Lack of low-cost commercial hard carbon anodes for SIBs has greatly hindered its application. High value hard carbon electrode materials have been recovered from end-of-life tires. High capacity with stable over several cycles has been achieved. Presodiation approach has been applied to reduce the first cycle loss. We study the problem of distributing a single global task between a group ofheterogeneous robots. We view this problem as a fair division game. In this setting, every robot defines a preference function over parts of the task according to its sens-ing and motion capabilities. These preferences are described by density functionsover the task. We want to find an allocation of the global task that maximizes theprobability of task completion. We first formulate the task distribution problem as afair subdivision problem and provide a centralized algorithm to compute the alloca-tions for each robot.

This paper discusses a joint educational effort that incorporates sustainability in engineering and technology curricula at Drexel University (DU) and University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). A critical component of a national “green industries/green jobs” effort is to motivate our citizenry to become proficient in STEM and associated manufacturing fields and societies, thus ensuring we have a 21st century workforce. Sustainable engineering is about design that recognizes the constraints applied by natural resources and the environmental system. The needs for engineering students and practicing

Abstract:
With the rapid development of automatic technology and computer science in the hydropower stations, the computer simulation system named as simulator is developed quickly and applied widely especially as a modern training tool for field operators. In the project of power transmission from west to east in Southwest China, there are lots of hydropower stations with long pressurized pipelines and far transmission line, so their simulators are more complex to be built correctly to show the characteristic of hydraulic-mechanical-electrical system and its dynamic procedure distinctly in real time. Abstract:
The Geodetic Survey Division of the Canada Centre for Surveying is replacing the National Geodetic Data Base (NGDB) with the National Geodetic Information System (NGIS). For the NGIS to be successful, it was recognized that a sound, well engineered data mode was essential. The methodology chosen to design the data mode! was Nijssen's Information Analysis Methodology (NIAM), a binary modeling technique that is supported by a Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool, PC-IAST. An NGIS prototype has also been developed using Digital Equipment of Canada's Relational Database (Rdb) management

Abstract:
The US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, Applied River Engineering Center (AREC), in cooperation with the Operations Branch of the Mobile District, conducted a sediment management study of the Sunflower Bend reach of the Tombigbee River, between River Miles 81.0 and 76.0, near Jackson, AL. The objective of the study was to look at sediment management alternatives to alleviate or eliminate repetitive maintenance dredging. These alternatives involved various river engineering measures including dikes, weirs, channel armoring, disposal armoring, and combinations thereof. A physical Hyd
