Abstract:
The development of the digital economy presents new, increasingly diverse financial service products. One of them is non-cash payments or cashless payments, which are the latest innovations and are increasingly prevalent in buying and selling payments to MSMEs. This study aims to find out how the Cashless system is implemented in the MSME sector in the city of Medan, then to find out how the Islamic economic perspective is in implementing the Cashless payment system. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques, namely by observation, interviews, documentation on the UMKM posbloc in Medan city as well as a study of the literature to be analyzed with the author's observations to answer the formulation of the problem on this problem. The results of this study show that the Cashless system used by the Medan city posbloc is in several ways, namely debit cards, credit cards or by scanning the QRIS code (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). APMK (Payment using a card) or with a QRIS scan which has been promoted by Bank Indonesia provides convenience in making transactions with a cashless system without cash more efficiently and effectively. According to the Islamic economic perspective, QRIS is permissible because there is no usury in buying and selling payments to MSMEs. However, there are still a number of obstacles in the implementation of the cashless posbloc payment system in Medan city, one of which is the internet which is not stable enough, and the lack of outreach.

Abstract:
In line with the trend of increasing state expenditure payments, the government uses a digital system to carry out cashless-based payments. The digital system provides advantages in the effectiveness of state expenditure payments to the payee and supports the efficiency of state financial management. One of the digital systems used is the Digital Payment application developed by the Directorate General of Treasury. This study aims to review the use of the Digital Payment application in making non-cash payments to payees (suppliers) in the 2019-2021 period. This study used a qualitative method with literature study techniques and interviews with several informants. The results of this study indicate that the use of Digital Payment in non-cash-based payments is quite effective. Even so, there are still obstacles to the mindset, system flexibility, and human resources so the application has not been implemented optimally. To improve quality, it is necessary to improve the DigiPay application and continuous outreach to MSMEs and work unit treasurers. Keywords: Payment system, Digital Payment, Public Spending, Treasury

Abstract:
Indonesia's rapid economic development in the digital era has witnessed a significant shift from traditional cash-based public payments to digital systems. Digital payments offer enhanced convenience, efficiency, security, and user-friendliness. Among these digital payment methods, QR Codes have emerged as a crucial solution, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to a slump in the Indonesian economy due to social distancing measures. The adoption of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a cashless payment method by most Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia presents a promising solution due to its numerous advantages, including instant payment, enhanced security, easy setup, high reliability, and absence of associated charges. However, QRIS payments face limitations as they are inaccessible to foreigners without bank accounts or connections to Indonesian payment operators. To address this challenge, the Indonesian government has collaborated with four ASEAN countries to integrate the QRIS system with their respective user bases. Nevertheless, the global utilization of QRIS remains a problem that this study aims to address. One approach to promoting cross-border QR payment cooperation is to bolster the economic progress of MSMEs in each country. The objective of this study is to highlight the significant opportunities for developing integrated connectivity and cross-border QR payment codes in Indonesia. Further research is necessary to advance the development of prototypes, designs, and the implementation of integrated connectivity and cross-border QR payment code linkage on a global scale.

Abstract:
With the increasing use of the internet and smartphones in Indonesia, the use of digital payment technology is increasing. The advantage of cashless payment is that it is very convenient for users because it allows payments to be made easily and quickly without using cash. Especially during the outbreak of the Covid outbreak, there was a critical decline in the turnover of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In this case, MSME players must keep up with the times of digitalization, especially by utilizing the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) system that has been provided by the Indonesian government. On the other hand, the rampant circulation of counterfeit banknotes has made some parties, especially micro, small and medium enterprises, feel uncomfortable receiving counterfeit Rupiah. This research aims to find out QRIS as a digital payment solution that can increase the turnover of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) while also reducing the circulation of counterfeit money in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a systematic literature review. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis that describes factual information. This study shows that QRIS can increase the sales turnover of MSMEs because QRIS is a digital payment solution that can make it easier for MSMEs to run their businesses in an effort to improve service quality and competitiveness, and is expected to increase interest in repeat visits and increase profits. The use of QRIS as a payment medium makes the transaction process with consumers easier, faster and safer. In addition, it can prevent the spread of counterfeit banknotes or counterfeit rupiahs and reduce the risk of counterfeit currency fraud or counterfeit rupiahs.

As well as narrating that MSMEs are introduced to the public or known as framing branding. However, Talenta Cafe still uses cash or non-electronic payment methods because the payment system is still considered less than optimal. Before this Community Service activity was carried out, a situation analysis was carried out which examined the problems of MSME partners, namely implementing the use of QRIS digital applications that were not optimal. The approach taken as well as the PKM implementation method is socialisation or providing knowledge, understanding, and practice, how to optimise the use of E-payment or electronic payment systems using QRIS. Talenta Cafe is located on Jalan Kasah No.45 Pekanbaru. So it can be concluded that the application of e-payment using QRIS at Talenta Cafe is still not running because Talenta Cafe still uses a cash payment system. So that the payment system can be more developed and updated with the development of digitalisation, the community service team helps to implement QRIS In the application of digitalisation technology for MSMEs, there has long been one of them cashless transactions commonly referred to as E-Payment. Abstract:
In response to the development of a digital cashless society, Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association launched QRIS (Quick Response Indonesia Standard) as a national standard to facilitate integrated and interoperable cashless transactions, becoming an important step in changing people's transaction patterns from cash to digital. In this study, we scrutinize the impact of QRIS adoption by Indonesian MSME business actors on their financial performance and how it affects financial statement accountability. We employ an explanatory research design, using a survey approach and the innovation attribute model to examine the factors influencing MSMEs' interest and actual use of QRIS, and its effects on financial statement accountability. We purposefully select MSME actors as the population, with data collected through Google Forms surveys and analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling. Through the analysis of this study, we will illustrate how the QRIS adoption impacts the financial performance of MSME actors, including accounting for the number and amount of transactions, sales turnover, business cash flow, and sales records. In addition, our findings will also highlight challenges in the adoption of QRIS by the actors of MSMEs, such as limited digital literacy and dissatisfaction with merchant discounts. Today, technology has entered into all business fields where the digital era is very helpfuland facilitates business both in terms of marketing, sales and distribution. The utilizationof these technologies will directly increase sales volume and the potential for anincreasingly large market. This will be very beneficial for medium and small businesses, where they still use a lot of conventional methods and have not used the technology sideand have not yet entered e-commerce. Expansion of the market or market is the mostimportant thing in the business world so that through E-Commerce, market coverage isno longer only in the area where the MSMEs are located but is widespread throughoutthe world wherever it can be accessed. In addition to the wider market, it can also accessreal-time payments that will facilitate the payment process directly by consumers andcan make the flow of cash out of the business more controlled which is no longer anobstacle. This online payment system is not always related to e-Commerce, but also withdirect transaction activities at the place of business can also be done so that cashless andalso in the online payment there will be a sales transaction report that will make therecording directly available in the payment system online. Digital transformation has changed the transaction system from cash to cashless transactions. However, the current use of QRIS is not quite familiar among MSMEs and there are still many MSMEs that have not implemented QRIS digital payments as a record of sales turnover. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss QRIS digital payments to increase MSME sales turnover. The research data uses multiple linear analysis which aims to test how much influence QRIS has on sales turnover. The nine independent variables are QRIS user literacy, QRIS implementation, QRIS usage, QRIS user capability, QRIS user convenience, QRIS user service prices, QRIS user satisfaction, QRIS user efficiency improvement, QRIS user strategy and increased sales turnover as dependent variables. The value of the R2 coefficient of determination of 0.159315 or 15.93% shows that the nine variables used together can be significant sales turnover as dependent variables.

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the efficiency of modern communication systems in transaction activities at Warkop Berkah, a micro-enterprise that has adopted digital technology. The main focus of the research is the implementation of modern communication systems, such as cashless payments via digital wallets, QR codes, and Point-of-Sale (POS) applications, which aim to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business competitiveness. This research also identifies various challenges faced in implementing this technology, including the need for employee training, implementation costs, and adaptation by customers who are still accustomed to conventional systems. The research results show that modern communication systems have a significant impact in increasing operational efficiency at Warkop Berkah. Transaction processes become faster, the risk of calculation errors is reduced, and financial transparency increases. In addition, this technology provides a better customer experience by offering convenience, security and comfort, especially for the younger generation who are more familiar with technology. However, technology adoption also faces obstacles, such as dependence on stable internet connections, resistance from certain customers, and technical challenges in system maintenance. To overcome this challenge, the research recommends several strategies, including intensive training for employees, customer education, diversification of payment methods, and improving technological infrastructure. Real-time monitoring of transaction data is also proposed as a step to optimize operational performance and maximize customer experience. By implementing the right strategy, Warkop Berkah can utilize modern communication systems to support the sustainability and competitiveness of its business. Abstract:
This study explores the impact of fintech payment and e-commerce adoption on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), focusing on the moderating role of the cashless society. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from MSMEs operating in Central Java to examine how digital financial solutions influence business performance. The findings reveal that fintech payment adoption enhances MSME performance by improving transaction efficiency, financial management, and access to a broader market. However, e-commerce adoption does not directly affect MSME performance, which may be attributed to challenges such as technological readiness, digital literacy, and infrastructure limitations. The cashless society strengthens the impact of fintech payments on MSME performance, indicating that the shift toward digital transactions provides competitive advantages for MSMEs. However, its role in moderating the effect of e-commerce on MSME performance remains limited, suggesting that successful e-commerce adoption requires additional supporting factors. These findings underscore the importance of digital payment integration for MSMEs and highlight the need for financial literacy programs, digital mentoring, and infrastructure development to support MSMEs in adapting to an increasingly digital economy. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and MSME stakeholders in shaping strategies to enhance digital transformation and financial inclusion in the MSME sector.

Abstract:
Objective – The objective of this study is to examine how financial literacy and of social commerce usage affect the financial performance of MSMEs in Madura, concentrating on the function of cashless payment as a moderating factor in the relationship.Design/Methodology/Approach – The collected data for this study through quantitative methods such as interviews and questionnaires from the MSME population in Pamekasan Regency, utilizing the purposive sampling method for sample determination. A structural equation based on partial least squares (PLS) was used to analyze the data model through SmartPLS 4.0 software. PLS calculation using algorithms and bootstrapping.Findings – The study's findings show that there is a positive and significant impact of financial literacy and social commerce usage on the financial performance of MSMEs in Madura. Cashless payment has the capacity to reinforce the impact of financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs in Madura, but cashless payment does not have a significant moderation effect or as a moderation homologizer (potential moderation) in the connection between their adoption of social commerce and Madura's MSMEs' financial performance. Conclusion and Implications – Financial performance is favorably and significantly impacted by two factors: financial literacy and the application of social commerce. Meanwhile, the implementation of cashless payment as a moderation variable produces different effects. This cashless payment system has been proven to strengthen the relationship between financial literacy and financial performance; however, it does not have a significant moderation effect or is unable to strengthen or weaken the impact of social commerce on the financial performance of MSMEs in Madura. Abstract:
The cashless payment system has experienced significant growth within the banking industry due to its convenience and numerous benefits, which makes cashless payments more appealing to consumers than traditional cash transactions. Despite these advantages, customers face barriers that hinder the full adoption of cashless payment systems. At the same time, customer trust plays a vital role in the adoption process, with factors like reliability, transparency, security, privacy, and responsiveness in digital payment platforms. This research aims to examine the barriers and trust determinants of cashless payment adoption using a convenience sampling method with a sample size of 120 respondents from Kanyakumari District. The results indicate that security concerns, digital illiteracy, and inadequate infrastructure are the primary barriers, while privacy, security measures, responsiveness, and reliability are critical in building trust among users. The study suggests various measures such as improving infrastructure, enhancing security features, and educating customers to promote the growth and adoption of cashless payment systems. Addressing these barriers and enhancing the understanding of customer trust will foster the rapid growth and adoption of cashless payment systems.

The majority of residents in Sendangsikucing Village are fishermen and some people choose to look for marine products to meet their daily needs, because a fisherman's salary is not commensurate with their needs. Several MSMEs in Sendangsikucing village were important targets in the research. Limited product marketing is an obstacle in increasing sales turnover which is still done manually. The specific aim of implementing the Community Service Program in Sendangsikucing Village, Rowosari District, is to assist the village government in reviving the community economy among MSMEs. Based on payment techniques that still use the manual method, QRIS is the national QR code standard as a code payment medium, where the physical to digital payment method is more efficient. So, it is hoped that this service will be able to help provide positive energy to the community in the transformation towards a cashless society and the results of this activity will be directly put into practice by MSMEs on Sendang Asih beach using the QRIS application for payment transactions. The problem in this research is to determine the implementation of using QRIS as a payment method in the growth of MSMEs in Bali? This research aims to see the level of development of local MSMEs in Bali with QRIS as their digital payment. This research is quantitative descriptive. By using this method, the data collected only follows the criteria and objectives of this research for MSMEs that use the QRIS digital payment system. The results of this research analysis show that the growth of MSME data for each district in Bali has increased, as proven from the beginning of 2020 to August 2023. Seeing the increase in the number of QRIS merchants every year in the Bali Province region illustrates the positive impact it has had on the use of QRIS as a digital payment system. By using a digital-based payment system (QRIS), their merchandise turnover has increased rapidly, thereby improving the economic development of local Balinese MSMEs. Many customers are switching from cash payments to transactions using the QRIS digital payment medium, because of its convenience and security. So more and more local Balinese MSMEs are using QRIS, indicating that QRIS is improving the economy of MSMEs in Bali.

Abstract:
Digital payments experienced significant growth after demonetization, driven by government and banking regulators' efforts to promote a 'less-cash economy.' The integration of new-age technology with traditional banking methods has created a favorable environment for the financial ecosystem, providing customers with more options in the payment system space. This study aims to examine the acceptance of cashless payment methods among consumers and identify consumer perceptions of cashless transactions. It focuses on the impact of a cashless economy on consumer transactions in Kanyakumari District. Primary data were collected using convenience sampling with a sample size of 100, while secondary data were sourced from journals, books, websites, and databases. The study concludes that the widespread adoption of digital payments will foster the growth of a cashless economy, promoting transparency, reducing corruption, and facilitating economic progress.

Abstract:
This paper explores the process of technological change in the payment system. In particular, the study aims to gain understanding if Bitcoin would bring about a paradigmatic shift toward a cashless society. The analysis is based on the technology S-curve and Schumpeter’s model of economic development. It is interesting to see that the swing of S-curves is not strong enough to cause a paradigm shift according to the Schumpeterian concept of creative destruction. The study also compares Bitcoin with PayPal, a similar digital currency and major online payment system, to gain insights of the new challenge toward a cashless economy. The parallel S-curve trajectories of electronic money innovations signify a move from a cash-based economy toward a less cash society.

Abstract:
The development of digital payment technology, particularly QRIS, facilitates cashless transactions and is expected to promote the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by simplifying transactions between consumers and business owners. Surakarta was chosen as the research location due to its relatively low number of QRIS users, despite the significant potential to increase the adoption of digital payment systems. The study involved 105 respondents. The analysis results show that Mobile Usability significantly affects Interest, Attitude, and Intention (p < 0.05), while Trust does not significantly affect Interest but does influence Attitude and Intention. Attitude and Intention were found to significantly affect Interest. The model used has an R² value of 0.286 for Interest and 0.419 for Attitude and Intention, indicating that the model effectively explains the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. This study has limitations, including a small sample size and constructs that lack convergent validity, which need to be addressed in future research. The findings provide valuable insights into the impact of QRIS usage and trust on consumer attitudes and intentions in adopting digital financial technology, which is expected to support the development of MSMEs and the digital transformation in Surakarta.

The advancement of digital technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt more efficient cashless payment systems. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is one of the innovative solutions implemented to enhance transaction efficiency in the MSME sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of QRIS at the Geprek Cila MSME and its impact on financial transaction efficiency. The activities were conducted using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, through field observations, training, and technical assistance. The results show that the use of QRIS accelerates the payment process, minimizes the risk of error and cash loss, and improves the accuracy of financial records. Furthermore, the implementation of QRIS supports financial inclusion and enhances consumer trust. This study recommends continuous assistance and the enhancement of digital literacy among MSME actors to support equitable and sustainable digital transformation.
