Abstract:
This study aimed to develop the differentiated learning Modul as one of English teaching instruments. As it is required to fulfill one of Merdeka Curriculum characteristics, especially the differentiated learning. This differentiated learning module was designed and developed based on students’ learning styles (auditory, visual and kinesthetic) and students’ talents and interests. This study was conducted using Research and Development method with ADDIE development model. The module development was focused on the series of differentiated learning modules for English in 7 graders. After conduct

Abstract:
When aggregated and treated with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), P19 embryonal carcinoma cells differentiate into cell types normally derived from the mesoderm and endoderm including epithelium and cardiac and skeletal muscle. The Brachyury gene is expressed transiently in these differentiating cultures several days before the appearance of markers of the differentiated cell types. The expression of Brachyury is not affected by DMSO but is induced by cell aggregation, which requires extracellular calcium. Expression of Brachyury is also induced by various members of the TGF beta family such as acti

Cell-cell communication is not only a common strategy for cell fate specification in vertebrates, but plays important roles in invertebrate development as well. We report here on experiments testing the compatibility of mechanisms specifying cell fate among six different Drosophila species. Following interspecific transplantation, the development of single ectodermal cells was traced in order to test their abilities to proliferate and differentiate in a heterologous environment. Despite considerable differences in cell size and length of cell cycle among some of the species, the transplants ga

Objective: This study aims to develop an academic supervision model based on differentiated learning, evaluate its feasibility, and measure its effectiveness. Method: The research employs the ADDIE model development methodology. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires in two inclusive senior high schools in Sidoarjo. Results: The findings indicate that (1) The academic supervision model based on differentiated learning includes stages that incorporate elements of differentiated learning into every supervision instrument. These elements cover the assessment prep

Abstract:
The structure of the olfactory epithelium in developing Arctic charr, Salvelinus alpinus, was studied by light and scanning electron microscopy. Embryos, larvae, free-swimming fry, and individuals up to the age of 96 months after hatching were studied. In larvae about 10 days after hatching, microvillar and ciliated olfactory receptor cells were located in a pit and no nares were differentiated. Fifty days after hatching, two nares were present on each side of the head, and about 20 days later one or two lamellae had started to differentiate and were visible as an elevation in the caudal part

INTRODUCTION: Thyroid malignomas are a heterogeneous group of neoplasm consisting of most frequent differentiated encountered carcinomas, papillary and follicular thyroid carcinoma, then medullary thyroid carcinoma originating from neuroendocrine calcitonin-producing C-cells and rare forms of thyroid lymphomas arising from intrathyroidal lymphatic tissue, thyroid sarcomas and poorly differentiated anaplastic thyroid carcinoma. There are increasing numbers of epidemiological studies and publications that have suggested increased incidence rate of thyroid carcinomas. We have read, analysed and c

The purpose of inclusive education is to level the playing field for students of all abilities and backgrounds. Children with exceptional needs receive individualised attention in classrooms designed to foster their academic, social, and emotional development. One strategy that can be used to effectively meet the varying needs of students in special education is differentiated instruction. Differentiated teaching is a pedagogical paradigm that aims to tailor each student's educational experience based on their individual strengths, weaknesses, interests, and learning styles.
