Le Sefer Ha-ʻIqqarim de Joseph Albo qui a pour objet la définition des principes fondamentaux du Judaïsme s’inscrit dans une réflexion qui a commencé avec Sadia Gaon, qui s’est poursuivie avec Maimonide, Gersonides, Crescas, Duran. Dans le but de permettre au lecteur de se faire sa propre opinion, nous avons souhaité présenter et traduire l’oeuvre de Joseph Albo. Traduire l’ensemble du Sefer Ha-ʻIqqarim dépassant le cadre de notre projet, nous nous sommes contentés de traduire le premier traité qui présente la conception de Joseph Albo sur les principes fondamentaux et sa réduction à trois principes fondamentaux qui sont la croyance à l’existence de Dieu, la croyance à une révélation divine, et la croyance à la rétribution. Les trois traités suivant ne constituant qu’un approfondissement du premier, nous avons traduit un chapitre supplémentaire pour voir et comprendre comment Joseph Albo développe et approfondit le thème déjà ouvert dans le premier traité. C’est le troisième traité qui développe le second principe fondamental de la croyance à la révélation divine
The Sefer Ha-ʻIqqarim of Joseph Albo which try to determine the basic principles of Judaism is part of a reflection that began with Sadia Gaon, which continued with Maimonides, Gersonides and Crescas Duran. To allow the reader to form his own opinion, we wanted to introduce and translate the work of Joseph Albo. Translating the whole of the Sefer Ha-ʻIqqarim exceeding the framework of our project, we simply translate the first treaty which presents the conception of Joseph Albo on fundamentals and its reduction to three fundamental principles which are the belief in the existence of God, the belief in a divine revelation, and the belief in retribution. The three following treaties being only a deepening of the first, we have translated an additional chapter to see and understand how Joseph Albo develops the theme already opened in the first treaty. This is the third treaty that develops the second fundamental principle of belief in the divine revelation

Resumen: Esta memoria está dedicada al estudio de la enseñanza dada en algunas iglesias neo pentecostales de habla hispana en la ciudad de Montreal y las diferencias que se dan en el momento de asimilar lo escuchado en las reuniones. Para efectuar este estudio, se realizó una investigación cualitativa, con la ayuda de un cuestionario se efectuó una entrevista semi-dirigida a una muestra de 12 personas. Los participantes son personas inmigrantes con más de dos años de participación en la Iglesia local. Hemos analizado las representaciones sociales que se existen en la congregación en estudio, también hemos estudiado las representaciones individuales que ciertos miembros han construido y sus consecuencias en la vida del creyente. Pudimos concluir que en esta congregación se dan al menos cuatro representaciones sociales: el rol de la ministración y la enseñanza de la Palabra en el proceso de crecimiento y madurez; la necesidad de madurez para comprender y trabajar por la visión-misión; el avance espiritual de los miembros es enmarcado por el pastor; el objetivo congregacional es restaurar integralmente al creyente. A través de la teoría del núcleo central de Abric, hemos focalizado las razones por las cuales estas representaciones se dan, llegando a la conclusión que los dogmas aprendidos anteriormente por el creyente y su origen cultural hacen resistencia en su interacción con el liderazgo que dirige la congregación, de tal manera que se producen divergencias y convergencias entre el núcleo formado por el pastor y los otros líderes, de una parte, y los miembros que forman la periferia, de otra.
Résumé: Ce mémoire est consacré à l'étude de l'enseignement donné dans certaines églises néo pentecôtistes hispanophones dans la ville de Montréal et aux différences qui existent au moment d'assimiler et d’appliquer ce qui est appris dans les réunions. Pour réaliser cette étude, on a mené une investigation qualitative, on a, à l’aide d’un questionnaire, fait une entrevue semi-dirigée sur un échantillon de 12 personnes. Les participants sont des immigrants avec plus de deux ans dans l’Église locale. Nous avons analysé les représentations sociales qui existent dans l'Église locale étudiée, nous avons également étudié les représentations individuelles que certains membres se sont construites et leurs conséquences dans la vie des croyants. On a pu conclure qu’au centre de cette congrégation, il y a au moins quatre représentations sociales: le rôle de la prière, de l’écoute et de l’enseignement de la Parole de Dieu dans le processus de croissance et maturité; le besoin de maturité pour comprendre et pour travailler par la vision-mission; l’avancement spirituel des membres marqué par le pasteur; la restauration entière de la vie du croyant comme objectif de la congrégation. Grâce à la théorie du noyau central d’Abric, nous avons souligné les raisons pour lesquelles ces représentations sont données, en concluant que les dogmes déjà appris par le croyant et son contexte culturel font une résistance dans leur interaction avec le leader qui oriente la congrégation, de sorte que des divergences et des convergences se produisent entre le noyau formé par le pasteur et les autres leaders, qui l’accompagnent, d’une part, et les membres qui forment un groupe périphérique, d’autre part.

Informe de Seminario para optar al grado de Licenciado en Filosofía
La presente tesina realiza en su marco teórico una breve introducción a las ideas del Círculo de Viena sobre el significado, para a continuación presentar el ataque frontal a las bases del positivismo lógico llevado a cabo por Quine, cuyo original sistema filosófico involucra sostener tesis filosóficas de carácter abarcador, dejándolas en un sector indefinido entre lo semántico, lo epistemológico y lo metafísico. Por lo anterior, la estructura de la exposición del sistema quineano se hará desde “fuera” hacia “adentro”, es decir, yendo del ataque hacia Carnap y el Círculo, pasando por sus tesis del compromiso ontológico, el holismo semántico, la indeterminación de la traducción, la relatividad ontológica y la indeterminación de la referencia, para luego ir hacia las presuposiciones empíricas tácitas que hacen su sistema creíble, o sea, la reificación como punto de continuidad entre el lenguaje natural y la teoría científica, junto con su concepción de un significado estimulativo compatible con el conjunto de sus proposiciones filosóficas. Una vez en el interior del sistema se atacará la noción de “reificación quineana” que involucra que el mundo es concebido desde nuestra niñez como un conjunto no ordenado de experiencia siendo ordenado recién con la adquisición de un lenguaje cualquiera, cosa incompatible con lo que la investigación en psicología del desarrollo ha descubierto. Finalmente, considerando que lo que muestran los experimentos hechos en niños prelingüísticos es una prueba suficiente de la falta de plausibilidad del edificio quineano, entonces se intentará hacer una reconstrucción sobre las soluciones que se han formulado históricamente a los problemas del “significado”, la “referencia” y la “comunicación”, lo que implicará inmediatamente una propuesta sobre las nociones conceptuales que debe contener una teoría más completa cuyo objeto sean los lenguajes naturales.

Pendant un siecle encore, ils meneront une vie precaire, au milieu de populations hostiles. En 1428, le souverain d'azcapotzalco, alors detenteur du pouvoir, est sur le point d'en finir avec eux. . Sans meme essayer de combattre, les azteques s'appretent a s'offrir en esclaves lorsque, au dernier moment, un jeune prince, tlacaelel, s'interpose et, par son action, renverse la situation et donne la victoire a son peuple. De cette victoire jusqu'a sa mort, dans l'ombre de cinq tlatoani successifs, il exercera la realite du pouvoir. In 1325, after a "long march" of three centuries, the aztecs discover, on a small, swampy island of the lagoon of texcoco, the signe of the promise, a raising eagle on a nopal, showing them the place choosen by their god for the establishment of its power. For one century longer, they will lead a precarious life, among hostiles populations. In 1428, the master of azcapotzalco, then withholding the power, is about to be done with them. Aztecs prepare themselves for slavery, when, at the last minute, a young prince, tlacaelel, intervenes and, by his action, reverses the situation and leads his people to victory. From this victory to his death, in the background of five successive tlatoanis, he will exercise the real power. Mixing old observances and beliefs to new "articles of faith", he creates a new "dogma" under wich the little tribal god, huitzilopochtli, pulled up to the top of the nahuatl pantheon, takes over the fifth sun and entrusts his people of its survival by daily offerings of human hearts and blood. For this, they will have to cross borders, the nature of their mission forbidding aztecs to offer up themselves as a sacrifice, suicidal conduct wich would only hasten the death of the sun and its people : from wich the necessity of ceaseless campaigns, leading to an endless expansion of the empire and the sacrifice of victims more and more numerous, durind an impressive ceremonial wich was the key element of a real state-terrorism. Thus, the dogma becames apparent as what it is in fact : a mask behind wich heads an expansionist and totalitarian enterprise, expression of a relentless will of power

Abstract:
La recherche des triterpénoïdes bactériens chez un certain nombre de bactéries a permis de découvrir une nouvelle souche : Methylococcus luteus qui produit à la fois des hopanoïdes et des stérols. L'étude de l'inhibition des voies de biosynthèse des hopanoïdes et des stérols chez Methylococcus capsulatus à l'aide d'azasqualène inhibiteur de cyclase et d'allylamines, la naftifine et la terbinafine, inhibiteurs d'époxydase, a montré que leur présence est nécessaire à la survie de la bactérie. En présence d'azasqualène nous avons observé une accumulation de stérols à chaîne latérale insaturée. Nous avons montré que cette accumulation est due à la métabolisation par les bactéries de l'azasqualène en azalanosténol connu comme inhibiteur de réductase. L'étude de la biosynthèse d'isoprénoïdes chez Methylobacterium fujisawaense a montré après incubation de (1-13C), (2-13C) acétate et du (6-13C) glucose que les résultats observés sont identiques à ceux obtenus antérieurement chez d'autres bactéries de métabolisme différent. Ces résultats doivent être interprétés dans le cadre d'un schéma biogénétique commun à tous les procaryotes ne faisant pas intervenir la voie de l'acétoacétate. L’incubation de (2-13C) érythrose a montré qu'il est incorporé sans modification dans les isoprénoïdes. Ce résultat suggère que l'érythrose est un précurseur (unité en C4) de l'unité isoprénique. Cela nous a mené à postuler la présence d'une nouvelle dichotomie fondamentale entre les eubactéries d'une part, et les archébactéries et les eucaryotes d'autre part

Quels liens existe-t-il entre la théorie de l'imprévision, la théorie de la connaissance acquise, la théorie des circonstances exceptionnelles, ou encore celle des associations transparentes ? Le nombre important de théories répertoriées en droit administratif pour désigner des jurisprudences conduit à s'interroger sur cet usage établi et pourtant peu étudié. La première difficulté résulte du terme même de « théorie ». Loin d'être neutre, celui-ci est chargé de significations qui renvoient très directement à l'épistémologie des sciences et donne à une étude relative aux théories jurisprudentielles en droit administratif une dimension substantielle.Peut-on identifier et analyser un substrat commun à l'ensemble de ces théories ou s'agit-t-il d'une utilisation fluctuante et contingente ? En d'autres termes, peut-on parvenir à une signification unifiée du concept de théorie dans l'analyse de la jurisprudence ?L'identification des théories jurisprudentielles procède de la mise en lumière d'une catégorie réelle qui répond à des règles conventionnelles auxquelles le discours juridique semble se plier. Construites au cours d'un long processus impliquant l'ensemble des acteurs juridiques, elles sont reconnues comme produisant des effets de droit.En outre, les jurisprudences appelées « théories » révèlent des fonctions normatives communes. Plus précisément, elles constituent un instrument à la disposition du juge administratif dans la mise en œuvre du contrôle de légalité et contribuent ainsi à la vitalité du droit administratif.L'usage du mot « théorie » témoigne de surcroît d'une volonté dogmatique de faire voir le droit administratif et son histoire sous un angle linéaire et sans rupture. Il a accompagné tout le processus de construction d'une science distincte de celle du droit privé et concourt aujourd'hui encore à l'affermissement du droit administratif. What are the relationship between the imprevision theory, the "connaissance acquise" theory, the exceptional circumstances theory and the theory of "associations transparentes" ? The important number of identified theories in french administrative law for naming all the jurisprudences leads to inquire about a common use, however little explored. The first difficulty stems from the term of "theory" itself. Far from being neutral, this term embodies meanings which refer directly to the epistemology of sciences and give a substantive dimension to jurisprudential theories in administrative law.Can we identify and analyse a common ground of all these theories, or is that use only changing and casual ? In others words, an unified meaning of the concept of theory in the jurisprudential analyse can be established ?The identification of jurisprudential theories comes from the highlight of a real category which satisfies to conventional rules, and the legal discourse seems to follow them. Developped through a long process, they are recognized as theories which produce binding legal effects.Furthermore, administrative jurisprudences called "theories" reveal common normative functions. More precisely, they constitute an instrument for the administrative judge in order to implement the control of legality and contribute, in that way, to the vitality of administrative law.In addition, the use of the word "theory" underlines a dogmatical will to let show administrative law and its history in a linear way, without any discontinuity. It has accompagnied all the building process of a distinctive science from the common law, and it still contributes to the strenghtening of administrative law. Thus, jurisprudential theories raise fundamental issues for this matter

Denna uppsats handlar om den religiösa barnlitteraturen och dess barndomsdiskurser. Först genomfördes en kvantitativ förstudie av det aktuella religiösa barnboksutbudet och utifrån det valdes sedan tio bilderböcker ut. Med hjälp av ikonotextuell analys och teorier om barndomsdiskurser har sedan en kvalitativ studie gjorts på dessa utvalda bilderböcker. Genom analyserna framträder vissa tendenser såsom moraliska undertoner och pedagogiska syften som ”lättas upp” med hjälp av förströelse i form av glada och lättsamma bilder. Det finns även exempel på litteratur av mer konstnärlig och komplex art. Utifrån FN:s konvention om barnets rättigheter och Kulturrådets kvalitetskriterier för barn- och ungdomslitteratur förs ett resonemang om huruvida den religiösa barnlitteraturen kan sägas leva upp till dessa båda kriterier. Studien redovisar spår av diskursen om det onda barnet, flera exempel på diskursen om det oskuldsfulla barnet samt några få böcker som frambär diskursen om det kompetenta barnet. Dessutom ges en historisk översikt över den religiösa barnbokens uppkomst och framväxt samt en överblick över samtida forskning inom religiös barnlitteratur.

O presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo o Estado, num de seus órgãos, o Poder Judiciário. Para tal buscar-se á visualizar a presença do Estado na jurisdição, pois é aí que, em nome da paz social, se manifesta quando necessário, a força estatal, por meio de um processo de legitimação que exige a reminiscência ao contrato social. Nesse processo, outro tema que, obrigatoriamente, deverá ser abordado é a tripartição do poder. Como o órgão político a ser analisado é o Poder Judiciário, quardião das leis, abordar-se-á não somente esta como também o Direito, dois âmbitos distintos que o senso comum insiste em unificar. Porém, tal abordagem se dará permeada ao longo do texto, pois a posição de maior interesse será aquela referente à função política do magistrado. Dentro dessa perspectiva, são colocados em discussão alguns preconceitos referentes à posição do juiz como neutro, bem como a necessidade deste ser imparcial, em nome da Justiça. Lançou-se mão do conhecimento e dos métodos filosóficos, para embasar o presente trabalho.

The model of attention to health has been suffering alterations due to the difficulty faced to put into practice its universal, democratic and institutional layout. Since the movement of Sanitary Reform, which focused in the demands of a new health context and the process of work in the area of health, one seeks uninterruptedly, to find a way which leads to the execution of the principles of SUS. Despite having tried, the model of Sanitary Vigilance centered within the work of a multi-professional team has shown fragmentation and little adequacy to the necessity of health in the population. Whilst inserting himself in the field of health, the psychology professional has taken with him his clinic way of attending to individuals being one more in the team to act in a de-contextualised and little critical way. In virtue of this framework, the Ministry of Health invests in the Family Health Program as a new guide in the health system, restructuring the basic attention at a new logic of action. In this way, the municipality of Natal-RN implants, in the year 2002, the PSF in the Northern Sanitary District, a context in which professional teams are created where there is not an inclusion of a psychologist. Consequently, this professional is excluded of his work space in the previous Basic Unities of Health. This piece of work constitutes in the investigation of the implementation and instrumentalization of the Northern Sanitary District PSF of Natal-RN, having as its objective to analyze the implications of this execution for the structuring of the health network services and more specifically the alterations that this implementation could be making to the practice of the Psychology Professionals, emphasizing its advances, obstacles and limitations. To make this work feasible it was necessary to search for data and information from the implementation and execution of the PSF in the DSN, carrying interviews from a semi-structured guide, with 21 institutional actors (members of the team, coordinators and directors of the unities and psychologists)

We are going to analyse, in this study, the conception of dogma as proposed and defended by le roy in his article "qu'est-ce qu'un dogme?" (what is a dogma?), published in la quinzaine of sixteenth april nineteen hundred and five. Le roy's position in this article is simple and clear. For him, church dogma is first and foremast moral and practical, and not speculative or theoretical. His position was discorded by theologians and the church authorities according to who, le roy suppressed the positive aspect of dogma designed by traditional apologetic. Le roy does in fact, defend the objective content of dogma in his theory of knowledge. In light of le roy's thesis, we have proposed an african theology of invention. In the process of inculturation, this means calling apon african communities to be creative of thers invent other tools which would express the revealed message

Abstract:
Dogs are popular pets in many countries. The interactions that occur between dogs, and between dogs and humans, are of interest to behavioural, welfare, psychological and social sciences. As dogs are a potential source of zoonotic infections to humans, such interactions may also impact on public health. Interactions between dogs, for example whilst walking, may also transfer infectious diseases (zoonotic or non-zoonotic) through the pet dog population. Despite their popularity as pets, there have been no in-depth studies into the contacts that occur between dogs, and between dogs and people; this thesis uses a variety of methodologies to examine these contacts. A census-based, epidemiological study was used to investigate factors associated with dog ownership and contact with dogs, in a semi-rural community of 1278 households in Cheshire, UK. This study supported the suggestion that dogs are more common in families who have older children (6-19 years), as has been generally observed in other countries. Dog owners were also more likely to have contact with dogs other than their own, compared with those not owning a dog. A questionnaire survey of 260 dog owning households in this community found that the contacts that these dogs have, with people and other dogs, were highly variable and affected by: size, gender and age of dog; individual dog behaviours; human behaviours and human preferences in management of the dog. A number of situations were identified that may be of particular importance in relation to zoonoses, including: sleeping areas, playing behaviours, greeting behaviours, food sources, walking, disposal of faeces, veterinary preventive treatment and general hygiene. Faecal samples were provided for 183 of the dogs and forty-six (25%) were identified, by either culture or direct PCR isolation methods, as carriers of the zoonotic pathogen Campylobacter upsaliensis. Multivariable logistic regression identified risk factors for C. upsaliensis carriage as: living with another positive dog; living in a household with pet fish; size of dog; age of dog; being fed commercially-bought dog treats; and being fed human food tit-bits (particularly the act of feeding leftovers in the bowl, although letting the dog feed directly from a plate had a protective effect). These results have implications for prevention of C. upsaliensis carriage in pet dogs and the subsequent possible transmission to people. Social network analytical approaches were used to investigate potential networks arising amongst 214 of the dog owning households, through their utilisation of public space during walking. A high level of potential contact was demonstrated and this has implications for infectious disease transmission. Most households walked their dogs in only a few areas, but a small number visited many areas. In addition, behavioural observational studies of focal dogs were used to investigate the interactions with other dogs, people and the environment that may occur on dog walks. Dogs were observed to interact with other dogs much more commonly than with people. A multivariable model of percentage duration spent sniffing suggested that day of observation, UK Kennel Club Breed Type and observing urination were important. Whether a dog is on lead or not whilst on a walk: could affect the frequency in which it interacts with other dogs and people that it meets. An experimental study of ten dogs was conducted and hierarchical multilevel modelling suggested that lead status of both dogs in an interaction is important in influencing whether or not the interaction will occur; therefore if used as an intervention for reducing disease spread, both dogs should be on a lead. The work in this thesis provides new insight into the dog-human. relationship and presents information of use to those interested in reducing infectious disease transmission between dogs, and between dogs and people.

That the study of the history of Christian doctrine and dogma had its heyday in nineteenth-century German Protestantism is well known. What is not well known is that theologians in two Presbyterian denominations in Victorian Scotland, the Free Church and the United Presbyterians, made the most concerted attempts in an English-speaking Protestant tradition to account historically for the genesis and progress of doctrine. This dissertation recovers this half-century of Reformed theological labour and neglected chapter in Victorian church history through close analysis of how prominent theologians in these evangelical bodies wrestled with the new, disconcerting idea that doctrine develops in history. The story that emerges tells of Scottish Presbyterian theology in the period c. 1845-c. 1900 coming to recognize that church doctrine was not simply the repetition of biblical teaching. Doctrine was the church's confession of God's truth—and the church was in history. Nonetheless, because the historical spirit was far from monolithic in the nineteenth century, the manner in which theologians from this tradition negotiated their Reformed and evangelical doctrinal inheritance with the claims of history was markedly diverse.William Cunningham (1805-61) rejected John Henry Newman's groundbreaking An Essay on the Development of Christian Doctrine (1845) by reiterating the classical Protestant doctrine of the sufficiency of Scripture. Although subsequent theologians also held this belief, their understanding of revelation was being historicized. Robert Rainy (1826-1906) drew upon a concept of "salvation history" then current among conservative German theologians to argue that doctrine was not deposited in Scripture as Cunningham assumed; rather, it formed as the church interpreted God's acts in history. Rainy's tacit admission that doctrine, being historically conditioned, was also historically conditional was radicalized by A. B. Bruce (1831-1899). In concert with the influential Ritschlian critique of dogma, Bruce urged evangelical theology to tear down the "scholastic" dogmas of yesteryear to rebuild anew on the witness of the historical Jesus. In firm opposition, James Orr (1844-1913) creatively deployed philosophical idealism to show how orthodox dogma had developed over centuries as the rational unfolding of Spirit in history. Accordingly, the system of doctrine maintained in evangelical Protestantism was largely inviolable.Along with summarizing some themes common in the diverse handling of the problem of history and dogma by Free Church and United Presbyterian divines, the concluding chapter tentatively suggests where their labours intersect contemporary ecumenical interest in the issue of the historical development of doctrine.
Il est bien connu que l'histoire du dogme et de la doctrine chétienne a connu son apogée au sein du protestantisme allemand du dix-neuvième siècle. Ce qui est moins connu c'est que des théologiens de deux dénomination presbytériennes de l'écosse victorienne, la Free Church et les Presbytériens Unis, ont fait le plus d'efforts concertés, au sein d'une tradition protestante anglophone, de rendre compte historiquement de la genèse et du progrès de la doctrine. ENGLISH ABSTRACT: The study was undertaken to identify internal and external assets of a ten year- old girl with Down Syndrome. The assets include those of the individual and the broader community. The learner’s assets, in her immediate environment, was difficult to identify because of minimal exposure to community activities. A list of assets were compiled and the 40 Developmental Assets as researched by the “Searched Institute of Minneapolis” (Roehlkepartain & Leffert, 2000), served as key elements for the cartographic listing of the assets of the learner with Down Syndrome. In this research, the asset-based approach was used as a framework. A qualitative research design was used for the research where the learner was observed in her natural environment. The learner was observed at school and at home with the aim to identify assets. During the research the parents as well as the school was empowered by shifting their focus from the learner’s needs and shortcomings to the learner’s strengths, abilities and talents. The identifying of the new assets will enable the learner to improve her socialising skills and allow her to improve her self-care. The results of the research show that the parents and the school developed a more positive attitude with regard to the identification and mobilization of assets of learners with disabilities.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Die studie is onderneem om interne en eksterne bates by 'n leerder met Downsindroom te identifiseer. In hierdie navorsing is die bate-gebaseerde benadering as 'n raamwerk gebruik. 'n Kwalitatiewe navorsingsontwerp is vir hierdie navorsing gebruik waar die leerder in haar natuurlike omgewing waargeneem is. Die leerder is by die skool en by die huis waargeneem met die doel om bates te identifiseer. Tydens die navorsing is die ouers en die skool bemagtig deur hul fokus te verskuif vanaf die leerder se behoeftes en tekorte na die leerder se sterkpunte, vermoëns en talente. Die identifisering van die nuwe bates by die leerder sal haar sosialiseringsvaardighede verbeter en haar in staat stel om veral haar selfversorging te verbeter. Die resultate van die navorsing dui daarop dat die ouers en die skool 'n meer positiewe houding ontwikkel het ten opsigte van die identifisering en mobilisering van bates by leerders met gestremdhede.

La presente disertación tiene como tema: "Cultura y creatividad en la artesanía indígena de Doglas Sateré", sus locus es el municipio de Parintins, ciudad del interior del estado de Amazonas. La investigación se da con indígenas Sateré-Mawé de la familia Ary'yp Wiit (madera rara ruda), residentes en la Casa de Tráfico Indígena de dicha ciudad, específicamente con el artesano indígena Doglas de Oliverira, pero conocido como Doglas Sateré. Cuando en contacto con la artesanía Sateré Mawé en Parintins, encontré figuras antropomorfas, que originalmente se trataba de objetos tradicionales en las prácticas de las vivencias de sus antepasados, y que ahora eran comercializados como artesanías. Así, la búsqueda por comprender las conexiones entre cultura y creatividad involucradas en la creación de esas artesanías, me motivaron a investigar la vivencia del artesano Doglas Sateré. Durante la investigación se realizaron conversaciones, entrevistas y diálogos con los indígenas investigados y también con otros indígenas que contribuyeron con sus percepciones acerca de la cultura Sateré Mawé. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de participar en algunos eventos como, viajes a aldeas en el Territorio del Andí, danza del ritual de la Tucandera, participación en ritual de Wará, ferias de artesanías, entre otros, hechos que nos ayudaron a comprender la actualidad de la vivencia cultural del pueblo en cuestión. El proceso metodológico utilizado en la misma fue el etnográfico. La elección por la etnografía nos posibilitó lidiar con nuestras experiencias en el campo, acercándonos, a través de un modo de comunicación específico, de la experiencia de los sujetos de la investigación.

O processo metodológico utilizado a etnografia pois nos possibilitou lidar com nossas experiências em campo, aproximando-nos, via um modo de comunicação específico, da experiência dos sujeitos da pesquisa.

El presente trabajo de investigación que pongo a disposición del Jurado Evaluador se intitula “control de hechos en casación: ataque frontal a los dogmas que rigen en la casación civil”, el tema central en la misma está vinculado a la casación civil, pero, apuntando a un tema de mucha polémica en la doctrina y en la jurisprudencia: el control de hechos en sede casatoria. La dogmatica en esta materia -como sabemos- se encuentra dividida y aunque en nuestro medio se tiene la idea más generalizada de una prohibición expresa y sacrosanta de no hacer control de hechos en casacion. Teniendo adicionalmente como dato que en nuestro medio el contenido mayoritario de las decisiones que toma nuestra Corte Suprema en esta materia apunta a la tesis de la imposibilidad de hacer control de hechos en casación, pues se cree a prori que bajo ninguna circunstancia es posible hablar de control de hechos en la tramitación de los recursos de casación, posición o afirmación que el autor considera un dogma en el derecho, pues, en realidad no se ajusta a la totalidad de situaciones que pueden permitir acceder a casación. La idea fundante del presente trabajo de investigación es que si es admisible aunque de manera excepcional, sin que ello desnaturalice el recurso y no convierta a la Corte Suprema –que conoce en nuestro medio el recurso de casación – en una tercera instancia. Creemos en la posibilidad de hacer control de hechos en casación, si levantamos la mirada a dos elementos importantes del proceso: los hechos y el derecho, ello porque se ha perdido de vista la fusión indisoluble que aparece entre el hecho y el derecho, se olvidan muchos que estos dos elementos perviven juntos durante el desarrollo de todo el proceso, incluyendo la casación. Hemos asumido diversas posturas sobre la materia en ciernes, postulando la posibilidad de hacer control de hechos en situaciones en las que la Sala de Casación debe verificar si la norma aplicada o inaplicada para resolver el caso es la correcta, pues para ello el juez de casación no le queda otra alternativa que conocer los hechos a través de la prueba. En este trabajo también proponemos la posibilidad de hacer control de hechos ante la existencia de sentencias arbitrarias o absurdas y en todas aquellas situaciones en las que aparezca manifiesto que el juez haya realizado un trabajo probatorio inaceptable, con lo cual se afecta ostensiblemente el derecho a un debido proceso que se puede presentar en diversas vertientes: motivación, valoración de la prueba, quiebre de las reglas de la prueba, atentando al derecho a probar, entre otros Se ha efectuado trabajo de campo no sólo analizando las sentencias de nuestra Corte Suprema y la de otros países en las que se ha resuelto recursos de casación; sino que también se han tomado datos de diversas unidades de análisis que han ayudado a la tarea asumida, por lo cual se han formulado cuestionarios a docentes universitarios, a magistrados, a alumnos de maestría en derecho procesal y abogados.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: The focus of this study is a reflection by an educational psychologist of a five year old girl and her use of art media during her therapy sessions. The rational behind art therapy is that underlying feelings and problems are brought to the surface through the interaction with art media and art production (Oster & Crone, 2004). This enables the client to perceive the problem visually and learn how to process it. Educational psychologists are not necessarily trained to do art therapy. However the use of creative media can form part of their practice. A principle of art therapy – to create a safe environment for the person to work uninterrupted, was used in this study. A qualitative ex post facto study was used to complete this research. This entails a study of an occurrence (a child‟s use of art media in therapy) after it has been observed by the researcher. The aim of this research was to study, by means of a case study, a five year old girl‟s interaction with art media such as paint, clay and felt-tip pens throughout her therapy process. The amount of time spent with media, techniques and colours used, symbols made, as well as verbal and non-verbal behavior was observed. The participant‟s therapy sessions and informal interviews with her mother were recorded on video. The videotapes were studied and field notes of these, together with personal records and the artistic products that resulted from her sessions were used for data-collection. In addition and to enrich the study the possible meaning of the symbols depicted were also discussed. Inductive data-analyses (bottom to top) were used to process the data. The researcher‟s perspective during the study was of a reflective practitioner. The description of the participant‟s interaction with art media showed that she became more involved with it as time passed. There were noticeable changes in her use of colour, techniques and media. A positive change in her verbal and nonverbal behaviour was observed towards the end of her therapy-process.

Apres une introduction consacree aux objectifs (etude de plates-formes carbonatees sur blocs crustaux bascules avec diapirisme asocie), au cadre geologique et a la demarche (stratigraphie sequentielle), le corps de la these comprend deux parties successives. La premiere partie est consacree a l'analyse micro et macroscopique des sediments jurassico-cretaces concernes et a leur interpretation sequentielle, concepts d'exxon). Dans la deuxieme partie, apres un rappel de l'histoire des bassins sedimentaires mesozoiques des pyrenees, est presentee l'evolution geodynamique de la region etudiee, au jurassique moyen et superieur (plate-forme stable) puis au cretace inferieur ante-albien (blocs bascules et structures halocinetiques associees sur la marge iberique des pyrenees occidentales). Par la suite, les structures compressives pyreneennes ont ete profondement influencees par les dispositifs mis en place lors de la longue periode de distension mesozoique precedemment evoquee: failles normales jurassiques et eocretacees reactivees en failles inverses, en chevauchements ou en decrochements; anticlinaux superposes aux anciennes rides diapiriques eocretacees; synclinaux reprenant d'anciens synclinaux de compensation lies aux structures halocinetiques. Le discours doctrinal a un caractere theorique singulier. Descriptions de l'etat du droit positif et prescriptions pour en changer s'y conjuguent inseparablement. Toutes produisent des representations de la realite que la connaissance juridique va assimiler et qui joueront un role cle dans ses mutations. Mais le droit toujours se dedouble. Systeme formel hierarchise de normes d'une part, ensemble informel anarchique de questions d'autre part. Et entre les deux, entre la validite des regles et les ambiguites de leur contenu, entre la determination des regles applicables et l'opportunite politique de leur application : il y aura toujours l'argumentation. L'examen de l'usage doctrinal des concepts de " permanence ", d'" unite " ou de " securite juridique " montre l'ambivalence du discours des juristes. En toute neutralite, la doctrine decrit et prescrit les solutions positives et futures par un discours qui mele l'ambigu au tabou, l'indicible au non-dit, et le mythe a l'esprit de la loi ou de la jurisprudence. Est-ce alors infamant de presenter la doctrine de droit prive comme gardienne d'un temple ou l'on preche le culte de la solution unique ? serait-ce un blaspheme d'en denoncer le dogme ? serait-il heretique de penser que les juristes se nourrissent d'illusions ? serait-il plus calomnieux encore de dire que loin de se bercer d'illusions, les juristes sont en realite des illusionnistes ? le dogme de la solution unique est une croyance trop simpliste aujourd'hui pour que les juristes y adherent mais il les sert et les rassure. Is it dishonourable to present the "doctrine" as the guardian of the temple of the cult of the unique solution ? would it be blasphemy to denounce this as dogma ? would it be heretical to think that jurists live off illusions ? would it be more slanderous to say that far from deluding themselves with illusions, they are in fact illusionists? doctrinal discourse has a peculiar theoretical nature: descriptions of positive law and prescriptions to change it are mutually interrelated. Both produce representations of reality which are joined by jurisprudential knowledge and play a major part in its transformation. However law always splits in two. On the one hand, it is a hierarchical formal system of norms and on the other, it is an anarchistic informal set of questions. Argumentation has until now filled the gap between these two poles, that is, between the validity of rules and their ambiguous content, between the appropiateness of the applicability of rules and the appropiateness of the their political application. A closer look at the use of doctrinal concepts such as "permanence", "unity" or "juridical security" shows the ambivalence of jurists' discourse. The doctrine, remaining neutral, describes and prescribes positive, future solutions in a discourse which mixes (up) ambiguity with taboo, the unspeakable with the unspoken, the myth with the spirit of the law. It is hard for jurists to subscribe nowadays to the simplistic view of the dogma of the unique solution, but it is still useful and reassuring for them. They make use of it as an adequate theoretical substitute for their own speech to restrict the domain of possible solutions. If this is so, we are confronted with a use of rhetorical, not to say sophistic, discourse

Cette étude initiée par la SNEA(P) consiste en l'analyse palynologique des sédiments du Jurassique moyen et du début du Jurassique supérieur de Bourgogne. Après un rappel des techniques et méthodes palynologiques propres aux séries carbonatées rencontrées, ce travail s'attache, d'un point de vue qualitatif, à établir un inventaire palynologique dans l'intervalle Aalénien-Oxfordien et d'en déduire un découpage palynostratigraphique fondé sur la répartition stratigraphique des dinokystes. D'un point de vue quantitatif ensuite, il s'agit d'identifier une réponse palynologique aux contraintes environnementales et notamment aux variations du niveau marin relatif. Les variations déduites d'éudes strati-séquentielles réalisées sur le même intervalle par l'Université de Bourgogne et la SNEA(P) servent de point de départ à une confrontation des résultats de la palynologie avec ceux de la stratigraphie séquentielle. Le matériel sur lequel se fonde cette étude consiste en 400 échantillons provenant de 27 coupes de terrain et 7 sondages répartis sur les régions limitrophes du Morvan. La plupart des coupes de terrain et sondages bénéficient d'études sédimentologiques, strati-séquentielles et macropaléontologiques. Tous les échantillons prélevés ont subi le même traitement palynologique, visant à isoler la fraction organique par élimination de la fraction minérale du sédiment. Le dosage de la matière organique permet de distinguer deux types principaux de palynofacies, l'un dominé par la matière organique amorphe (palynofaciès sapropélique) et l'autre par la matière organique figurée (palynofaciès humique). Dans la matière organique résiduelle, on distingue aussi plusieurs catégories de palynomorphes : spores, pollen, dinokystes, acritarches, foraminiferes et divers (dont tasmanacees et scolecodontes). La morphologie de ces palynomorphes a été succinctement étudiée et parfois a permis de préciser ou de simplifier leur détermination. Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur olika aspekter av "lyssnande" tar sig uttryck i en Reggio Emiliainspirerad pedagogik - även kallad "lyssnandets pedagogik". Genom intervjuer med nitton pedagoger och arton barn på sex förskolor undersöks lyssnandebegreppet utifrån tre huvudsakliga frågeställningar: Hur gestaltar sig själva lyssnandeakten - det vill säga vad konstituerar enligt pedagogerna ett lyssnande förhållningssätt och hur beskriver barnen sina upplevelser av att lyssna och vara lyssnad till i en förskolekontext; hur visar sig barnens röst - vilka av barnens alla olika intressen får gensvar och vilka får det inte, samt vad är det enligt pedagogerna "möjligt att tänka" i en Reggio Emiliakontext. Intervjusvaren tolkas utifrån utvecklingspsykologisk teoribildning enligt Daniel Stern och ett diskursanalytiskt perspektiv enligt bland annat Michel Foucault. Resultaten visar att "lyssnande" på de Reggio Emiliainspirerade förskolorna inordnas i specifika lyssnandetekniker som riktar pedagogernas lyssnande i vissa riktningar och strävar bort från det omedelbara och det spontana. Lyssnandeteknikerna leder in barnens kunskapande i givna ramar och omdirigerar deras eget meningsskapande i riktning mot vad man som barn bör och inte bör skapa mening kring. Även förskolornas organisation och iscensättningen av den pedagogiska miljön ger budskap till barnen om vad som betraktas som önskvärt och värdefullt i den förskolepedagogiska praktiken. Resultaten tyder också på att den Reggio Emiliainspirerade pedagogiken på de undersökta förskolorna är bärare av en kultur där man som pedagog undviker att ifrågasätta det man tycker är problematiskt i den egna verksamheten. Istället inordnar sig pedagogerna inom Reggio Emiliaideologins ramar i vad som kan kallas "Reggiodiskursens doxa".

In today’s world, more than 400 different dog breeds have been registered and the number continues to increase, as people come up with new ways of breeding dogs. Purebred dogs are prone to many inherited disorders, inbreeding depression and a decreasing gene pool. Mixed-breed dogs, on the other hand, are said to be less prone to these problems, as they have a higher genetic variation. This review combined knowledge from the last 25 years of research in the field of mixed-breed dogs and purebred dogs to see what we know and what we still need to examine further. The literature all in all agrees that mixed-breed dogs have an increased longevity, although other factors determine longevity other than breed. They also have a decreased risk of some of the major diseases such as organ disorders and cancer but are instead prone to other problems such as ruptured cranial cruciate ligament, behavioural problems such as aggression, accidents and diabetes. Future research needs to take the inverse relationship of body mass and longevity into account when measuring longevity between breeds and more studies should be made in the field of canine cancer, as this accounts for most deaths overall in dogs.
I dagens värld har mer än 400 olika hundraser registrerats och antalet fortsätter att öka gradvis, eftersom människor kommer med nya sätt att avla hundar. Renrasiga hundar kan ha stora problem med ett flertal ärftliga störningar, inavelsdepression och en minskande gen pool. Å andra sidan sägs hundar med blandad ras vara mindre benägna för dessa problem, eftersom de har en högre genetisk variation. Denna översyn sammanfattar kunskap från de senaste 25 årens forskning inom området blandade hundar och renrasiga hundar för att se vad vi vet och vad vi fortfarande behöver undersöka ytterligare. Litteraturen är överens om att hundar med blandad ras har en ökad livslängd, även om andra faktorer avgör livslängder än rasen. De har också en minskad risk för några av de huvudsakliga sjukdomarna som organ defekter och cancer, dock kan de ha andra problem såsom brustet kranialkorsband, beteendeproblem som aggression, olyckor och diabetes, vilket påverkar livslängden. Framtida forskning måste ta hänsyn till det omvända förhållandet mellan kroppsmassa och livslängd vid mätning av livslängd mellan raser. Fler studier bör göras inom området cancer hos hundar, eftersom detta står för de flesta dödsfall totalt sett hos hundar.

Nearly all of the histories of Shays's Rebellion point to debt as the reason why farmers in western Massachusetts rose against the courts and the state government in the fall and winter of 1786-87. Recent scholarship demonstrates a new line of reasoning based on the tax records of those involved. The following thesis, a screenplay, offers a fictional telling of this insurgency. The story is told using language pulled from contemporary letters and documents and follows a line of causation pointing to inequitable state tax structure and poor representation as the provocation. The response that ensued was not a rebellion – it was a Regulation.

Canine thunderstorm phobia is a common, frustrating, and complex problem that, due to the often severe nature of the clinical signs, can lead to canine relinquishment to shelters. Although a potentially treatable disorder, existing treatment options have several limitations and variable success rates. Three survey-based studies were conducted to increase the knowledge base for canine thunderstorm phobia. The first study distributed 1445 surveys through 16 Kansas veterinary clinics to determine the prevalence and characteristics of thunderstorm phobic dogs and assess differences between affected and non-affected dogs. Of 463 dogs surveyed, 240 were thunderstorm phobic as assessed by their owners. Severe weather warning systems may play a role in thunderstorm phobia. Thunderstorm phobic dogs were more fearful when exposed to tornado sirens, both during actual storms and siren testing, indicating a possible effect of classical conditioning. No differences were noted regarding sex, breed, pedigree, or neuter status. Most affected dogs preferred to be indoors remaining near their owners. The second study distributed 1600 surveys through eight Kansas animal shelters to determine the prevalence of relinquished dogs with thunderstorm phobia. Other reasons for relinquishment were also assessed. A fear of thunder was among the least common behavioral problems leading to relinquishment in dogs. Only a quarter of owners had visited a veterinarian for assistance with behavioral problems. The third study involved the administration of dog appeasing pheromone (DAP) in a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial to assess its efficacy as a sole treatment for thunderstorm phobia. Data was collected from 60 dog owners using behavioral assessment questionnaires. In dogs given the placebo, six behaviors significantly improved, with another eleven showing a numerical trend toward improvement. However, in dogs given DAP, significant improvement was seen in three of these same behaviors. Consequently, these results do not indicate the potential use of DAP for reducing fearful behaviors associated with thunderstorm phobia when compared to negative controls. Information gained from these studies allows veterinarians and behavioral researchers to better understand the extent of this behavioral disorder and hopefully stimulates future research to find new and more effective ways to treat it.

By examining the recent work by Danish writer-directors of both Dogme and New Danish Cinema from 1998 onward, this study pinpoints examples of film analysis that articulate the shared ethical themes of New Danish Cinema. These themes include Danish citizenship and identity, the reduction of family risk, negotiating prejudice and inclusion through desire, humility and empathy, and transnational belonging during a time of rising globalization. A number of the realistic fiction films of New Danish Cinema reflect Denmark’s preceding anti-Hollywood film movement dubbed Dogme 95. This movement first provided the political push for ethically valuable film making in a “realistic” aesthetic. Egalitarian in substance, and also in production, Denmark has a similar number of recently successful female writer-directors as male writer-directors. Known as a largely homogenized country with a recent rise in immigrants, Denmark has demonstrated that it is possible for film to be used as a vehicle to reinforce cultural ethics and political values while also navigating through the ongoing and mounting forces of digital communication and globalization.

The aim of this investigation serves a dual purpose. In the first instance to investigate the education of the sexually-abused girl within the confines of the school curriculum by means of an expanded literature study. Secondly an empirical study was undertaken to obtain valuable information on sexual abuse and sex education amongst girls. Questionnaires were sent out to all Afrikaans medium secondary schools in the Transvaal. It was found that cases of sexual abuse are still increasing, in spite of media exposure and public awareness of this serious crime. Often, the victims do not disclose the fact that they have been sexually abused mainly because they experience feelings of shame and guilt. Sexual abuse causes serious damage to children's self esteem, their ability to develop normal social and sexual relationships in adolescence and adulthood is impaired and the ability to develop their academic potential in school is interfered with. It became evident that sex education from an early age can play a valuable role in preventing sexual abuse of a child. The lives of children are very different from two decades ago and society is experiencing a morality crisis. Teenagers become sexually active at a much younger age. They are bombarded with sex information supplied by the media and misinformed peers. It is of utmost importance that the adolescent girl should know how to handle her sexuality. Although schools have a role to play in sex education, it is generally agreed that it is the parent's responsibility in the first place. A positive parent role model is important for the sexual development of the child. Continuous communication between parent and child is vital. Girls should be taught to protect themselves. Unfortunately it is a responsibility that the majority of parents neglect, making the involvement of schools of great importance. As personal safety curricula became a part of school education, more children are reporting incidences of sexual abuse. It is very important that parents and teachers should handle disclosures of sexual abuse in an appropriate and sensitive manner. Ongoing support should be given to children experiencing the aftermath of sexual abuse. Over a period of time sexually abused victims should be helped to build a sense of a positive self-image. With encouragement they begin to establish meaningful relationships with friends and leave the abusive experience behind them. There is a growing need for a concerted effort to educate children about the problem of sexual abuse. Teachers, in particular, are challenged to play an active role in this effort. We owe it to our children!
