Abstract:
Vietnam economy is facing both opportunities and challenges of the market mechanism and globalization. Social and economic development policies have created positive outcomes. For instance, the economic structural change program has brought out promising results in improving the economic growth and contributing to a more proportionate structure of the industries. At the same time, the progress of integration and participation of Vietnam to international organizations and forums required business enterprises to have appropriate policies in order to adapt to the new business environment and meet the requirements of competition. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which are often considered as the direct result of the changes in economic thought after Renewal policy (Doi Moi) in 1986, is now playing an important part in the economy in terms of the quantity of enterprises as well as the contribution to the country’s GDP. Changes and continuous movements of the economy supported SMEs to expand and develop but brought into many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, the internal renewal is essential to the survival and development of SMEs themselves. The paper aims at identifying the challenges that SMEs have been facing and the root of those issues. Due to the difficulties in collecting data, the research limits primarily with the analysis on the data from the SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City. However, this limitation had a small impact on the research result as Ho Chi Minh City is the most developed city and has the highest contribution to GDP and the highest number of business enterprises. Finally, the research had provided a number of suggestions which may help SMEs overcome difficulties to develop sustainably and contribute more positively to the overall development of the economy.

Abstract:
Abstract This East Meets West Symposium presents cross-cultural evidence of community-based programs developed to address cognitive health needs of older adults or to support dementia family caregivers. It includes five studies from mainland China, Taiwan, and the U.S.A. The first study explored the adherence to computerized cognitive training to promote cognitive health among Chinese older adults using a qualitative approach. External encouragement, and self-awareness of performance improvement were found influential to older adults’ adherence. The second study spearheaded by American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) in the U.S.A shed further light on technology use in promoting brain health by comparing in-person versus online cognitive training to older Americans during the COVID-19 pandemic. The third study tested the effectiveness of a cognitive health management model for community-dwelling older adults including healthy and mild cognitively impaired (MCI) ones in Shanghai, China. Older adults with MCI who received the management service showed better cognition outcomes compared to their counterparts in the control group. The fourth study focused on a community program named “Carer Café”, developed to support dementia family caregiver in Taiwan. Participants (n=375) reported reduced stress and increased access to service referrals. The last study examined the stakeholders’ perceptions of dementia friendly initiatives (DFI) being implemented in U.S.A, mainland China, and Taiwan to support persons with dementia and family caregivers. The impacts of DFI made, challenges DFI faced, and strategies DFI used during COVID-19 pandemic were discussed. The discussant will comment on each article’s contributions and limitations in the context of literature.

Abstract:
Since the introduction of the Doi Moi economic reform in 1986, the real estate market in Vietnam has witnessed a sharp increase in foreign investment inflows and a remarkable growth in the housing market, particularly for high-rise apartments in large cities. This study investigates the determinants of apartment prices in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and Hanoi, the two most representative cities in Vietnam. The spatial distribution of apartments and their price determinants were addressed by the spatial analysis of Geographic Information System (GIS) and the hedonic model. The price determinants of both cities were closely associated with downtown-related factors; moreover, the externalities of urbanization affected each city. While HCMC was more related to the locational attributes of urban amenities and community density as well as programs because of unmanaged urbanization, Hanoi was more related to housing attributes, since the majority of apartment projects were developed under urban infrastructure development supported by the central government. Apartment cluster maps of each city clearly show the contrast of housing distribution. Our findings clarify the impact of government policies on housing price determinants and can be a reference for private- and public-sector stakeholders seeking to undertake economically and socially sustainable housing development projects in Vietnam.

Abstract:
The aim of the present study is to provide directions on coffee tourism administration as well as to establish a coffee tourism network among the communities in Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, and Lampang provinces. A qualitative method is applied to the data collected from 45 attendees of a meeting on coffee tourism. They discussed several case studies and then visited Doi Chang Village in Chiang Rai to study their successful practice before exchanging views on how similar tourism management can be implemented in their own communities. With a problem tree constructed, they also identified major challenges regarding coffee tourism in Northern Thailand. The findings discusses the initiation of three projects: the community-based tourism by coffee farmers in Chiang Mai, the pilot study of a coffee tour program in Huay Hom Village, Mae Hong Son, and the project “Good Coffee in Lampang.” Also, the six coordinators of the coffee tourism network assist the communities in publicizing tourism information. With growing popularity of special interest tourism, it is surprising Thailand still lacks coffee tourism though it is blessed with several tourism advantages. Therefore, it is critical to explore whether Northern Thailand can flourish as a coffee tourism attraction.

Abstract:
Professional drivers are a group susceptible to sleep problems or incorrect rest patterns resulting from work stress that causes alterations in biological stress markers, such as cortisol, or in cardiovascular parameters that show a state of physiological hyper-activation. The current research objective was to adapt and validate the Groningen Sleep Scale (Meijman et al., 1990) in a Spanish population. We analysed its internal structure, reliability and evidence of validity. The participants in this study were 372 drivers (93.4% men, 6.6% women), with a mean age of 40.9 (SD = 10.54), obtained through non-probabilistic sampling. The SPSS 23.0 and AMOS (5.0) programs were used. With the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the AMOS program (5.0), the indicators NFI = 0.902; TLI = 0.844; CFI = 0.913; RMSEA = 0.129 were obtained and showed an acceptable adjustment of the unifactorial model with 8 items. Adequate reliability (0.90) and appropriate evidence of validity with TDS-38, MBI-GS, Irritation, MP-9, DII, and Trans-18. We can conclude that the Groningen Sleep Scale (GSQS-8) is a reliable and valid instrument, suitable in the Spanish language for evaluating the sleep quality of professional drivers.

The «product» of promotion is an educational program. Promotion of products of educational activities could be built along the general line «internal quality assurance of education – reviews of internal stakeholders – external quality assurance of education – reviews of external stakeholders – a business card of an educational product». When applied to an educational program as an object of knowledge marketing, a business card is a set of innovative features that could be used as the basis for implementing a particular strategy. In the frame of the work for describing the process of promoting the educational program abstract-logical method, the method of analogies, and the method of induction-deduction were used. A bibliometric analysis was carried out based on an array of bibliographic data of articles from the Scopus database using the VOSviewer tool to assess the possibility of combining different marketing mix models. The results of the bibliometric analysis show that the marketing mix model applies to the promotion of knowledge (educational program) as a product of the DIKW model. At the same time, the question of choosing a marketing mix strategy or justifying the need to combine these strategies remains open. As part of the work, a link was made between generating the knowledge model and promoting an educational program as a product of the DIKW model. Bibliometric analysis showed that using a single marketing mix strategy currently does not lead to success in product promotion. A combination of different strategy indicators is needed. At the same time, it is essential to establish the degree of significance of each indicator in the overall rating and to screen out (if necessary) individual indicators. A multi-level expert assessment determines the degree of significance of each indicator. Based on the results of this assessment, a specific set of indicators for this educational program and the dominant strategy, if any, are formed. A combined approach for promoting an educational program is developed based on an analysis of individual indicators and a multi-stage expert assessment of internal and external stakeholders.

Abstract:
In plant breeding programs with vegetatively propagated plants, induced mutations with low physiological effects and strong genetic effects are important approaches for broadening the genetic variation. In the present study, intersimple sequence repeat (ISSR) assays were used to identify DNA polymorphism among the mutant varieties of Curcuma alismatifolia (Chiang Mai Red, Sweet Pink, Kimono Pink) and one hybrid (Doi Tung 554) exposed to 0-, 10-, and 20-Gy optimum doses of acute gamma irradiation. To identify DNA polymorphism among the mutants (10 and 20 Gy) and non-treated (0 Gy) samples through ISSR assay, a total of 25 random primers were screened and 14 gave reproducible polymorphic bands. The number of presumed alleles revealed by the ISSR analysis ranged from three to 19 alleles with mean values of 6.5, 7.8, and 9.2 alleles per locus for doses of 0 (control), 10, and 20 Gy, respectively. The average effective number of alleles, Nei’s gene diversity, Shannon’s information index, and polymorphic information content (PIC) were 1.41 to 1.48, 0.24 to 0.33, 0.35 to 0.45, and 0.21 to 0.25 for the three doses, respectively. Percentages of polymorphic loci for non-irradiated (0 Gy), 10 Gy, and 20 Gy individual plants were 76.4%, 83.7%, and 85.8%, respectively, with an average of 81.9%. Jaccard’s genetic similarity coefficient varied from 0.19 to 1.0 indicating the level of genetic variation among the mutants studied. In terms of variety, the range of genetic variation (0.27 to 0.4) among individuals of the Doi Tung population was more than that observed in the other three varieties. In a dendrogram constructed based on genetic similarity coefficients, the 44 C. alismatifolia individual plants fell into seven major clusters at a coefficient level of 0.35. The study revealed that DNA polymorphism detected by ISSR analysis offered a useful molecular marker for the identification of mutants in gamma radiation-treated plants. Additionally, this research demonstrated that the DNA of the hybrid (Doi Tung 554) showed a greater response in induced mutation compared with the other varieties.

Abstract:
Background: More than 4.2 million cases of diabetes mellitus (DM) were reported in Thailand during 2019. Medication adherence is necessary to delay disease progression and prevent complications among uncontrolled type 2 DM patients. The objective of this research was to study how education via the Line application and telephone-based counseling impacted medication adherence knowledge by analyzing the behavior of uncontrolled type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Uncontrolled type 2 DM patients in Doi Saket Hospital, Doi Saket district, Chiang Mai province, Thailand. were included in the study. The sample was divided into an experimental (n=30) and control group (n=30). Patients who met the inclusion criteria of having uncontrolled type 2 diabetes diagnosed by a physician for at least one year, capable of communicating in Thai, possessing a mobile phone with the Line application and able to partake in activities for eight weeks were recruited in the parallel-group randomized trial. The experimental group participated in the developed education program, while the control group received standard routine health education activities provided by their health care providers. The intervention was based on the 5Rs principle as right medicine, right dose, right route, right patient and right time and included activities via the Line application and telephone-based counseling. Participants were evaluated for their medication adherence knowledge and behavior. Results: After eight weeks of education through the Line application and telephone-based counseling, posttest mean scores of medication adherence knowledge of the experimental and control groups were 18.03 (SD=0.28) and 12.37 (SD=0.62), while posttest mean scores of medication adherence behavior of the experimental and control groups were 49.28 (SD=3.77) and 33.84 (SD=3.81), respectively. Results revealed that the experimental group had statistically significant (P<0.01) higher medication adherence knowledge and behavior mean scores. Conclusion: Education using the Line application and telephone-based counseling program improved medication adherence knowledge and behavior among uncontrolled type 2 DM patients. Other outcomes of social media interactions such as patient engagement, patient behavior and attitudes, and the efficacy of patient-health care provider communication levels are possible areas for future study.

Abstract:
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the most common inflammatory skin disorders. In most patients, AD is a starting point for developing other atopic diseases, e.g., food allergy, allergic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, allergic rhinitis, and asthma known under the umbrella of "atopic march". In addition to genetic predisposition, various environmental factors are essential for the development of this dermatosis. In young children, food is the most relevant factor. This paper discusses principles of the selection of complementary food, techniques, and terms of its introduction. Prolonging of breastfeeding, the adequate introduction of complementary food, and personified nutrition program prevent the atopic march. The authors highlight that there is no special diet for atopic dermatitis. Meanwhile, food should be safe, low allergy, and balanced to provide a child with essential macro-and micronutrients. In addition, the paper addresses the utility and validity of an elimination diet which should be prescribed only in established food sensitization and used under the control o f a specialist. Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of informatics concerned with developing programs capable of imitating certain functions of the human mind. AI technologies are applied in different areas of medicine, including ophthalmology. Acquisition and analysis of images are critical for diagnosing and treating ophthalmic disorders, particularly retinal diseases. This paper reviews the use of AI algorithms for diagnosing and treating retinal disorders. Modern AI algorithms are trained to analyze images obtained by digital retinal photography, optical coherence tomography, and optical coherence tomography angiography. The most promising AI algorithms are those used for screening and treating chronic diseases (e.g., diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema, age-related macular degeneration) to provide a personalized management strategy. Therefore, developing standards regulating AI technology application and standards providing a reliable evaluation of safety, accuracy, and reliability of AI-based system functioning is particularly important for healthcare. Abstract:
PurposeThe research aims to provide the basis for a better understanding of the internationalization of higher education in Vietnam. First, it examines Vietnam's higher education reforms and policy/ legal frameworks for the promotion of internationalization since the implementation of Doi Moi in 1986. Secondly, it analyzes the internationalization activities at the national and institutional levels. At both levels, the internationalization activities are categorized into internationalization at home and cross borders (Knight, 2012). Finally, the paper discusses the challenges Vietnamese HE is facing and presents policy directions.Design/methodology/approachThis study employs a case study research strategy to examine and gain understanding of internationalization of higher education in Vietnam as a phenomenon. The study collected detailed information using a variety of data collection procedures over a period of time. First, it analyzes Vietnam's higher education reforms as well as policy and legal framework for the promotion of internationalization. Then, using Knight's framework, the study analyzed the internationalization at home and crossborder educational activities at the national and institutional levels. At the national level, strategic policy goals and programs were explored. Then, it chose Vietnam National University- Hanoi as a institutional case to learn its institutional strategies on cross border programs and mobility, reputation building, research cooperation.FindingsVietnam has continuously reformed its legal and policy framework of higher education to better integrate into the global higher education market and also to meet the national demand for economic development. Predominant rationale for Vietnam to engage in crossborder programs is for brain development, specifically in the academics and public sector. Meanwhile internationalization at home is driven by (1) international programs and universities and (2) initiative to enhance competitiveness of its higher education institutes. Vietnam hosts different models of international universities, including classical, satellite and co-founded. However, issues and challenges remain, such as poor lack of systematic cooperation and coordination at the governmental level, retaining talents, and finally finances.Originality/valueWritten for the special edition on Internationalization of Higher Education in the Era of SDGs: Asia–Pacific Perspective, the study aims to provide a basis for understanding the current situation of internationalization higher education in Vietnam and how it compares to its partners in the region. This study is unique as it provides a two-layer analysis, at the national and institutional levels capturing macro and micro perspectives in one scene. In addition, this study includes rich empirical data, which was rare in previous literature due to limited access.

Abstract:
BackgroundOne of the weaknesses of the ultrasound study of the entheses is the absence of a universal, recognized and replicable ordinal evaluation scale that allows quantifying or semi-quantifying the degree of involvement of these structures.ObjectivesTo analyze computer analysis of static images of patients with inflammatory enthesopathies differentiation capacity. To determine its ability to discriminate between an affected and a healthy contralateral enthesis in the same individual.MethodsStatic images of the Achilles and epicondylar entheses of patients who consulted regarding enthesis pain associated with spondyloarthritis (ASAS/CASPAR criteria) were analyzed. We picked patients between 2016 and 2020. Images were obtained by the same observer under clinical practice routine circumstances and with the same ultrasound equipment (Logiq 8e, General Electric, USA). The same settings for each of the two enthesic examinations were used. Image analysis was performed using the ImageJ 1.53e program (Wayne Rasband & contributors – NIH, USA). Imaging records with contralateral studies in patients with recently diagnosed asymmetric enthesopathies (before the start of treatment) were selected. A repository of images from healthy controls, matched by age and sex of the patients, was used as control. We compared the mean gray intensity (MGI), its dispersion (DGI) and the mode (MoGI) of the studied entheses. Figure 1 explains how to acquire the image for the study of both entheses.Figure 1.Scheme to obtain the analysis area of the Achilles (A) and epicondylar enthesis (B). The enthesic area was considered from the most distal point of the enthesis to the point of emergence or separation of the tendon from the cortex. Case A corresponds to a healthy control. Case B corresponds to a patient with psoriatic arthritis and severe epicondylar pain.ResultsWe included image records of 9 patients with axial spondyloarthritis (34.1 ±9.5 years, 7 males) and 10 with psoriatic arthritis (34.0 ±5.7 years, 8 males) with asymmetric involvement of 15 Achilles and 10 epicondylar entheses (LEI/MASES/ SPARCC).The distribution of the MGI, DGI, and MoGI variables was normal for both enthesis, contralateral patient controls and healthy subjects controls. In the records with Achilles involvement, the MGI on the affected side was 76.69 ±25.14, the DGI 24 ±3.48, and the MoGI 76.6 ±30.1. In the non-painful Achilles enthesis, the measurements were 83.99 ±27.29, 22.72 ±3.14 and 78.7 ±32.5, respectively. Statistically significant differences were detected in all pairwise comparisons (t -9.522, P=.000; t=3.393, P=.004; and t=-2.247, P=.041, respectively). In the epicondylar involvement records, the MGI on the affected side was 75.3 ±14.71, the DGI 25.93 ±2.52, and the MoGI 72.7 ±15.4. In the non-painful Achilles enthesis the measurements were 82.57 ±16.06, 25.7 ±2.99 and 74.9 ±16.5, respectively. Statistically significant differences between MGI and MoGI were identified (t=-9.849, P=.000; and t=-2.752, P=.022, respectively). The MIN ratio of the affected side and healthy side among patients was 1.18 ±0.047 while the MIN ratio between the dominant and non-dominant sides of the healthy athletes was 0.91 ±0.022 (t=25.81, P=.000).ConclusionComputer analysis of entheses static images correctly discriminates symptomatic from non-symptomatic entheses in early ultrasound studies. Even in non-symptomatic entheses, it detects differences compared to healthy subjects. This discriminatory capacity could be useful in updating ultrasound enthesis count indices. It may also be interesting as a criterion for evaluating changes over time. As a weakness, it is worth highlighting the potential confounding effect that enthesophytoses could have in this type of analysis if specific demarcations of the area studied are not made.Disclosure of InterestsCarlos Guillén-Astete Speakers bureau: Novartis, Janssen, Abbvie, Grunenthal, UCB, Gebro, Paid instructor for: Roche, Novartis, Janssen, Esteve, Menarini, Consultant of: Janssen, Novartis, Roche, Grant/research support from: Pfizer, Grunenthal, Gebro, Novartis, África Andreu-Suárez: None declared, Marina Tortosa-Cabañas: None declared, Miguel Martinez Aznar: None declared

Abstract:
The low awareness of individual taxpayers in paying taxes has become a major problem for developing countries in the tax aspect. The low compliance of individual taxpayers can be seen and assessed in terms of the taxpayer's psychology (attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral controls, intentions, and tax compliance behavior). This research is an explanatory research, taking samples in this study using non-probability sampling techniques with criteria for individual taxpayers who are registered and have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and report the Tax Return (SPT) in the Tax Service Office (KPP) in DKI Jakarta Province. The research instrument was pretested on 28-29 May 2018 (2 Days). The results of a valid and reliable questionnaire were then re-distributed for the purposes of statistical analysis in this study, the questionnaire was distributed on 28 May - 05 July 2018 (39 Days). The number of samples processed was 170 taxpayer responses to the questionnaire distributed, and the data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of hypothesis testing show that attitude and perceived behavior control have a positive and significant effect on the intention to behave in compliance with taxes, while subjective norms have a positive but not significant effect on the intention to behave in compliance with taxes. The results of the study reveal conformity with the Theory of Planned Behavior that theoretically taxpayer behavior is caused by the intention to behave obediently to taxes which is reflected by attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral controls perceived by individual taxpayers in DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Background:Fibromyalgia is a rheumatic disorder characterized by chronic widespread pain often associated with fatigue, unrefreshed sleep and cognitive problems with an increasing prevalence. Aquatic therapy has already been used for managing the symptoms of this syndrome. However, it is not clear whether there is a superiority of aquatic therapy over land-based therapy in improving the symptoms of fibromyalgia patients. Objectives:Determine the effectiveness of two physiotherapy protocols: aquatic therapy versus land-based therapy, for decreasing pain in women with fibromyalgia. Methods:The study protocol was a single-blind randomized controlled trial. Forty women diagnosed with fibromyalgia were randomly assigned into two groups: Aquatic Therapy (n = 20) or Land-based Therapy (n = 20). Both interventions include 60-min therapy sessions, structured into four sections: Warm-up, Proprioceptive Exercises, Stretching and Relaxation. These sessions were carried out three times a week for three months. The variables analyzed were: pain intensity (Visual Analogue Scale [VAS]), pain threshold (algometer), quality of life (Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire [FIQR]), sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index [PSQI]), fatigue (Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory [MFI]) and physical ability (6-minute Walk Test [6MWT]). Outcome measures were evaluated at baseline, at the end of the 3-month intervention period, and 6-weeks post-treatment. Statistical analysis will be carried out using the SPSS 21.0 program for Windows and a significance level of p ≤ 0.05 was used for all tests. Results:At the end of intervention period, both therapies were effective in improving pain intensity (p<0.05), pain threshold (p<0.05), quality of life (p<0.05), fatigue (p<0.05) and physical ability (p<0.05). For sleep quality, only the aquatic therapy group experienced a significant improvement (p=0.033). No differences were observed between the groups in post-treatment, but they were found at the follow-up, in favor of aquatic therapy for pain intensity (p=0.023) and sleep quality (p=0.030).Conclusion:Both physiotherapy interventions showed to be effective in reducing pain in patients with fibromyalgia. However, aquatic therapy was more effective in improving quality of sleep and decreasing pain intensity at six weeks of follow-up than land-based therapy. It seems that the therapeutic effects achieved in post-treatment were maintained for a longer time in the aquatic therapy group. Even so, in order to maintain the benefits obtained with the interventions, continuous physiotherapy treatment seems to be necessary.References:[1]Salgueiro M, García-Leiva JM, Ballesteros J, Hidalgo J, Molina R, Calandre EP. Abstract:
Can Gio mangrove forest (CGM) is located downstream of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), situated between an estuarine system of Dong Nai - Sai Gon river and a part of Vam Co river. The CGM is the largest restored mangrove forest in Vietnam and the UNESCO’s Mangrove Biosphere Reserve. The CGM has been gradually facing to numeric challenges of global climate change, environmental degradation and socio-economic development for the last decades. To evaluate sediment quality in the CGM, we collected 13 cores to analyze for sediment grain size, organic matter content, and trace element concentration of Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn. Results showed that trace element concentrations ranged from uncontaminated (Cd, Cu, and Zn) to very minor contaminated (Cr, Ni, and Pb). The concentrations were gradually influenced by suspended particle size and the mangrove plants.ReferencesAnh M.T., Chi D.H., Vinh N.N., Loan T.T., Triet L.M., Slootenb K.B.-V., Tarradellas J., 2003. Abstract:
e4099065This research aimed to verify the association between I-Educ, an indicator that makes up one of the dimensions of IEGM, with indicators that accompany students' learning and full-time enrollment. The period of analysis adopted was 2015 and 2017 in the municipalities of the Brazilian states, totaling 7,852 observations. Methodologically, it was proposed a theoretical model in which I-Educ acts as a dependent variable, and the Prova Brasil, TRM, ETI and IRD as independent variables, we used statistical tests to verify empirically the studied relation, probit regression and marginal effect was even used. The results show a positive and significant relationship between I-Educ and the independent variables Prova Brasil, TRM and ETI, not reaching significance with IRD. This study has advanced in the literature towards the validation of a model of monitoring of municipal educational public policy focusing on the impact generated by government actions, assisting in the monitoring of educational public policy. The practical contribution of this research is to provide the courts os Accounts, public managers and civil Society with a statistical basis for the capacity of I-Educ to evaluate the effectiveness of educational management acts, demonstrating that the requirements appied, resulting from the monitoring of infraestructure and practices administrative, make it possible to monitor the learning of students in the municipal public school system. Abstract:
e5223072This text focuses on the adoption of innovative assessment practices in Higher Education. The study was carried out in two curricular components, Spanish and English Literacies, of an Additional Languages undergraduate program, offered in a public university in Brazil. It aims to contrast the use of a holistic e-rubric, adopted to assess both the process and the outcome of the students' performances during an academic semester in which an interdisciplinary project was promoted, based on the theme of Happiness. Throughout the semester, a set of mentoring sessions aimed at qualifying the actors' assessment literacy. At the end of the academic semester, it was proposed that both professors and students used the same holistic rubric created for both subjects. The data showed that there were no statistical differences between the scores assigned by the professors and the self-rated scores by the students. Also, the final performances were higher with the adoption of the implemented assessment proposal, compared to the semesters in which there was no assessment through rubrics nor did the integrated work between both disciplines. The experience brought reliability to the professors about the students' sincere and adequate self-perception concerning their knowledge, and it proved to be favorable for the expansion, diffusion, and adoption of similar proposals in other contexts. Abstract:
In this paper, it is discuss the points raised from a pilot study for qualitative research planning. The argumentation present here is the result of a pilot study that focused the games of mathematical language on teacher training for rural schools. The data production took place in the Federal University of Reconcâvo Baiano, campus of Feira de Santana, state of Bahia, Brazil. The pilot study did not only provide insights for the research, but for any qualitative inquiry. Based on that, it is suggest that pilot study raises questions for reviewing a qualitative research planning in at least six dimensions: ethical, methodological, theoretical, analytical, operational and representational. Keywords: Pilot study, Qualitative research, Research Planning.Palavras-chave: Estudo piloto, Pesquisa qualitativa, Planejamento da pesquisa.ReferencesARAIN, Mubashir et al. Abstract:
Objectives This study aimed to compare students’ knowledge and practices related to managing school meals before and after a participatory learning program. Methods The study used a one group pretest–posttest quasi-experimental design with assessment conducted before and after a participatory learning program. The study included 34 student leaders who participated in the program during February to March 2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks test. Results The 34 student leaders (64.7% female and 35.3% male, average age 16.91 years) scored 15.26 before the knowledge segment of the program and 19.35 after that program. They received an average score of 9.0 before the practices segment of the program which improved to 20.00 after the program. The increase in both knowledge and practice scores were statistically significant (p < 0.001, p < 0.001). Conclusion Food management in schools is essential to the nutritional status of students. A participatory learning program can significantly improve student leaders’ knowledge and practices related to school food management. Student leaders can conduct these programs and exchange ideas with other students. School food management policies can then be adjusted accordingly. Abstract:
Artinya sudah kita ketahui by name-by address. Sisanya, 1.274.459 pekerja masih dilakukan cleansing.

Abstract:

Abstract:
This study aims to describe premature infants’ mothers’ knowledge of kangaroo mother care (KMC) and related factors to identify methods for improving maternal and child health programs. This descriptive cross-sectional research was carried out at Bach Mai Hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 to interview 60 mothers with premature babies on KMC and some related factors. The research results show that 94.8% of the interviewed mothers were aware of KMC’s necessity; 91,78% of them knew about KMC, of which, only 8.3% without prior knowledge of KMC. In terms of sources of knowledge, 58.2% of the mothers learned about KMC from relatives or friends; via the Internet - 45.5% and 18.2% through health workers. The number of mothers -university graduates having prior knowledge about KMC was with p <0.05. The study recommends promotion of mothers’ education on the role and effect of KMC for premature infants, especially among those with a modest education level. Abstract:
ObjectiveAssess the validity of Florida (FL) Enhanced State Opioid Overdose Surveillance (ESOOS) non-fatal syndromic case definitions.IntroductionIn 2017, FL Department of Health (DOH) became one of thirty-two states plus Washington, D.C funded by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the ESOOS program. One of the objectives of this funding was to increase the timeliness of reporting on non-fatal opioid overdoses through syndromic surveillance utilizing either the emergency department (ED) or Emergency Medical Services (EMS) data systems. Syndromic case validation is an essential requirement under ESOOS for non-fatal opioid-involved overdose (OIOD). FL’s ESOOS program conducted OIOD validation and quality monitoring of EMS case definitions, using data from FL’s Emergency Medical Services Tracking and Reporting System (EMSTARS). We examined measurement validity with OIOD cases identified from FL’s statewide hospital billing database, FL Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).MethodsFrom FL-EMSTARS, we extracted EMS data where the type of service requested was a 911 response, the patient was treated then transported by EMS to a hospital facility in Florida and was 11 years of age or older. Additionally, all incident-patient encounters excluded those who were dead at the scene. We included all responses with dispatch dates between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2016. From FL-AHCA, we extracted ED and inpatient discharge information with admission dates and patient age covering the same ranges as our EMS encounters. We classified FL-EMSTARS cases based on combinations, like that of Rhode Island,1 using providers primary impression (PPI), providers secondary impression (PSI) and response to the administration of naloxone. FL-AHCA cases were defined by the following T and F codes from the International Classification of Diseases 10: T40.0-T40.4, T40.60, T40.69, F11.12, F11.120, F11.121, F11.122, F11.129, F11.22, F11.220, F11.221, F11.222, F11.229, F11.92, F11.920, F11.921, F11.922, F11.929. For all “T” codes, the 6th character was either a “1” or “4,” because ESOOS is focused on unintentional and undetermined drug overdoses, ergo we excluded ED visits that are related to intentional self-harm (i.e., “2”) or assault (i.e., “3”). Lastly, for all “T” codes, the 7th character we included was the initial ED encounter (i.e., “A”) because the purpose of the system is to capture increases or decreases in acute overdoses. To improve our match rate, account for typographical errors, and account for the discriminatory power some values may contain, we employed probabilistic linkage using Link Plus software developed by the CDC Cancer Division. Blocking occurred among social security number (SSN), event date, patient age in years, and date of birth (DOB). Next, we matched both datasets on ten variables: event date, age, sex, DOB, ethnicity, facility code, hospital zip code, race, SSN, and patient’s residence zip code. Further pruning was performed to ensure all matches were within a 24-hour time interval. Data management and statistical analyses were performed using SAS® statistical software, version 9.4 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA). We assessed EMS measurement validity by sensitivity, specificity, and positive predictive value (PPV). Next, risk factors were identified by stepwise multivariable logistic regression to improve the accuracy of the FL-ESOOS definition. Significant risk factors from the parsimonious multivariable model were used to simulate unique combinations to estimate the maximum sensitivity and PPV for OIOD.ResultsPrior to merging, FL-EMSTARS contained 1,308,825 unique incident-patient records, where FL-AHCA contained 8,862,566 unique incident-patient records. Of these, we conservatively linked 892,593 (68.2%) of the FL-EMSTARS dataset with FL-AHCA. Our probabilistic linkage represents an 18.2% linkage improvement over previous FL-DOH deterministic strategies (J Jiang, unpublished CSTE presentation, 2018). Among the matched pairs we estimated 8,526 OIOD, 0.96% prevalence, using the FL-AHCA case definition. Whereas the FL-ESOOS syndromic case definition estimated 6,188 OIOD, 0.69% prevalence. The FL-ESOOS OIOD syndromic case definition demonstrated 31.64% sensitivity, 99.61% specificity, and 43.60% PPV. Among false negatives, the response to administrated naloxone among OIOD was 39.37% “not known,” 37.95% “unchanged,” and 0.28% “worse.” We altered the FL-ESOOS EMSTARS case definition for OIOD to include those who were administered naloxone regardless of their response to the medication. We observed 12.37% sensitivity increase to 44.01%, 0.56% specificity decrease to 99.05%, and 12.78% PPV decrease to 30.82%.Are final multivariable model is as follows: lnOdds(Opioid Overdose)= 12.66 – 0.5459(Med Albuterol) – 0.9568(Med Aspirin) – 0.5765(Med Midazolam Hydrochloride) – 0.8690(Med Morphine Sulfate) + 1.4103 (Med Naloxone) – 0.7694(Med Nitroglycerine) + 0.3622(Med Oxygen) – 0.3702(Med Phenergan) – 0.8820(Med Epinephrine 1:10000) – 0.7397(Med Fentanyl) – 0.6376(Med Sodium Bicarbonate) – 0.2725(Med Normal Saline) + 0.3935(Med Other-Not Listed) + 0.6300(PPI General Malaise) + 0.8476(PPI Other, Non-Traumatic Pain) + 0.8725(PPI Airway Obstruction) + 0.4808(PPI Allergic reaction) + 1.4948(PPI Altered level of consciousness) + 1.5481(PPI Behavioral/psychiatric disorder) + 1.3843(PPI Cardiac arrest) + 2.3913(PPI Poisoning/drug ingestion) + 2.2418(PPI Intentional Drug Use; Related Problems) + 0.2783(PPI Respiratory distress) + 2.0305(PPI Respiratory arrest) + 0.4292(PPI Stroke/CVA) + 0.5402(PPI Syncope/fainting) + 0.5219(PSI Other, Non-Traumatic Pain) + 0.9355(PSI Allergic reaction) + 0.3521(PSI Altered level of consciousness) + 0.9036(PSI Poisoning/drug ingestion) + 0.9661(PSI Intentional Drug Use; Related Problems) + 0.3766(PSI Respiratory Distress) + 1.1802(PSI Respiratory Arrest). We plotted the multivariable sensitivity and PPV by probaiblity cutoff value to determine which would produce the best discrimination (see Figure 1). By incorporating a probability cutoff value ≥ 0.22, we can inprove both sensitivity and PPV. Specifically, we can achieve 45.48% sensitivity, 99.32% specificity, and 45.48% PPV.ConclusionsThe sensitivity of the FL-ESOOS surveillance system is not generally high but could still be useful if subsequent validation shows sensitivity stability. Regarding maximizing FL-ESOOS sensitivity and PPV, we deomonstrated that our mulitvariable model with an appropriate probability cutoff value performes better than the current case definition. This study contributes to the limited literature on Florida non-fatal opioid overdoses with a specific emphasis on validating EMS records. New unique indicator combinations are possible to increase sensitivity and PPV but should be thoroughly investigated to balance the tradeoffs to optimize the system’s ability to detect non-fatal overdoses and to discriminate true cases.References1. Therefore, the problem of rational use of natural resources, in particular protection of early spring plant species is very important. However, literary sources analysis only reveals data on the biology of species of this genus. The present research, conducted in the spring of 2017-2019, focuses on anatomical and morphological features of two Altai species: Gagealutea and Gagea minima; these features were studied, clarified and confirmed by drawings and photographs. The anatomical structure of the stem and leaf blade was studied in detail. The obtained research results will prove useful for studies of medicinal raw materials and honey plants. The aforementioned species are similar in morphological features, yet G. minima issmaller in size, and its shoots appear earlier than those of other species Keywords: Flora, gageas,Altai species, vegetative organs., Refference: I. View | Download INFLUENCE OF SUCCESSION CROPPING ON ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF NO-TILL CROP ROTATIONS Authors: Victor K. Dridiger,Roman S. Stukalov,Rasul G. Gadzhiumarov,Anastasiya A. Voropaeva,Viktoriay A. Kolomytseva, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00042 Abstract: This study was aimed at examining the influence of succession cropping on the economic efficiency of no-till field crop rotations on the black earth in the zone of unstable moistening of the Stavropol krai. A long-term stationary experiment was conducted to examine for the purpose nine field crop rotation patterns different in the number of fields (four to six), set of crops, and their succession in crop rotation. The respective shares of legumes, oilseeds, and cereals in the cropping pattern were 17 to 33, 17 to 40, and 50 to 67 %. It has been established that in case of no-till field crop cultivation the economic efficiency of plant production depends on the set of crops and their succession in rotation. The most economically efficient type of crop rotation is the soya-winter wheat-peas-winter wheat-sunflower-corn six-field rotation with two fields of legumes: in this rotation 1 ha of crop rotation area yields 3 850 grain units per ha at a grain unit prime cost of 5.46 roubles; the plant production output return and profitability were 20,888 roubles per ha and 113 %, respectively. The high production profitabilities provided by the soya-winter wheat-sunflower four-field and the soya-winter-wheat-sunflower-corn-winter wheat five-field crop rotation are 108.7 and 106.2 %, respectively. The inclusion of winter wheat in crop rotation for two years in a row reduces the second winter wheat crop yield by 80 to 100 %, which means a certain reduction in the grain unit harvesting rate to 3.48-3.57 thousands per ha of rotation area and cuts the production profitability down to 84.4-92.3 %. This is why, no-till cropping should not include winter wheat for a second time Keywords: No-till technology, crop rotation, predecessor, yield, return, profitability, Refference: I Badakhova G. View | Download DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF AUTONOMOUS PORTABLE SEISMOMETER DESIGNED FOR USE AT ULTRALOW TEMPERATURES IN ARCTIC ENVIRONMENT Authors: Mikhail A. Abaturov,Yuriy V. Sirotinskiy, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00043 Abstract: This paper is concerned with solving one of the issues of the general problem of designing geophysical equipment for the natural climatic environment of the Arctic. The relevance of the topic has to do with an increased global interest in this region. The paper is aimed at considering the basic principles of developing and the procedure of testing seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. In this paper the indicated issue is considered through the example of a seismic module designed for petroleum and gas exploration by passive seismoacoustic methods. The seismic module is a direct-burial portable unit of around 5 kg in weight, designed to continuously measure and record microseismic triaxial orthogonal (ZNE) noise in a range from 0.1 to 45 Hz during several days in autonomous mode. The functional chart of designing the seismic module was considered, and concrete conclusions were made for choosing the necessary components to meet the ultralow-temperature operational requirements. The conclusions made served for developing appropriate seismic module. In this case, the components and tools used included a SAFT MP 176065 xc low-temperature lithium cell, industrial-spec electronic component parts, a Zhaofeng Geophysical ZF-4.5 Chinese primary electrodynamic seismic sensor, housing seal parts made of frost-resistant silicone materials, and finely dispersed silica gel used as water-retaining sorbent to avoid condensation in the housing. The paper also describes a procedure of low-temperature collation tests at the lab using a New Brunswick Scientific freezing plant. The test results proved the operability of the developed equipment at ultralow temperatures down to -55°C. In addition, tests were conducted at low microseismic noises in the actual Arctic environment. The possibility to detect signals in a range from 1 to 10 Hz at the level close to the NLNM limit (the Peterson model) has been confirmed, which allows monitoring and exploring petroleum and gas deposits by passive methods. As revealed by this study, the suggested approaches are efficient in developing high-precision mobile seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. The solution of the considered instrumentation and methodical issues is of great practical significance as a constituent of the generic problem of Arctic exploration. View | Download COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH FOOT PATHOLOGY WHO UNDERWENT WEIL OPEN OSTEOTOMY BY CLASSICAL METHOD AND WITHOUT STEOSYNTHESIS Authors: Yuriy V. Lartsev,Dmitrii A. Rasputin,Sergey D. Zuev-Ratnikov,Pavel V.Ryzhov,Dmitry S. Kudashev,Anton A. Bogdanov, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00044 Abstract: The article considers the problem of surgical correction of the second metatarsal bone length. The article analyzes the results of treatment of patients with excess length of the second metatarsal bones that underwent osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis. The results of treatment of patients who underwent metatarsal shortening due to classical Weil-osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis were analyzed. The first group consisted of 34 patients. They underwent classical Weil osteotomy. The second group included 44 patients in whomosteotomy of the second metatarsal bone were not by the screw. When studying the results of the treatment in the immediate postoperative period, weeks 6, 12, slightly better results were observed in patients of the first group, while one year after surgical treatment the results in both groups were comparable. One year after surgical treatment, there were 2.9% (1 patient) of unsatisfactory results in the first group and 4.5% (2 patients) in the second group. Considering the comparability of the results of treatment in remote postoperative period, the choice of concrete method remains with the operating surgeon. Methods. A prospective 3-year study of 86 healthy dogs (aged 1-7 yrs) of different breeds and of both sexes. Echo homogeneity and echogenicity of the stomach and intestines wall were determined by the method of Silina, T.L., et al. (2010) in absolute values of average brightness levels of ultrasound image pixels using the 8-bit scale with 256 shades of gray. Results. Quantitative echogenicity indicators of the stomach and the small intestine wall in dogs were determined. Based on the numerical values characterizing echogenicity distribution in each layer of a separate structure of the digestive system, the coefficient of gastric echogenicity is determined as 1:2.4:1.1 (mucosa/submucosa/muscle layers, respectively), the coefficient of duodenum and jejunum echogenicity is determined as 1:3.5:2 and that of ileum is 1:1.8:1. View | Download EVALUATION OF ADAPTIVE POTENTIAL IN MEDICAL STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF SEASONAL DYNAMICS Authors: Larisa A. Merdenova,Elena A. Takoeva,Marina I. Nartikoeva,Victoria A. Belyayeva,Fatima S. Datieva,Larisa R. Datieva, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00046 Abstract: The aim of this work was to assess the functional reserves of the body to quantify individual health; adaptation, psychophysiological characteristics of the health quality of medical students in different seasons of the year. When studying the temporal organization of physiological functions, the rhythm parameters of physiological functions were determined, followed by processing the results using the Cosinor Analysis program, which reveals rhythms with an unknown period for unequal observations, evaluates 5 parameters of sinusoidal rhythms (mesor, amplitude, acrophase, period, reliability). The essence of desynchronization is the mismatch of circadian rhythms among themselves or destruction of the rhythms architectonics (instability of acrophases or their disappearance). Desynchronization with respect to the rhythmic structure of the body is of a disregulatory nature, most pronounced in pathological desynchronization. High neurotism, increased anxiety reinforces the tendency to internal desynchronization, which increases with stress. During examination stress, students experience a decrease in the stability of the temporary organization of the biosystem and the tension of adaptive mechanisms develops, which affects attention, mental performance and the quality of adaptation to the educational process. Time is shortened and the amplitude of the “initial minute” decreases, personal and situational anxiety develops, and the level of psychophysiological adaptation decreases. The results of the work are priority because they can be used in assessing quality and level of health. View | Download TRIADIC COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS Authors: Stanislav A.Kudzh,Victor Ya. Tsvetkov, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00047 Abstract: The present study of comparison methods based on the triadic model introduces the following concepts: the relation of comparability and the relation of comparison, and object comparison and attributive comparison. The difference between active and passive qualitative comparison is shown, two triadic models of passive and active comparison and models for comparing two and three objects are described. Triadic comparison models are proposed as an alternative to dyadic comparison models. Comparison allows finding the common and the different; this approach is proposed for the analysis of the nomothetic and ideographic method of obtaining knowledge. The nomothetic method identifies and evaluates the general, while the ideographic method searches for unique in parameters and in combinations of parameters. Triadic comparison is used in systems and methods of argumentation, as well as in the analysis of consistency/inconsistency.
