The relationship between religion and labor control in I-Kuan-Tao is more sweeping than in any other religious organizations. First, I formulate the sutras of I-kuan-Tao. I find the labor ethics of I-kuan Tao today are based on Confucian ethics , similar to the protestant ethic which Max Weber pointed out, including asceticism and diligence. More than that, I-kuan-Tao also use kismet to explain the relations between labor and capital. In the incunabula, the leaders of I-Kuan-Tao, called Dian-Chuan-Shi, are appointed by the Teacher(Guru), Zhang Tian-Ran. This religious organization is leaded by Zhang''s personal charisma. After he dead, because of some disputations about his divine wife Sun Su-Zen''s leadership, I-Kuan-Tao has divided into many offsets today. No matter the offset believe her leadership or not, each offset''s Master(the olddest Dian-Chuan-Shi of the offset) has right to appoint Dian-Chuan-Shi and has an explaination of the sourse of his divine. The Master and many Dian-Chuan-Shi, who is a rector, a teacher, and the surrogate of Zhang, reduse most personal social with the flock to protect their divine. This kind of practices just like Roy Wallis and Steve Bruce''s study on Children of God (also known as the Family of Love). Wallis and Bruce found the founder of Children of God, David Berg, make himself form a evangelist to a prophet by managing charisma. Conbines the exclusive of heilsgueter and managment of charisma, Dian-Chuan-Shi class make sure themselves'' divine and by this, they can be the shepherd to teach the flock how to lead their life. I-Kuan-Tao has a special doctrine called "both the sacred and the profane" which means people don''t have to give up any thing in their profane life can also cultivate. Because of all the temporalities of I-Kuan Tao are rely on consecrate and almost all vergers including Dian-Chuan-Shi are without any kind of earnings, there are many ( over 21%) Dian-Chuan-Shi are Capital, who have more free time and less earning need. More than that, Dian-Chuan-Shi-Capital establish family shrines in the office or his home and preach to his employee. It''s a new relationship between religion and labor control in I-Kuan-Tao''s case and I think this kind of labor control which contains body, mind, and soul control are much different form any other religion or control methods.
