Abstract:
Divoting is a common occurrence on golf courses and athletic fields. Research was conducted at the University of Tennessee Center for Athletic Field Safety (Knoxville, TN) during 2012–13 evaluating the effects of preemergence (PRE) herbicide applications on hybrid bermudagrass [C. dactylon (L.) Background: A femoral head “divot” is a rare finding during hip arthroscopy. A linear chondral indentation can be observed on the femoral head, just lateral and parallel to the acetabular labrum. Purpose/Hypothesis: The purpose of this study was to describe a novel arthroscopic sign and retrospectively review patients with this finding. We hypothesized that this sign would be found in patients with characteristics consistent with hip microinstability. Study Design: Case series; Level of evidence, 4. Methods: Intraoperative images of patients undergoing primary hip arthroscopy between July 2017

Abstract Introduction Occipital pressure injuries (OPI) are categorized as pressure injuries on the occipital bone caused by pressure, shearing, or friction. Patients with significant burns are at a greater risk of developing these types of injuries due to increased fluid volume from resuscitation, decreased tissue perfusion, immobility, edema and length of stay. The rate of OPI in the BICU was 4.3 in 2016; this led to a comprehensive program to reduce/eliminate these injuries. The main purpose of this study is to address the association between investors’ divergence of opinion (DIVOP) and stock mispricing for UK firms listed in the London Stock Exchange Market. Previous research on this topic has provided mixed results. Some studies provide evidence consistent with the overpricing hypothesis, which indicates that DIVOP leads to overpricing because the market overweighs the most optimistic valuations, since optimistic investors can always buy a stock but pessimistic investors can only sell a stock if they already own it or need rely on short-selling, which has costs.

Abstract:
A sequence containing two clusters of 15 base pair repeats from the protein III gene in the bacteriophage M13 has been shown to detect hypervariable minisatellites in many animal species. We have shown that this M13 fragment will detect similar sequences in higher plants including monocots, dicots, and gymnosperms. In addition, polymorphisms were demonstrated in three dicot species. The amount of this sequence has no relationship with the size of the genome, chromosome number, or amount of repetitive DNA in the species tested.Key words: bacteriophage M13, monocot, dicot, gymnosperm, restrictio

A legkülönfélébb vizsgálatok dokumentálták a fogyasztói társadalom hatalmas környezeti lábnyomát, a jelenlegi berendezkedések környezetromboló hatásait. A problémák tudatosítását a termelőkkel és fogyasztókkal kapcsolatos imperatívuszok követték, a felelőtlen termelés, a felhalmozó, ökológiai szemléletet ignoráló

Abstract:
Local and global three-dimensionality of cavity interfaces near detachment was examined. Cavities forming on hydrophilic test objects at higher Reynolds numbers (Re>105) exhibited a local flow structure in the cavity interface called ‘divots’. Divots resulted from a local breakdown of the two-dimensional laminar boundary separation. Divots did not form on hydrophobic test objects. Instead, at higher Reynolds numbers (Re>105), the cavity at detachment was composed of a series of wedge shaped structures. Flows with strong adverse pressure gradients upstream of cavity detachment exhibited o
