Engelm] is a warm-season turfgrass species that is native to North America and requires minimal maintenance to survive. However, the use of buffalograss on golf courses throughout the transition zone is limited due to its appearance, growth habit, and lack of information available. Buffalograss is more drought tolerant than many other turfgrass species cultivated on golf courses, therefore, its drought resistance can lead to significant water savings.

We present a joint analysis of the Canada France Ecliptic Plane Survey's scattering objects, and the Kaib et al. (2011b) orbital model, measuring the scattering objects' size distribution. Scattering objects are Trans-Neptunian objects which are strongly interacting with Neptune, having scattering encounters which change their semimajor axes on short dynamical timescales. We reject a single power-law distribution at the 99% level, and find that a dearth of small objects is required. Comparative sequence analyses were performed with members of the Solanaceae and the Brassicaceae. These studies investigated genomic organization, determined levels of microcolinearity, identified orthologous genes and investigated the molecular basis of trait differences. I denna uppsats har DiCoT (Distributed Cognition for Teamwork) tillämpats i ett tjänstedesignprojekt med syftet att ta fram en webbaserad kursdatabas på ett universitet. Uppsatsen består av tillämpningen av DiCoT i projektet, där datainsamlingen bestod av intervjuer med berörda intressenter. Detta resulterade i en nulägesanalys av tjänstens utformning. Utifrån visualiseringarna av DiCoT:s tre modeller (fysiska rummet, informationsflödet och nyckelartefakter) gavs förslag på hur kursdatabasen kan presentera information. Wa lp.) and squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) seedlings on hydroponic medium were osmotically stressed by exposing their roots to PEG 8000 of various concentrations (-0.2 to -0.6 MPa) to determine stress effects on growth and tissue water status.
