficiencia de máquina de manera sostenida. Su aporte se desarrolla en torno a la aplicación exitosa de la combinación de las herramientas Lean seleccionadas bajo el esquema Deming y desarrolladas bajo un cronograma de Gantt para la solución del caso y que se desarrollan en este artículo pudiendo servir de guía inicial a otros técnicos que buscan incrementar la productividad de sus procesos en otras fábricas del sector.
Worldwide, it is known that, over the years, the industry of the plastic sector is moving at a level of growth that is mainly related to its broad capacity for transformation, combination, durability and other applications that, if correctly used, contribute to improving the capacity of competitiveness of organizations facing other converters. However, this growing situation means that production processes are more saturated, generating higher losses in time that impact on non-compliance with demand, and since plastic production plants sell machine time, this situation affects the profitability of the same In order to mitigate these situations, various efforts have been made to come up with philosophies and methodologies that allow finding the solution to these problems, due to the great importance for companies to work with the highest efficiency in their processes and thus seek to increase their productive availability to increase sales volume In this regard, the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing methodology applied under the support of the Deming cycle whose main objective will be to develop a strategy based on the PHVA cycle that will increase machine efficiency in a sustained manner is approached. Its contribution is developed around the successful application of the combination of the Lean tools selected under the Deming scheme and developed under a Gantt timetable for the solution of the case and that are developed in this article, being able to serve as an initial guide to other technicians who They seek to increase the productivity of their processes in other factories in the sector.

The thesis is aimed at Gantt charts. Primarily on their use in production processes, such as planning and scheduling. The thesis also includes an introduction, explaining what are the Gantt charts, for what are using and what is their principle. The thesis also includes analysis and software possibilities for implementing Gantt charts with using OOP. Programmatic and theoretical analysis of the various functions that are characteristic of Gantt charts, including their internal logic and program implementation. These programmed characteristic functions of Gantt charts were composed in the form of a DLL library, which provides a simple implementation of Gantt charts. By using this library is realized the software for production management. The work is included on the DVD, except the DLL itself software with detailed descriptions of each part of the source code.

This diploma thesis deals with creating a project proposal of the research center construction according to the required specifications by SEDOX Company Ltd. The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge and tools of a project management – analytical tools for evaluating the financial and time project costs, also risk analysis relating to competitiveness and maintaining on top of the market. The third part is devoted to the current situation of the development application market. There is the complete proposal of the research centre construction, using the tools according to the IPMA (International Project Management Association) that were described in the theoretical part. In conclusion I have presented my own solution suggestions, their benefits, project sustainability, return of the investment cost and also long-term prosperity.

The aim of this master thesis is to develop an application for creating calculations and offers to potential customers and to develop an application for managing Gantt charts. These applications will be in future used for implementation to the information system of Wedding in Prague Inc. company. Along with the development of applications author of this thesis aims to design, create and implement a fully functional database to support the applications. Before the development of the applications the revision of the submitters demands and the revision of previously designed interface are made. In the end of this work the user testing is done to confirm the correctness of the functionality of applications. The submitter, Wedding in Prague Inc., runs business in the destination event management branch the applications are adjusted to this type of business branch and its requirements. Contribution of this thesis is the creation of mentioned applications and their preparation for its future implementation into information system of the company.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současné situace ve firmě Sportobchod.cz s.r.o a aplikací teoretických znalostí projektového řízení, nástrojů a metod k návrhu projektu, který má za cíl usnadnit proces budování a zapojení své komunity zákazníků na Slovensku. Kromě toho by projekt měl sloužit jako návod pro následující projekty analyzované společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na představení teorie projektového řízení a vymezení jeho hlavních konceptů. Druhá část je věnována analýze současné situace, která zahrnuje využití různých makroekonomických a mikroekonomických analýz. V poslední části autor navrhuje projekt pomocí metod projektového řízení jako je SMART definice projektových cílů, logický rámec, WBS, RACI Matice, Ganttův diagram a charakterizuje možné přínosy navrhovaného projektu pro analyzovanou společnost.

Oggetto del presente elaborato è stata un’analisi dei processi aziendali in DIPSA TECHNES s.r.l., condotta attraverso l’applicazione del ciclo di miglioramento continuo Plan-Do-Check-Act. La fase di “PLAN” ha portato all’identificazione, tramite mappatura, dei macro-processi suddivisi in processi di management, processi chiave e processi di gestione delle risorse. Tra quelli chiave, secondo la matrice della variabilità di Hall e Johnson (2009), la manutenzione dei mezzi d’opera è risultata critica e la contrazione dei tempi di processo è emersa come obiettivo strategico. La fase successiva (“DO”) è consistita in un monitoraggio “sul campo”: l’indagine si è svolta con riferimento a due mezzi d’opera: un moto-carrello con gru e un carro pianale, entrambi soggetti a Verifica Periodica Quinquennale. L’output è stata la mappatura dello stato attuale (AS-IS) e una rappresentazione GANTT, per evidenziare le tempistiche. La fase di “CHECK” ha riguardato un’analisi che ha portato all’identificazione delle cause di inefficienza: elevati tempi di fornitura; procedure interne all’azienda limitanti; assenza di un sistema di assegnazione delle responsabilità; inefficace gestione del magazzino. Le proposte di miglioramento avanzate nella fase “ACT”, da una parte riesaminano la sequenza delle attività e i momenti di contatto con il cliente; dall’altra, consistono in alcune proposte di sistema che promuovono il vendor rating, la gestione del magazzino e lo sviluppo di un sistema di assegnazione delle responsabilità con apposita matrice. Ribadendo l’intrinseca dinamicità del ciclo PDCA, vengono presentate infine alcune linee metodiche su cui strutturare i cicli successivi in DIPSA TECHNES, affinché le proposte avanzate prendano forma. In particolare, viene proposto un sistema di indicatori per il monitoraggio dei processi aziendali.
