Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keadaan disposisi berpikir kritis siswa, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi disposisi berpikir kritis siswa serta solusi untuk meningkatkan disposisi berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas XI IPS pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan pada siswa Jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Secara ontologi, terdapat dugaan bahwa siswa IPS memiliki tingkat disposisi (sikap positif) yang rendah terhadap mata pelajaran Matematika. Sementara itu secara epistemologi, disposisi berpikir kritis matematis siswa IPS sangat berguna pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas IX IPS 1 SMA Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 23 orang dengan 1 orang Guru Matematika sebagai informan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan Angket (Kuesioner) Disposisi Berpikir Kritis, Pedoman Wawancara untuk Guru dan Siswa serta Lembar Observasi Aktivitas Guru dan Siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa: 1) terdapat 5 orang siswa (22%) memiliki disposisi berpikir kritis yang tinggi; 2) terdapat 13 orang siswa (56%) memiliki disposisi berpikir kritis yang sedang; dan 3) terdapat 5 orang siswa (22%) memiliki disposisi berpikir kritis yang rendah. Rendahnya disposisi berpikir kritis siswa IPS dapat ditanggulangi dengan memberikan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa IPS dalam pembelajaran matematika serta diklat peningkatan kompetensi guru seperti PKB dan PKP. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive approach with field research type on Social (IPS) Major Students. Ontologically, there is a notion that IPS students has a lower disposition (positive attitude) through Mathematics subject. Otherwise, epistemologically, students’ critical thinking disposition on IPS students is usefull in their daily life. The object of this study is all of XI IPS 1 state senior high school (SMA) 5 students that contain 23 students with 1 mathematics teacher as the research informer. This study use critical thinking disposition quationnaire, interview guidelines for teacher and students then observation sheet for teacher and student’s activity. According to the data analysis result, obtain that: 1) there are 5 students (22%) has higher critical thinking disposition; 2) there are 13 students (56%) has medium critical thinking disposition; and 3) there are 5 students (22%) has lower critical thinking disposition. The lowerness of IPS students’ critical thinking disposition can be solved by applicate learning strategies that can improve IPS students’ critical thinking disposition in learning mathematics and a training to improve teacher competence like PKB dan PKP. Abstract: A debate is growing today about the ontological status of disposition in relation to the modality of natural law. This debate arose after the failure of Humean actualism to explain the basis of causality. Categoricalism tries to overcome the weaknesses of actualism by restoring the concept of disposition that is reduced to a set of categorical properties. Through such a move, categoricalism hopes to explain the basis of the disposition and yet fails to guarantee the necessity of natural law. Another alternative is to formulate a variant of dispositionalism in which dispositions are regarded as fundamental properties that are irreducible to categorical properties. Dispositionalists attempt to set up a concept of disposition which acknowledges the existence of unactualized disposition and guarantees the necessity of natural law. This essay, however, will demonstrate that dispositionalists’ solution is not free from the similar dilemma which haunts categoricalism. Abstrak: Dewasa ini berkembang perdebatan tentang status ontologis disposisi dalam kaitannya dengan modalitas hukum alam. Perdebatan ini mengemuka selepas kegagalan aktualisme Humean dalam menjelaskan landasan kausalitas. Kategorialisme mencoba mengatasi kelemahan aktualisme dengan mengembalikan konsep disposisi yang direduksi pada sekumpulan sifat kategoris. Melalui langkah ini, kategorialisme berharap dapat menerangkan landasan dari disposisi, tetapi sesungguhnya gagal mengajukan suatu konsepsi tentang hukum alam yang niscaya. Alternatifnya adalah merumuskan suatu varian dari disposisionalisme di mana disposisi adalah sifat fundamental benda yang tidak tereduksikan pada sifat kategoris. Kaum disposisionalis berupaya membangun konsepsi tentang disposisi yang, di satu sisi, mengakui adanya disposisi yang tidak teraktualisasi dan, di sisi lain, menjamin keniscayaan hukum alam. Akan tetapi, melalui artikel ini akan ditunjukkan juga bahwa solusi disposisionalis tersebut tidak lepas dari dilema serupa yang menghantui kategorialisme. Abstract: Based on the regulation of the State Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2011 concerning General Guidelines for Electronic Service Manuscripts within government agencies, the government requires all government agencies to draw up their respective electronic service manuscripts (correspondence administration information systems) , which refers to the guidelines in the regulation. In the process of official script administration carried out by the BPJS Employment Branch of Sukabumi City is the disposition of correspondence. Disposition is one of the important information notification media for this government agency. The disposition problem that occurs at the BPJS Employment of the Sukabumi City branch is a disposition process that requires a long time. This study aims to make it easier for secretaries, branch heads, department heads, and BPJS Employment staff to see the disposition of letters and manage existing correspondence data. Design and Development of Disposition Information Systems This letter uses the Waterfall system development method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) Tools. Abstract. This thinking disposition is important for a teacher and prospective teacher. However, there a prospective teacher who understands the thinking disposition. Therefore, it is important to conduct a webinar to equip prospective teachers about thinking dispositions. Before the webinar activity is carried out, it is necessary to analyze the needs for the implementation of the webinar on thinking disposition. Therefore, the purpose of this study is needed analyze implementing a webinar activity on thinking dispositions. This research method is quantitative research with a survey approach. This survey was conducted on 84 respondents consisting of 69 undergraduate students, 1 doctoral student, 10 teachers, and 4 lecturers. The survey data collected in this study consisted of questionnaire data about respondents' knowledge of thinking dispositions and their opinions in participating in webinar activities of thinking dispositions. The data of questionnaire results show that the knowledge of respondents about the thinking disposition is 38.45% which is in the very low category. Data of respondents' opinions show that 50% of respondents do not know about thinking dispositions and 42% of respondents know little about thinking dispositions. Thus the results of the questionnaire and respondents' opinions indicate that a webinar activity of thinking dispositions is needed which aims to increase students' knowledge of thinking dispositions.Keywords: needs analysis, webinar, thinking disposition.Abstrak. Disposisi berpikir ini penting untuk dimiliki oleh seorang guru dan mahasiswa calon guru. Akan tetapi, masih sedikit mahasiswa calon guru yang memahami tentang disposisi berpikir. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilaksanakan webinar dalam rangka membekali mahasiswa calon guru tentang disposisi berpikir. Sebelum kegiatan webinar dilakukan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan analisis kebutuhan pelaksanaan webinar tentang disposisi berpikir. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis kebutuhan pelaksanaan kegiatan webinar tentang disposisi berpikir. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Survei ini dilakukan terhadap 84 responden yang terdiri dari 69 mahasiswa S1, 1 mahasiswa S3, 10 Guru, dan 6 Dosen. Data hasil survei yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data angket tentang pengetahuan responden terhadap disposisi berpikir dan pendapatnya dalam mengikuti kegiatan webinar tentang disposisi berpikir. Data yang berupa hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden tentang disposisi berpikir sebesar 38,45% yang berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Data yang berupa pendapat responden menunjukkan bahwa 50% responden belum mengetahui tentang disposisi berpikir dan 42% responden hanya mengetahui sedikit tentang disposisi berpikir. Dengan demikian, hasil pengisian angket dan pendapat responden menunjukkan bahwa dibutuhkan adanya kegiatan webinar tentang disposisi berpikir yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang disposisi berpikir.Kata Kunci: analisis kebutuhan, webinar, disposisi berpikir.

Mathematical communication skills of students are still relatively low. One learning model can improve students 'mathematical communication skills and at the same time students' mathematical disposition is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The aim to be achieved is to find out the improvement of students 'mathematical communication skills and mathematical disposition using PBL models in terms of students' initial mathematical level. This research is an experimental research design with pretest posttest control group design. The research population was Grade VII students of SMP 9 Langsa. Students are grouped into two classes namely the experimental class and the control class randomly selected from eight parallel classes. The instrument used was a test of mathematical communication skills and a mathematical disposition questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA. The results showed that improving students 'mathematical communication ability and students' mathematical disposition by applying PBL learning models is better than students applying conventional learning models. There is no interaction between the PBL learning model with student level on mathematical communication skills and students' mathematical disposition. Abstrak Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dan sekaligus disposisi matematis siswa adalah model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Tujuan yang ingin dicapai ialah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dan disposisi matematis menggunakan model PBL ditinjau dari kemampuan awal matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest postest control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Langsa. Siswa dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara acak dari delapan kelas paralel. Instrumen yang digunakan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan angket disposisi matematis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan anova dua arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dan disposisi matematis siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran PBL lebih baik dari pada siswa yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran PBL dengan level siswa terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan disposisi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan disposisi matematika dan self-confidence mahasiswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Tadris Matematika (TMA) STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon semester V sebanyak 67 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan angket. Lembar observasi digunakan untuk mengamati aktivitas dosen dan mahasiswa selama perkuliahan berlangsung, serta angket diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk melihat peningkatan disposisi matematika dan Self-confidence. Pemberian angket disposisi matematika dan self-confidence dilakukan sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) dapat meningkatkan disposisi matematika dan self-confidence mahasiswa. Nilai rata-rata disposisi matematika mahasiswa sebelum perlakuan adalah 64,10, sedangkan setelah diberi perlakuan menjadi 76,91. Nilai rata-rata Self-confidence rata-rata sebelum perlakuan adalah 49,61, setelah perlakuan meningkat menjadi 59,79.Model of process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL): Improving mathematical disposition and self-confidence of students’ tadris matematika AbstractThis study was aimed to know improvement of students’ mathematical disposition and self-confidence with applying model of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL). The method of this study was descriptive quantitative. The subjects were 50 students of Tadris Matematika (TMA) STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam, Indonesia, in semester V. The instruments of this study were observation sheet and questionnaires. Observation sheet was using to observe activities of lecturer and students on learning process, while questionnaire was giving to students to know improvement of their mathematical disposition and self-confidence. The students filled the questionnaire before and after they were given a treatment. Based on the results of this study it could be concluded that model of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) could improve students’ mathematical disposition and self-confidence. The average score of students’ mathematical disposition in pre-treatment was 64.10 and after treatment was 76.91. While, the average score of students’ self-confidence in pre-treatment was 49.61 and after treatment was 59.79.

Abstract:
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar kontribusi disposisi matematis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Tahap pertama dengan memberikan angket disposisi matematis kepada siswa serta mengumpulkan nilai prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Disposisi matematis dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan tujuh indikator, yaitu 1) percaya diri dalam menggunakan matematika, 2) fleksibel dalam melakukan kerja matematika (bermatematika), 3) gigih dan ulet dalam mengerjakan tugas-tugas matematika, 4) memiliki rasa ingin tahu dalam bermatematika, 5) melakukan refleksi terhadap cara berpikir dan kinerja pada diri sendiri dalam belajar matematika, 6) menghargai aplikasi matematika, dan 7) mengapresiasi peranan matematika/pendapat tentang matematika. Prestasi belajar matematika siswa diperoleh dari hasil ujian ulangan harian siswa tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis, sehingga hasil analisis regresi diperoleh yaitu: persamaan regresi Y=3,06 + 0,76X ; rxy = 0,468 dan Fhit = 6,448 dengan p-value = 0,018 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Hal ini berarti ada kontribusi positif disposisi matematis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa.Koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,9% menunjukkan bahwa disposisi matematis memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,9% sedangkan 78,1% dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor lainnya seperti kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran, minat, kecerdasan, kemampuan kognitif, guru dan sebagainya. Kata Kunci: disposisi matematis, prestasi belajar matematika Contribution of Mathematical Disposition to Student’s Mathematics Achievement of Class VIII SMPN 3 Tambusai Abstract his study aims to see how much the contribution of mathematical disposition to mathematics learning achievement. This type of research is an ex post facto research. The first stage provides mathematical disposition questionnaires to students as well as collecting students' mathematics learning achievement. The mathematical disposition in this study is measured by seven indicators, namely 1) confident in using mathematics, 2) flexible in doing mathematical work (math), 3) persistent and tenacious in doing mathematics tasks, 4) having a curiosity in math, 5) reflecting on the way of thinking and self-performance in learning mathematics, 6) appreciating the application of mathematics, and 7) appreciating the role of mathematics / opinion about mathematics. The achievement of student's mathematics learning is obtained from the result of daily exam of student of academic year 2016/2017. The data that have been collected is analyzed, so that the regression analysis results are obtained: regression equation Y = 3.06 + 0.76X; rxy = 0,468 and Fhit = 6,448 with p-value = 0,018 <0,05 then Ho is rejected. This means there is a positive contribution of mathematical disposition to student's mathematics learning achievement. The coefficient of determination of 21.9% indicates that mathematical disposition contributes 21.9% while 78.1% is influenced by several other factors such as students' ability to understand the subject matter, interest, intelligence, cognitive ability, teacher and so on. <p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberagaman ide siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kreativitas siswa yang memiliki disposisi matematis tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, sehingga kehadiran peneliti sangat penting karena peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen utama. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket, tes dan wawancara. Instrumen penunjang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket disposisi matematis, soal tes masalah matematika, dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan mengacu terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini reduksi data dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan siswa kedalam tingkat disposisi matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah melalui angket disposisi matematis siswa. Selanjutnya data disajikan berupa deskripsi karakteristik tingkat kreativitas siswa yang memiliki disposisi matematis tinggi dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Selanjutnya dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi waktu untuk memeriksa keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah siswa memiliki tingkat kreativitas 4 dan 3.</p><p> </p><p><em>The research motivated by the student's idea of diversity in mathematic problems solving. This research aims to describe student’s level of creativity that has high mathematic disposition. This research is qualitative research, so the presence of researcher is very important because researcher acted as the main instrument. In this research, the techniques of data collection are questionnaire, test, and interview. While instruments that use in this study are student’s mathematic disposition questionnaire, the test of mathematic problems solving and guidelines for interviews. The analysis data used are data reduction, data displayed, and conclusions. In this research, data reduction was done by grouping students into mathematical disposition rate high, medium, and low using student’s mathematic disposition questionnaire. Then, data are presented in the form of a description of the characteristics of student’s level of creativity that have the high mathematic disposition in mathematic problems solving. Furthermore, it carried out the withdrawal of the conclusion. Researcher uses triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of this research are the student has creativity level 4 and 3.</em></p>

Abstract:
<p>This quasi-experimental quantitative research aims to improve the written communication skills of mathematical disposition students of grade 10 social studies-track students at a public high school in Jakarta. The design of this study was one group pretest-post test design with a sample of 36 people. Based on the mathematical written communication test, results obtained showed that the average pretest value was 55.74 and the average posttest value was 79.39. The t-test results also showed that the study showed (0.00 &lt;0.05), then is rejected. This means that the TTW type of cooperative learning influences mathematical written communication skills. The results of the mathematical disposition questionnaire also showed that the average mathematical disposition before treatment was 57.563 (medium category) and the average value of mathematical disposition after treatment was 63.382 (high category). This shows that the mean of using TTW type of cooperative learning influences mathematical disposition.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Penelitian kuantitatif <em>quasi eksperiment</em> ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi tertulis dan disposisi matematis siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 50 Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah one group <em>pretest-posttest</em> design dengan sampel sebanyak 36 orang. Berdasarkan hasil tes kemampuan komunikasi tertulis matematis diperoleh bahwa rata-rata nilai <em>pretest </em> adalah 55,74 dan rata-rata nilai <em>posttest</em> adalah 79,39. Hasil uji <em>t </em>juga menunjukkan bahwa penelitian menunjukkan (0,00&lt;0,05), maka ditolak. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe <em>Think-Talk-Write</em> berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi tertulis matematis. Hasil angket disposisi matematis juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata disposisi matematis sebelum perlakuan adalah 57, 563 (kategori sedang) dan rata-rata nilai disposisi matematis sesudah perlakuan adalah 63,362 (kategori tinggi).<em> </em>Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa berarti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW berpengaruh terhadap disposisi matematis. </p>

Abstract:
The writing of this article is a survey research with the aim of knowing the relationship between mathematical disposition and self-efficacy of PGSD/ PGMI students in universities throughout Indonesia. This study used a total of 37 public and private universities with 357 students using questionnaire data collection techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive. In addition, data analysis used Spearman's Rho. The results explained that the mathematical disposition with self-efficacy of PGSD / PGMI students in Indonesia based on the average questionnaire filling reached a correlation coefficient of 0.612 which was included in the very strong category. Sig. Value (2-tailed) obtained 0,000 which is smaller than 0.01 which means that there is a significant relationship between mathematical disposition variables and self-efficacy. This caused a strong positive relationship between mathematical disposition and student self-efficacy. AbstrakPenulisan artikel ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan tujuan mengetahui hubungan disposisi matematis dan self-efficacy mahasiswa PGSD/PGMI yang berada di Universitas se-Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek yang berjumlah 37 universitas negeri dan swasta dengan 357 mahasiswa dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data penyebaran angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Selain itu, analisis data menggunakan Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa disposisi matematis dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa PGSD/PGMI yang berada di Indonesia berdasarkan rata-rata pengisian angket mencapai koefisien korelasi 0.612 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen menggunakan posttest only non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kendari. Dua kelas dipilih secara purposive sampling sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu kelas XI-MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI-MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes higher-order thinking skills dan angket disposisi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata higher-order thinking skills siswa yang belajar dengan model creative problem solving lebih baik dari siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan saintifik, sedangkan jika ditinjau dari tingkat disposisi matematis, siswa yang tingkat disposisi matematisnya tinggi memiliki rata-rata higher-order thinking skills yang lebih baik dibanding siswa yang tingkat disposisinya sedang dan rendah. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan tingkat disposisi matematis terhadap rata-rata higher-order thinking skills siswa. The instruments used in this study were a higher-order thinking skills test and a mathematical disposition questionnaire. The results of this study show that the mean of higher-order thinking skills of students who studied with creative problem-solving models was better than students who studied with a scientific approach, while from the level of mathematical disposition, students with higher-level mathematical dispositions have better mean higher-order thinking skills than students with moderate and low disposition level. However, there is no effect of interaction between learning models and the level of mathematical disposition to the average higher-order thinking skills of students.

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan disposisi matematis siswa adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS) yang menjadikan siswa mandiri, aktif dan fokus dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan disposisi matematis siswa dengan menggunakan model SSCS dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII C (eksperimen) dan VIII D (kontrol) semester 2 SMPN 2 Kota Serang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan skala disposisi matematis. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji perbedaan rata-rata. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran SSCS lebih baik dari siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Disposisi matematis yang menggunakan model pembelajaran SSCS memiliki peningkatan yang lebih rendah atau sama dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran SSCS bisa diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis namun kurang efektif dalam peningkatan disposisi matematis siswa SMP. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis, Disposisi Matematis, Model Pembelajaran Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS) ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low mathematics learning result of students in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the improvement of the ability to comprehend mathematical concepts and mathematical disposition of students by using SSCS model in mathematics learning. This research uses quasi experimental method with non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of this research are class VIII C (experiment) and VIII D (control) semester 2 SMPN 2 Serang City. The instrument used in this research is the ability to comprehend mathematical concepts and mathematical disposition scale. Data of this study were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, two-party test, and one-party test. The conclusion of this research is the ability of understanding mathematical concepts of students using SSCS learning model better than students using conventional learning model. While mathematical dispositions using SSCS learning models have a lower or equal increase with students using conventional learning models. Thus the SSCS learning model can be applied to improve the comprehension of mathematical concepts but less effective in improving mathematical disposition of Junior High School students. Performance requires students to be actively involved in completing the task, because it is considered not only the products, but the more important is the skill to finish the task. The other important thing to consider in developing a student's performance is a mathematical disposition. Project Based Learning (PjBL) is a technique to make sure students become productive, since they will be working in a project learning activities that makes it more interesting and real so that students are able to develop mathematical performance and disposition. This study aims to analyze the development of the student's performance in completing the task groups and individuals as well as the disposition of its mathematical through the application of the model PjBL. The data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Research result, it is known that 1) student develops their performance in completing a task group to carry out all stages of the completion of the task. 2) Student develops their performance in completing individual tasks to carry out all stages of the completion of the task. 3) Student’s mathematical disposition after learning with PjBL experiencing growth than before the application of the model, particularly on indicators of interest and curiosity. Abstrak Kinerja menuntut siswa aktif dalam menyelesaikan tugas, karena yang dinilai bukan hanya produk yang dihasilkan, tetapi lebih dipentingkan keterampilan yang dimiliki dalam menyelesaikannya. Hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam mengembangkan kinerja adalah disposisi matematis siswa. Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) membuat siswa menjadi produktif, karena mereka akan bekerja dalam sebuah proyek yang aktivitas belajarnya lebih menarik dan nyata sehingga siswa mampu mengembangkan kinerja dan disposisi matematisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan kinerja siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas kelompok dan individu serta disposisi matematisnya melalui penerapan model PjBL. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa 1) siswa mengembangkan kinerjanya dalam menyelesaikan tugas kelompok dengan melaksanakan seluruh tahap penyelesaian tugas. 2) siswa mengembangkan kinerjanya dalam menyelesaikan tugas individu dengan melaksanakan seluruh tahap penyelesaian tugas. 3) disposisi matematis siswa sesudah pembelajaran dengan model PjBL mengalami perkembangan dibandingkan sebelum penerapan model tersebut, terutama pada indikator minat dan keingintahuan. This study aims to analyze the mathematical disposition of vocational students. The research model used is descriptive qualitative. Mathematical disposition is the ability of students to solve problems in mathematics. Mathematical disposition is important for students in everyday life. But there are still many difficulties encountered by students in solving problems. This was evidenced when the researcher carried out a preliminary study at the Kediri Vocational High School PGRI, which found that some students were less able to solve mathematical problems with confidence, as well as other indicators that showed weak mathematical dispositions. This is reinforced by the teacher's statement that in addition to the weak concept being mastered, students lack confidence in solving math problems given by the teacher. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in knowing more about the disposition of mathematics students given mathematical problems whose results are resolved based on the steps to solve problems according to Polya's theory. This study aims to describe students' mathematical dispositions based on problem solving steps. The instruments used are student worksheets and interview sheets. The subjects of this study were students of class XI of Hidayatus Sholihin Vocational School, who were capable of the Department of Computer and Network Engineering. The results of the trial show that students with moderate mathematical abilities have different mathematical dispositions, namely moderate and low. Students who are capable of going through 3 steps to solve the problem, while the low ability can only do 1 step. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disposisi matematis siswa SMK. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Disposisi matematis adalah kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam matematika. Disposisi matematis penting bagi siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun masih banyak dijumpai kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Hal ini dibuktikan ketika peneliti melaksanakan studi pendahuluan di SMK PGRI Kediri yaitu didapati beberapa siswa kurang mampu menyelesaikan masalah matematika dengan percaya diri, serta indikator lain yang menunjukkan disposisi matematisnya lemah. Hal ini diperkuat dengan penyataan guru bahwa selain lemahnya konsep yang dikuasai, siswa kurang percaya diri dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika yang diberikan oleh guru. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut disposisi matematika siswa dengan diberikan masalah matematika yang hasilnya penyelesaian masalahnya dikaji berdasarkan langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah menurut teori Polya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan disposisi matematis siswa berdasarkan langkah penyelesaian masalah. Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah lembar kerja siswa dan lembar wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Hidayatus Sholihin Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan yang berkemampuan sedang. Hasil Uji coba menunjukkan siswa berkemampuan matematis sedang memiliki disposisi matematis yang berbeda, yakni sedang dan rendah. Siswa berkemampuan sedang melewati 3 langkah penyelesaian masalah, sedangkan kemampuan rendah mampu hanya melakukan 1 langkah.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan metakognisi siswa SD dalam pemecahan masalah berdasarkan disposisi matematis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 siswa kelas V yang masing-masing memiliki disposisi matematis rendah, disposisi matematis sedang, dan disposisi matematis tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket/kuisioner, Tes Kemampuan Metakognisi (TKM), pedoman wawancara, dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik yaitu dengan cara mengambil data yang sama dengan teknik yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek dengan disposisi matematis rendah kurang mampu merencanakan, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi. Subjek dengan disposisi matematis sedang mampu merencanakan, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi. Subjek dengan disposisi matematis tinggi sangat mampu merencanakan, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkan disposisi matematis siswa mempengaruhi kemampuan metakognisi siswa SD dalam pemecahan masalah. ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to identify the metacognition abilities of elementary school students in problem solving based on mathematical dispositions. This research is a qualitative research with an explorative approach. The subjects in this study were 3 students from 5th grade with a low, medium, and high mathematical disposition. Questionnaire, Metacognition Ability Test (MAT), interview guidelines, and observation sheets are used in this study to get the data. Data analysis techniques used is the Milles and Huberman models, which are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validity is checkec by using technical transcription by taking the same data with different techniques. The results are subject with low mathematical dispositions is not able to plan, monitor, and evaluate. Subject with mathematical dispositions is able to plan, monitor, and evaluate. Subject with high mathematical dispositions is very capable in planning, monitoring, and evaluating. The conclusion of this study is student’s mathematical disposition affects the ability of elementary school students in problem solving. Pembelajaran matematika yang terjadi selama ini belum memfasilitasi siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan representasi matematisnya. Kemampuan representasi matematis siswa dapat ditinjau dari berbagai dimensi, salah satunya yaitu gaya kognitif. Gaya kognitif mempengaruhi siswa dalam memahami materi dan permasalahan. Selain itu, disposisi matematis sebagai salah satu kompetensi sosial juga perlu dikembangkan agar siswa gigih dalam menyelesaikan masalah, menyukai matematika, dan dapat belajar dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran open-ended berbasis etnomatematika ditinjau dari gaya kognitif siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis dan disposisi matematis siswa yang layak digunakan. Berdasarkan uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh ahli, diperoleh nilai silabus yaitu 3,63, RPP sebesar 3,71, modul sebesar 3,74, ADM sebesar 3,86, TRM sebesar 3,83, dan pedoman wawancara sebesar 3,80. Seluruh perangkat pembelajaran dan instrumen tes termasuk pada kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran open-ended berbasis etnomatematika ditinjau dari gaya kognitif siswa valid digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan representasi dan disposisi matematis siswa. ABSTRACT Mathematics learning so far has not facilitated students to develop their mathematical representation ability. The students' mathematical representation ability can be reviewed from various dimensions, one of them is cognitive style. Cognitive style affects the students in understanding the material and the problems. Moreover, mathematical disposition as one of social competence also needs to be developed so the students persevere in solving problems, like mathematics, and can learn with full of responsibility. The purpose of this study was to develop an open-ended learning instrumens based on ethnomatematics in terms of students' cognitive style to improve mathematical representation and mathematical disposition of students which are eligible to use. Based on validity test conducted by the expert, the values of obtained syllabus, lesson plan, module, ADM, TRM, and interview guidance respectively are 3.63, 3.71, 3.74, 3.86, 3.83, and 3.80. All of learning and test instrumens included on very good criteria. Based on these results, the open-ended learning instrumens based on ethnomatematics in terms of the cognitive style of students valid to be used to improve students' mathematical representation and disposition. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) disposisi matematis anak memiliki potensi kemunculan lebih banyak pada aktifitas pembelajaran yang menggunakan media nyata dan berbasis aktifitas untuk anak, dan 2) anak usia 3-4 tahun menununjukkan kecenderungan disposisi matematis berkembang pada aspek percaya diri terhadap kemampuan matematika dan rasa ingin tahu terhadap matematika. Sedangkan pada usia 4-5 tahun, cenderung menunjukkan kemunculan disposisi matematis yang dominan pada kepercayaan diri, rasa ingin tahu, daya cipta, serta sedikit frekuensi kemunculan pada ketekunan, fleksibilitas dan apresiasi matematis. ABSTRACT This article is the result of research that aims to describe 1) mathematics learning that can develop mathematical dispositions of children in group A PAUD Permata Hati Aisyiyah, and 2) describe the tendency of mathematical dispositions of children aged 3-5 years in group A PAUD Permata Hati Aisyiyah. Qualitative research with a case study method used in this research. The research subjects were group A students of Permata Hati Aisyiyah PAUD, Tasikmalaya City. The results showed that 1) the mathematical disposition of children has more potential for emergence in learning activities that use real object and activity-based for children, and 2) 3-4 year olds show a tendency for mathematical dispositions to develop on aspects of self-confidence in mathematical abilities and curiousity about mathematics. Whereas at the age of 4-5 years, it tends to show the emergence of dominant mathematical dispositions on self-confidence, curiosity, inventiveness, and a slight frequency in perseverance, flexibility and mathematical appreciation. Three studies, involving a total of 7,715 consumers, show that, when considered separately, acquisition and disposition are governed by relatively similar hierarchies of motivations that can be grouped together into an overarching four-dimensional structure: (1) utilitarian, (2) experiential, (3) protester and (4) spiritual. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan matematika STKIP Siliwangi Bandung yang mengikuti mata kuliah metode pembelajaran matematika sekolah SD pada semester ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang terdiri dari 3 kelas, yaitu: A1, A2 dan A3. Sampel penelitian dipilih 2 kelas dari populasi penelitian, terpilih kelas A2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang terdiri dari 35 orang mahasiswa dan kelas A1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang terdiri dari 36 orang mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan terhadap gain hasil tes kemampuan mahasiswa mata kuliah metode pembelajaran matematika sekolah SD. Sedangkan analisis skala disposisi matematis mahasiswa menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes uraian dan skala disposisi. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji perbedaan rata-rata mann whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang mendapat pembelajaran DMR lebih baik daripada mahasiswa yang mendapat pembelajaran konvensional; dan (2) Disposisi matematis mahasiswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan DMR lebih baik daripada mahasiswa dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Data analysis is performed to find out the gain from the results of students’ ability test in the subject of Metode Pembelajaran Matematika SD; while the students’ mathematical disposition scale analysis is conducted by using Microsoft Excel 2010. To obtain research data, the instruments of description test and disposition scale are used. The analysis of research uses the Mann Whitney’s mean differences test. The results show that: (1) the achievement and improvement of communication ability of the students’ receiving DMR learning are better than those who receive conventional learning; and (2) Mathematical disposition of students with DMR learning is better than those with the conventional approach.

<p align="justify">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah kreatif (PMK) terhadap disposisi matematis siswa sekolah menengah atas, dan membandingkannya dengan model pembelajaran langsung (PL). Penelitian ini tergolong eksperimen semu (<em>quacy experiment</em>) dimana subjek penelitian siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak berubahnya disposisi matematis siswa seiring perubahan model pembelajaran disebabkan kurangnya keaktifan siswa untuk terlibat dalam membangun kompetensi strategis. Skor disposisi matematis antara model PMK dan PL secara bersama-sama termasuk dalam kategori sedang, tetapi dengan skor 57,89% yang dicapai oleh model PL mengungguli model PMK dengan skor 42,11%. Dengan kata lain, sebagian besar siswa masih cenderung tertarik dengan model lama. Namun, dengan model PMK justru mampu mendongkrak hasil belajar matematika siswa ditunjukkan dengan besar persentase yaitu 74%, sedangkan dengan model PL sebesar 58,33%.</p><p align="justify"><em>This study aims to understand how far the influence of model of learning creative problem solving (CPS) toward mathematical disposition of students in senior secondary school, and compared with model of direct teaching (DT). This research is kind of quacy experiment in which students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh as the research subject. The result of research show that unchangeably mathematical disposition in line with learning model is caused by the lack of students’ activeness getting involved in constructing strategic competence. The score of mathematical disposition between CPS together with DT is in the same of middle category, but the score of DT is 57,89% higher than that of PMK with 42,11%. In the other words, majority of students tend to be interested in the old one. However, CPS model is really able to boost students’ achievement indicated by the score of percentage, that is 74%, whereas the percentage of DT is 58,33%.</em><em></em></p>

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 40 Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling, diperoleh kelas VIII H sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji proporsi dan uji ketidaksamaan dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen mencapai nilai lebih dari 65 dan lebih dari 70% siswa di kelas eksperimen mencapai nilai lebih dari 65. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan disposisi matematik siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari kelas kontrol dan dinyatakan meningkat dibandingkan hasil pretest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbantuan Smart Sticker dapat meningkatkan disposisi matematik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis.The purpose of this study was to find out that discovery learning model which is assisted by smart sticker can improve mathematical disposition and critical thinking skills. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study is eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 40 Semarang. Sampling was carried out by cluster random sampling technique, is obtained as an experimental class in eighth grade H and the eighth grade E as a control. Analysis of the data used is the proportion test, and test two average inequality. The result show that the test result of students critical thinking skills experiment class reached a value of more than 65 and more than 70% student in experimental class reached a value of more than 65. Critical thinking skills and mathematical disposition of experiment class better than control class and declared that increased if compared to the pretest. The final conclusion is that discovery learning model which is assisted by smart sticker can improve mathematical disposition and critical thinking skills.

Sehingga para ilmuan baru-baru ini banyak menggunakan Sistem Klasifikasi Disposisi Obat Biofarmasi atau dikenal dengan BDDCS untuk membantu menentukan hal tersebut. BDDCS mampu memprediksi metabolisme enzim dan efek transporter pada disposisi obat sehingga dapat menentukan ketersediaan hayati obat di dalam tubuh. BDDCS juga berguna dalam memprediksi: interaksi obat-obat; toksisitas; efek farmakogenomik dan substrat endogen; efek makanan; efek ke sistem saraf pusat; rute eliminasi obat; dan resistensi obat yang dimediasi oleh transporter. Sehingga BDDCS bisa menjadi alat prediksi yang kuat setiap kali transporter obat terlibat dalam proses fisiologis dan dapat dijadikan landasan pada tahap awal proses penemuan dan pengembangan obat. <p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract: </strong>This research applies a guided inquiry method that is used to improve critical thinking skills in cognitive categories, general and special affective disposition categories and to determine the difference in the proportion of scores of six critical thinking elements in the cognitive category of fifth-grade students in four Kanisius elementary schools in Yogyakarta. The type of research used quantitative research. Critical thinking ability in the cognitive category is known from the results of the pretest and posttest scores which are arranged based on the test essays of a case. Whereas to measure the critical thinking skills of general and special affective disposition categories, a questionnaire with a Lickert scale was used which was filled out by the students. The application of the inquiry method in the science course further enhances critical thinking skills in the cognitive category compared to critical thinking skills in general and special affective disposition categories of fifth-grade students in four Kanisius Elementary Schools in Yogyakarta. There is a difference in the proportion of the increase in the score of six elements of critical thinking in the cognitive category in class V students in four Kanisius Elementary Schools in Yogyakarta. The increase in the six elements can be sorted from the highest to the lowest increase, namely interpretation, analysis, self-regulation, inference, evaluation, and explanation.</p><p class="AbstrakIndonesia"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini menerapkan metode inkuiri terbimbing yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kategori kognitif, kategori disposisi afektif umum dan khusus serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi skor enam unsur berpikir kritis kategori kognitif siswa kelas V di empat SD Kanisius Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kategori kognitif diketahui dari hasil nilai Pretest dan posttest yang disusun berdasarkan test essay suatu kasus. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis kategori disposisi afektif umum dan khusus digunakan kuesioner dengan skala Lickert yang diisi oleh para siswa. Penerapan metode inkuiri pada matapelajaran IPA lebih meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kategori kognitif dibanding kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kategori disposisi afektif umum dan khusus dari para siswa kelas V di empat SD Kanisius Yogyakarta. Ada perbedaan proporsi kenaikan skor enam unsur berpikir kritis kategori kognitif pada siswa kelas V di empat SD Kanisius Yogyakarta. Kenaikan yang terjadi pada enam unsur tersebut dapat diurutkan dari yang paling tinggi kenaikannya sampai yang paling rendah, yaitu interpretasi, analisis, regulasi diri, inferensi, evaluasi, dan eksplanasi.</p>

Abstract:
This study seeks to evaluate the validity of a scale intended to measure actively open-minded thinking (AOT), and to explore whether AOT can predict academic performance. The Rasch model was applied to evaluate the scale’s construct validity through the mirt package in R. Scale validation was based upon a sample of university students in Surabaya (N=424), while regression analysis to predict academic achievement was based on a sub-sampel for which data was available (n=220). Rasch analysis results suggested that the 10-item self-report scale had good construct validity, especially when measuring participants from the lower end of the trait level spectrum. AOT was found to be positively and moderately correlated with conscientiousness and openness to experience. AOT also predicted higher performance in a course which assessed students’ ability to analyse and evaluate arguments, as well as overall performance assessed by their grade point average (GPA) 18 months later. These results suggest that AOT is an important variable that can be adequately measured using a self-report instrument. Selain itu, disposisi tersebut juga terbukti memprediksi prestasi belajar pada mata kuliah yang mengukur kemampuan analisis/evaluasi argumen, serta pada indeks prestasi secara keseluruhan 18 bulan kemudian. Dalam disimpulkan bahwa disposisi berpikir terbuka-aktif merupakan konstruk yang perlu diperhatikan oleh peneliti maupun praktisi pendidikan. Pengembangan skala perlu diarahkan pada penulisan butir-butir yang memiliki tingkat kesulitan lebih tinggi.

However, this method of disposing the dead has been affected by diverse factors such as globalization, various interpretations of Scripture, and the decline of African perception on burial rights among others. This has created a rift between two contrasting groups regarding the emerging culture of cremation as opposed to burial. Cremation seems to be a new concept that has not been embraced in most African societies. Those African Christians who insist on burial contend that it is the ideal godly way in the disposition of bodies. They cite biblical and Africa values in order to justify the status quo. For those who believe cremation is the right disposal method of the dead, they argue that it is less expensive and is positively sensitive to land use. In view of this, the article will examine success and challenges regarding burial and cremation. The materials in this presentation have been gathered through interviews, extensive reading of published works, and via general observation of unfolding practices.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen), yang menggunakan rancangan pretest-postest non-equivalen multiple-group design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes prestasi belajar matematika, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan angket disposisi matematis. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji multivariat (MANOVA) dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua model pembelajaran ini efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis dan disposisi matematis, tetapi tidak efektif ditinjau dari prestasi belajar matematika. In the age of secularization and emancipation man masters the Nature with his growing reason and ever developing technology. This new situation brings with itself a discredit toward faith and religion. Without refusing the existence of God, Immanuel Kant declares that theology is a paralogism (a fallacious reasoning). Auguste Comte corners the religion in the realm of infantile age to be overcomed by the progress of science. Meanwhile Friedrich Nietzsche, from his own view, analyses that the phenomenon of fanatism in religion hides the uncontrallble “need to believe” typically found among the weaks.The central critique of Martin Heidegger toward ontotheological metaphysics shows that theology defined as science does not think. Man of faith has already all the answer before a question is posed, therefore he cannot truly pariticipate in the question of Being. This article tries to consider these objections against faith. As an answer, this article offers to acknowledge “the act of believe” as an universal disposition in man. Much wider than his need to possess knowledge, man is driven by a desire for the infinite. Kritikan besar Martin Heidegger kepada metafisika onto-teologis semakin menunjukkan inferioritas iman di depan pemikiran. Beriman artinya tidak bisa berpikir secara sungguh-sungguh. Artikel ini hendak menimbang keberatan-keberatan atas iman di atas dan sekaligus menawarkan bahwa “tindak percaya” adalah sesuatu yang secara antropologis menjadi disposisi setiap manusia. O presente trabalho objetivou identificar através do método de valoração contingente a disposição a pagar, por parte de usuários da Praia da Barra do Ceará na cidade de Fortaleza-CE, pela recuperação e/ou preservação da área e caracterizar o perfil socioeconômico dos frequentadores. Para tanto, foram aplicados questionários aos frequentadores da área de estudo. Foi utilizado o Método de Valoração Contingente – MVC, avaliando a Disposição a Pagar (DAP) por meio da pergunta: Você estaria disposto (a) a contribuir com algum valor a mais na sua conta de água e/ou luz pela manutenção e conservação da Praia e ambientes do entorno?. Foi identificado a intenção das pessoas no que diz respeito à sua disposição a pagar para manter e conservar a praia. Os resultados mostraram que 54,05% dos usuários estão dispostos a contribuir com até dez reais para ajudar a conservar e manter a Praia em boas condições, e que 45,95% dos entrevistados declaram não estar dispostos a pagar nenhum valor. Um pouco mais da metade dos visitantes da praia entende as más condições ambientais do local na atualidade e se colocam dispostos a contribuir financeiramente com a conservação do local. Portanto, torna-se necessário a aplicação de pesquisas que visem a realização de análise econômica de ambientes, visto ser um importante instrumento para a gestão pública e para a gestão dos recursos naturais. AbstractThe disposition of Hebrews is analyzed in terms of literary structure and significant proportions. The discussion of differing proposals for the letter leads to an outline of five main parts. Two christological sections (1:1–2:18; 7:1–10:18) alternate with two hortatory ones calling to faith (3:1–6:20; 10:19–12:29), then follow general exhortations (13:1–21), finally an epistolary appendix (13:22–25). The stichos of 15 syllables is introduced as the ancient standard measure of Greek prose. Counting stichoi in Hebrews reveals remarkable proportions seemingly due to intentional disposing. The letter’s first main part, for example, is half the size of the second one, and both together half the size of the whole. All results of the structural and stichometrical analysis are then condensed in a tabular outline.

Hal ini mendorong penulis untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan bencana pada erupsi gunung Sinabung. Kebijakan penanggulangan bencana yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang No. 24 Tahun 2007 tentang Sistem Penanggulangan Bencana harusnya dilakukan di semua daerah, terutama rawan bencana seperti Kabupaten Karo.Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Karo dengan informan pemerintah Kabupaten, lembaga non pemerintah yag ikut terlibat penanganan bencana, BNPB dan akademisi yang merupakan ahli dan juga terjun langsung dalam penanganan bencana erupsi gunung Sinabung. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis implementasi George Edward III, yang terdiri dari factor komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor disposisi pemerintah menjadi faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi faktor-faktor lainnya The first eruption of Mount Sinabung disaster occurred in 2010; then in 2013, and it did not stop erupting until 2015. There is an impression that the government is not serious about dealing with disaster management, starting from the delayed establishment of the Karo Regency BPBD to the absence of contingency plans for the Mount Sinabung eruption. This encourages the writer to analyze the factors that hinder the implementation of disaster management policies on the eruption of Mount Sinabung. Disaster management policies contained in Act No. 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management Systems should be carried out in all regions, especially disaster-prone areas such as the Karo Regency. Research was carried out in Karo District with district government informants, non-government institutions involved in disaster management, BNPB, and academics who were experts and also directly involved in handling the Mount Sinabung eruption disaster. This study used the George Edward III implementation analysis model, which consisted of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures. This research used a desciptive qualitative approach. The primary data collection technique was conducted by interviews. The results showed that the government disposition factor was the most dominant factor affecting the other factors

La gestión de recursos humanos como función estratégica en las organizaciones de trabajo constituye en la actualidad una actividad de alta complejidad que implica importantes retos para los líderes de gestión humana a nivel global, debido a los procesos de cambio constante que viven las organizaciones de todo tipo. Estos procesos están dados tanto por exigencias provenientes de las transformaciones del entorno como por los requerimientos internos de ajuste en las organizaciones para mantener su productividad y competitividad en la dinámica de los mercados actuales, condiciones que imprimen serias implicaciones en la gestión del cambio y su relación con el comportamiento, desempeño y compromiso de los trabajadores. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar la posible relación entre la edad, el engagement, y la disposición al cambio organizacional, ya que estas variables resultan tener un papel clave en la gestión de recursos humanos en el contexto actual del mundo del trabajo, según se concluye de estudios previos que muestran relaciones entre diferentes tipos de compromiso y procesos de cambio organizacional. La presente investigación se enmarca en la perspectiva de la psicología positiva, un enfoque reciente que busca alejarse del énfasis en lo patológico del comportamiento para centrarse en los aspectos positivos y el potencial del ser humano. Esta perspectiva de la psicología en el campo del estudio del comportamiento organizacional se ha denominado “psicología organizacional positiva”. Para lograr los objetivos de identificar la relación entre las variables, se realizó un estudio predictivo, que se orienta fundamentalmente a indagar la relación funcional entre dos o más variables, con un diseño correlacional simple en el que no se utilizan formas de control de variables extrañas que puedan tener influencia en la relación funcional investigada. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 808 personas divididas en dos submuestras (35.5 % colombianos y 65.5 % ecuatorianos), seleccionadas de manera no probabilística accidental. Para la evaluación de las variables se utilizó el autorreporte en la edad, el cuestionario Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) y el instrumento Disposición al Cambio Organizacional. Los resultados mostraron relaciones significativas entre las variables disposición al cambio organizacional y engagement, tanto a nivel general como en las submuestras. Sin embargo, al indagar sobre el posible papel moderador de la edad entre las otras dos variables, no se encontraron evidencias al respecto. Otros análisis sugieren la posibilidad de un efecto mediado por aspectos culturales que puede incidir en la disposición al cambio. El presente estudio constituye un importante aporte en la comprensión del comportamiento humano en el trabajo en relación con procesos de cambio organizacional, específicamente la asociación de este con variables como el engagement y la edad. Sin embargo, sucesos recientes como la situación mundial derivada de la pandemia por el virus SARSCOV2 y su impacto en las dinámicas de trabajo sugieren la necesidad de avanzar en estudios complementarios al realizado por los autores y que se presenta en este artículo, puesto que las actividades laborales han migrado para muchas personas del contexto de la empresa al contexto del hogar, lo que pone en escena otras variables que podrían incidir en la relación aquí indagada.

Evolutionary theory and empirical studies suggest that many animals, including humans, have a genetic predisposition to acquire and retain property. This is hardly surprising because survival is closely bound up with the acquisition of things: food, shelter, tools and territory. But the root of these general urges may also run to quite specific and detailed rules about property acquisition, retention and disposition. The great variation in property-related behaviours across species may mask some important commonalities grounded in adaptive utility. Experiments and observations in the field and laboratory suggest that the legal rules of temporal priority and possession are grounded in what were evolutionarily stable strategies in the ancestral environment. Moreover, the preferences that humans exhibit in disposing of their property on their deaths, both by dispositions made in wills and by the laws of intestacy, tend to advance reproductive success as a result of inclusive fitness pay-offs.

Structures for forest management: experience of a cantonal forest service (essay) Over the last ten years, forestry structures in the Canton of Jura have evolved. The management units cover the whole area of the Canton and make it possible for the State and the forest owners to have professional staff at their disposition in the field. However, these structures are small, inflexible, focused on public tasks and not open to change. Various factors, including mergers of communes, or the economic situation, set off a process of restructuring. Change must originate with the owner, while the cantonal authorities should contribute to developing the structures by financial help, advice and exchange of experience. Ideally, public forest owners should combine their forces in management units large and flexible enough, disposing of planning and management rights, and bringing together the various (public) owners. Each unit should have one or more professionals responsible for management and for the tasks delegated by the State.
