The object of this article is to give account of the process of the construction of citizenship undertaken by the Catholic women in Sonora given from their active participation in opposition to the anticlerical politics imposed by the government emanated by the Revolution during the first third period of the XXth century. Possible dispersal and isolation mechanisms are discussed in order to explain the present distribution of these snails, and comments on ecological and speciation accounts are

Ontogenetic change in color-pattern was pronounced, however sexual dimorphism in color-pattern was slight. The mean number of dorsal scales around mid-body was 99.4. Mating occurred in late July. Females laid two clutches of eggs per season, with clutch size varying from 2-8 (X = 4.2). The maximum shelled egg dimensions were 10.5mm x 15.6mm. Hatchlings appe

Abstract:
This paper examines the institutional reform conducted at three public universities in Mexico: the University of Sonora, the University of Guadalajara, and the University of Puebla. In the universities analyzed here, reform came on the heels of conflict resulting from institutional collapse. These organizations had seen their internal control systems dissolve and their external legitimacy relationships crumble. The focus is on policy reform at the governmental level and on changes at the institutional level, especially on the political and management dimensions.
