Ústav zdravotnických informací a statistiky České republiky (ÚZIS ČR) vytváří a udržuje nový portál pro prezentaci obsahu Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí (MKN-10). Nový portál má být důležitým veřejně přístupným nástrojem pro snadnější pro-hlížení struktury MKN-10, práci s ní a tzv. asistované kódování zdravotních služeb. Dostupnost takové služby je stěžejní pro správné vykazování činnosti poskytovatelů zdravotní péče zdravotním pojišťovnám a do Národního zdravotnického infor-mačního systému, a tedy i stabilitu celého českého zdravotnic-kého systému. Portál nahrazuje dosavadní tištěnou i elektro-nickou distribuci klasifikace a vhodně doplní (i na základě další integrace) zjednodušené číselníky, nyní majoritně používané v klinických informačních systémech. Nástroj je aktivně vyvíjen a implementovaná funkcionalita reflektuje požadavky dlouho-dobých primárních uživatelů i odborných testerů, kteří dostáva-jí obsah i formu k oponentským řízením.

The existence of natural radionuclides has been around since the earth was formed. Steam Power Plant in Sluke Rembang is operated by coal fuel that produces some natural radionuclides that release as a gas through the chimney to atmosphere. These radionuclides fall on the land and sea. The purpose of this study was to know the activity of gamma-emitting natural radionuclides in sediments and its distribution in the Sluke waters of Rembang. The result showed that activity of 40K, 212Pb, 226Ra dan 228Ac appeared fluctuating with a range from 160.54-503.87 Bq/kg; 88.62-333.34 Bq/kg; 66.07-95.24 Bq/kg and 95.30-466.46 Bq/kg respectively. The distribution of natural radionuclides was affected by topography, resources and the movement patterns of currents that move from the source of radionuclides to the northeast. The data obtained in this study will serve as baseline data in natural radionuclide in Sluke, Rembang. Keberadaan radionuklida alam sudah ada sejak bumi terbentuk. Pusat Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) di Sluke Rembang dioperasikan dengan bahan bakar batu bara yang menghasilkan beberapa radionuklida alam dalam bentuk gas yang dilepaskan melalui cerobong asap ke atmosfir. Radionuklida tersebut akhirnya jatuh di darat dan di perairan laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas radionuklida alam dalam sedimen dan distribusinya di perairan Sluke, Rembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai aktivitas radionuklida alam 40K, 212Pb, 226Ra dan 228Ac berfluktuasi, secara berturut-turut adalah dari 160,54-503,87 Bq/kg; 88,62-333,34 Bq/kg; 66,07-95,24 Bq/kg dan 95,30-466,46 Bq/kg. Distribusi aktivitasnya dipengaruhi oleh topografi, sumber dan pergerakan pola arus yang bergerak dari sumber radionuklida menuju ke timur laut. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai baseline unsur radionuklida alam (NORM) di Sluke Rembang.

Organization of Muscular Dystrophy in the Slovak Republic (OMD in SR) is the only specific organization in Slovakia which associates children and adults with muscular dystrophy and other types of neuromuscular diseases (hereafter only NMD) and their families. The organization was founded as an independent public association in 1993. It has been providing social counselling and other specialized social services for its members and clients. In its early years, it performed the community service and nonprofit activities on a voluntary basis; today, a professional team of nine takes part in its activities, seven of which are people with extensive disability, plus two assistants. This change could take place thanks to having obtained the status of a protected workplace in 2009. In accordance with EURORDIS recommendations, OMD in SR takes care of activities in 3 different areas: information services and help line, therapeutic recreational programmes, and respite care services. As a part of the information service, it provides specialized social counselling for disabled people via phone, email, in person or in the field − at a patient’s place. The organization also publishes its own quality magazine Ozvena (ECHO), which is distributed free-of-charge to all members four times a year. People with NMD are involved in the creation of the magazine from the position of experts and patients. The organization is particularly devoted to Recreational activities the camps for children with NMD, especially boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Activities organized every year include also integrative national meetings of members. The group of relief services includes providing specialized social services in the Personal Assistance Services Agency founded under OMD in SR. It provides wide-range service for 180 personal assistance users in Bratislava region; however, counselling covers the whole Slovakia. For a long time, the organization has been making effort to change regulations in the legislation which concern several aspects essential for people with NMD. Slovakia is not doing enough to provide financial support for functioning of patient organizations − the subsidy system does not take them into account and donation support is non-existent. A tool for change could and should be the National Plan for Rare Disease, which will not be really implemented without providing subsidies for patient organizations working in the area of rare diseases. In 2012, the organization became a member of EURORDIS and Alliance TREAT - NMD.

Ovaj rad ima za cilj predstaviti mrežni marketing kao model poslovanja, distribucije i prodaje robe, ukazati na njegove pozitivnosti i negativnosti, praktična iskustva i zakonske regulative nekih zemalja spram ovog poslovnog modela, te elaborirati mišljenja savremenih islamskih pravnika o mrežnom marketingu i na koncu eksplicirati njegov šerijatsko-pravni status te objasniti da li je kompatibilan islamskim normama poslovanja ili ne.Prilikom proučavanja i analiziranja mrežnog marketinga korištena je metoda teorijske analize, deskriptivno-analitička i komparativna metoda.Rezultat studije pokazuje da je mrežni marketing u svojoj uobičajenoj formi, pri kojoj se članstvo uvjetuje novčanom uplatom ili kupovinom proizvoda, zabranjen. Da bi mrežni marketing s aspekta islamskog prava bio prihvatljiv, neophodno je da prodaja tim putem zadovoljava opće uvjete kupoprodaje u islamskom pravu, da proizvod koji se tim putem prodaje vrijedi cijene koja se za njega plaća, da se kroz marketing proizvoda ne služi obmanom i da se ne uzima profit od članova iz nižih nivoa kojima se ne čini nikakva usluga.

The aim of this thesis is to characterize the current situation of the company Znovín Znojmo Inc. in the area of distribution and to propose any improvement in this area based on the survey and mystery shopping. The theoretical part defines the service and service quality. The following is the characteristic of the chosen company. The practical part contains macro environment, characteristic of the market in which the company operates and characteristic of the customers and the competitors. The practical part continues with the characteristic of the company from the view of marketing mix with the emphasis on the distribution. In the second half of the practical part is evaluation of the survey and the mystery shopping. The ending of the thesis is based on found weaknesses in the distribution of the company, such as a behavior of the dealer to the customer, and proposing of the possible solutions.

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelem distribuce aplikační funkcionality formou služeb (SaaS ? Software as a Service), transformací trhu s IT dle tohoto modelu a dopadem těchto změn do sféry řízení podnikové informatiky. Cílem práce je co nejlépe anticipovat dopad transformace IT průmyslu právě do oblasti služeb a na základě výsledků této prognózy odvodit nejvýznamnější změny, kterými projde jak samotná podniková informatika, tak způsob jejího řízení. Popis transformace IT průmyslu je možný na základě identifikace nejzávažnějších současných problémů tohoto průmyslu a popisu těch současných trendů, které k této transformaci směřují. Změny podnikové informatiky a jejího řízení jsou popisovány na základě vývoje od doby vzniku moderních podnikových informačních systémů (tj. počátek 90. let 20. století), s tím, že je kladen důraz na ty nejzávažnější problémy integrace IT do struktury podniku a nejvýznamnější metody, které se na řešení těchto problémů uplatňovaly či uplatňují. Velký důraz je v práci kladen na korporátní důsledky těchto změn, takže každý významný diskutovaný aspekt je zkoumán mimo jiné z pohledu jeho vstřebávání trhem či samotnou organizací, a to především z hlediska porovnávání nákladů a přínosů. Přínos práce spočívá především v analýze dopadů změn trhu s IT na subjekty na trhu působící, tedy jak na nabízející tak na poptávající. Z hlediska strany nabídky jde především o sekce věnující se vzájemným vztahům mezi poskytovateli aplikačních služeb (sdružování do tzv. SaaS platforem) a také nástupu celého modelu (viz např. tabulka 4.2 na str. 41). Z hlediska poptávajících na IT trhu, tedy z hlediska řízení podnikové informatiky, je přidaná hodnota práce především v těch částech, které se věnují možnému navázání SaaS aplikací na model řízení IT služeb, a dále např. integraci SaaS aplikací z hlediska uživatele (část 6.4.6). První tři kapitoly práce se zabývají úvodem do celého konceptu poskytování aplikační funkcionality formou služeb, současnému IT průmyslu a jeho problémům a také pravděpodobnému vývoji celého tohoto nového segmentu. Další kapitoly obsahují nejprve charakteristiku současného řízení podnikové informatiky a také aplikaci výše zjištěných poznatků o SaaS modelu na podnikovou informatiku. Poslední kapitola je orientována praktičtěji a obsahuje zjednodušený popis metody definice IT služeb v podniku a tvorby katalogu služeb.

Aviation industry is in many ways considered a pioneer, especially in innovation and implementation of new materials and technologies. The aim of this thesis is to provide comprehensive and complex information on the matter, pointing out the differences in distribution systems and scenarios outlining the expected evolution of these systems in the future. The dissertation defines the basic concepts and the nature of the problem and also talks about the historical development of the GDS to better understand the current ownership and evaluate the importance and status of GDS in the Czech and world market. It analyzes selected GDS and graphically illustrates the positions of the GDS on the certain markets within the category. The basic method used is the comparison which was done by putting the specifics of individual GDS and their subsequent comparison, the thesis also includes SWOT analysis.

Práce se zabývá analýzou distribuce pojistné služby v ČR, s akcentem na životní pojištění. Úvodní část se věnuje specifikaci pojistné služby. Hlavní část analyzuje jednotlivé distr. kanály (pojišťovna, bankopojištění, internet, telefon, makléřská společnost, samostatný zprostředkovatel, brokerpool), Multi Level Marketing. Druhá polovina je věnována rozborou osobnostních předpokladů pro činnost zprostředkovatele, typickým bodům českého finančního trhu, mým vlastním zkušenostem. Závěr práce se věnuje konkrétním návrhům pro účastníky distribuce (klient, zprostředkovatel) a státní orgány se zaměřením na dva důležité poznatky - nižší úroveň finančního povědomí občanů, obtížná srovnatelnost pojistných produktů.

The work targets the very important part of service oriented architecture -- web services. It is focused at one of its practical implementation, from the Microsoft Corporation, especially in the last two releases of .NET Framework. The main target of this work is comprehensive summary and demonstration of Microsoft web services development. The principles of web services and their base in the .NET Framework are described here. At the beginning of this work the web services are put into the scope of service oriented architecture and their main principles are described. Subsequently the .NET Framework is explained with its main principles and with the comparison to the JAVA technology. This part is finished with the explanation of classic ASMX web services. The main part of this work focuses at detailed description of the theoretical and practical aspects of web services in the Windows Communication Foundation and the Windows Workflow Foundation context. Even the development of Windows Forms application is not left out, because they also have done a large progress and they are often consumers of web services. The options of securing web services in the .NET Framework are shown both theoretically and practically including authentication and authorization. The methods of transactional behavior are shown too. The work also focuses at the orchestration of web services including the explanation of workflows with the deployment example. At the end of the work there is revealed how to guarantee interoperability with other technologies, how to manage web services and how to ensure their versioning.

This paper analyzes and critically evaluates present music and video market functioning with emphasis to the sales of electronic format of this content which is preferred by current customers. It analyzes the widespread trend of content sharing via the Internet and specifies reasons why the trend is happening. It defines cases of behavior that are justifiable in the eyes of consumers and therefore legitimate (i.e. creation of backups, downloading and sharing legally unavailable content, downloading for personal use, etc.) and elements that reduce value of the legally distributed content for the customer (copy protection mechanisms or current licensing system). Furthermore, it analyzes new economic approaches that enable the utilization potential of the Internet (i.e. the Long Tail Theory) or of potential customers (Crowdsourcing, Word of Mouth, Gamification). The paper analyzes the functioning new services that use the Internet as a platform for their operation and offer users the experience they want. Proposal for this new system of audiovisual content distribution is proposed based on a synthesis of findings from the operation of these services, new theoretical approaches and author's own contribution. This new system rejects the idea of selling the content as goods (per items) and adopts an approach of access to the whole catalogue of content for a flat monthly fee. This newly born service has several tiers that differ qualitatively among themselves, also in terms of added value for users and finally in the price at which the layers are available. This system is very acceptable to customers as well as being an interesting long-term alternative to the current system for operators of the new system and copyright holders.

Práce hodnotí stav distribuce oděvní konfekce a potenciál opatřování zdrojů v zemích s levnými vstupy. Ještě nikdy nebylo spektrum nabídky oděvního průmyslu tak široké a střídání módních vln tak časté. Nároky na kvalitu logistického řetězce rostou a delegování odpovědnosti za jeho řízení je v současné době běžné. Práce mapuje uspořádání distribučních cest a popisuje procesy a služby, se kterými se zboží pří své cestě za konečným zákazníkem setká. Na příkladu konkrétního poskytovatele logistických služeb je provedena analýza, která ukazuje posílení postavení tohoto článku v rámci logistického řetězce.

The thesis analyses legal environment of the financial services market in relation with business practice of retail financial products distribution in Czech republic. It describes current legislation and instruments of regulation of the distributional activities both on national and supra-national (european) level. Furthermore, it introduces the development of regulation in light of identified weaknesses of legislation, leading to specific recommendations and measures ensuring vast consumer protection and fixing the level-playing-field in distribution throughout various sectors of financial markets and their layovers. The conclusions are based on author´s theoretical studies of economic and legal context and private business practice.
