Abstract:

Abstract:

AbstractThere have been important advances in radio astronomy in the last three years. New discoveries both at the galactic and extragalactic scale have been reported over this period and we highlight here several of them. The outstanding results of the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe satellite, allowing an accurate determination of the main cosmological constants, are certainly among the most important. At the international level, the consolidation of the Atacama Large Millimeter Array project, with participation of the USA, Europe, and Japan and an estimated cost of around one billion US dollars, takes the construction of radio telescopes to a new level of complexity and potential. We also include the Progress Report of the Working Group on Historic Radio Astronomy, that includes a description of the duties and activities of this recently created working group.

Government departments of different areas are needed during the construction and operation process of intelligent transportation systems. So there is a contradiction that systems must be integrated but they need to be constructed and operated by different organizations. The division of the construction mission among different organization and the rules that all the joint members have to obey should be clear so that repetition and confliction in the whole system can be avoided. These modes of mission division are compared in this paper to provide a reference for our ITS construction and operation mode selection.

Abstract:
The geological disaster prevention project is to bring the unstable and unsafe disaster bodies under control, so construction safety risk prevention of this kind of projects is of great importance. Project bid-section division is closely related to the degree of project dispersion, the frequency of monitoring visits and the project duration, and it will also have influence on project construction safety risk. According to the characteristics of geological disaster prevention projects, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the factors that influence the construction safety. The proposed bid-section division programs are calculated and analyzed by using fuzzy entropy weight model of group decision-making, so as to determine the optimal bid-section division program based on safety risk prevention.

A Mid-Term Fast Sealift Technology Development Program producibility study was undertaken by the Manufacturing Systems Division (Code 125) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division for the Naval Sea Systems Command Computer Aided Engineering Division, Ship Design and Engineering Directorate, SEA 507. The producibility project team was initially tasked to identify and evaluate possible design improvements with regard to their potential impact upon the cost of construction for the Baseline 0a rough-order-of-magnitude geared-diesel option. This particular design variant is a 30-knot twin-screw, 289 m (948 ft) roll-on/roll-off vessel with four 18 PC4.2V medium-speed diesels producing 85 619 kW (114 817 hp) of installed power. The construction cost estimate developed by NAVSEA for the variant is $385 million per ship. In addition to the NAVSEA-assigned task, the team reviewed the producibility aspects of the Navy auxiliary ship procurement process with regard to finding methods that would facilitate major reductions in the construction contract cycle, as time is now recognized as a major cost driver in ship procurement. The construction contract cycle is defined as the amount of time from construction contract award to delivery, and was estimated by NAVSEA to be 42 months for the subject ship.

Abstract:

AbstractVector spaces over fields are pseudofinite, and this remains true for vector spaces over division rings that are finite-dimensional over their center. We also construct a division ring such that the nontrivial vector spaces over it are not pseudofinite, using Richard Thompson's group F. The idea behind the construction comes from a first-order axiomatization of the class of division rings all whose nontrivial vector spaces are pseudofinite.

Abstract:
Bidder collusion seriously undermines the fair competition of the construction project market, and effective identification of collusion behaviors is of vital importance to the implementation of proactive regulation and supervision. In this paper, the data of construction project bidders from 2011 to 2018 are selected in Shaanxi Province, China, and a bidder network of construction projects is constructed. The collusion suspicion of bidders is analyzed from the macro-, meso-, and microlevels. The results show that the bidder network has features as small world at macrolevels, and it is easy for bidders to involve in collusion. The network community formed by construction, supervision, and survey and design bidding enterprises is analyzed at the mesolevel, and the collusion of supervision enterprises is found to have the highest suspicion At the microlevel, the characteristic value judgment and community division are adopted to analyze the collusion suspicion, which is divided into high, medium, and low according to the possibility. Through a comparison with the actual data, it is found that the method proposed in this paper can effectively identify the collusion behavior of construction project bidders. This paper proposes red, yellow, and green warning mechanism and formulates hierarchical accurate management preparedness, which can provide some suggestions to help prevent bidders from colluding.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The weld deformations of construction blocks are a major problem affecting productivity and quality in modular ship construction. Therefore, proper evaluation and management of the weld deformations is necessary. In this paper, a system that predicts the cost and risk associated with weld deformations is proposed. Using this system, for different block division plans, the designer can calculate the weld deformations of each block, deformation variation with the variation in weld parameters for different assembly sequences, rework cost due to deformations, and the variation of rework cost. Based on this evaluation, the designer can select the best module division plan and construction plan by minimizing the cost and risk of rework due to weld deformations.

Abstract:
Gender issues are still a topic that is often discussed in society. Gender is related to the social construction of the division of activities between women and men. Along with the development of times there are many assumptions that say that women still accept injustice and are still discriminated against so that many are demanding gender equality for women. In the Qur'an many verses describe justice and equality between women and men in their responsibilities and carrying out their role, but there are still many people who do not understand the contents of the verses in question. The public or broad audience needs to understand gender construction in this Islamic perspective to be able to realize the ideal gender construction in life, especially in the context of Islamic society.
