Abstract:
The article examines the plasma sprayed 80Ni-20Al coatings on aluminum-magnesium (Mg ≈ 2.6‒3.6 %) alloy substrate, which before plasma spraying was cleaned using blasting with Al2O3 particles. The wear resistance and corrosion tests of sprayed coating and aluminum-magnesium alloy were performed. The volume loss, average central part of the cross-sectional area of wear track, wear rapidity, wear rate, wear resistance and corrosion current of coating and Al-Mg substrate were evaluated. The wear resistance and corrosion of nickel-aluminum coating and aluminum-magnesium substrate were compared at the work. Furthermore the wear tracks analysis of sprayed coating and substrate surface was carried out. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamos plazminiu būdu purkštos 80Ni-20Al dangos ant aliuminio-magnio (Mg ≈ 2,6‒3,6 %) lydinio substrato, kuris prieš padengiant buvo nuvalytas srautinant Al2O3 dalelėmis. Buvo atlikti purkštos dangos, aliuminio-magnio lydinio dilimo ir korozijos tyrimai. Nustatyti dangos ir Al-Mg substrato tūrio nuostoliai, vidutinis išdilusio takelio centrinės dalies skerspjūvio plotas, dilimo sparta, dilimo greitis, atsparumas dilimui ir korozijos srovė. Darbe buvo palygintas nikelio-aliuminio dangos ir aliuminio-magnio substrato atsparumas dilimui ir korozijai. Taip pat buvo atlikta užpurkštos dangos ir substrato dilimo takelių paviršiaus analizė.

Pelayaran rakyat (Pelra) pernah memegang peran sangat penting dalam sejarah angkutan laut nasional. Sampai awal tahun 2000-an armada Pelra berhasil mengangkut 35% muatan general cargo angkutan laut dalam negeri. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi transportasi laut dan meningkatan terhadap penertiban illegal logging, armada pelra semakin terpuruk. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran angkutan laut Pelra dalam sistem angkutan laut nasional, terutama untuk melayani daerah-daerah terpencil perbatasan, dan pedalaman. Analisis yang digunakan secara komprehensif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif baik kuantitatif maupun kulitatif, yang ditunjang oleh data primer hasil pengukuran, pengamatan, dan wawancara serta data sekunder berupa kepustakaan dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil kajian menggambarkan bahwa Kendala dalam pengembangan Pelra antara lain adalah dari aspek Muatan, aspek Peremajaan Armada, aspek Permodalan/ Pembiayaan, aspek Manajemen dan Sumber Daya Manusia

Bank Syariah mandiri.), dengan bank konvensional ( PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk.). Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu : Bank Syariah (PT. Bank Syariah mandiri.) maupun bank konvensional (PT. Bank Tabungan Negara) sama-sama mengalami kinerja keuangan yang cenderung berfluktuatif jika dilihat dari kelompok Rasio Likuiditas, Rentabilitas dan Solvabilitas, namun kinerja keuangannya masih tergolong cukup sehat karena secara umum dari seluruh rasio tersebut tidak melewati batas yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Abstract:
Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) has recently been adopted in some studies for the modelling of events as a dynamic system given a set of events and parameters. In principle, ABM employs individual agents with assigned attributes and behaviors and simulates their behavior around their environment and interaction with other agents. This can be a useful tool in both micro and macroscale-applications. In this study, a model initially created and applied to an academic building was implemented in a dormitory. In particular, this research integrates three-dimensional Geographic Information System (GIS) with GAMA as the multi-agent based evacuation simulation and is implemented in Kalayaan Residence Hall. A three-dimensional GIS model is created based on the floor plans and demographic data of the dorm, including respective pathways as networks, rooms, floors, exits and appropriate attributes. This model is then re-implemented in GAMA. Different states of the agents and their effect on their evacuation time were then observed. GAMA simulation with varying path width was also implemented. It has been found out that compared to their original states, panic, eating and studying will hasten evacuation, and on the other hand, sleeping and being on the bathrooms will be impedances. It is also concluded that evacuation time will be halved when path widths are doubled, however it is recommended for further studies for pathways to be modeled as spaces instead of lines. A more scientific basis for predicting agent behavior in these states is also recommended for more realistic results.

Abstract:
Abstract. Kiosks scattered around the UP Diliman campus have always been playing a significant role in shaping the present culture in the university. However, competition is inevitable among owners. Some have even lowered their prices to attract more customers and increase sales and profits. One of the reasons why some kiosks earn more than others is because of the location of the kiosks and their distribution within the campus. In this study, accessibility, walkability and site availability are the main factors that were considered to create an ideal kiosk distribution model. First, road points within an area with 10% slope grade and below were only considered to obtain optimum gradient that requires the least energy. Road points that are within a buffer of 5 meters from waiting sheds and parking lots and 10 meters from buildings were accepted to consider the accessibility of each point. Closest Facility Tool (CFT) under Network Analysis was used to identify road points within 200 meters of each building. These points were considered as good candidate locations for kiosks. CFT was used again to identify buildings within 200 meters from each candidate point. Potential customer count (PCC) per building was reduced when a canteen is within 200 meters. Lastly, the PCC multiplied by the inverse of the distance was used as weight to identify the area that will result in equal demands of customers. Python code was used to iteratively identify the combination of road points that have relatively equal weights. A map showing all 20 current kiosks in their ideal locations and a list of landmarks surrounding each kiosk were produced. Results show that, ideally, five kiosks should be located near Palma Hall, which has the largest population count. Two kiosks should also be placed between the Law Center and Asian Center, between the Institute of Biology and the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, and near College of Arts and Letters, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and College of Human Kinetics (CHK). Finally, only one kiosk each should be placed near buildings such as Melchor Hall, the National Institute of Physics (NIP), the National Institute of Geological Sciences (NIGS), the Institute of Civil Engineering (ICE) and Albert Hall.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> 3D indoor GIS is now being widely used as its improved spatial visualization can be applied to a variety of projects &amp;ndash; one of which is emergency management in multi-level buildings. This study assesses the fire evacuation plan of the Main Library in the University of the Philippines &amp;ndash; Diliman using 3D indoor GIS. Currently, the Main Library has a two-dimensional fire evacuation plan for every floor all following general routes to several exit points. With 3D indoor routing using GIS and network analysis, an origin-based and scenario-dependent evacuation management plan is created to have a more systematic process for fire events. Certain factors &amp;ndash; priority of resources, origin of fire, all possible routes and exits, duration of evacuation &amp;ndash; were used as basis of the fire evacuation plan assessment. The resulting geometric 3D model of Main Library is presented with both the library patron routes and staff routes that have stops along the way in to save priority resources before proceeding to exit points. Color-coded routes are mapped out symbolizing evacuation time while the route line thickness represents the population count in each route. Furthermore, three obstruction scenarios were created in order to simulate a fire event. Although a fire model was not considered, the scenarios proved to show the versatility of the generated routes in accordance to each case. Additionally, two new exit points were suggested for the ease of the library staff &amp;ndash; who had a much longer evacuation time &amp;ndash; resulting to an average time deficit of 15.25 seconds.</p>

Abstract:
Mechanical properties of polymers are reviewed and the phenomenon of the abrasive wear is analyzed in the literary part. The researches of other authors on the abrasive wear and their results are surveyed. Laboratory equipment for carrying out the abrasive wear researches is introduced. Optimal mount of laboratory simulation for modeling polymeric material wear in the abrasive environment is chosen. The testing materials‘ properties are characterized. The results of researches on polymeric materials, used in enginery, on the wear in the abrasive environment are presented. The carried out research showed that wear results of the same materials under different testing conditions (“polymer-abrasive”, “polymer-steel disc” ASTM G176-03) the dependence of wear on hardness end on the coefficient of friction differs. That is influenced by the choice of polymeric materials. The scope of the work is 62 pages: 57 pictures, 1 table, 7 appendixes are included, 25 sources of literature were referred to in this work.

Magistratūros baigiamajame darbe buvo analizuojamas jūrinio transportinio laivo korpuso korozinis dilimas ir jo priežastys, pateikiami defektacijos metodai, vertinami eksperimentinių matavimų metu gauti rezultatai. Baigiamasis darbas susideda iš teorinės, eksperimentinės ir praktinės dalies. Teorinėje dalyje apžvelgtos laivo korpuso nusidėvėjimo problemos, apžvelgti klasifikacinių bendrovių reikalavimai laivo korpuso būklei, išnagrinėtos laivo korpuso remonto technologijos. Eksperimentinėje dalyje pateiktos balkerio ,,LEDI CHRIS“ korpuso konstrukcijų liekamojo storio matavimo ultragarsiniu stormačiu rezultatai, palyginti matavimų duomenys, gauti laivo korpuso defektacijos tyrimo metu 2002, 2007 ir 2012 m., nustatytos labiausiai korozinio proceso paveiktos laivo konstrukcijos. Praktinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje buvo atlikti skaičiavimai, siekiant nustatyti laivo korpuso lakštu stipruma po korozijos poveikio ir apskaičiuota tikimybes analize.
The master‘s thesis analyses the causes of the corrosive wear in marine transport ships. It is further followed by the examples of the flaw detection methods and the assessment of the results obtained through experimental measurements. The thesis has theoretical, experimental and practical parts to it. The theoretical part entails the review of the issues related to the depreciation of the ship‘s hull. Moreover, the theory includes the overview of the requirements imposed by the classification society in regards to the condition of the ship‘s hull. The thesis also brings forth the examination of the repair technology that is being used in connection to such issues. The experimental section of the thesis entails the residual thickness measurements of the hull structures obtained through the ultrasonic calipers that were applied on the bunker „LEDI CHRIS“. The comparison of the measurements‘results is also provided, based mainly on the data taken from the flaw detection test that was administered in the years 2002, 2007 and 2012. Additionally, the thesis identifies the structures of the ship that were impacted the most by the process of the corrosion. Last but not least, the practical part of the thesis presents calculations that were conducted in order to determine the durability of the ship‘s hull plating that was affected by the corrosion. The thesis concludes with the probability analysis of the corrosion causes.

Abstract:
Šiame darbe atlikti biologinių tepamųjų medžiagų tribologinių savybių tyrimai bei aptariami gauti rezultatai. Tirtas grynas ir sekančiais priedais modifikuotas rapsų aliejus: stearino rūgštimi, oleino rūgštimi, monogliceridais, monodigliceridais bei jų kompozicijomis. Tyrimų rezultatai rodo, kad rapsų aliejus, modifikuotas įvardintomis medžiagomis bei jų mišiniais, efektyviau slopina dilimą, o trintį mažina efektyviau net už komercines biologines alyvas. Nnustatyta, kad rapsų aliejus modifikuotas oleino rūgštimi geriau slopina dilimą lyginant su grynu rapsų aliejumi. Rapsų aliejaus mišinys su 2% oleino rūgšties ir 0,5% monodigliceridų priedais ne tik užtikrina mažus trinties nuostolius tribosistemoje, bet šie nuostoliai viso standartinio keturių bandymo metu turi tendenciją mažėti.
At this work there are accomplished researches of biological properties of lubricating materials bio-tribological features and disputed obtained results. This work discusses bio-tribological properties of lubricating materials results. Tests were used rapeseed oil additives modified next: stearic acid, oleic acid, monoglycerides, monodiglycerides and their compositions. Investigation shows, that the modification of rapeseed oil substances and mixtures there of effectively inhibits wear and effectively reduces friction, even for commercial bio oil. The investigation revealed that the modified rapeseed oil oleic acid improves friction surfaces to wear protection. It was found that a mixture of rapeseed oil with 2% oleic acid and 0.5% monodiglycerides accessories not only ensure the minimum of friction losses in the moment, but these losses during the test have a tendency to decrease.

Tekinimas yra vienas iš svarbiausių metalo apdirbimo būdų detalių gamyboje. Tekinimo įrankis turi ypač didelę reikšmę šiame procese, jis pjaunamąsias savybes praranda dėl pjaunančiųjų briaunų ištrupėjimo, pjaunančiojo pleišto plastinės deformacijos ir ypač dėl peilio darbinio paviršių dilimo. Norint parinkti optimalius pjovimo rėžimus ir įrankius, reikia nustatyti pagrindinius veiksnius, turinčius įtakos tam procesui. Tad gamybinėje įmonėje atlikti aliumininių detalių apdirbimo, smulkiagrūdžio karbido tekinimo plokštelėmis stebėjimai, norint išsiaiškinti pagrindinius veiksnius turinčius įtakos plokštelių nusidėvėjimui. Buvo pasirinktos trys plokštelės, kurios dirbo skirtingais režimais. Užfiksuoti plokštelių išdirbiai, bei nudilimo tipai pagal plokštelių viršūnių pakitimus. Iš gautų duomenų nustatyta, kad daugiausia įtakos plokštelių nusidėvėjimui turi abrazyvinis, difuzinis ir adhezinis dilimai.
Turning is the most popular in metal working and cutting tool has big dispose in this work. The durability of the cutting tool depends of the tool accuracy, quality, of the setting parameters, of the cutting regime and the formation of motion. The cutting tool loses its quality for the following reasons: cracking of the cutting edges; plastic deformation of the cutting tool and most important cutting tool working edge attrition. In the production facility was during the observation after aluminum parts production, where they were processed fine grain carbide turning plates. For research the main factors for affecting the plates wear. Three plates were chosen, which worked in different operating modes. Was recorded plates output and types of wear, by geometry changing of plates head. From the data obtained revealed that the main influencing the wear plate wear is abrasive, diffuse, and adhesive wear.

Praktikoje dažnai sutinkama problema – ribotas trinties porų detalių tarnavimo laikas. Sąlyginai greitas triboporos „velenas – riebokšlis“ sudilimas sąlygoja alyvos pratekėjimą bei patekimą į aplinką ir be mašinos prastovos gedimo šalinimui bei su tuo susietų išlaidų, prisideda ir opi globalinė problema – aplinkos tarša, dažniausiai mineralinės kilmės medžiagomis. Šių trinties porų ilgaamžiškumo padidinimas padeda mažinti mašinos eksploatacines išlaidas. Atsižvelgiant į tai, aktualu stengtis padidinti dažnai gendančių detalių resursą, pasitelkiant įvairias tribotechnines medžiagas, įvairius paviršių apdirbimo technologinius metodus. Todėl išsikėlėme tikslą: ištirti radialinio sandarinimo trinties porų „velenas – riebokšlis“ tribologinį patikimumą, kai veleno paviršius yra skirtingų medžiagų bei panaudotos skirtingos tribologinės paskirties dangos. Buvo tirtas velenėlių paviršių (1. grūdinto plieno 45, 2. chromo dangos, 3. chromo dangos su FOLEOX danga, 4. plieno 45 apdirbto NABA) dilimas. Taip pat tirta FOLEOX įtaka šiurkštumui, kietumui bei įvertinti riebokšlių – velenų trinties momentai. Buvo nustatyta, kad chromuotų velenų su FOLEOX danga nusidėvėjimas mažiausias.
In practice is often found problem – limited life of friction pairs. Relatively fast tribopair “shaft – seal” wear leads oil leakage, what causes downtime for machine repair and associated costs, but also causes the global problem – pollution to the environment, mainly with mineral materials. Increase of these wear pair durability helps to reduce the exploitation costs. Considering, mentioned above is relevant try to increase the life of the parts who fails often by using different tribotechnical materials and different technological methods for surface manufacturing. Therefore we moved the goal: investigate the friction pairs of radial seals “shaft – seal” tribological reliability, when shaft surface is manufactured with different materials. Performed research of different shaft surfaces (1. tempered steel 45, 2. chromium surfaces, 3. chromium plated FOLEOX surface, 4. steel 45 manufactured with NABA). Was studied the influence of FOLEOX to roughness, hardness and also was evaluated shaft – seal friction torques. It was found, that chromium plated shaft with FOLEOX surface has lowest wear.

Darbe analizuojamas abrazyvinio dilimo mechanizmas. Nustatomi šiems procesams didžiausią įtaką turintys veiksniai. Analizuojama abrazyvinių dalelių formos ir jų abrazyvumo vertinimo metodika. Apžvelgiami abrazyvinio dilimo modeliai. Abrazyvinių dalelių veikiami darbinių dalių paviršiai intensyviai dyla, todėl atsižvelgiant į jų darbo sąlygas būtina tinkamai parinkti jų savybes – kietumą, stiprumą bei sudėtį (legiravimą). Šių paviršių atnaujinimui ir sustiprinimui dažnai racionalu naudoti įvairios sudėties apvirinamus sluoksnius. Šio darbo tikslas – ištirti apvirintų kietųjų sluoksnių abrazyvinio dilimo ypatybes. Taip pat, ištirti lydinių abrazyvinio dilimo įtaką dylančio paviršiaus mikrogeometriniams parametrams. Atliktais tyrimais nustatyta legiruojančių elementų įtaka apvirintų sluoksnių abrazyviniam dilimui. Nustatyta optimali apvirinto sluoksnio sudėtis abrazyvinio dilimo sumažinimui. Tai pat nustatyta, kad termiškai apdirbtų plienų ir apvirintų sluoksnių dilimo atvejais nudilimas turi ryšį su paviršiaus parametru SPQP. Tuo remiantis, matuojant paviršiaus profilį, galima prognozuoti nudilimo dydį.
There is analysis of abrasive wear mechanism in this work. The most important factors in these processes were established. There are analysed technique of abrasive particles properties and abrasive wear models. Surfaces witch are under the abrasive sway wear very fast. Considering to working conditions of these surfaces it is necessarily to choose there properties – hardness, strength and composition. For renovation and fortify of these surfaces it is often rational hard facing. The aim of this work was to estimate the influence of alloying elements content to abrasive wear. And estimate the abrasive wear influence to micro geometry of wearing surface. The influence of alloying elements to abrasive wear was estimated. To decrease abrasive wear the optimal chromium content in the arc welded alloy was investigated. Clear influence of heat treated steels and arc welded alloys abrasive wear on surface profile quality parameter SPQP is estimated. Considering with that we can measure surface profile and predict the wear rates.

Abstract:
In diesem Bericht wurde ein Übersicht über den Einfluss auf die Eigenschaften eines Reibungspaars, das Prüfungsverfahren mit Wechselbelastung, hydraulische Flüssigkeiten, die in den modernen Hydrauliksystemen eingesetzt werden, gemacht. Theoretisch wurde die Bewertungsmethodik des Verschleißes des Schiebers nach dem Volumen des verschlissenen Materials begründet, die Hertzsche Pressung und ihre Verteilung in der Kontaktzone berechnet. Die tribologischen Prüfungen wurden an der Technischen Universität Hamburg- Harburg mit Prüfstand MPH – 3 durchgeführt. Es wurden die Reibungsverluste während des Starts des Prüfstandes, des Einlaufs der Reibungspaare und der langfristigen Prüfungen festgestellt. Nach den Profilogrammen der Oberfläche des Schiebers wurde das Volumen des verschlissenen Materials berechnet. Es wurde die Bewertung der verschlissenen Oberflächen mithilfe der optischen Mikroskopie durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die fluorhaltigen Oligomere auf die Reibungsverluste während des Starts des Prüfstandes keinen wesentlichen Einfluss ausgeübt hatten. Die in der Einlaufphase modifizierten Oberflächen richteten sich nach der Belastungssteigerung. Der Verschleiß der modifizierten Oberflächen war nach dem Volumen des verschlissenen Schiebermaterials 2,3 ÷ 3,8 kleiner als bei Kontrollprüfkörper.

Pjezoelektrinių savybių turinčios medžiagos mechaninį poveikį paverčia elektriniu impulsu (ir atvirkščiai). Įrengimai su šiomis medžiagomis yra kompaktiškesni, jautresni valdymui, jų didesnis naudingumo koeficientas, be to jos nereikalauja ypatingos priežiūros eksploataciniu laikotarpiu. Bet kaip ir visuose mechanizmuose taip ir pjezoelektrinėse porose vyksta dilimas, kuris ardo medžiagos paviršių ir sutrumpina įrenginio darbingumo laiką. Tyrimams atlikti suprojektavome ir pagaminome badymų stendą. Dilimo bandymus atlikome su keleto skirtingo kietumo plieninių medžiagų: HRB 85, HRB 14. Tyrimų metu nustatėme, kad iš negrūdinto plieno (HRB 45), pagamintas bandinys sukuria 30 % didesnę sukimo momento jėgą, nei iš anglinio plieno (HRB 85). Bet jo paviršius 3,5 karto greičiau nudyla, stipriai sumažėja bandinio greitis ir sukimo momentas.
The material with piezoelectric effect transforms mechanical motion into electric impulse (and vice versa). The devices are more compact, sensible to control, having higher coefficient of efficiency and it does not require any special attention for a period of exploitation than other devices. Usually in these kind of devices the process of wane causes the disruption to the surface of the material and piezoelectric mechanism in not an exception. In order to do the research, the stand for samples has been projected and made. Several different substances were used: no temper steel (HRB 85), carbonaceous steel (HRB 45). It was found out that the sample made of steel (HRB 45) creates 30 % bigger power of turning point than created with HRB 85. However, its surface frays 3,5 times faster, the speed of the sample and its turning point slow down.

Abstract:
This thesis presents research in the area of creation of coated electrodes for hard surfacing. The principal subject of research is coated electrodes and metals deposited by means of them. The main objective of the thesis is to develop new electrode coatings, to obtain the metal having the proper mechanical properties which enable to produce the surface layers with acquire strength and resistance to abrasive wear. The application area of newly developed welding electrodes is surfacing of working parts of agricultural, mining and road-building machines. The thesis also deals with optimization of alloying elements transfer from electrode to liquid pool with a view to obtain economically alloyed deposited metal. Welding electrodes are being produced in Lithuania, multi-purpose hard-facing electrodes being among them. All over the world a lot of welding materials manufacturers produce the analogous production, but their products are expensive. A challenge to the competition in the electrodes market is to expand the production range, to offer new products whose quality and price could satisfy customer’s demands. Disertacijoje nagrinėjamas glaistytųjų elektrodų rankiniam elektrolankiniam apvirinimui kūrimas ir taikymas. Pagrindinis tyrimo objektas yra glaistytieji elektrodai ir šiais elektrodais prilydytas metalas. Pagrindinis disertacijos tikslas yra sukurti naujus elektrodų glaistus, gauti gerų mechaninių savybių metalą, kuriuo apvirinti sluoksniai būtų atsparūs abrazyviniam dilimui. Sukurtų apvirinimo elektrodų taikymo sritis yra žemės dirbimo, kalnakasybos mašinų, rūdų smulkinimo įrenginių darbinės dalys. Disertacijoje siekiama optimizuoti legiruojančiųjų elementų koncentraciją lydinyje, ir taip gauti ekonomiškai legiruotą prilydytą metalą. Lietuvoje gaminami suvirinimo elektrodai. Viena iš gaminamos produkcijos rūšių yra įvairios paskirties apvirinimo elektrodai. Pasaulyje yra daug suvirinimo medžiagų gamintojų, kurie gamina analogišką produkciją, tačiau šie elektrodai brangūs. Siekiant konkuruoti elektrodų rinkoje, būtina plėsti gaminamos produkcijos asortimentą, pateikti naujus gaminius, kurie savo kokybe ir kaina galėtų patenkinti įvairiausius vartotojų poreikius. Darbe sprendžiami du pagrindiniai uždaviniai: glaistytųjų elektrodų glaistų kūrimas ir šiais elektrodais apvirintų sluoksnių savybių tyrimas. Pirmasis uždavinys suformuluotas, atsižvelgiant į legiruojančiųjų elementų perėjimo iš elektrodo į prilydomą metalą dėsningumų tyrimą. Antrasis siejasi su apvirintų sluoksnių lydinių struktūros ir abrazyvinio dilimo tyrimu.

Skirtingos rapsų veislės skiriasi sėklų aliejingumu ir chemine sudėtimi (riebalų, baltymų, eruko rūgšties, gliukozinolatų kiekis). Todėl, remiantis sėklų sudėties skirtumais, galima iškelti hipotezę, kad ir šių veislių aliejų tribologinės savybės bus skirtingos. Tyrimų tikslas - ištirti kai kurių rapsų veislių aliejaus tribologines savybes bei įvertinti šiuos skirtumus. Šiame darbe atlikti įvairių veislių rapsų aliejaus tribologinių savybių vertinimo tyrimai bei aptariami gauti rezultatai. Tirtas grynas ir specialiais alyvų priedais modifikuotas rapsų aliejus: 1 % antioksidacinio priedo LZ 5150C ir 3 % antifrikcinio ir antidiliminio priedo LZ 5399. Tyrimų rezultatai rodo, kad skirtingų veislių rapsų aliejus pasižymi skirtingomis tribologinėmis savybėmis. Šias savybes galimai pagerina didesnis polinesočiųjų riebiųjų rūgščių kiekis. Rapsų aliejus, modifikuotas įvardintais priedais, visoms tirtoms veislėms efektyviai slopina dilimą ir trintį. Gautus darbo rezultatus bus galima naudoti parenkant biologinės kilmės bazines žaliavas bioalyvoms rapsų aliejaus pagrindu.
There is known different oiliness and chemical composition of seeds depending on rapeseed varieties (fat, protein, erucic acid, glucosinolate content). Therefore, based on seed composition differences, possible hypothesis, that the different varieties of rapeseed oil tribological properties may have differences. The aim of research is to explore tribological properties and evaluate their differences of few different varieties of rapeseed oil. At this work there are accomplished researches of evaluation of different varieties rapeseed oil tribological properties. Pure and modified with special additives rapeseed oil has been studied: used 1% oxidation inhibitors LZ 5150C and 3% anti-friction additives LZ 5399. The results show that the different varieties of rapeseed oil have different tribological properties. These properties can be improved by more polyunsaturated fatty acids. Modified with specified additives rapeseed oil effectively inhibited wear and friction for all investigated varieties. The obtained results in this work will be used in searches for new or upgrading an existing basic raw bio-oil.

Bandar Antariksa adalah kawasan di daratan yang dipergunakan sebagai landasan dan/atau peluncuran Wahana Antariksa yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas Keamanan dan Keselamatan serta fasilitas penunjang lainnya. Kajian terdahulu mengungkap bahwa ada beberapa lokasi alternatif untuk menjadi bandar antariksa yaitu Pulau Enggano di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, Pulau Biak, Morotai dan Nias. Tulisan ini mengukur kemampuan dari aspek ekonomi Pulau Enggano Bengkulu Utara untuk mendukung pembangunan Bandar Antariksa. Metode analisis adalah teori tentang pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah. Hasilnya adalah kemampuan ekonomi Pulau Enggano jika dilihat dari PDRB layak untuk dapat mendukung dibangunnya Bandar Antariksa, dimana terdapat 7 sektor dari 9 sektor yang ada, yang dapat berpotensi berpengaruh langsung dalam menumbuhkan sektor industri dan jasa.

APSCO merupakan organisasi kerja sama multilateral keantariksaan yang dibentuk oleh delapan negara di Asia Pasifik pada tahun 2005 di Beijing, Tiongkok. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penandatangan Konvensi APSCO, namun sampai sekarang belum menjadi anggota karena belum meratifikasi Konvensi tersebut. Apabila Indonesia menjadi anggota APSCO maka setiap tahunnya Indonesia harus membayar kontribusi pendanaan dan tentunya akan menambah beban anggaran pemerintah Indonesia. Untuk itu harus dibuktikan bahwa dengan kontribusi yang dibayarkan tersebut dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pembangunan keantariksaan untuk jangka pendek, jangka menengah, dan jangka panjang. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalis pentingnya APSCO bagi pembangunan keantariksaan yang dilihat tidak hanya menilai manfaat yang diperoleh dari sisi kontribusi pendanaan yang diberikan. Metoda yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah deskriptif, dan dengan menggunakan perspektif politik, analisis menghasilkan bahwa secara politik dalam APSCO sangat penting bagi Indonesia yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai wahana untuk promosi kemampuan Indonesia dalam aplikasi keantariksan kepada negara-negara anggota APSCO, dan memperoleh alih teknologi antariksa (peroketan) dari Tiongkok atau Iran melalui kegiatan atau program pengembangan teknologi antariksa, atau kegiatan pilihan lainnya yang disepakati bersama yang tidak terdapat dalam organisasi multilateral lainnya sejenis seperti APRSAF dan UNCSSTEAP.

Chapter 1 introduces the figure of the Filipina/o American balikbayan, the return migrant or expatriate. Drawing on ethnographic research conducted at the Philippine Studies Program, a heritage language program at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, this chapter maps the contours of diasporic nationalisms among Filipina/o American students in the Philippines. Diasporic nationalisms emerge at the juncture of Filipina/o American cultural nationalism and Philippine revolutionary nationalism. This chapter analyzes the gendered and sexualized tropes through which diasporic and national belonging are imagined by juxtaposing the masculinism of the figure of the Filipina/o American balikbayan with the exploited, feminized global Filipina body. Chapter 1 ends with a consideration of the relationship of the queer balikbayan to both Filipina/o American diasporic nationalisms and US LGBT cultural politics.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2020, dengan mengambil sampel sekitar 35 responden dari peternak sapi perah sekaligus melakukan pendampingan tentang bagaimana cara pembuatan biogas dan pupuk yang berasal dari slurry biogas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran peternak dalam pengelolaan limbah kotoran sapi cukup baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari inisiatif yang sudah terbentuk, serta antusiasme peternak dalam mengolah limbah kotoran sapi menjadi biogas dan pupuk dari slurry dan keberhasilan peran masyarakat dalam mengelola limbah kotoran sapi secara komprehensif.

An appropriate energy policy incorporating minimum equipment standards in procuring energy consuming devices is wanting. Standardization controls the varying energy demand of equipment without compromising the quality of services delivered. The objective is to establish minimum equipment specification standards for university procurement. A framework for determining equipment standardization was developed, end-users’ need assessments and energy audits were conducted, equipment specifications were formulated, stakeholders were consulted, and equipment policy to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability were suggested. The electricity consumption was primarily due to air-conditioning (55.3%) and lighting (26.3%). Electricity savings is attained by adopting a higher standards of air conditioning energy efficiency ratio (45%), and changing to light emitting diode for lights (31%) and for monitors (5%). It is recommended that usage profiling be conducted for all the buildings.

Maraknya penggunaan UAV dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam permasalahan hukum yang mungkin terjadi. Tulisan ini melihat permasalahan hukum apa saja yang berpotensi timbul dan apakah regulasi UAV di Indonesia sudah mengakomodir permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Penulisan dilakukan dengan metode yuridis normatif dimana akan dilihat kasus-kasus yang terjadi di negara-negara lain dan bagaimana regulasi UAV yang menjadi landasan hukum dalam penyelesaian kasus tersebut. Berdasarkan kasuskasus yang sering terjadi di negara-negara, maka permasalahan hukum yang sering terjadi adalah kerusakan di darat, tabrakan di udara, pelanggaran hak pemilik tanah, dan pelanggaran hak privasi dalam data. Melihat frekuensi insiden tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa permasalahan tersebut dapat juga terjadi di Indonesia. Dalam mengakomodir permasalahan hukum tersebut, regulasi UAV di Indonesia saat ini sudah ada, namun hanya sebatas batas penggunaan ruang udara, perizinan dan persyaratan. Walaupun peraturan-peraturan terkait lainnya dapat dijadikan landasan hukum, akan lebih baik apabila ada regulasi khusus UAV yang menampung permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut.

Sejak awal Perang Dingin, Amerika Serikat sudah dikenal sebagai salah satu negara yang paling aktif dalam melakukan pengembangan teknologi antariksa. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat dalam fenomena perlombaan keantariksaan sebagai salah satu fenomena khas dari Perang Dingin. Bila pada masa Perang Dingin perlombaan keantariksaan didasari oleh alasan politis maka fenomena perlombaan keantariksaan yang terjadi pada masa kini didasari oleh penemuan asteroid bernilai tinggi. Kemunculan asteroid yang mengandung logam mulia dengan jumlah besar menarik banyak pihak untuk menambang asteroid tersebut. Pihak pihak tersebut yaitu negara dan privat. Didasari alasan ekonomis dan menipisnya sumber daya alam beberapa negara telah membuat kerangka terkait space mining yaitu penambangan di antariksa. Negara tersebut salah satunya Amerika Serikat yang telah membuat Space Act yaitu undangundang yang mengizinkan perusahaan Amerika Serikat melakukan penambangan. Namun, undang-undang tersebut bertentangan dengan Traktat Keantariksaan 1967 yang menyatakan bahwa antariksa adalah milik umat manusia dan tidak boleh dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan pribadi. Maka berangkat dari hal tersebut, Space Act mepunyai potensi untuk mendestabilisasi politik internasional karena akan banyak negara yang bersaing untuk menambang asteroid tersebut. Politik luar negeri Indonesia terkait antariksa juga akan ikut terpengaruh karena Indonesia salah satu negara yang meratifikasi Traktat tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mencari bagaimana pengaruh pelanggaran traktat tersebut terhadap politik internasional dan politik luar negeri Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang hasilnya mendeskripsikan bahwa politik internasional tidak stabil karena adanya persaingan dan kecurigaan sementara politik luar negeri Indonesia harus memilih sikap dan blok mana yang akan diajak bekerja sama terkait space mining.

Pengujian Pupuk Ammonium Klorida BUMI IJO ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Ciparanje, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Kampus Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Lokasi penelitian memiliki ketinggian 820 m di atas permukaan laut, dan analisis laboratorium dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kimia Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor. Bahan yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah media tanam berupa tanah mineral Inceptisols. Benih jagung manis (Zea mays L.); Pupuk Anorganik Hara Makro “BUMI IJO” Ammonium Klorida; Pupuk Anorganik Tunggal Urea (45 % N), SP-36 (36 % P2O5), dan KCl (60 % K2O). Dari hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaplikasian pupuk anorganik “BUMI IJO” dengan ¾ dosis anjuran menujukan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang dengan perlakuan kontrol. Berdasarkan analisis statistik bobot tongkol dan konversi bobot hasil per hektar tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh perlakuan E (3/4 dosis anjuran) dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. Nilai Nilai Relativitas Agronomi (RAE) tertinggi 171% dicapai oleh perlakuan Pupuk Anorganik “BUMI IJO” ¾ dosis anjuran. Dilihat dari perhitungan “index benefit cost ratio” (IBCR), yaitu berdasarkan bandingan antara penerimaan yang memperoleh perlakuan dikurangi control terhadap pengeluaran yang memperoleh perlakuan dikurangi kontrol, maka pemberian Pupuk Anorganik “BUMI IJO” memperlihatkan nilai-nilai yang relatif tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan kontrol. Berdasarkan perhitungan B/C, usahatani jagung manis dengan penggunaan Pupuk Anorganik “BUMI IJO” dapat memberikan keuntungan bersih rata-rata 108 sampai 296 persen. Bila dihitung dengan biaya produksi per hektar pada musim penghujan sejak Februari - Juni 2016 dapat memberikan keuntungan bersih 1,08 – 2,96 kali dari modal yang ditanam. Pendapatan usahatani yang relatif tinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan Pupuk Anorganik “BUMI IJO” ¾ dosis anjuran (E) diikuti oleh perlakuan Pupuk Anorganik “BUMI IJO” 1 ¼ dosis anjuran (F) dan kemudian Pupuk Anorganik “BUMI IJO” 1 ½ dosis anjuran (G) lalu yang terakhir adalah perlakuan NPK Standard (B). Masingmasing sebesar Rp 60.480.000; Rp 54.038.880; Rp 53.760.000; dan Rp 47.488.560, selama 4 sampai 5 bulan (termasuk waktu persiapan tanam).

Abstract For the past years, Different Philippine local regulations have been imposed to address oil importation and to address environment concerns. One requirement is reduced emission from diesel engines and at the same time reduce the use of fossil fuels for the. In accordance to the Clean Air Act and the Biofuels Act, The Philippine government is looking for possible alternatives to fossil fuels, One of the biodiesel the country is currently using is coconut methyl ester due to the abundance of coconut trees in the country. This research shows the performance and emission characteristics of diesel blended with coconut methyl ester in a CRDi Passenger van and will help the government justify the increase in blend percentage mandated in commercial fuels. This study is investigates 0%, 2%, 5% 10% and 20% Coconut Methyl Ester (CME)-diesel blends. The experiment consisted of Japanese 10-15 standard drive cycle test, steady state test at 40,60, & 80 kph was performed in the Vehicle Research and Testing Laboratory in the University of the Philippines Diliman equipped with chassis dynamometer, fuel flow meter and emissions analyzer. Performance parameters measured are Power, Specific Fuel Consumption and Mileage, while emission characteristics for CO, NOx, THC are measured. PM measurements were not measured for this experiment. In both Drive cycle and steady state test specific fuel consumption and mileage improved with addition of CME, however results showed they are independent of CME percentage. The best improvement was observed with 5%CME blended with neat diesel at 4.8% and 8.5% for drive cycle and steady state test respectively. Majority of the CME-diesel blends showed decrease in emission specifically in CO and THC emission which is consistent to published literature. For both steady state test and drive cycle test up to 29.5% decrease inn CO and up to 64% decrease in THC was observed. This can be attributed to the overall lean mixtures and in the increase of oxygenated fuel at higher CME blends. NOx emission however is consistent for all fuel blends in the drive cycle test while for the steady state test NOx emission is dependnt on the engine speed. Decreasing trend was obtained for 40 and 60 km/h while increasing trend was obtrained at 80 km/h, with respect to %CME. Average power produced for all the speeds was basically constant for all the blends as compared with neat diesel. Lastly, maximum power showed insignificant changes although majority of the blends showed a minimal power reduction as compared to neat diesel.
