Abstract:

Hanoi, à travers une longue histoire de plusieurs milliers d'années, dispose de très riche héritage patrimonial, souvenirs de son développement. Ces témoignages historiques sont exprimés par la présence de valeurs culturelles matérielles et immatérielles. L’architecture est considérée comme une représentante complète pour identifier ces traces historiques.Cependant, pour ces vieux centres urbains millénaires comme Hanoi, il existe un phénomène symbiotique. La conservation des valeurs culturelles anciennes dans le contexte de modernisation est la source du risque de négligence ou d’abus pour les patrimoines culturels. Pour les pays en développement, notamment les pays asiatiques comme le Vietnam, l'objectif de développement rapide afin de rattraper et de dépasser les pays développés est un fort désir. Il y a donc un très fort enjeu pour la conservation des valeurs culturelles traditionnelles. Cela conduit souvent à des relations antagonistes entre conservation de l’héritage historique et développement. En effet, pour un développement économique fort, on a besoin parfois d’ignorer les besoins culturels et spirituels, directement liés à la vie communautaire.Les patrimoines architecturaux souffrent de l’«indifférence» et divisent la communauté. Il s’agit dans cette thèse de proposer une approche différente pour nous aider à voir que la cause de ces problèmes est non seulement due à des besoins de développement économique, des aspirations pour enrichir la communauté, mais aussi un manque d'informations sur les valeurs de l'architecture du patrimoine culturel. C’est une lacune dans la gestion des collectivités locales et dans la prise de conscience du peuple. Une telle exigence est de combler cette lacune. De ce fait, je me permets de soumettre mon mémoire sous le thème Préservation et promotion des valeurs de l'architecture des Đình dans le vieux quartier de Hanoi – le patrimoine architectural et urbain du Vietnam
Hanoi, through a long history of several thousand years, has a very rich heritage heritage, memories of its development. These historical testimonies are expressed by the presence of material and intangible cultural values. Architecture is considered as a complete representative to identify these historical traces.However, for these old millennial urban centers like Hanoi, there is a symbiotic phenomenon. The preservation of ancient cultural values in the context of modernization is the source of the risk of neglect or abuse of cultural heritage. For developing countries, especially Asian countries such as Vietnam, the goal of rapid development to catch up and overtake developed countries is a strong desire. There is therefore a very strong stake for the conservation of traditional cultural values. This often leads to antagonistic relationships between conservation of historical heritage and development. Indeed, for a strong economic development, we sometimes need to ignore cultural and spiritual needs, directly related to community life.The architectural heritages suffer from "indifference" and divide the community. The purpose of this thesis is to propose a different approach to help us see that the cause of these problems is not only due to economic development needs, aspirations to enrich the community, but also a lack of information about values of the cultural heritage architecture. This is a gap in the management of local communities and in the awareness of the people. Such a requirement is to fill this gap. Therefore, I allow myself to submit my thesis under the theme Conservation and promotion of the values of the Đình architecture in the old district of Hanoi - the architectural and urban heritage of Vietnam

Abstract:

Wastewater, especially non-treated wastewater from different sources is one of causes for surface and ground water pollution. However, the monitoring of wastewater quality has not been regularly implemented. This paper presents the preliminary observation results of the wastewater quality of different sources such as domestic, fishery processing, husbandry, agricultural runoff and irrigation canals in some coastal communes of Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province in 2017 - 2018. The results showed variation values of some variables as following: pH: 3.4 to 8.7; DO: 1.1 – 7.6 mg/l; conductivity: 0.01 – > 99.9 S/m; Suspended solids: 7 – 599 mg.L-1; nitrate (NO3-): 0.01-1.74 mgL-1; ammonium (NH4+): 0.01 - 3.99 mgNL-1, phosphate (PO43-): < 0.01– 3.05 mgPL-1, total phosphorus: 0.01 – 5.03 mgPL-1. The values of some variables such as DO, pH, nitrite, ammonium, suspended solids and phosphate at some observation time exceeded the allowed values of the Vietnamese standards for domestic wastewater quality, for industrial wastewater quality and for surface water quality. Among these different wastewaters observed, the higher contents of nutrients were found for domestic wastewater. The results provide a dataset for environmental managers in order to control of wastewater quality, especially for the coastal communes where coastal aquacultural areas are large like Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province.
Nước thải, đặc biệt là nước thải chưa qua xử lý từ nhiều nguồn thải khác nhau là một trong những nguyên nhân gây ô nhiễm nguồn nước mặt và nước ngầm. Tuy nhiên việc giám sát chất lượng nước, lại chưa được thường xuyên thực hiện. Bài báo trình bày kết quả khảo sát bước đầu về chất lượng nước thải sinh hoạt, chế biến thủy sản, chăn nuôi, nông nghiệp, kênh dẫn tưới tiêu tại một số xã ven biển thuộc huyện Giao Thủy, tỉnh Nam Định trong năm 2017 - 2018. Kết quả khảo sát cho thấy khoảng giá trị của một số thông số như sau: pH 3,4 – 8,7; DO: 1,1 – 7,6 mgL-1; độ dẫn điện: 0,01 – 99,9 S/m; chất rắn lơ lửng: 7 – 599 mg.L-1; nitrat (NO3-): 0.01-1.74 mgL-1; amoni (NH4+): 0.01 - 3.99 mgNL-1; phốtphat (PO43-): <0,01 - 3,05 mgPL-1 và phốtpho tổng số: 0,01 – 5,03 mgL-1. Hàm lượng một số chỉ tiêu như NO2, NH4 +, PO43-, SS tại một số thời điểm đã vượt quá giá trị cho phép theo các quy chuẩn nước thải sinh hoạt, nước thải công nghiệp và nước tưới tiêu. Trong các loại nước thải đã quan trắc, nước thải sinh hoạt có hàm lượng các chỉ tiêu dinh dưỡng cao hơn. Các kết quả nghiên cứu nhằm cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu cho các nhà quản lý về việc kiểm soát chất lượng nước thải, đặc biệt là các xã ven biển có diện tích nuôi trồng thủy sản khá lớn như huyện Giao Thủy, tỉnh Nam Định.

Abstract:

SammanfattningDetta examensarbete handlar om långtidssjukskrivna arbetslösa personer som har varit med i ett rehabiliteringsprojekt på Zenit Dialog AB i Hässleholm, detta är ett kunskapscenter inom arbetsliv, hälsa och lärande. Vårt syfte med arbetet är att undersöka på vilket sätt Zenits rehabilitering har påverkat långtidssjukskrivna arbetslösas möjligheter att återgå till arbete. Våra tre frågeställningar är följande:•På vilket sätt har rehabiliteringen påverkat individens personliga utveckling och hans/hennes framtida möjligheter på arbetsmarknaden? •Vad var det som gjorde att en del fick arbete medan andra förblev arbetslösa?•Hur skulle en professionell studie- och yrkesvägledning kunna vara till hjälp i Zenits arbete med långtidssjukskrivna arbetslösa?Metoden vi har valt är kvalitativ och vi har intervjuat sex personer, tre som har fått arbete efter avslutad rehabilitering och tre som fortfarande är långtidssjukskrivna arbetslösa. Vi har kunnat konstatera att den rehabiliteringshjälp som Zenit erbjuder till individer som är långtidssjukskrivna har en positiv effekt på dem. Rehabiliteringen i sig påskyndar och möjliggör en snabbare återgång till arbete och bättre hälsa. Även för de personer där rehabiliteringen inte direkt har resulterat i en återgång till arbete har det istället inneburit att dessa personer fått en bättre livskvalitet.

Abstract:

The literature, Vietnamese health statistics reveal problems with the antibiotic use with misunderstanding leading to the irrational and inappropriate use of these drugs resulting in bacterial resistance together with its consequences. In Vietnam the public healthcare service is provided at community level based on a system of communes. Here it is accepted that health centres are located in each rural area but that, public health workers are disadvantaged especially with regard to their educated/training, but are still mainly responsible for provision of healthcare including administration of antibiotics. The main aim of this study was to develop a conceptual framework for an education and training model for public health workers to reduce antibiotic misuse. It was piloted among the population in Myloc district, Nam Dinh province Vietnam but could be transferable to other rural areas in Vietnam. Thus, as a starting point baseline measures were taken using method triangulation in order to evaluate the current situation of antibiotic use in this study location. This survey revealed a very high rate of antibiotic administration (79.8%) of which more than half (54%) were incorrectly prescribed for non-infectious conditions. It also revealed misunderstandings andlimited knowledge and perceptions regarding the use of antibiotics, and that staff had received littlepost basic training and education.These findings provided baseline data for the development of the training programme. Through reviewing theories of learning, principles of adult learning and teaching, the basic philosophies of experiential learning from the western world were taken into account then adapted to the Vietnamese context, especially to the situation of the commune health workers. The model was developed, based on Kolb’s (1984) experiential learning cycle, with modifications to fit with Vietnamese condition. The model named the ‘Modified Kolb’s Model for Vietnam’ (MKMVN) then was used to design and implement the training programme, taken place in each commune health centre.

Abstract:

Syftet med den här uppsatsen har varit att undersöka på vilket sätt ICA-reklamen gestaltar Sverige. Med nationalism, myter och ideologi som teoretiska utgångspunkter syftar uppsatsen till att komma närmare hur myten om Sverige rekonstrueras i ICA:s reklamfilmer, samt vilken roll ICA har i det Sverige som framställs. Efter en förstudie på de av ICA:s reklamfilmer som sänts i TV det senaste halvåret har ett strategiskt val gjorts. Utifrån ett semiotiskt angreppssätt har en kvalitativ innehållsanalys genomförts på tre av ICA:s reklamfilmer från 2014. Analysen visar att genom användningen av tecken som symboliserar Sverige i reklamfilmerna konstrueras myter om den svenska familjen, svensken och Sverige. ICA bidrar därmed genom sina reklamfilmer till mytifieringen av Sverige. Slutsatserna dras till att genom de här tre reklamfilmerna gestaltar ICA Sverige som ett land med hälsosamma och medvetna invånare som helst äter svenskproducerad mat och lever i kärnfamiljskonstellationer. Samtidigt har ICA själva blivit en symbol för det svenska och representerar därmed nationell identitet. I idyllen agerar ICA-butiken som den familjära mittpunkten för det svenska vardagslivet. Spåren av Sverige som återfinns i ICA:s reklamfilmer, till exempel debatten om föräldraledighet, firandet av svenska traditioner och (myten om) svenskens längtan efter det genuina och traditionella, bidrar till att ICA-reklamen kan ses som ett ”miniatyr-Sverige”.

Abstract:

This dissertation proposes two modified cognitive diagnostic models (CDMs), the deterministic, inputs, noisy, "and" gate with hierarchy (DINA-H) model and the deterministic, inputs, noisy, "or" gate with hierarchy (DINO-H) model. Both models incorporate the hierarchical structures of the cognitive skills in the model estimation process, and can be used for situations where the attributes are ordered hierarchically. The Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) 2003 data are analyzed to illustrate the proposed approaches. The simulation study evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed approaches under various conditions (e.g., various numbers of attributes, test lengths, sample sizes, and hierarchical structures). The simulation study attempts to address the model fits, items fit, and accuracy of item parameter recovery when the skills are in a specified hierarchy and varying estimation models are applied. The simulation analysis examines and compares the impacts of the misspecification of a skill hierarchy on various estimation models under their varying assumptions of dependent or independent attributes. The study is unique in incorporating a skill hierarchy with the conventional DINA and DINO models. It also reduces the number of possible latent classes and decreases the sample size requirements. The study suggests that the DINA-H/ DINO-H models, instead of the conventional DINA/ DINO models, should be considered when skills are hierarchically ordered. Its results demonstrate the proposed approaches to analyzing the hierarchically structured CDMs, illustrate the usage in applying cognitive diagnosis models to a large-scale assessment, and provide researchers and test users with practical guidelines.

This thesis investigates the equidistributions of zeros of random holomorphic sections of line bundles for moderate measures. It consists of two parts. In the first part, we construct a large family of singular moderate measures on projective spaces. These measures are generated by quasi-plurisubharmonic functions with Holder potentials.The second part deals with an equidistribution property in general settings. We establish an equidistribution theorem in the case of several big line bundles endowed with singular metrics. A precise convergence speed for the equidistribution is obtained
