The present study was carried out in Djambala in the Plateaux Department (Republic of Congo). The objective was to know the specific diversity of the herpetofauna of Djambala and its surroundings. Data collection was done in two phases: in 2010 (for Ophidia) and from November 21 to 22, 2018 (for Anura and Lacertilia). Sampling of the specimens was done using the active method.
