AbstractPrevious comet flyby missions enabled detailed studies of the photometric properties of several cometary nuclei from disk-resolved images, including 9P/Tempel 1, 19P/Borrelly, and 81P/Wild 2. Two recent missions, DIXI and Stardust-NExT, encountered Comets 103P/Hartley 2 and Tempel 1 respectively, expanding the pool of sampled cometary nuclei in their unique ways: Hartley 2 is a hyperactive comet; Tempel 1 was visited and impacted by the Deep Impact dual-spacecraft during its previous perihelion passage. Photometric modeling shows that the global photometric properties of the nuclei of Hartley 2 and Tempel 1 are similar to those of other cometary nuclei. The photometric variation of the hyperactive nucleus of Hartley 2 is about 15%, similar to that of weakly active comets Tempel 1 and Wild 2. The photometric properties of Tempel 1 measured by NExT suggest little change from those measured by DI. These results, together with the photometric properties of Wild 2 and Borrelly, indicate that the photometric properties of cometary nuclei are independent of the activity level and gross geomorphology of cometary nuclei. Instead, cometary nucleus photometric properties might be determined by its outgassing, which leaves low-albedo deposit on the surface and forms similar photometric texture. The time scale for the photometric alteration on cometary nuclei due to outgassing should be much shorter than the dynamic time scale.

Abstract:
Woodland salamanders of the genus Plethodon are characterized by strong ecological and morphological conservatism. One assemblage, the Wehrle’s salamander (Plethodon wehrlei Fowler & Dunn) species group, is distributed from New York to Tennessee, USA, and includes several morphological variants, four of which are sufficiently distinct to have been recognized as species in the past. For many years after two of these species were placed in synonymy, only P. wehrlei and P. punctatus Highton were recognized. A recent phylogeographic study using mitochondrial DNA and nuclear DNA uncovered considerable genetic diversity within the group and conservatively resurrected one of the previously synonymized forms (P. dixi Pope & Fowler). However, their analysis could not resolve all relationships among remaining populations of P. wehrlei, leaving the taxon paraphyletic. We re-evaluated the evolutionary history of this group using genomic data, recovered strong support for at least five distinct clades, and corroborated previously reported relationships. We also collected morphological data and demonstrated morphological distinctiveness for four of the five clades that we herein recognize as species. We resurrect the synonymized name P. jacksoni Newman to represent the southern clades of P. wehrlei in southwestern Virginia and North Carolina exclusive of P. dixi. In addition, we describe a yellow-spotted form of P. wehrlei endemic to the Cumberland Plateau as a new species. Although our proposed changes rectify the paraphyly of P. wehrlei, our sampling was not sufficient to resolve potential taxonomic issues remaining within the species herein recognized as P. jacksoni.

L’article se centra en els contextos sintàctics que permeten prescindir del clític locatiu hi i que, fins i tot, a vegades ens porten a prescindir-ne obligatòriament. Ara bé, la presència o absència del pronom no és arbitrària. Presentem un aspecte de la gramàtica dels verbs locatius i de moviment direccional que afecta, d’una banda, la interfície lèxic-sintaxi i, de l’altra, la interfície sintaxi-pragmàtica: la categoria funcional Dixi. Partim d’un enfocament neoconstruccionista segons el qual l’estructura sintàctica aporta determinats aspectes del significat oracional, mentre que altres aspectes provenen dels elements lèxics.

Objectives The aims of this study were to evaluate the subjective image quality and reliability of two digital sensors. In addition, the image quality of the two sensors evaluated by specialists and general dentists were compared. Methods: 30 intraoral bitewings from five patients were included in the study, 15 were exposed with a Dixi sensor (CCD-based) and 15 with a ProSensor (CMOS-based) using modified parallel technique. Three radiologists and three general dentists evaluated the images in pair. A five-point scale was used to register the image quality. Visual grading characteristics (VGC) analysis was performed to compare the image quality and the observer agreement was assessed in terms of intra class correlation co-efficient. Results No statistically significant difference was found on image quality between the sensors. The average scores of the observer agreement were moderate with an average of 0.66 and an interval of 0.30 to 0.87, suggesting that there was a large variation on preference of image quality. However, there was a statistically significant difference in terms of the area under the VGC- curves between the specialist group and the general dentist group ( p = 0.043), in which the specialist group tended to favor the ProSensor. Conclusions Subjective image quality of the two intraoral sensors were comparable when evaluated by both general and oral radiologists. However, the radiologists seemed to prefer the ProSensor to the Dixi as compared to general dentists. Inter- observer conformance showed a large variation on the preference of the image quality.

Colócase o foco sobre os clíticos de dativo, me (P1), te – che (P2), lle(s) (P3-P6) e xe (P3-P6ref) nos textos galegos, que nos portugueses alternan con mi, ti, lhi(s) e xi respectivamente. A variación entre me e mi, cos correspondentes alomorfos {m} e {mi̯}, é obxecto de especial atención. Igualmente, repárase nas desinencias da P1 do pretérito perfecto dos verbos con perfecto forte e mais da P2 do pretérito de todos os verbos: nos textos galegos as formas acaban en -e (dixe, amaste – amasche), mentres que nos portugueses adoitan rematar en -i (dixi, amasti). Con base nunha ampla mostra de textos de distinto tipo, en prosa e verso, literarios e documentais, analízase a distribución diatópica, a evolución diacrónica e a cronoloxía destes fenómenos de variación, que desembocaron na xeneralización das formas en -e.

Na presente exposição se analisa a variação -i / -e no final de palavra nos cancioneiros trovadorescos e em três textos portugueses em prosa da primeira metade do século XIV (Flos Sanctorum, Diálogos de São Gregorio e Livro das Aves), situada no quadro da evolução do sistema linguístico galego-português durante o período 1250-1350. Chama a atenção um traço diferencial entre os subsistemas português e galego medievais que não tem recebido atenção: a manutenção no primeiro do [ī] átono em final de palavra do latim como [i] numa série de vocábulos que no segundo apresenta [e]. Coloca-se o foco sobre os clíticos de dativo, me (P1), te – che (P2), lle(s) (P3 e P6) e xe (P3-P6ref), formas gerais nos textos galegos, que nos portugueses do século XIV alternam com mi, ti, lhi(s) e xi respectivamente. Mostra-se que a variação entre me e mi se dá no plano morfossintático, pois a primeira forma corresponde ao acusativo, e a segunda ao dativo. Igualmente, repara-se nas desinências da P1 do pretérito perfeito dos verbos com perfeito forte e também da P2 do pretérito de todos os verbos, onde se verifica a variação -e (dixe, amaste – amasche) / -i (dixi, amasti). Discute-se a interpretação desse fenômeno de variação e se demonstra que não é meramente gráfico, mas fonético.

With EPOCh, we use the 30-cm high resolution visible imager to obtain ultraprecise photometric light curves of known transiting planet systems. We will analyze these data for evidence of additional planets, via transit timing variations or transits; for planetary moons or rings; for detection of secondary eclipses and the constraint of geometric planetary albedos; and for refinement of the system parameters. Over a period of four months, EPOCh observed four known transiting planet systems, with each system observed continuously for several weeks. Here we present an overview of EPOCh, including the spacecraft and science goals, and preliminary photometry results.

Abstract:
The Carboniferous Batamayineishan Formation of the Kelameili Gas Field is a specific weathered crust-related volcanic reservoir that has a significant production rate in the Junggar Basin, Northwestern China, attributed to debatable processes of fluid evolution. The results suggest that various types of fluids occurring in volcanic rocks lead to the filling of quartz and calcite in fractures and their associated alteration haloes. The silica that formed quartz veins was mainly derived from deep hydrothermal fluids, while the carbon dioxide that formed calcite veins originated from sources characterized by mixing and alteration of deep hydrothermal and hydrocarbon fluids. Siliceous hydrothermal fluids rich in sulphur dioxide and other volatile components were driven by a pressure gradient and buoyancy, and circulated both laterally and vertically along the fractures, forming quartz veins and tension fractures under different temperature conditions. Moreover, changes in salinity, pressure, and carbon dioxide of deep fluids, varying from acidic to weakly alkaline, resulted in earlier calcite precipitation in contraction fractures and weathered fractures. Tectonic uplift resulted in the long-term exposure of volcanic rocks, where fresh water mixed with the partially alkaline fluid escaping the basin to form calcite cements, thus retaining the characteristics of a seepage environment in the weathered fractures. Structural fractures occurred due to tectonic movements during the burial period. Filling and leakage of hydrocarbons caused pore fluids to convert from acidic to alkaline, precipitating late sparry calcite in dissolution fractures. Late hydrothermal fluid metasomatism, brought about by infiltration into the permeable zone, caused partial dissolution of local calcite along cleavage cracks.

This paper advances a method to implement the on-machine measurement (OMM) with the touch-trigger probe, also called switching probes. Some of the advantages and disadvantages for touch-trigger probe are discussed. However, the touch-trigger probe errors exist and become one of the major errors for the measurement accuracy. Major factors that influence the probe measurement have been analyzed. The basic technique of probe measurement error modeling with artificial neural network was researched, and also the probe measurement error compensation with 3-layered backpropagation artificial neural network was presented. At last in the experimental system composed of DIXI 50 machining center, Fanuc 16i control system, Blum CNC P82.046 probe and PC, valid the correlated techniques. In addition, the connection and communication between the machining center equipped with probe system and the computer have been introduced. The experiment indicated that, using the touch-trigger probe makes on-machine measurement more automatic and efficient. And by using the back-propagation neural network for error compensation make on-machine measurement more precise.

The background of this study is the frequent occurrence of early childhood accidents. Children as objects of protection need to be equipped with knowledge and attitudes and behaviors related to their safety. One way to avoid early childhood hazards is to increase their understanding of hazards and ways to overcome hazards through personal safety education. The study aimed to describe the implementation of early childhood self-education education and find out the results of the assessment in the Gaharu Plus KB. This research is a case study with a qualitative exploratory approach. This research was conducted from July to September 2018 involving all children (63 people). The results showed that the method of self-safety education in KB Gaharu Plus was PAUD Watching method. This method is the result of the development of the model at BP PAUD & Dikmas East Kalimantan. The stages include learning hazards, hazard surveys, hazard maps and ways to avoid hazards. Children can attend the process of self-education education. However, there were still 18.60% of new children began to develop in telling the results of the description related to potential hazards. Personal safety education in KB Gaharu Plus can improve children’s understanding of hazards and how to avoid them. References Amelia, L. (2012). In the preface to his Nodes Atticae, Gellius explains his choice of title:quoniam longinquis per hiemem noctibus in agro, sicuti dixi, terrae Atticae commentationes hasce ludere ac facere exorsi sumus, idcirco eas inscripsimus Noctium esse Atticarum (praef. 4)He then proceeds to enumerate other titles used for miscellaneous works similar to his own, both Greek and Latin, which, he claims, are far more refined and witty than his title (§§4–9). Attractive as Gellius' explanation may be, it raises some serious difficulties2 and should not be taken at face value, especially since it seems to establish a novel type of relation between title and work. None of the titles in Gellius' list seems to have been based on the circumstances of the inception of the work, nor indeed does any other extant title prior to the publication of the Nodes Atticae. There is no reason to deny Gellius the credit for inventing a novel principle of titling, yet titles based on the circumstances of composition rather than on the content of the work fail to perform a primary function of titles, namely an initial direction of the expectations of prospective readers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan regulasi diri dengan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina 3 Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu korelasi Person Product Moment untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel regulasi diri dengan kemandirian anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode analisis statistik. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat regulasi diri anak berada dalam kategori kurang baik dengan nilai persentase 52,75% dan kemandirian anak berada dalam kategori cukup baik dengan nilai persentase 70,53%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina 3 Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Peanbaru.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah <em>expost facto</em>. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 162 anak Taman Kanak-kanak se Kecamatan Kebonarum, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 129 anak, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel <em>stratified random sampling</em>. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dukungan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri anak usia dini dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p&lt;0,05); (2) penerimaan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri anak usia dini dengan signifikansi 0,033 (p&lt;0,05); (3) dukungan dan penerimaan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p&lt;0,05) Dukungan dan penerimaan orangtua memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,5% terhadap efikasi diri.</p>

Abstract:
The paper deals with a 15 century psalter that was kept in Franciscan convent at Kampor on Rab Island. In 1986 it was stolen, thrown away and later found in the sea by local fishermen. It was entirely destroyed.In this way, another worthy historical testimony disappeared from otherwise opulent heritage of this Dalmatian island. Author has made an effort to reconstruct the destroyed manuscript through comparison with Dalmatian Franciscan manuscripts from both Zadar and Dubrovnik, chosen mostly because of their common contents. In literature, Kampor manuscript was concisely published long ago - in 1917 - by H. Folnesics, with a black-andwhite photo of a single figural initial (fig. 8). In 1995, A. Badurina published a colour photo of a whole folium 57’ with a figural miniature (fig. 1). In 2004, this was apparently enough for M. Medica to attribute these miniatures to Giovanni di Antonio da Bologna, active during the second half of the 15th century.On the basis of the thorough descriptions by H. Folnesics and A. Badurina, it was obvious that the codex contained eight figural miniatures in total, with few decorative ones in addition. Author had assumed that the legacy of A. Badurina could contain few more photos of Rab miniatures and began the quest in the photo archive of Zagreb Institute of Art History. Consequently, photos were found: four, previously unpublished black-and-white reproductions of figural initials allowed further understanding of the lost codex illuminations. One of theminiatures with the figure of Christ (fig. 3) entirely matched a figural initial (fig. 2) from a privately owned folio that was exhibited in 1998 and published in the catalogue La miniatura a Ferrara dal tempo di Cosmè Tura all’eredità di Ercole de’ Roberti, (ed. F. Toniolo), published in 1998. M. Medica has attributed this folium to Giovanni di Antonio da Bologna, unaware of psalter’s original context. All of the abovementioned led to conclusion that the the most valuable folios have been cut from the codex that was thrown in the sea in order to ease the trafficking. These new findings have facilitated an, at least partial, reconstruction of destroyed psalter’s figural contents. Miniatures have been distributed according to the liturgical division of psalter, in the way that the initialpsalm for each of the weekdays began with an initial adorned with a figural miniature, as was usual with contemporary examples.The distribution of the miniatures: first image is related do Psalm I (ff: Ps I) on f. 4, illustrating the beginning of text Beatus vir, (fig. 5), related to Sunday. It is followed by Monday, on f. 29 Dominus illumination mea, Ps XXVI, with no preserved reproduction. On f. 44, there is a Tuesday text: Dixi: custodiam vias meas, ut non delinquam in lingua sua from Ps XXXVIII. Its reproduction has not been preserved. Wednesday’s f. 57’: Dixi insipiens in corde suo, Ps LII, with a colour representation of the entire folium (fig. 1), showing a figure of a reckless man. On Thursdayf. 70: Salvum me fac, Deus, quoniam intraverunt aque usque ad animam mea, Ps LXVII (fig. 8). The Friday f. 88: Exultate deo adiutori nostro: jubilate deo Jacob, Ps LXXX (fig. 9), and the Saturday f. 101’ Cantate dominon canticum novum, Ps XCVII (fig. 10). The eighth miniature is related to Ps CIX, with verses Dixit Dominus Domino meo, used to commence the vespers. This folium is the only one that has been preserved (fig. 2) and whose original context is proved by a black-and-white photo from Zagreb Institute of Art History (fig. 3).Except for a general confirmation of the suggested attribution to Giovanni di Antonio da Bologna, author points out to some of the corresponding miniatures from codices illustrated by that miniaturist, particularly thecompositions that haven’t been preserved in the photoarchives of Rab codex (figs. 4, 6, 7, 11).Finally, author dates the psalter before 1445, year of the foundation of Kampor Franciscan convent in which it had been used, furthermore pointing out that the name of the Rab aristocrat who financed theconstruction was Petrus de Zaro, and not Car as was generally accepted in the literature.

Language facilitates the internalization of children's social structures and rules through their interaction in the social world around them. When children interact with others, their understanding of other people's perspectives and expectations is expanded. This perspective shows that language helps children understand their experiences, as well as the experiences of others, and so it is through language that children connect this information with their own behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan perilaku moral anak usia dini di TK Pertiwi Kelurahan Sungai Pakning Kabupaten Bengkalis. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi Kelurahan Sungai Pakning Kabupaten Bengkalis berjumlah 54 orang anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey denfan teknik korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi data. Teknik analisa data adalah teknik statistik dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat konsep diri anak berada dalam kategori tinggi (51,85%) dan tingkat perilaku moral anak berada dalam kategori sedang (55,55%). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy = 0,837 lebih besar dari pada rtabel = 0,268 (0,837 > 0.268) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku moral. Tingkat hubungannya termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 70% artinya bahwa konsep diri memberi kontribusi sebesar 70% terhadap perilaku moral, sisanya 30% ditentukan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract. Freeze-drying has played an increasingly important role in the production of dehydrated foods. This article discusses the operating conditions of the prior freezing process of blueberry fruit to maintain the fruit aroma during the sublimation process. The properties of frozen fruit, such as ice crystal size, seem to depend on the freezing speed, leading to some aroma loss during the sublimation process. The temperature of the deep freezer was set at -20°C, -40°C, -60°C, or -80°C to determine the effects of changing the freezing speed of blueberries during prior freezing. Northern highbush blueberry cultivars Dixi and Elliott harvested in a university orchard (Tokyo, Japan) were used as the test material. The sublimation process of freeze-drying was done using a transparent vacuum desiccator connected to a vacuum pump through a vapor cooling trap under heating conditions provided by a far-infrared heater. Trapped vapors were analyzed with GC-MS to identify and quantify the aroma compounds of the blueberries, such as benzaldehyde. The change in the appearance of the freeze-dried blueberries following prior freezing at various speeds is also described. The amounts of typical volatile compounds, such as acetic acid, 2-hexanol, and 3-hexanol, decreased as the freezing speed increased. Pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan dukungan sosial merupakan sebagian dari faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi efikasi diri kader dalam melakukan deteksi dini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tiap faktor dengan efikasi diri kader dan mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi efikasi diri kader. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebanyak 138 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi diambil secara proporsional dari lima desa di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bantur Kabupaten Malang. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilakukan uji regresi logistik untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang meningkatkan efikasi diri kader. Hasil menunjukkan kader adalah ibu rumah tangga pada usia produktif dengan latar belakangan pendidikan menengah. Secara umum kader telah memiliki pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan dukungan sosial yang baik dalam melakukan deteksi dini ganggungan jiwa. Uji regresi logistik menunjukkan kader yang memiliki pengetahuan tinggi akan meningkatkan 6,853 kali efikasi diri (OR=6,853, p=0,007) dibandingkan kader yang memiliki pengetahuan rendah. Pengetahuan, pengalaman dan dukungan sosial yang baik akan meningkatkan efikasi diri kader dalam melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dengan pengetahuan sebagai faktor dominan.</p>

Data dari beberapa kantor KUA di Kabupaten Gorontalo menyatakan Kecamatan Limboto merupakan wilayah yang memiliki angka pernikahan usia dini (16-18 tahun) tertinggi selama tiga tahun berturut-turut (2018-2020) sebanyak 168 pernikahan. Kelurahan Bolihuangga merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Limboto yang memiliki jumlah remaja usia 16-18 tahun terbanyak yaitu 278 orang sehingga mendukung dalam penerapan kegiatan pengabdian ini sebab yang menjadi kelompok sasaran penyuluhan adalah remaja yang berusia 16-18 tahun. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan khususnya terkait pendewasaan usia pernikahan dan dampak negatif pernikahan usia dini merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat diperlukan untuk membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan kesadaran diri remaja terkait fenomena pernikahan usia dini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan kesadaran diri remaja sebagai upaya pencegahan pernikahan usia dini yang diterapkan pada 32 remaja dengan metode penyuluhan. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan penyuluhan dengan tema “Aku Cinta Masa Depanku”, penayangan film pendek terkait dampak pernikahan usia dini disertai diskusi, pembagian poster/leaflet sebagai penunjang peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan kesadaran diri tentang pernikahan usia dini, dan pembentukan komunitas Fresh Milk (Forum Remaja Sehat Milenial Kreatif) sehingga bisa menjadi percontohan dan pemberi edukasi teman sebaya. Abstract: This study aims to develop a learning model of Self-Care skills for mentally retarded early age children in North Sulawesi. The research was conducted in five exceptional schools in North Sulawesi which includes 10 teachers and 22 mentally retarded early age children. This study used a qualitative approach while methods of research include research and development (R&D) procedures. This Self-Building learning model were developed in four phases, which are (1) requirements analysis, (2) designing model based on the results of requirements analysis, (3) implementation of the learning model, and (4) assess the effectiveness of learning models in accordance with the teaching process. The evaluation process consist of expert matters validation, which are early age education and mentally retarded children experts, and making revision. Validation was implemented by the teachers of mentally retarded exceptional schools before making a revise, first field trials, second field trials and field tests. The trial results used to revise the product. This research resulted in RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) and a handbook for teachers. Conclusions from the study were: Implementation of the resulting learning model was effective to improve the mastery of skills to take off and put on shoes, socks, a shirt, t-shirt, short, skirt for the mentally retarded early age; The substance of the content and design flexibility of the structure of the model are included in the category of effective and the application of teaching learning model will be able to facilitate the teachers of mentally retarded exceptional School Learning Implementation Plan, carry outa learningand undertake an evaluation of learning. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran keterampilan bina diri untuk keterbelakangan mandiri pada anak usia dini di Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah luar biasa di Sulawesi Utara dengan melibatkan 10 orang guru dan 22 anak usia dini dengan keterbelakangan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Research and Development (RnD). Model pembelajaran dilakukan dalam empat asa, yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) mendisain model pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, (3) menerapkan model pembelajaran, dan (4) menilai keefektifan model pembelajaran sesuai dengan proses mengajar. Proses evaluasi berisi validasi meteri oleh ahli, oleh pendidik anak usia dini dan ahli keterbelakangan mental pada anak, dan membuat revisi. Validasi diterapkan oleh guru keterbelakangan mental di sekolah luar biasa sebelum membuat perbaikan, uji coba lapangan pertama, uji coba lapangan kedua, dan uji lapangan. Uji tersebut digunakan untuk memperbaik produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) dan handbook untuk guru. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini adalah: penerapan menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menghasilkan keterampilan dalam melepaskan dan memakai sepatu, kaus kaki, baju, kaus, dan senda untuk anak keterbelakangan mental. Substansi dari isi dan fleksibilitas desain dari struktur model termasuk didalamnnya kategori efektivitas dan penerapan model pembelajaran dan pengajaran akan mampu memfasilitasi guru di sekolah luar biasa dalam menerapkan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan jurnal pagi dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B di Paud Al-Istiqlaliyyah, Kecamatan Benda, Kota Tangerang. Menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan model Kemmis Mctaggart. 12 anak menjadi subyek penelitian. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil siklus I dan II. Analisis data kualitatif dengan menganalisis data hasil catatan lapangan dan wawancara penelitian dengan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil persentase analisis data peningkatan percaya diri anak pada siklus I 62,85% menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat capaian perkembangan anak pada aspek padangan positif terhadap diri sendiri, keberanian, dan optimisme anak mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan hasil pra-siklus. Hasil analisis siklus II 82.52% menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat capaian perkembangan dari tiga aspek kepercayaan diri anak telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan yang ditentukan (75%). Dengan demikian kegiatan jurnal pagi dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak. Keterbatasan penelitian adalah proses mendokumentasikan kejadian penting belum maksimal.

Background: Bone stress injuries (BSIs) are a major source of functional impairment in athletes of all sports, with many risk factors, including athlete characteristics and type of sport. In National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) athletics, the stratification of programs into divisions with different characteristics and makeup has been identified as increasing the risk for certain kinds of injuries, but there have been no studies on the difference of BSI rates and characteristics between athletes in Division I (DI) and those in Divisions II and III (DII and DIII). Purpose/Hypothesis: To characterize the BSI rates in each division and compare the incidence and characteristics of BSIs within divisions. Our hypothesis was that BSI rates would be higher in DII and DIII athletes as compared with DI athletes. Study Design: Descriptive epidemiology study. Methods: Five years of recorded BSI data in collegiate athletes via the NCAA Injury Surveillance Program were examined for the academic years 2009-2010 to 2013-2014. BSI rates per 100,000 athlete-exposures (AEs) were compared for DI versus DII and DIII athletes using risk ratios and 95% CIs. Time lost to injury, time of season of injury, and class composition of injured athletes were also compared between divisions. Results: Over the 5 years studied, DII and DIII programs reported 252 BSIs more than 1,793,777 AEs (14.05 per 100,000 AEs), and DI programs reported 235 BSIs over 2,022,592 AEs (11.62 per 100,000 AEs). The risk ratio was significant for D1 versus DII and DIII (1.21; 95% CI, 1.01-1.44). There was a significant difference in time lost to injury in DI versus DII and DIII, χ2(5, n = 449) = 16.54; P = .006. When data were stratified by individual sport, there were no significant divisional differences in high-risk sports. Conclusion: In the current study, NCAA DII and DIII athletes had higher rates of BSI than their DI counterparts. As compared with DII and DIII athletes, the DI athletes had a significantly greater proportion of BSIs that did not result in absence from participation in sport.

The transition from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic of Turkey left a long debate between Ulama (Islamic scholars) and the proponents of this system. This transition also affected Turkish religious life patterns with the emergence of "Turkification" efforts. Religious aspects were changed in Turkish. In the context of this debate, Hak Dini Kur'an Dili, the work of Elmalili Hamdi Yazir, appeared. Hamdi Yazir's tendency, as the author of this book, towards the process of the Ottoman transition to the Republic of Turkey, with all its consequences, becomes interesting to research further. To decipher interests that are probably inserted in the color of his interpretation, this study uses the philosophical hermeneutics method of Hans-Georg Gadamer. This research concludes that Hamdi Yazir's activeness in the parliament of the Republic of Turkey did not necessarily make his interpretation according to the objectives to be achieved by the Turkish government when initiating the making of this work. Hamdi Yazir preferred to restrengthen people's understanding of basic Islamic knowledge through interpretation. More than that, through this interpretation, Hamdi Yazir also responded to the achievements of modernization in interpreting related verses. Hamdi Yazir's tendency towards the classical study approach, in the process of interpretation, was influenced by his prejudices. Yazir wanted the interpretation that resulted, can provide understanding for Turkish society that he viewed having experienced degradation in religious understanding. This was committed by Yazir as a form of resistance to the Turkification efforts carried out by the Turkish secular government.

Plum fruits have harmonious taste qualities and valuable biochemical composition. Plum is characterized by a low content of vitamin C, but in combination with high concentrations of phenolic compounds, is of great value as a source of antioxidants. The problem of improving the quality and ensuring the safety of food products is not only relevant, but is also one of the most important economic problems at the present stage. The aim of the research was to study the quality and safety of fresh plums sold in retail trade. It has been established that in the stores of the retail trade network «Dixi» (Chelyabinsk city) fresh plums are being realized, not only satisfying the requirements of the quality of the current regulatory documents, but also products belonging to a category such as «waste». Excellent organoleptic indicators (attractive appearance, bright color scale) of the studied products were not always consistent with high nutritional value. Thus, benign fractions of the Hungarian and Renclaw plums had the most acceptable taste characteristics and high nutrient content, but due to the content of rotten fruits in the overall product sample, they should not be in free implementation. The highest commodity grade of plum mirabel established during the quality assessment did not guarantee its high nutritional value. The content in the Renclod plums and the mirabel of toxic elements (lead and cadmium) was significantly lower than the level found in the fruits of Chinese plum and Hungarian. The need for additional pre-sales preparation and sorting of the fruits of the Hungarian and Rencloid plums is identified, which will allow to increase not only the quality and safety of products, the culture of customer service, but also to extend the shelf life of commodity lots of fresh plums in general.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman diri dan rasa tanggung jawab anak usia dini. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah sebagai asesmen awal dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini khususnya pada pengembangan aspek sosial emosional. ABSTRACT : Social emotional is one aspect of early childhood development that is important to get attention, including the problems of self-understanding and responsibility. Although there have been many studies examining the relationship between these two variables, studies for the subject of early childhood are still limited. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-understanding and responsibility in early childhood. This research is a survey in Tenggilis District, Surabaya City, which involved 134 early childhood children. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between self-understanding and feelings of responsibility in early childhood. The contribution of this research is as an initial assessment in early childhood learning, especially in the development of the social emotional aspects.

Early childhood ability in managing self-emotion is part of the maturation of the child’s emotional development during the transition from pre-operation to a period of concrete operations. Early childhood abilities in managing their own emotions can be seen from the dimensions of children's capabilities in harnessing their emotions positively, emotion-managing ability in accordance with the situation and condition of themselves, and self-defense capability of the child itself in various forms of children's self issue positions properly. This research was conducted in Pertiwi kindergarten DWP Tawang Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City that aimed to describe the ability of early childhood in managing self-emotions. The subjects in this study were 18 students from Group B1 that consist of 8 boys and 10 girls. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, and field notes. The instrument used in this study are observation sheet and fieldnotes. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Pertiwi DWP Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelompok B1 yang berjumlah 10 anak terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 10 anak perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar obsevasi dan catatan lapangan. Dari data yang yang terkumpul kemudian diolah seperti yang tertera dalam lampiran 1, lampiran 2, lampiran 3, dan lampiran 4. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Kelompok B1 TK Pertiwi DWP Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya terkait kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri, maka peneliti ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: mayoritas anak usia dini pada Kelompok B1 di TK Pertiwi DWP dalam hal kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri berada pada tingkat pencapaian perkembangan dinilai BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan).

ABSTRACT Previous studies have established that an epitope on the lateral ridge of domain III (DIII-lr) of West Nile virus (WNV) envelope (E) protein is recognized by strongly neutralizing type-specific antibodies. In contrast, an epitope against the fusion loop in domain II (DII-fl) is recognized by flavivirus cross-reactive antibodies with less neutralizing potential. Using gain- and loss-of-function E proteins and wild-type and variant WNV reporter virus particles, we evaluated the expression pattern and activity of antibodies against the DIII-lr and DII-fl epitopes in mouse and human serum after WNV infection. In mice, immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibodies to the DIII-lr epitope were detected at low levels at day 6 after infection. However, compared to IgG responses against other epitopes in DI and DII, which were readily detected at day 8, the development of IgG against DIII-lr epitope was delayed and did not appear consistently until day 15. This late time point is notable since almost all death after WNV infection in mice occurs by day 12. Nonetheless, at later time points, DIII-lr antibodies accumulated and comprised a significant fraction of the DIII-specific IgG response. In sera from infected humans, DIII-lr antibodies were detected at low levels and did not correlate with clinical outcome. In contrast, antibodies to the DII-fl were detected in all human serum samples and encompassed a significant percentage of the anti-E protein response. Our experiments suggest that the highly neutralizing DIII-lr IgG antibodies have little significant role in primary infection and that the antibody response of humans may be skewed toward the induction of cross-reactive, less-neutralizing antibodies.

Metode ex post facto dengan treatment by level 2x2. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak kelompok, sehingga terpilihlah dua kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Oetete dan Fatululi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku bullying antar anak yang memiliki keterlibatan orangtua tinggi dan anak yang memiliki keterlibatan orangtua rendah, perbedaan perilaku bullying antara anak yang memiliki regulasi diri tinggi dengan anak yang memiliki regulasi diri rendah. Disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara keterlibatan orangtua dan regulasi diri terhadap perilaku bullying anak. Implikasi hasil penelitian menunjukkan antar variabel memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan sosial dan diri anak di lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, keterlibatan orangtua tinggi merupakan standar bagi pengaturan diri anak dalam menampilkan perilaku yang diharapkan sesuai tumbuh kembang anak.

Komunikasi Interpersonal merupakan interaksi antara seorang individu dan individu lainnya dengan menggunakan bahasa. Guru sebagai komunikator berperan penting sebagai penyampai pesan kepada peserta didiknya. Komunikasi interpersonal yang baik antara guru dan murid akan berdampak positif terhadap tumbuh kembang murid khusus nya anak usiadini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak usia dini di Raudatul Athfal Asiah Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Raudatul athfal Asiah Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 36 responden yang merupakan guru dan wali murid RaudatulAthfal Asiah, dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier sederhana dibantu program SPSS versi 23. Penelitian ini menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh indicator dari faktor X (Komunikasi Interpersonal) yaitu percaya (trust), sikap suportif (suportif attitude), dan sikap terbuka (open mindedness) dengan indicator dari sikap percaya diri yaitu kemampuan pribadi, keberhasilan, keinginan, dan tekat yang kuat. Hasil penelitian membuktikan hipotesisal ternatif dapat diterima dengan nilai t hitung (10,284) > t tabel (1,480) dan tingkat signifikan (0,000) < 0,05. Maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya komunikasi interpersonal guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak usia dini yaitu murid Raudatu l Athfal Asiah Pekanbaru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran body-image (penilaian individu terhadap tubuhnya) terhadap penyesuaian diri (proses adaptasi individu dalam menghadapi tantangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari) perempuan yang mengalami kehamilan pertama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa body-image memiliki peran penting bagi penyesuaian diri perempuan hamil pertama yang berusia 26-30 tahun, berstatus bekerja, dan usia kandungan berada pada triwulan ke-tiga. Individu yang menilai tubuhnya dengan tinggi cenderung memiliki penyesuaian diri yang tinggi pula.

Perencanaan karir adalah bagian dari pengembangan karir (career development). Untuk mencapai pengembangan maksimal, seseorang perlu memahami yang dimaksud dengan perencanaan karir terlebih dahulu. Perencanaan karir (career planning) adalah suatu proses dimana individu dapat mengidentifikasikan dan mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan karirnya. Hal ini seperti memahami potensi diri, minat, dan keadaan zaman yang terus berubah. Maka, dari itu diperlukan pengetahuan yang luas dan pengalaman yang banyak untuk mencapai hal tersebut. Penyuluhan ini dapat memberikan kesadaran para siswa di Dili, Timor Leste, untuk merencanakan dan menggapai karirnya setinggi mungkin. Siswa diajak untuk memiliki tujuan dalam hidupnya, memahami potensi dalam dirinya dan menyiapkan cara merealisasikan mimpinya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang menikah dini di Desa Nusa Bakti, anak dalam keluarga yang menikah dini. Sumber data meliputi sumber data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kegiatan akhir analisis data penelitian disimpulkan Pertama: Keluarga adalah tempat pertama belajar, dukungan keluarga akan menjadikan anak yang tumbuh dengan penuh kasih sayang, percaya akan diri sendiri. Pendidikan anak di desa nusa bakti sangat baik. Pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini merupakan hal utama yang harus ditanamkan sejak dini, karena sebagai pedoman untuk membentuk suatu kebiasaan positif dan sebagal bekal pengetahuan pendidikan selanjutnya. Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pendidikan karakter anak usia dini di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan didukung pengambilan data berupa observasi. Subyek penelitian ini menggunakan 30 responden anak didik di TK Dharma Wanita Kecamtan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan data berupa kuesioner/angket yang terdiri dari 8 butir pertanyaan terkait pendidikan karakter anak usia dini yang meliputi kemandirian, percaya diri, dan tanggung jawab. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang berupa persentase, dari data yang didapatkan presentase perolehan aspek penanaman pendidikan karakter berada pada kategori mulai berkembanga dengan hasil 47% aspek kemandirian, 48% aspek percaya diri, dan 42% aspek tanggung jawab, sehingga diperoleh hasil rata-rata penanaman pendidikan karakter selama pandemi covid-19 berada pada kategori mulai berkembang dengan nilai presentase 46%.
